Pseudo almost periodic solutions of differential equations with piecewise constant arguments

In this paper, we give a definition of pseudo almost periodic sequence and study the existence of pseudo almost periodic sequence to difference equation. Based on these, we investigate the existence of pseudo almost periodic solutions to differential equations with piecewise constant arguments which was considered by K. L. Cooke & J. Wiener and found applications in certain biomedical problems.     

Weighted pseudo almost periodic functions and applications

This Note introduces a new class of functions called weighted pseudo almost periodic functions, which generalize in a natural fashion the classical pseudo almost periodic functions due to C. Zhang. Properties of those weighted pseudo almost periodic functions are discussed including a composition result of weighted pseudo almost periodic functions, which plays a crucial role for the solvability of some weighted pseudo almost periodic semilinear differential and partial differential equations. Vector-valued pseudo almost periodic functions

Vector-valued pseudo almost periodic functions are defined and their properties are investigated. The vector-valued functions contain many known functions as special cases. A unique decomposition theorem is given to show that a vector-valued pseudo almost periodic function is a sum of an almost periodic function and an ergodic perturbation.     

Weighted pseudo‐almost periodic functions on time scales with applications to cellular neural networks with discrete delays

In this paper, we first propose a concept of weighted pseudo‐almost periodic functions on time scales and study some basic properties of weighted pseudo‐almost periodic functions on time scales. Then, we establish some results about the existence of weighted pseudo‐almost periodic solutions to linear dynamic equations on time scales. Finally, as an application of our results, we study the existence and global exponential stability of weighted pseudo‐almost periodic solutions for a class of cellular neural networks with discrete delays on time scales. This paper is concerned with the study of weighted pseudo almost periodic solutions to some classes of hyperbolic differential equations. Upon making some suitable assumptions, the existence and uniqueness of a weighted pseudo almost periodic solution is obtained. To illustrate our main result, we study the existence of a weighted pseudo almost periodic solution to a system of partial differential equations arising in control systems described by abstract retarded functional-differential equations with feedback control.

Pseudo almost periodic in distribution solutions and optimal solutions to impulsive partial stochastic differential equations with infinite delay

In this paper, we study a general class of impulsive partial stochastic differential equations with infinite delay and pseudo almost periodic coefficients in Hilbert spaces. Firstly, a more appropriate concept of pseudo almost periodic in distribution for stochastic processes of infinite class is introduced. Secondly, the existence of pseudo almost periodic in distribution mild solutions is investigated by utilizing the interpolation theory, the stochastic analysis techniques and fixed point theorem. The existence of optimal mild solutions of the systems is also proved. Finally, an example is provided to show the effectiveness of the theoretical results.

In this paper, we study weighted pseudo almost periodic solutions of neutral functional differential equations. By applying the properties of weighted pseudo almost periodic functions and the exponential dichotomy of linear systems as well as Krasnoselskii’s fixed point theorem, we establish the conditions for the existence of weighted pseudo-almost periodic solution of the equations.     

Two unsolved problems on almost periodic type functions

We first show that like a scalar-valued case, a vector-valued weakly almost periodic function also satisfies the Parseval’s equality. Then we show that the space of vector-valued weakly almost periodic functions is a proper subspace of pseudo almost periodic functions. These solve two open questions on almost periodic type functions.
