A protocol for the Suzuki-Miyaura coupling of heteroaryl boronic acids and vinyl chlorides that minimizes protodeboronation is described. A combination of catalytic amounts of Pd(OAc)(2) and SPhos in conjunction with CsF in isopropanol effectively affords a variety of coupled products. Surprisingly, a dramatic temperature dependence in product selectivity was observed.  相似文献

The new air-stable PdCl2[PR2(Ph-R')]2 complexes, readily prepared from commercial reagents, exhibit unique efficiency as catalysts for the Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reactions of a variety of heteroatom-substituted heteroaryl chlorides with a diverse range of aryl/heteroaryl boronic acids. The coupling reactions catalyzed by the new complexes exhibit high product yields (88-99%) and high catalyst turnover numbers (up to 10,000 TON).  相似文献

We have previously reported that the palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of potassium vinyltrifluoroborate with aryl electrophiles proceeds with good yields. Herein, we describe recent progress in optimizing the reaction, as well as outlining the scope and limitations of the reaction. The cross-coupling reaction can generally be effected using 2 mol % of PdCl2 and 6 mol % of PPh3 as a catalyst system in THF/H2O with Cs2CO3 as a base. Moderate to good yields are obtained in the presence of a variety of functional groups.  相似文献

Bis(oxazolinyl)phenyl-palladium(II)(Phebox-Pd) complexes were found to be efficient catalysts for Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reactions of aryl boronic acids and their derivatives with aryl halides to give the corresponding biaryl products in high yield along with moderate enantioslectivities in the case of axially chiral induction. The catalytic activity was attained more than 900,000 of TON and 45,000 of TOF. The catalyst can be recovered quantitatively and could be reused for Suzuki-Miyaura reactions.  相似文献

A series of pyridylmethylamines have been synthesized in one step from commercially available starting material and identified as effective ligands for Pd-catalyzed carbon-carbon bond formation through Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction. The N,N-pyridylmethylamine-Pd catalytic systems appeared as an interesting and robust compromise between catalytic efficiency, substrate compatibility, and practical aspects.  相似文献

First selenium ligand stabilized Pd(0) nanoparticles (~3-5 nm) catalyze Suzuki-Miyaura C-C coupling in short time and are recyclable (up to 94% yield after 5 reuses). The air stable compound [PdCl(2)(L1)(2)] shows high catalytic efficiency for this coupling as its 3 × 10(-5) mol% is sufficient for activated ArBr.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A new class of triazole-based monophosphine 1 (ClickPhos) has been prepared via efficient 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions of readily available azides and acetylenes. Palladium complexes derived from these ligands provide highly active catalysts for Suzuki-Miyaura coupling and amination reactions of aryl chlorides.  相似文献

Stable Pd(0) nanoparticles were prepared at room temperature in 1,4-dioxane from PdCl2 using N,N′-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-(1,1′-binaphthyl)-4,4′-diamine (naphthidine) as reducing and stabilizing agent. This procedure resulted in Pd(0) particles possessing an average diameter of ca. 25 nm stabilized against aggregation due to a barrier of the naphthidine di(radical cation) Napht2.2+. These particles were evaluated for their capability to act as catalysts in Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reactions. The Pd(0)/Napht2.2+ provides a general and convenient method to prepare biaryls from aryl bromides or iodides and boronic acids with a broad range of functional groups in 1,4-dioxane at 80 °C and under aerobic conditions.  相似文献

The catalytic activity of benzothiazole-based Pd(II)-complexes was evaluated in Suzuki-Miyaura and Heck-Mizoroki C-C cross-coupling reactions of aryl chlorides and bromides with olefins and arylboronic acids both under thermal as well as microwave irradiation conditions in water. The factors affecting the optimization of such reactions as well as the reusability of the Pd-precatalysts are studied.  相似文献

A simple catalytic system based on PdCl2 and triphenylphosphine chalcogenides (PPh3X; X = O, S, Se) is found to be highly effective (up to 97% isolated yield) in the room temperature Suzuki-Miyaura reactions. Under the same experimental conditions, triphenylphosphine chalcogenides as ligands show superior activities compared to free triphenylphosphine.  相似文献

A series of amido pincer complexes of nickel were examined for their catalysis in the Kumada cross-coupling reaction. The P,N,O-pincer nickel complexes tested are active catalysts for the cross-coupling of aryl, heteroaryl, and vinyl chlorides with aryl Grignard reagents. The reactions can proceed at room temperature and tolerate functional groups in aryl chlorides with the aid of LiCl and ZnCl(2) additives.  相似文献

Syntheses of air- and moisture-stable heterogeneous (tert-butylarylphosphino)polystyrene-supported Pd catalysts and their use for versatile Suzuki-Miyaura reactions of aryl chlorides and arylboronic acids under non-anhydrous conditions are reported. The catalysts are easily recovered by filtration. They can be used many times (more than seven) without showing any loss of activity, and the amount of Pd leached is extremely low (<0.1%).  相似文献

The first general method for the palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura and carbonyl enolate coupling of unactivated aryl arenesulfonates was developed utilizing XPhos, 1, and Pd(OAc)2. This is of significant interest because aryl tosylates and aryl benzenesulfonates are more easily handled and considerably less expensive than aryl triflates. This catalyst system effects the coupling of a variety of aryl, heteroaryl, and extremely hindered arylboronic acids with different aryl tosylates, under mild conditions. The same catalyst was employed in the first carbonyl enolate coupling of aryl arensulfonates.  相似文献

Highly efficient and simple coupling reactions of benzylic and aryl bromides with aluminium acetylide catalyzed by NiCl(2)(PPh(3))(2) are reported. The coupling reactions proceed at room temperature employing 4 mol% catalyst, affording coupling products in excellent yields of up to 95% in short reaction times. The system worked efficiently with aryl and heterocyclic bromides as well.  相似文献

Readily synthesised, water-stable pyridylazetidine-based Pd(II) complexes have been studied as catalysts for the Sonogashira coupling reaction. Under low catalyst loadings, various aryl bromides and chlorides were efficiently coupled with phenylacetylene at only moderately elevated temperatures (50-70 °C) and, in some cases, even at room temperature. Not only was the catalysis efficient under mild conditions but it was also operative in aerated, partly aqueous and phosphine-free media.  相似文献

Palladium complexes bearing abnormal N-heterocyclic carbene were used as catalysts in Suzuki-Miyaura cross coupling of aryl chlorides at 25 °C. The catalyst remained active for 10 successive catalytic runs and can activate 4-chlorotoluene at 25 °C with 0.01 mol% catalyst loading resulting in a TON of 9500 within 6 h.  相似文献
