发展了关于相对论态自旋算符的系统理论.考虑了具有非零静质量的粒子情况.对带自旋的相对论粒子,通常的自旋算符需换为相对论的自旋算符.在Poincar啨群不可约表示的框架里,构造了适用于粒子任意正则态的自旋算符,称为运动自旋.本文的讨论限于量子力学.随后将在量子场论中对此作进一步深入研究.  相似文献

本文研究了各向同性square-octagon晶格在内禀自旋轨道耦合、Rashba自旋轨道耦合和交换场作用下的拓扑相变,同时引入陈数和自旋陈数对系统进行拓扑分类.系统在自旋轨道耦合和交换场的影响下会出现许多拓扑非平庸态,包括时间反演对称破缺的量子自旋霍尔态和量子反常霍尔态.特别的是,在时间反演对称破缺的量子自旋霍尔效应中,无能隙螺旋边缘态依然能够完好存在.调节交换场或者填充因子的大小会导致系统发生从时间反演对称破缺的量子自旋霍尔态到自旋过滤的量子反常霍尔态的拓扑相变.边缘态能谱和自旋谱的性质与陈数和自旋陈数的拓扑刻画完全一致.这些研究成果为自旋量子操控提供了一个有趣的途径.  相似文献

在能量耗散腔中,原子用泡利算符描述,光场用相干态描述,运用密度矩阵理论,得到了两二能级原子密度矩阵元的演化规律,分析了与单模辐射场作用过程中原子态的自旋压缩、量子Fisher信息和最大自旋涨落.结果表明:自旋压缩,大于 的最大自旋涨落可以作为量子纠缠的充分必要判据.自旋压缩, 大于 的最大自旋涨落和量子纠缠,它们互相等价.大于1的Fisher信息与它们之间没有等价关系,但可以作为自旋压缩和量子纠缠的充分判据.  相似文献

处于热场中的两比特XXZ自旋体系用正则系综表示,基于该系综的密度矩阵,求出了量子关联(用quantum discord描述,简称QD)以及QD的几何测量。通过用图示的方法针对各向同性XXZ自旋体系的QD(包括其几何测量)以及纠缠度的比较,可以看出量子关联比量子纠缠具有更优越的抗噪声能力。  相似文献

研究了单模光腔中两组分玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚的基态性质和相关的量子相变.通过利用自旋相干态变换将等效赝自旋哈密顿算符对角化并求得基态能量泛函.基态能量泛函对其经典场变量进行变分并取极小值,得到光子数解和相边界曲线.通过稳定性讨论发现系统除了出现正常相和超辐射相之外,还得到了多稳的宏观量子态;受激辐射来自于原子数反转的集体态,单组分的Dicke系统中并没有此现象;受激辐射只能从一组分的原子中产生,而另外的仍保持在普通超辐射状态.通过调整相关的原子-场耦合强度和频率失谐,超辐射和受激辐射态的顺序可以在原子的两个组分之间互换.  相似文献

<正>研究了缀饰格子中的量子自旋霍尔效应,模型中同时考虑了Rashba自旋轨道耦合和交换场的作用.缀饰格子具有简立方对称性,以零能平带和单狄拉克锥结构为主要特点.在缀饰格子中,不论是实现量子自旋霍尔效应还是量子反常霍尔效应,都需要一个不为零的内禀自旋轨道耦合作用来打开一个完全的体能隙,这与石墨烯等六角格子模型有着很大的不同.在交换场破坏了时间反演对称性的情况下,以自旋陈数为标志的量子自旋霍尔效应仍然能够存在,边缘态和极化率的相关结果也证明了这一结论.结果表明自旋陈数比z2拓扑数在表征量子自旋霍尔效应方面有着更广泛的适用范围,相应的结论为利用磁场控制量子自旋霍尔效应提出了一个理论模型和依据.  相似文献

A systematic theory on the appropriate spin operators for the relativistic states is developed.For a massive relativistic particle with arbitrary nonzero spin,the spin operator should be replaced with the relativistic one,which is called in this paper as moving spin.Further the concept of moving spin is discussed in the quantum field theory.A new operator,field quanta spin is defined and in terms of the generators of Poincare group the moving spin of field system is constructed.It is shown that,in virtue of the two operators,problems in quantum field concerned spin can be neatly settled.  相似文献

Recently it has been shown that transformations of Heisenberg-picture operators are the causal mechanism which allows Bell-theorem-violating correlations at a distance to coexist with locality in the Everett interpretation of quantum mechanics. A calculation to first order in perturbation theory of the generation of EPRB entanglement in nonrelativistic fermionic field theory in the Heisenberg picture illustrates that the same mechanism leads to correlations without nonlocality in quantum field theory as well. An explicit transformation is given to a representation in which initial-condition information is transferred from the state vector to the field operators, making the locality of the theory manifest.  相似文献

The quantum dynamics of a two-mode non-resonant parametric down-conversion process is studied by recasting the time evolution equations for the basic operators in an equivalent spin equation form with simpler exact solutions for a pump field with harmonic time dependence. The canonical formalism for a self-dual Maxwell field on a null plane is reviewed. After solution of the second class constraints, the transition to the quantum theory is carried out using a representation in which the self-dual Maxwell field is diagonal. The Gauss law constraint allows us to consider the physical state vectors to be holomorphic functionals of one complex function. Application of reality conditions allows us to define an inner product such that the Hermitean adjoint operators are identified with the classical complex conjugate operators. In going over to the Fourier expansion of the operators, we find that the inner product is formally convergent for positive frequency functionals and formally divergent for the negative frequency functionals. Following similar results of Ashtekar, Rovelli, and Smolin, negative frequency states are functional distributions identified with the helicity opposite to that of the positive frequency states.  相似文献

In the new framework of gravitational quantum field theory (GQFT) with spin and scaling gauge invariance developed in Phys. Rev. D 93 (2016) 024012-1, we make a perturbative expansion for the full action in a background field which accounts for the early inflationary universe. We decompose the bicovariant vector fields of gravifield and spin gauge field with Lorentz and spin symmetries SO(1,3) and SP(1,3) in biframe spacetime into SO(3) representations for deriving the propagators of the basic quantum fields and extract their interaction terms. The leading order Feynman rules are presented. A tree-level 2 to 2 scattering amplitude of the Dirac fermions, through a gravifield and a spin gauge field, is calculated and compared to the Born approximation of the potential. It is shown that the Newton's gravitational law in the early universe is modified due to the background field. The spin dependence of the gravitational potential is demonstrated.  相似文献

Based on unified theory of electromagnetic interactions and gravitational interactions, the non-relativistic limit of the equation of motion of a charged Dirac particle in gravitational field is studied. From the Schrodinger equation obtained from this non-relativistic limit, we can see that the classical Newtonian gravitational potential appears as a part of the potential in the Schrodinger equation, which can explain the gravitational phase effects found in COW experiments.And because of this Newtonian gravitational potential, a quantum particle in the earth's gravitational field may form a gravitationally bound quantized state, which has already been detected in experiments. Three different kinds of phase effects related to gravitational interactions are studied in this paper, and these phase effects should be observable in some astrophysical processes. Besides, there exists direct coupling between gravitomagnetic field and quantum spin, and radiation caused by this coupling can be used to directly determine the gravitomagnetic field on the surface of a star.  相似文献

本文对半导体中的自旋弛豫过程给出一个简要的回顾,介绍了半导体材料从体材料到量子阱、量子线、量子点不同维数的结构中各种自旋弛豫过程,主要关注了自旋去相位和相干控制。对于不同材料中的各种弛豫机制,关注的重点在于如何能够在实验上以一种可以控制的方式来改变可调参数从而达到控制自旋弛豫过程。这些参数主要有电场、磁场、温度、应变、有效g因子等等。本文的组织上,首先介绍研究前景,第1部分简要介绍了自旋弛豫的四种机制。第2部分按照维数的不同将半导体中自旋弛豫分为3个部分:体材料、量子阱、量子线、量子点,在每一部分中又基本上按照电子、空穴、激子的顺序进行了简要的总结:对于不同的载流子,考虑了自旋弛豫对可调参数的依赖关系。这些结果要么试图解释了已有的实验结果,要么从理论上给出预言从而给实验指明了方向,为室温下可以使用的自旋电子学器件设计提供了依据,为固态量子计算和量子信息处理铺平了道路。最后简单地给出展望。  相似文献
