It has been made certain that thio-and oxy-diacetic acid hydrazidesare potential anticancer compounds.However,their ability to formcomplexes with transition metals and the properties of the complexes thusformed have not been studied.Employing a new potential anticancer ligand1,2-bis(thioacetic acid hydrazide)ethane prepared in our lab,along withligands oxydiacetic hydrazide and 1,2-bis(oxyacetic acid hydrazide)ethane,a series of 11 new first-row transition metal(M=Zn~(2+),Cu~(2+),Co~(2+),Ni~(2+))complexes with each of the above three ligands have been synthesizedand characterized by means of elemental analyses,IR,TG and X-raypowder diffraction. 相似文献

The synthesis and characterization are reported for a series of bi- and trinuclear complexes of the first transition metal ions with PBDETA, the newly syn thesized polydentate ligand. Complexes of Cu~Ⅱ, Ni~Ⅱ, Co~Ⅱ, Zn~Ⅱ, Fe~Ⅲ, Cr~Ⅲ, Cd~Ⅱ and Mn~Ⅱ with the natural product 5-hydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxyflavone(1) have been prepared and their probable structures were proposed on the basis of elemental analyses, thermal analyses and IR and UV spectral data. In this paper the electronic configurations of n+1-decker transition metal sandwich com-plexes have been generally discussed by means of the structural rule of transition metalheterocarborans and the numbers of their valence bonding orbitals have been obtained as fol-lows: VBO = 6n + 3-6n + 5,which are not dependent on the properties of transition metal atoms and coordination rings.Then the results of EHMO quantum chemistry calculations of the model skeletons and cor-responding analyses on electronic configurations of actual molecules for double-, triple- andtetra-decker sandwich complexes have been discussed to verify the above formula. 相似文献

Reaction of 1,3-cyclohexadiene(tricarbonyl)iron I with aryllithium, ArLi (Ar=C_6H_(53)-m-, p-CH_3C_6H_4, p-CH_3OC_6H_4, p-CF_3C_6H_4), in ether at low temperature, followed by subsequent alkylstion of the acylmetalates formed with Et_3OBF_4 in aqueous solution at 0°G gave 5 crystalline compounds with the compositions of C_6H_8(CO)_2FeC(OC_2H_5)Ar Ⅱ—Ⅵ formulated as isomerized products of cyclohexadiene(dicarbonyl)[ethoxy(aryl)earbene]iron complexes based on elemental analyses, spectral studies and single crystal X-ray structure determination. The results from syntheses, spectroscopic experiments and X-ray diffraction are reported, and a possible reaction mechanism is tentatively proposed in this paper. 相似文献

Eleven homobinuclear macrocyclic rare earth metal ions complexes are obtained as com-pounds of 2:2 Schiff base formed by condensing 2,6-diformyl-4-tert-Butylphenol and triethy-lenetetramine by a template procedure using rare earth metal isothiocyanates. These complexesare characterized by elemental analyses, FABMS, IR, conductivity and magnetic susceptibility.The variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility (4--300K) of complexes of Gd(Ⅲ) and Tb(Ⅲ) has been determined. A satisfactory fit to theoretical curve derived from spin Hamil-tonian operator was obtained by least squares method. The exchange interaction parameters areJ =-0.220 cm~(-1) for Gd, ,ZJ~?=-0.052 cm~(-1) for Tb. The results indicate a very weak anti-ferromagnetic interaction between Gd~(3+)-Gd~(3+), Tb~(3+)-Tb~(3+) ions. 相似文献

Two oxygen adducts of different geometric isomers of the tetrakis(μ-2-anilinopyridinato) dirhodium unit, Rh_2(ap)_4~+, have been synthesized and characterized. Rh_2(ap)_4O_2(4,0) is the oxygen adduct 1 of 4, 0 isomer; and Rh_2(ap)_4O_2(2, 2) is the oxygen adduct 2 of 2, 2 isomer. The ESR spectra of both oxygen adducts show that there is a characteristic signal of a superoxide ion, g=2.03. Polyacetylene is the most hopeful electrical conductive polymer, which is being exploited to fabricate plastic battery, solar energy cell etc. The catalysts used for the synthesis of high cis-polyacetylene films are mainly Ti(OC_4H_9)_4-AlEt_8 and rare-earth coordination catalysts as well as Co(NO_3)_2-NaBH_4. This paper reports features of acetylene polymerization by novel catalysts composed of transition metal 2-ethyl hexyl phosphonates of the fourth periodic transitional series-Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni and aluminium trialkyls. Except Ni catalyst system, all catalytic systems can promote polymerization of acetylene at room temperature to form a silvery-grey polyacetylene film with rich cis-content and high crystallinity. Under the experimental conditions tested, the catalytic activity of various systems shows the following sequence: Fe>Ti~V>Cr>Mn>Co>Ni The polyacetylene films obtained were characterized. 相似文献

A series of nine Pd(0)complexes(L)Pd(L')[L=bis(diphenylphosphino)methane(dppm),1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane(dppe),and 1,1'-bis(diphenyl-phosphino)ferrocene(dppf),respectively;L=dibenzylideneacetone(dba),2,3,5,6-tetrachloro-1.4-benzoquinone(q)and 2,3-dichloro-1,4-naphthoquinone(nq)]were synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analyses,IR,UV,1~H-NMR and~(31)P-NMR spectra.The redox wave peak potentials of the ferrocenylgroup of complexes with dppf were measured by using CV method.Results showedthat all the diphosphorus ligands behaved as chelating bidentate ligand anddba,q,nq were coordinated to the Pd(0)atom through their C=C moieties,nottheir carbonyl ones.Analytical data also showed that there were interactionsbetween the two different ligands in each complex. 相似文献
