This paper reports that a series of silver oxide (AgxO) films are deposited on glass substrates by direct-current reactive magnetron sputtering at a substrate temperature of 250 oC and an oxygen flux ratio of 15:18 by modifying the sputtering power (SP). The AgxO films deposited apparently show a structural evolution from cubic biphased (AgO + Ag2O) to cubic single-phased (Ag2O), and to biphased (Ag2O + AgO) structure. Notably, the cubic single-phased Ag2O film is deposited at the SP = 105 W and an AgO phase with <220> orientation discerned in the AgxO films deposited using the SP > 105 W. The transmissivity and reflectivity of the AgxO films in transparent region decrease with the increase the SP, whereas the absorptivity inversely increases with the increase of the SP. These results may be due to the structural evolution and the increasing film thickness. A redshift of the films' absorption edges determined in terms of Tauc formula clearly occurs from 3.1 eV to 2.73 eV with the increase of the SP.  相似文献

The propagation of partially polarized and partially coherent beams in uniaxial crystals orthogonal to the optical axis is investigated. The analytical formulae for the elements of the cross-spectral density matrix of partially polarized and partially coherent beams propagating through uniaxial crystals orthogonal to the optical are derived. The numerical results show that the degree of polarization decreases with the increase of the ratio of extraordinary to ordinary refractive indices at a certain propagation distance, and the influence of uniaxial crystals on the degree of coherent is not so evident. And the beams spread more rapidly in the direction parallel to the optical axis than orthogonal to the optical axis in positive crystal with the propagation distance increasing.  相似文献

In this paper, the relationships between the optical spectra and local lattice structure for Mn5+ in a Sr10(VO4)6F2 crystal are established by the crystal- and ligand-field theory. The effect of spin–orbital coupling between the central 3d2 ions and ligand ions has been considered in the full energy matrix. Using the matrix and superposition model formula, we have calculated the optical spectra and local lattice structure parameters of Mn5+ in Sr10(VO4)6F2 with a C3v system. The calculated results are in good agreement with the observed values. In addition, the trigonal compressed distortions of the (MnO4)3? centers in Sr10(VO4)6F2 crystals are also obtained from the calculations.  相似文献

Sensitivity enhancement of solid-state NMR spectrum of half-integer spin quadrupolar nuclei under both magic-angle spinning (MAS) and static cases has been demonstrated by transferring polarisation associated with satellite transitions to the central m=-1/2-->1/2 transition with suitably modulated radio-frequency pulse schemes. It has been shown that after the application of such enhancement schemes, there still remains polarisation in the satellite transitions that can be transferred to the central transition. This polarisation is available without having to wait for the spin system to return to thermal equilibrium. We demonstrate here the additional sensitivity enhancement obtained by making use of this remaining polarisation with fast amplitude-modulated (FAM) pulse schemes under both MAS and static conditions on a spin-3/2 and a spin-5/2 system. Considerable signal enhancement is obtained with the application of the multiple FAM sequence, denoted as m-FAM. We also report here some of the salient features of these multiple FAM sequences with respect to the nutation frequency of the pulses and the spinning frequency.  相似文献

The shifted 1/N expansion technique used by El-Said [Phys. Rev. B 61 (2000) 13026], to study the relative Hamiltonian of two interacting electrons confined in a quantum dot, is investigated. El-Said's results from shifted large-N (or 1/N) expansion technique are revised and results from an alternative method are also reported. The distinctive role of the central spike term, (m 2-1/4)/q 2, in determining spectral properties of the above problem is shown, moreover.  相似文献

Optical properties of have been studied via infrared spectroscopy. For x>0.3, a hump in the optical conductivity σ1 is observed at about 0.2 eV, resulting from strong hybridization between conduction electrons and Ce 4-f electronic states. For x0.3, in contrast, no such hump is observed. The low frequency plasmon indicating the existence of heavy particles is also observed below coherence temperature T* for x>0.3.  相似文献
