稀土元素对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721增殖的影响   总被引:7,自引:3,他引:7  
用MTT法研究了14种稀土元素(La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb和Lu)对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721增殖的影响。他们对肝癌细胞的生长作用可分为3类。其中La^3 、Ce^3 和Eu^3 对肝癌细胞的增殖有剂量依赖性正效应,能够在一定浓度范围内刺激细胞生长;Sm^3 ,Gd^3 ,Ho^3 ,Er^3 ,Yb^3 对肝癌细胞生长的刺激作用没有剂量依赖性特征;而Pr^3 ,Nd^3 ,Tb^3 ,Dy^3 ,Tm^3 和Lu^3 则表现出对肝癌细胞的增殖具有不用程度的抑制。推测14种稀土元素作用方式的不同与他们的原子结构有一定的关系,它们对肝癌细胞的相对增殖率随着原子序数的增加呈现出一定的规律性。  相似文献

Complete phase transition from hexagonal LnF(3) (Ln(3+) = La(3+), Ce(3+), Pr(3+)) to monodisperse ultrasmall (~7 nm) cubic Ln(0.8)M(0.2)F(2.8) (M(2+) = Ca(2+), Sr(2+), Ba(2+)) disordered solid solution nanocubes was successfully achieved through alkaline-earth doping, which induced great intensification of the near-infrared to visible upconversion emissions of the optically active rare earth ions.  相似文献

In the standard electrospray ionization mass spectra of many common, low molecular mass organic compounds dissolved in methanol, peaks corresponding to ions with formula [3M + Met](2+) (M = organic molecule, Met = bivalent metal cation) are observed, sometimes with significant abundances. The most common are ions containing Mg(2+), Ca(2+) and Fe(2+). Their presence can be easily rationalized on the basis of typical organic reaction work-up procedures. The formation of [3M + Met](2+) ions has been studied using N-FMOC-proline methyl ester as a model organic ligand and Mg(2+), Ca(2+), Sr(2+), Ba(2+), Fe(2+), Ni(2+), Mn(2+), Co(2+) and Zn(2+) chlorides or acetates as the sources of bivalent cation. It was found that all ions studied form [3M + Met](2+) complexes with N-FMOC-proline methyl ester, some of them at very low concentrations. Transition metal cations generally show higher complexation activity in comparison with alkaline earth metal cations. They are also more specific in the formation of [3M + Met](2+) complexes. In the case of alkaline earth metal cations [2M + Met](2+) and [4M + Met](2+) complex ions are also observed. It has been found that [3M + Met](2+) complex ions undergo specific fragmentation at relatively low energy, yielding fluorenylmethyl cation as a major product. [M + Na](+) ions are much more stable and their fragmentation is not as specific.  相似文献

p-Nitrocalix[6]arene (CALX-N6, L) formed a 1:1 metal complex, ML, with light rare earth metal ions (M3+), such as La3+, Pr3+ and Nd3+ except Ce3+, but formed a 1:2 (M(3+):L) complex, ML2 (the charge of the complex is omitted) with heavy rare earth metal ions, such as Sm(3+)-Lu3+ including Y3+. The conditional stability constants of these 1:1 and 1:2 complexes, KML and KML2, were measured by a ligand displacement method using absorption spectrophotometry in 4% (v/v) acetone aqueous solution at pH 9.65 +/- 0.15 and 25 degrees C.  相似文献

在乙醇体系中,以氯化铕与1,2邻苯二氧基二乙酸和二苯甲酰甲烷反应合成了三元配合物Eu-BDDA-DBM以及弱荧光离子La3+,Y3-,Yb3-和Nd3+掺杂的铕配合物.通过红外、紫外-可见、热重、荧光光谱对配合物进行了表征.红外光谱表明,单一配合物和掺杂配合物具有相似的配位结构.荧光光谱表明,La3+和Nd3+离子掺杂可以大幅度提高的铕配合物的荧光强度,其中La3+掺杂荧光强度增强最明显.  相似文献

1,4,10,13-Tetrathia-7,16-diazacyclooctadecane (ATCO) and its binary extraction system containing lauric acid were studied extensively as extractants of lanthanide (M(3+)=La(3+), Ce(3+), Pr(3+), Nd(3+), Sm(3+), Eu(3+) and Gd(3+)) in 1,2-dichloroethane solution. The percentage extraction of Ce(3+) and Eu(3+) by ATCO were only measured to be less than 5% during a pH range 5.5-7.0 in NCS(-), ClO(4)(-) and PF(6)(-) mediums respectively, which indicates that ATCO alone has very low extractability to lanthanide, due to the bad fit of metal ions in its cavity. However, when lauric acid was added to the ATCO organic phase, because of forming rare earth adduct, the percentage extraction for lanthanide until Gd(3+) was enhanced in the binary system in comparison with that did not adopt the lauric acid within the pH range 6-7. The extraction species and extraction equilibrium constants logK(ex) were found to be CeLA(3)3HA, -8.5, EuLA(3)HA, -6.7, and GdLA(2)NO(3)2HA, -1.8, respectively. The separation factor between Eu(3+) and Ce(3+) was found to be 2.5, however, poor selectivity for lanthanide was observed. From Gd(3+) to Er(3+) and Lu(3+), the synergistic effect of the binary extraction system decreases with increasing atomic number. For gadolinium, the synergistic effect becomes much weaker than that of Ce(3+) and Eu(3+), no synergistic effect existed for erbium and lutetium. Thermodynamic data for synergistic solvent extraction are also reported in this paper. The order of organic phase stability constants of the extraction species is Sm (5.8)>Pr (5.7)>Eu (5.6)>Ce (5.3)>La (5.2)>Gd (2.8).  相似文献

A series of four biphen (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) ligands, 2,2'-biphen (1), 3,3'-biphen (2), 2,2'-dimethylene-3,3'-biphen (3), and 2,3'-dimethylene-3,2'-biphen (4), is prepared by coupling and Friedl?nder methodology. The corresponding mononuclear Ru(II) complexes, [Ru(1-4)(Mebpy)(2)](2+) where Mebpy = 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine, are prepared. These complexes show long wavelength electronic absorptions at 441-452 nm and emissions at 622-641 nm. Metal-based oxidations occur in the range 1.18-1.21 V, and ligand-based reductions, at -1.20 to -1.30 V. The addition of Zn(2+), Cd(2+), or Hg(2+) ions results in a strong enhancement and red shift of the luminescence of complex Ru-3. Alkali and alkaline earth metal ions barely affect the luminescence of Ru-3 while transition metal ions such as Co(2+), Cu(2+), Ni(2+), and Mn(2+) lead to efficient quenching of the Ru-3 luminescence. The luminescence of Ru-2 and Ru-4 is quenched in the presence of Zn(2+) because of a conformationally induced reduction in electronic communication between the two phen halves of the ligand. The addition of Zn(2+) has only a slight effect on the luminescence of Ru-1 because of steric hindrance toward complexation.  相似文献

TTHA complexes with diamagnetic rare earth ions (La3+, Y3+ and Lu3+) were studied by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. A symmetric structural model was suggested for La(TTHA) complex and an asymmetric model for Y(TTHA) and Lu(TTHA) complexes. The complex formation was dependent on the pH value of the solution. The interactions of La(TTHA) with the additional metal ions (La3+, Y3+ and Ca2+) were relatively weak, but relatively strong for that of Lu(TTHA) with the additional Lu3+.  相似文献

We investigated the chemosignaling of Au(3+) by the selective desulfurization of thiocoumarin. In the presence of a heavy metal ion chelator N,N,N',N'-tetrakis-(2-pyridylmethyl)ethylenediamine, thiocoumarin was selectively converted to its oxo analogue by reaction with Au(3+), resulting in a pronounced chromogenic and fluorescent signaling. Selective signaling of Au(3+) was possible in the presence of common alkali, alkaline earth, and transition metal ions, as well as Au(+) in a mixed aqueous environment. The colorimetric determination of Au(3+) was possible by the color change from pink to yellowish green of the designed probe. The detection limit for the determination of Au(3+) in 50% aqueous acetonitrile was 1.1 × 10(-7) M.  相似文献

The use of hematoxylin and hematein as metallochromic indicators in direct EDTA titration of Zr(4+), Th(4+), Bi(3+), VO(+), Ga(3+), In(3+), Al(3+), Pb(+), Zn(2+), Mn(2+), Cd(2+), Cu(2+), Ni(2+), Co(2+), Mg(2+), and a few rare earths is described. Aluminium is titrated directly in presence of acetate buffer, lactic or glycoliic acid being used as auxiliary complexing agent. Mixtures of two metal ions can be titrated if one is Bi(3+) and the other Al(3+), Pb(2+), Zn(2+), Cu(2+), Cd(2+), La(3+), Ce(3+), Pr(3+), Nd(3+), Sm(3+), Gd(3+) or Er(3+). Aluminium alloys can be analysed via EDTA titrations, with these indicators.  相似文献

研究了非抑制型阳离子交换色谱中色谱柱温度(25~50℃)对碱金属离子(Li+、Na+、K+、Rb+)和碱土金属离子(Mg2+、Ca2+、Sr2+)以及NH4+保留的影响。在Shim-pack IC-C1磺酸型阳离子交换柱上,以硝酸为流动相分离碱金属离子,以乙二胺或乙二胺-草酸(柠檬酸)为流动相分离碱土金属离子,随着色谱柱温度的升高,碱金属和碱土金属离子的保留时间均增长,其范特霍夫曲线具有良好的线性关系,斜率为负值,表明在此条件下碱金属和碱土金属离子的保留为吸热过程。在Shim-pack IC-SC1羧酸型阳离子交换柱上,以硫酸为流动相同时分离碱金属和碱土金属离子,随着色谱柱温度的升高,Mg2+、Ca2+的保留时间增长,而K+、Rb+的保留时间缩短,Li+、Na+、NH4+的保留时间基本不变。在此条件下,Mg2+、Ca2+、K+和Rb+的范特霍夫曲线具有良好的线性关系,其中Mg2+和Ca2+的曲线斜率为负值,K+和Rb+的曲线斜率为正值,表明Mg2+和Ca2+的保留表现为吸热过程,K+和Rb+的保留表现为放热过程。研究表明在不同固定相和流动相条件下,色谱柱温度对碱金属和碱土金属离子保留行为的影响不同。  相似文献

N-m-Tolyl-m-nitrobenzohydroxamic acid is used as a reagent for separation and gravimetric determination of Ce(3+), La(3+), Pr(3+), Nd(3+), Sm(3+) and Gd(3+). By proper control of pH and use of masking agents these metal ions can be separated from several others and determined gravimetrically. The complexes can be weighed as (C(14)H(11)N(2)O(4))(3)M after drying.  相似文献

Electrospray ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (ESI-FTICRMS) was used to investigate metal ion interactions of the 18 amino acid peptide fragment B18 (LGLLLRHLRHHSNLLANI), derived from the membrane-associated protein bindin. The peptide sequence B18 represents the minimal membrane-binding motif of bindin and resembles a putative fusion peptide. The histidine-rich peptide has been shown to self-associate into distinct supramolecular structures, depending on the presence of Zn(2+) and Cu(2+). We examined the binding of B18 to the metal ions Cu(2+), Zn(2+), Mg(2+), Ca(2+), Mn(2+) and La(3+). For Cu(2+), we compared the metal binding affinities of the wild-type B18 peptide with those of its mutants in which one, two or three histidine residues have been replaced by serines. Upon titration of B18 with Cu(2+) ions, we found sequential binding of two Cu(2+) ions with dissociation constants of approximately 34 and approximately 725 micro M. Mutants of B18, in which one histidine residue is replaced by serine, still exhibit sequential binding of two copper ions with affinities for the first Cu(2+) ion comparable to that of wild-type B18 peptide, but with a greatly reduced affinity for the second Cu(2+) ion in mutants H112S and H113S. For mutants in which two histidines are replaced by serines, the affinity for the first Cu(2+) ion is reduced approximately 3-10 times in comparison with B18. The mutant in which all three histidine residues are replaced by serines exhibits an approximately 14-fold lower binding for the first Cu(2+) ion compared with B18. For the other metal ions under investigation (Zn(2+), Mg(2+), Ca(2+), Mn(2+) and La(3+)), a modest affinity to B18 was detected binding to the peptide in a 1 : 1 stoichiometry. Our results show a high affinity of the wild-type fusogenic peptide B18 for Cu(2+) ions whereas the Zn(2+) affinity was found to be comparable to that of other di- and trivalent metal ions.  相似文献

New kinds of organic-inorganic hybrid materials consisting of rare earth (Eu(3+), Tb(3+)) complexes covalently bonded to a silica-based network have been obtained by a sol-gel approach. Three novel versatile molecular building blocks containing sulfoxide organic units have been synthesized by methylene modification reaction, which are used as the ligands of rare earth ions and also as siloxane network precursors. The obtained hybrids are characterized by chemical analysis and spectroscopic methods such as FTIR and UV; XRD and SEM. Photoluminescence measurements on the prepared hybrids were performed showing the intra-4f(n) emission in the visible (Eu(3+), Tb(3+)) region and in all the cases being sensitized by the sulfoxide ligands. The emission quantum efficiency and the Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters of Eu(3+) hybrid materials were also investigated in detail.  相似文献

9,10-Phenanthrenequinone (PQ) and 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione (PTQ) form 1:1 and 2:1 complexes with metal ions (M (n+)=Sc (3+), Y (3+), Mg (2+), and Ca (2+)) in acetonitrile (MeCN), respectively. The binding constants of PQ--M (n+) complexes vary depending on either the Lewis acidity or ion radius of metal ions. The one-electron reduced species (PTQ(-)) forms 1:1 complexes with M (n+), and PQ(-) also forms 1:1 complexes with Sc(3+), Mg(2+), and Ca(2+), whereas PQ(-) forms 1:2 complexes with Y(3+) and La(3+), as indicated by electron spin resonance (ESR) measurements. On the other hand, semiquinone radical anions (Q(-) and NQ(-)) derived from p-benzoquinone (Q) and 1,4-naphthoquinone (NQ) form Sc(3+)-bridged pi-dimer radical anion complexes, Q(-)--(Sc(3+))(n)--Q and NQ(-)--(Sc(3+))(n)-NQ (n=2 and 3), respectively. The one-electron reduction potentials of quinones (PQ, PTQ, and Q) are largely positively shifted in the presence of M (n+). The rate constant of electron transfer from CoTPP (TPP(2-)=dianion of tetraphenylporphyrin) to PQ increases with increasing the concentration of Sc(3+) to reach a constant value, when all PQ molecules form the 1:1 complex with Sc(3+). Rates of electron transfer from 10,10'-dimethyl-9,9'-biacridine [(AcrH)(2)] to PTQ are also accelerated significantly by the presence of Sc(3+), Y(3+), and Mg(2+), exhibiting a first-order dependence with respect to concentrations of metal ions. In contrast to the case of o-quinones, unusually high kinetic orders are observed for rates of Sc(3+)-promoted electron transfer from tris(2-phenylpyridine)iridium(III) [Ir(ppy)(3)] to p-quinones (Q): second-order dependence on concentration of Q, and second- and third-order dependence on concentration of Sc(3+) due to formation of highly ordered radical anion complexes, Q()--(Sc(3+))(n)--Q (n=2 and 3).  相似文献

研究了Eu对小麦根细胞内钙调素的含量和活性以及对受钙调素调控的专一性酶NAD激酶的影响。结果表明,Eu^3+有类似Ca^2+的作用,影响受Ca^2+浓度调控的信号系统关键蛋白——钙调素的活性和含量变化。从而引起钙调素调控酶NAD激酶的活性改变,最终影响细胞内生理生化过程。认为稀土离子对生物体的Hormesis效应町能与稀土离子对细胞信号传递系统的影响有关,稀土离子可能通过影响细胞信号系统来调节细胞内的各种生理生化变化,形成稀土元素生物效应的多样性特征。  相似文献

A polypyridyl ligand, 2,3,6,7,10,11-hexakis(2-pyridyl)dipyrazino[2,3-f:2',3'-h]quinoxaline (HPDQ), was found to have excellent fluorescent selectivity for Cd(2+) over many other metal ions (K(+), Na(+), Ca(2+), Mg(2+), Mn(2+), Fe(2+), Ni(2+), Co(2+), Cu(2+), Ag(+), Hg(2+), Zn(2+), and Cr(3+)) based on the intramolecular charge-transfer mechanism, which makes HPDQ a potential fluorescence sensor or probe for Cd(2+). An obvious color change between HPDQ and HPDQ + Cd(2+) can be visually observed by the naked eye. The structure of the complex HPDQ-Cd has been characterized by X-ray crystallography. Density functional theory calculation results on the HPDQ and HPDQ-Cd complexes could explain the experimental results.  相似文献
