The reactions of 4‐isoselenocyanato‐2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidine‐1‐oxyl with selected amines and lower alcohols give the corresponding novel selenoureas and selenocarbamates, all bearing the nitroxyl moiety. Some of the synthesized selenoureas and selenocarbamates show moderate‐to‐good activity against pathogenic fungi. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The reactions of 4‐isothiocyanato‐2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidine‐1‐oxyl 2 and 4‐isocyanato‐2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidine‐1‐oxyl 3 with selected amines and lower alcohols give the corresponding novel thioureas 4 , ureas 5 , thiocarbamates 6 , and carbamates 7 , all bearing the nitroxyl moiety. The characteristic features of EI mass spectra of (thio)ureas 4 and 5 are described. Some of the synthesized thioureas 4 , ureas 5 , thiocarbamates 6 , and carbamates 7 are moderately or weakly active against pathogenic fungi. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Using factor analysis and stepwise linear regression methods, two parameters – CMR and ECCR – were selected from eight solute‐related structure parameters as the most retention‐influencing parameters. The relationships between the retention data (k ´) and the two structure parameters were established for 13 O‐aryl,O‐(1‐methylthioethylideneamino)phosphate compounds under a wide range of experimental conditions. The retention data (k ´) of another seven compounds with similar structures were predicted using these QSRR equations. Good agreement was obtained between the experimental k ´ values and predicted ones.  相似文献

A series of imidazolium‐based ionic liquid monomers bearing a terminal pyrrole moiety were synthesized and electrochemically polymerized. It is found that the polymerizability of the synthesized ionic liquids is strongly dependent on the type of the counteranions. Although bromide monomer is not polymerizable, well‐defined polymeric films can be formed on various substrates in the cases of flour‐containing anions (BF4?, PF6?). The performed characterizations show that all resulting polypyrrole films are electroactive, and the imidazolium‐based ionic liquid moieties are correctly incorporated in polymer films during the electropolymerization process. This work not only provides a facile new method to immobilize ionic liquids on solid surface. Interestingly, without use of any template unique “knit” morphology and nanostructure, even hierarchical structures could also be produced by the electropolymerization of these new functionalized pyrrole monomers. We found that the properties of the pendant ionic liquid units on the surface of the formed polymer films preserved, and by simple anion exchange their surface energy and tension could be easily tuned without loss of the electrical, optical properties, and morphology of the polypyrrole films. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of O‐triorganosilyl carbamoselenoates were isolated in good yields from the reaction of sodium or potassium carbamoselenoates with triorganosilyl chlorides. The O‐silyl carbamoselenoates readily reacted with RbF and CsF and with organo‐germanium, ‐tin, and ‐lead halides and gave the corresponding heavy alkali metal and Se‐substituted Group 14 organometal and carbamoselenoates in moderate to good yields.  相似文献

Despite significant progress in aliphatic decarboxylation, an efficient and general protocol for radical aromatic decarboxylation has lagged far behind. Herein, we describe a general strategy for rapid access to both aryl and alkyl radicals by photosensitized decarboxylation of the corresponding carboxylic acids esters followed by their successive use in divergent carbon–heteroatom and carbon–carbon bond‐forming reactions. Identification of a suitable activator for carboxylic acids is the key to bypass a competing single‐electron‐transfer mechanism and “switch on” an energy‐transfer‐mediated homolysis of unsymmetrical σ‐bonds for a concerted fragmentation/decarboxylation process.  相似文献

N‐(Alkoxycarbonyl)‐N‐glycosides (polyoxygenated semicyclic N,O‐acetals) were efficiently synthesized from regular acetyl or methyl glycosides (glucopyranoside, ribofuranoside, arabinofuranoside, and 2‐deoxyribofuranoside) and a carbamate by treatment of trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate and 4 Å molecular sieves. It was found that these N‐glycosides underwent Lewis acid catalyzed ring‐opening reactions with silylated nucleophiles to give ring‐opened amino alcohols with good‐to‐high diastereoselectivity. The reactivity order, 2‐deoxyribofuranoside > arabinofuranoside > ribofuranoside > glucopyranoside, was revealed. Ring‐opening reductions were also investigated with silanes or diisobutylaluminium hydride. An appropriate reducing agent was found to be dependent on the N‐glycosides used. A glycosidase inhibitor, (2S,3R,4R)‐2‐hydroxymethylpyrrolidine‐3,4‐diol ( 7 ) was synthesized by means of the reactions.  相似文献

Aryl diazonium salts occupy a privileged role in synthetic chemistry owing to their ready availability and versatile reactivity. While their applications in accessing diversely functionalized arene derivatives via denitrogenation‐coupling and reduction/addition reactions have been well recognized by practitioners in both academia and industry, recent renaissance in chemical transformations of retaining the key N2‐unit has emerged as a powerful technique to construct various N‐heterocycles. This review covers the history and latest advances in cyclization and cycloaddition reactions using aryl diazonium salts as N2‐annulation synthons. The scope, applications, and opportunities in exploring new chemical space by this sustainable strategy are summarized and discussed.  相似文献

A phosgene‐ and metal‐free synthesis of O‐aryl carbamates is realized through a three‐component coupling of carbon dioxide, amines and diaryliodonium salts. The reaction only requires a base as the promoter, providing access to a diverse array of O‐aryl carbamates in moderate to high yields with excellent chemoselectivity.  相似文献

CO2‐binding organic liquids (CO2BOLs) are mixtures of a base (typically an amidine or guanidine) and an alcohol, and have been shown to reversibly capture and release CO2 with low reaction energies and high gravimetric CO2 capacity. We now report the ability of such liquid blends to chemically bind and release other acid gases such as CS2, COS, and SO2 analogously to CO2. These systems bind with sulfur‐containing acid gases to form colored ionic liquids with new O‐alkylxanthate, O‐alkylthiocarbonyl, and O‐alkylsulfite anions. The capture and thermal stripping of each acid gas from these systems and their applicability towards flue gas desulfurization is discussed.  相似文献

Hexafluoroisopropanol is typically considered as an unreactive solvent and not as a reagent in organic synthesis. Herein, we report on a mild and efficient photochemical reaction of aryl diazoacetates with hexafluoroisopropanol that enables, under stoichiometric reaction conditions, the synthesis of fluorinated ethers in excellent yield. Mechanistic studies indicate there is a preorganization of hexafluoroisopropanol and the diazoalkane acts as an unreactive hydrogen‐bonding complex. Only after photoexcitation does this complex undergo a protonation‐substitution reaction to the reaction product. Investigations on the applicability of this photochemical transformation show that a broad variety of acidic alcohols can be subjected to this transformation and thus demonstrate the feasibility of this concept for O‐H functionalization reactions (54 examples, up to 98 % yield).  相似文献

Herein we report a facile, mild reaction protocol to form carbon–carbon bonds in the absence of transition metal catalysts. We demonstrate the metal‐free alkenylation reactions of aryl esters with α‐diazoesters to give highly functionalized enyne products. Catalytic amounts of tris(pentafluorophenyl)borane (10–20 mol %) are employed to afford the C=C coupled products (31 examples) in good to excellent yields (36–87 %). DFT studies were used to elucidate the mechanism for this alkenylation reaction.  相似文献
