以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)作模板剂,研究了水热体系中中孔MCM-41分子筛的合成条件。在H_2O/Si介于12~100,Si/Al介于10~∞,CTAB/Si介于0.08~0.2时,可以合成出MCM-41分子筛。在加入煤油等混合烃的合成体系中,可以合成出孔径大于4nm的MCM-41分子筛。用XRD、SEM、N_2吸附对合成样品加以表征,证明它们具有典型的中孔分子筛特性。探针反应证明它具有中强酸中心。  相似文献

选择硅酸钠-硫酸铝-十六烷基三甲基氯化铵体系,在水热条件下合成MCM-41中孔分子筛,采用XRD、IR、NH3-TPD、27Al-MASNMR进行了晶化温度与MCM-41分子筛结构和性能的关联研究.结果表明,在晶化温度为150℃时,MCM-41分子筛的结晶度最高;适当提高晶化温度,MCM-41分子筛呈现出酸性增加、四铝配位环境趋于规则和弱酸中心逐渐消失的规律.  相似文献

用不同pH值的混合制备了不同孔径的全硅MCM-41和不同金属离子取代的M-MCM-41(M-Al,Mn,Fe和V)分子筛。这些试样均呈现MCM-41的X射线粉末笛射特征峰和Ⅳ型氮气吸附等温线,但混有不同含量的无定形氧化硅。样品中MCM-41晶体的含量与溶胶的pH值和所用表面活性剂的碳链链长有关,骨架硅的金属离子取代降低了MCM-41的有序度,并且(100)面衍射峰强度从Al到V依次减弱。  相似文献

借助水热法,以正硅酸乙酯为硅源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,在碱性条件下制备了纳米MCM-41分子筛。通过固相热扩散法将La2O3组装到MCM-41介孔孔道中,制备出含La2O3不同浓度的(MCM-41)-La2O3主-客体纳米复合材料。采用化学分析、粉末XRD、FTIR、77K低温N2吸附-解吸附、固体扩散漫反射吸收光谱、拉曼光谱、扫描电镜和发光光谱对主-客体复合材料进行表征。粉末XRD结果表明,La2O3组装到MCM-41分子筛的孔道后并未破坏分子筛骨架,在所制备的(MCM-41)-La2O3主-客体纳米复合材料中MCM-41骨架结构仍然具有较高的有序性,并且,随着植入客体材料浓度的增加复合材料的有序度有所降低。红外光谱表明所制备的纳米复合材料主体分子筛骨架完好;低温氮气吸附-解吸附技术表明La2O3已经部分地占据了MCM-41分子筛孔道,导致分子筛的比表面积和孔体积都有所降低;固体扩散漫反射吸收光谱表明吸收光谱的吸收峰发生了蓝移现象,并表现出量子限域效应,说明La2O3已经组装到了MCM-41分子筛的孔道中;拉曼光谱表明所制备的复合材料没有出现新的特征峰,表明La2O3已经组装到了MCM-41分子筛的孔道中;扫描电镜表明(MCM-41)-La2O3样品的外观非常规整,主要呈现的是球状结构,La2O3含量为10%时,(MCM-41)-La2O3的平均粒径为(114±10)nm。发光光谱研究结果表明,所制备的复合材料(MCM-41)-La2O3样品在396nm处具有较好的发光性质,因而具有作为发光材料潜在应用前景。  相似文献

Pore-size control of mesoporous silica MCM-41 molecular sieve is described on the basis of the use of surfactant having different alkyl chain lengths and various organic auxiliary chemicals during the hydrothermal synthesis process. The BJH pore diameter of MCM-41 can be tuned from 1.6 to 4.2 nm using single or mixture of two surfactant(s) with alkyl chain lengths varied from C8 to C22. By the addition of different organic auxiliary chemicals: 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene, isopropylbenzene or tridecane into the synthesis medium, the BJH pore size of MCM-41 can be tailored up to 12.0 nm.  相似文献

Silica MCM-41 materials were prepared hydrothermally by using 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene (MS) or 1,3,5-triisopropylbenzene (TI) as an auxiliary chemical. The BJH poressize of MCM-41 increased up to 12 nm with increasing amounts of MS. However, MCM-41 materials prepared with MS displayed irregular pore arrangements and a half of these materials exhibited low thermal and hydrothermal stabilities. On the other hand, MCM-41 materials prepared with TI as an auxiliary chemical displayed regular pore arrangements and high thermal and hydrothermal stabilities, but their BJH pore sizes did not go over 4.0 nm (intrinsic value; ca. 5 nm). MCM-41 prepared with TI together with a small amount of MS (TI/MS/SiO2=1.5/0.5/1) displayed regular pore arrangements and high thermal and hydrothermal stabilities. Its BJH pore size was 4.7 nm (intrinsic value; ca. 6 nm).  相似文献

Ti- and V-containing MFI, MEL and MCM-41 catalysts were studied in the oxidation of cyclohexane, cyclohexene, naphthalene, tetralin, decalin and phenol with H2O2. Although TS-1 and TS-2 exhibited the highest activity and selectivity in the oxidation of n -hexane and 1-hexene, cyclohexene could only be oxidized effectively on the MCM-41 silicates. Since the oxidation of condensed aromatic systems over Ti- and V-containing MFI and MEL zeolites runs to difficulties, MCM-41 type catalysts may be offered for these reactions.  相似文献

HPWA/MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieves of appropriate ratios were prepared by loading HPWA on siliceous MCM-41 by the wet impregnation method. The prepared HPWA/MCM-41 materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and BET surface area and FT-IR measurements. The morphology of mesoporous materials was studied by TEM observation. The catalytic activity of the above materials was tested for the condensation of dimedone (active methylene carbonyl compound) and various aromatic aldehyes under liquid phase conditions at 90 °C. The products were confirmed by FT-IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR studies. HPWA supported MCM-41 catalysts catalyses efficiently the condensation of dimedone and aromatic aldehydes in ethanol and other solvents under liquid phase conditions to afford the corresponding xanthenedione derivatives. Activities of the catalysts follow the order: HPWA/MCM-41(20 wt.%) > HPWA/MCM-41(30 wt.%) > H3PW12O40·nH2O > HPWA/MCM-41(10 wt.%) > HPWA/SiO2 (20 wt.%) > HM (12) > Hβ (8) > Al-MCM-41 (50). Various advantages associated with these protocols include simple workup procedure, short reaction times, high product yields and easy recovery and reusability of the catalyst.  相似文献

以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,硝酸铈为铈源,采用水热法合成了杂原子介孔分子筛Ce-MCM-41。XRD和FT-IR表征结果表明,当加入的Ce/Si物质的量比小于0.04时合成了规整有序的介孔结构,并将Ce原子引入到MCM-41骨架中。N2吸附-脱附测试获得MCM-41和Ce-MCM-41(Ce/Si物质的量比为0.04)的平均孔径分别为2.82和2.46 nm,孔容分别为0.762 1和 0.689 4 m3/g,BET比表面积分别为986.42和756.8 m2/g。NH3-TPD表征结果表明,Ce-MCM-41的酸性要明显强于MCM-41,但两种分子筛的酸性均较弱。利用合成的MCM-41和Ce-MCM-41吸附脱除甲硫醚浓度为58 μg(甲硫醚)/g的甲硫醚/氮气混合气中的甲硫醚。甲硫醚分子尺寸的模拟结果为0.464 8 nm,可以很容易地进入分子筛的介孔孔道中。由于Ce-MCM-41分子筛具有较多的酸量,其硫吸附容量7.52 mg(S)/g明显高于MCM-41的4.57 mg(S)/g。MCM-41和Ce-MCM-41都具有较好的再生性能,再生3次后硫吸附容量仍可恢复到初始容量的80%,分别为3.52和 5.86 mg(S)/g。  相似文献

ZSM-5/MCM-41 composite molecular sieve has been hydrothermally synthesized through a two-step crystallization process using palygorskite (PAL) as silicon and aluminum source. The products were characterized by various means and their catalytic properties for acetalization of cyclohexanone and esterification of acetic acid and n-butanol were also investigated. In the first step ZSM-5 zeolite could be formed from the acid-treated PAL after hydrothermal treatment using tetrapropylammonium bromide as template. XRD patterns, N2 adsorption and desorption data, and TEM images show that the composite obtained in the secondary step had a well-ordered mesoporous MCM-41 phase and a microporous ZSM-5 zeolite phase. Compared with ZSM-5, ZSM-5/MCM-41 composite possessed more total acid amount, weak acid sites and large pore structure due to the formation of MCM-41 and exhibited higher catalytic activity for the acetalization and esterification reaction.  相似文献

Porous magnetic composites were prepared by the synthesis of molecular sieve MCM-41 in the presence of Fe3O4 nanoparticles with average diameter of 15 nm. Nanoparticles were captured by porous silica matrix MCM-41, which resulted in their incorporation, as it was confirmed by TEM, SEM and X-ray diffraction. The materials possessed high surface area (392-666 m2 g−1), high pore volume (0.39-0.73 cm3 g−1) along with high magnetic response (MS up to 28.4 emu g−1 at 300 K). Calcination of samples resulted in partial oxidation of Fe3O4 to α-Fe2O3. The influence of nanoparticles content on sorption and magnetic properties of the composites was shown. No hysteresis was found for the samples at 300 K; at 5 K, HC was in the range 370-385 G for non-calcinated samples and 350-356 G for calcinated ones.  相似文献

Purely siliceous MCM-41 with a narrow pore-size distribution, different pore size, high surface area was synthesized . As prepared, calcined and catalytically tested MCM-41 materials have been comprehensively characterized by N2 adsorption/desorption at 77K and 129Xe NMR. By adding mesitylene during the synthesis, the pore size of MCM-41 was enlarged to 5.2nm. The chemical shift in 129Xe NMR spectroscopy of adsorbed xenon indicates that the MCM-41 is one dimensional pore channels .  相似文献
