以某市雾霾天气为例,找出导致该市雾霾发生的原因并建立相关的故障树,通过分析得出导致该市发生雾霾的主要原因为气象和人为原因.然后利用模糊综合评判法,对该市雾霾污染程度进行了量化评判,得出该市雾霾污染程度为重度污染,便于该市相关部门做好防范措施.结果表明,利用故障树分析法和模糊综合评判法对雾霾天气进行分析是可行的,为其他雾霾城市分析提供了参考依据.  相似文献

运用清晰集合的交、并运算、模糊集的分解定理,本文提出了一个用多个清晰集合构造一个模糊集合的简易方法,并将这个方法应用于模糊综合评判.本方法能将模糊综合评判中取值范围不同的指标的取值范围归一化为区间(0,1).实例表明,本方法在模糊综合评判领域是有效的、且易于操作,可以广泛应用于工程、社科等领域.  相似文献

针对影响装备寿命的许多故障因素和故障关系具有复杂性、非确定性以及时变性的特点,指出了传统模糊综合评判方法的不足,提出了基于动态模糊综合评判的故障预测方法,给出了动态权重矩阵和动态隶属度的确定方法,以火炮反后坐装置为例对评判过程予以说明,证明了该方法的有效性和实用性。并将模糊综合评判与产生式规则相融合,利用复合推理机制提高预测结果的准确性。  相似文献

Fuzzification of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is of great interest to researchers since it is a frequently used method for coping with complex decision making problems. There have been many attempts to fuzzify the AHP. We focus particularly on the construction of fuzzy pairwise comparison matrices and on obtaining fuzzy weights of objects from them subsequently. We review the fuzzification of the geometric mean method for obtaining fuzzy weights of objects from fuzzy pairwise comparison matrices. We illustrate here the usefulness of the fuzzified AHP on a real-life problem of the evaluation of quality of scientific monographs in university environment. The benefits of the presented evaluation methodology and its suitability for quality assessment of R&D results in general are discussed. When the task of quality assessment in R&D is considered, an important role is played by peer-review evaluation. Evaluations provided by experts in the peer-review process have a high level of subjectivity and can be expected in a linguistic form. New decision-support methods (or adaptations of classic methods) well suited to deal with such inputs, to capture the consistency of experts’ preferences and to restrict the subjectivity to an acceptable level are necessary. A new consistency condition is therefore defined here to be used for expertly defined fuzzy pairwise comparison matrices.  相似文献

中小企业信用风险评价是供应链融资实现的关键。本文在对已进行的研究总结的基础上,建立了一套比较完整的评价指标体系,然后运用DEA、AHP和基于左右得分的模糊TOPSIS相结合的评价方法对中小企业在供应链融资中的信用风险进行评价。最后,将方法成功应用到具体实例,结果表明将AHP方法和左右得分模糊TOPSIS结合应用到多层次指标评价问题是合理、可行的,能够为供应链融资信用风险评估提供决策依据。  相似文献

目前我国很多大学都致力于生态校园的建设,通过相关文献的学习,在综述了国内外生态校园的研究进展的基础上,构建了高等学校生态校园评价指标体系.将层次分析法和模糊综合评价法耦合形成一种新的方法模糊层次综合评判法(FAHP),运用层次分析法结合专家经验,借助于Expert Choice软件研究了生态校园指标体系的权重,并结合模糊综合评判法进行最后的评价定级.以河北工程大学东校园为例对本套指标体系和评价方法做了检验和分析,验证了其有效性.  相似文献

为了科学地评价城市交通文化系统,并使评价方法更符合实际,对模糊层次分析法进行改进,提出了可拓模糊层次分析法,介绍了可拓模糊层次分析法的原理,给出了它的构成方法和具体评价模型,并用该评价模型对沈阳、大连、鞍山三个城市的交通文化系统进行了综合评价.结果表明,该方法较好地反映了实际交通文化系统的水平,克服了层次分析法中人的主观判断、选择、偏好对结果的影响,使评价结果更合理,是一种可信的多目标决策问题的评价方法,对城市交通文化系统评价是有效的.  相似文献

针对ELECTRE法处理不确定的模糊信息能力弱的缺点,将ELECTRE-IN法拓展到了模糊环境下,用来进行装备战场的威胁评估,决策评估中涉及到的属性值与属性权重值等模糊信息以三角模糊数形式给出.首先根据三角模糊数互补判断矩阵完全一致性的概念,通过建立一个多层次非线性规划,求解出三角模糊数型的属性权重向量;其次集结决策者对各方案属性的评价,确定出模糊决策矩阵;最后按照模糊ELECTRE-IN方法的步骤进行威胁评估,得到决策方案的排序.  相似文献

The fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (fuzzy AHP) is a very popular decision making method and literally thousands of papers have been published about it. However, we find the basic logic of this approach has problems. From its methodology, the definition and operational rules of fuzzy numbers not only oppose the main logic of fuzzy set theory, but also oppose the basic principles of the AHP. In dealing with the outcomes, fuzzy AHP does not give a generally accepted method to rank fuzzy numbers and a way to check the validity of the results. Besides, we discuss the validity of the Analytic Hierarchy/Network Process (AHP/ANP) in complex and uncertain environments and find that fuzzy ANP is a false proposition because there is no fuzzy priority in the super matrix which provides the basis for the ANP. Although fuzzy AHP has been applied in many cases and cited hundreds of times, we hoped that those who use fuzzy AHP would understand the problems associated with this method.  相似文献

The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a measurement methodology based on pair-wise comparisons that relies on judgment to derive priority scales. During its implementation, one constructs hierarchies, then makes judgments or performs measurements on pairs of elements with respect to a criterion to derive preference scales, which are then synthesized throughout the structure to select the preferred alternative.One of the areas where the AHP finds application is in the subjective phases of risk assessment (RA), where it is used to structure and prioritize diverse risk factors, including the judgments of experts. Since fuzzy logic (FL) has been shown to be an effective tool for accommodating human experts and their communication of linguistic variables, there has been research aimed at modeling the fuzziness in the AHP (FAHP), and recently the focus of some of that modeling has been with respect to RA.The literature discusses more than one FAHP model, which raises the question as to which are the prominent models and what are their characteristics. In response to this question, we examine three of the most influential FAHP models. The article proceeds as follows. It begins with a brief overview of the AHP and its limitations when confronted with a fuzzy environment. This is followed by a discussion of FL modifications of the AHP. A RA-based likelihood score example is used throughout. The article ends with a commentary on the findings.  相似文献

Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) proves to be a very useful methodology for multiple criteria decision-making in fuzzy environments, which has found substantial applications in recent years. The vast majority of the applications use a crisp point estimate method such as the extent analysis or the fuzzy preference programming (FPP) based nonlinear method for fuzzy AHP priority derivation. The extent analysis has been revealed to be invalid and the weights derived by this method do not represent the relative importance of decision criteria or alternatives. The FPP-based nonlinear priority method also turns out to be subject to significant drawbacks, one of which is that it may produce multiple, even conflict priority vectors for a fuzzy pairwise comparison matrix, leading to entirely different conclusions. To address these drawbacks and provide a valid yet practical priority method for fuzzy AHP, this paper proposes a logarithmic fuzzy preference programming (LFPP) based methodology for fuzzy AHP priority derivation, which formulates the priorities of a fuzzy pairwise comparison matrix as a logarithmic nonlinear programming and derives crisp priorities from fuzzy pairwise comparison matrices. Numerical examples are tested to show the advantages of the proposed methodology and its potential applications in fuzzy AHP decision-making.  相似文献
