建立了X射线荧光光谱法测定锌铝铜合金ZnAl6Cu1中铝、铜、铁、硅、镍、铅和镉的分析方法。探讨了各元素的分析条件,比较了不同制样方式及不同放置时间对铝强度的影响。在最佳的仪器分析条件下,测定了微量元素的检出限及主、次元素的精密度和准确度。检出限结果表明:各微量元素的检出限均满足标准要求,Cd和Pb元素的定量限稍高。精密度和准确度结果表明,铝、铜、铁元素的测量相对标准偏差在2.1%~5.9%,分析结果与国家标准方法一致。  相似文献

A gas chromatograph with electron capture detection method for estimation of selected metabolites--amino acids (free and bound), gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), salicylic acid (SA), and acetyl salicylic acid (ASA) from tomato--is reported. The method is based on nitrophenylation of the metabolites by 1-fluoro-2, 4-dinitrobenzene under aqueous alkaline conditions to form dinitophenyl derivatives. The derivatives were stable under the operating conditions of GC. Analysis of bound amino acids comprised perchloric acid precipitation of protein, alkylation (carboxymethylation) with iodoacetic acid, vapor-phase hydrolysis, and derivatization with 1-fluoro-2,4-dinitrobenzene in that order. The metabolites were resolved in 35 min, using a temperature-programmed run. The method is rapid, sensitive, and precise. It easily measured the typical amino acids (aspartate, asparagine, glutamate, glutamine, alanine, leucine, lysine, and phenylalanine) used for identification and quantification of a protein, resolved amino acids of the same mass (leucine and isoleucine), satisfactorily measured sulfur amino acid (methionine, cystine, and cysteine), and quantified GABA, SA, and ASA, as well. The developed method was validated for specificity, linearity, and precision. It has been applied and recommended for estimation of 25 metabolites from Solanum lycopersicum (L.).  相似文献

Cu掺杂TiO2及其纳米管的制备、表征与光催化性能   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
通过溶胶-凝胶法和水热法制备了Cu掺杂TiO2纳米粉末及其纳米管,并通过XRD、TEM、FE-SEM、EDS、UV-Vis/DRS等手段分析了样品的结构。发现以Cu掺杂TiO2纳米粉末为水热反应原料制备的纳米管中不含Cu,对其原因进行了分析讨论并通过Zn掺杂TiO2纳米粉末证实:以金属掺杂TiO2纳米粉末为原料,通过水热法制备TiO2纳米管中不含有相应金属离子,这是由于金属离子在强碱水热条件下形成金属配离子,使金属离子溶解于水中而不能形成金属掺杂TiO2纳米管。对所得样品进行了光催化性能测试,发现:Cu掺杂TiO2粉末的光催化产氢效率为0.75 μmol·(g·h)-1,高于由其本身及P25通过水热法制备的TiO2纳米管(分别为:0.42 μmol·(g·h)-1,0.25 μmol·(g·h)-1)的光催化产氢效率。  相似文献

A simple accurate and precise analytical method for the determination of platinum, ruthenium, and molybdenum in Pt, PtRu, and PtMo nanoparticles catalysts deposited on high-surface area carbon by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) is described. The complete digestion of samples (0.010-0.020 g), which contain noble metals (NMs) in the range between 0 and 30% in combination among them or with other non-NMs, is obtained under mild conditions using both concentrated HCl and HCl+HNO3 (1+1 (v/v)) mixture to boiling for 30 min in an open vessel. Carbon is separated from the solution by filtering it. Under optimized conditions of the flame, the poor sensitivity of platinum is enhanced 50-fold in presence of 1% (m V−1) ascorbic acid, whereas the analytical signal of ruthenium increased by the presence of co-existing platinum. Any kind of interference is observed on the analytical signal of molybdenum. Recovery test obtained by analyzing commercial powder catalysts ranged from 99 to 101%. The precision, expressed as relative standard deviation of five measurements, is better than 1%. Electrode catalysts, made by using the carbon-supported platinum-based powder catalysts, have been analyzed for the metal loadings onto the electrode by GFAAS after dissolution under the same conditions used for the powder catalysts. The precision, expressed as relative standard deviation of three measurements, is better than 2%.  相似文献

A new method for investigating the mechanisms of nitric oxide release from NO donors under oxidative and reductive conditions is presented. Based on the fragmentation of N-nitrosoamines, it allows generation and spectroscopic characterization of nitrenium cations, amide anions, and aminyl radicals. X-irradiation of N-nitroso-N,N-diphenylamine 1 in Ar matrices at 10 K is found to yield the corresponding radical ions, which apparently undergo spontaneous loss of NO* under the conditions of this experiment (1*+ seems to survive partially intact, but not 1*-). One-electron reduction or oxidation of 1 is observed upon doping of the Ar matrix with DABCO, an efficient hole scavenger, or CH2Cl2, an electron scavenger, respectively. The resulting diphenylnitrenium cation, 2+, and the diphenylamide anion, 2-, were characterized by their full UV-vis and mid-IR spectra. The best spectra of 2+ and 2- were obtained if 1 was homolytically photodissociated to diphenylaminyl radical 2* and NO* prior to ionization. 2+ and 2- are bleached on irradiation at <340 nm to form 2* or, in part, 1. DFT and CCSD quantum chemical calculations predict that the dissociation of 1*+ and 1*- is slightly endothermic, a tendency which is partially reversed if one allows for complexation of the resulting 2+ (and, presumably, 2-) with NO*. The method described in this work should prove generally applicable to the generation and study of nitrenium cations and amide anions R2N+/- under matrix and ambient conditions (i.e., in solution).  相似文献

建立了同时测定蔬菜和水果中唑虫酰胺、氟啶虫酰胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺和氟虫双酰胺残留量的液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)分析方法。样品经乙腈提取,过滤后进行盐析,上层有机相经QuEChERS方法净化浓缩后,用乙腈-水(体积比20∶80)定容进行分析。采用XBridgeTMC18色谱柱,以0.1%甲酸溶液-乙腈体系进行梯度洗脱,MRM方式测定,基质外标法定量。在优化条件下,唑虫酰胺和氟啶虫酰胺的线性范围为0.075~2.0 mg.L-1,氯虫苯甲酰胺和氟虫双酰胺为0.015~0.40 mg.L-1,线性相关系数均不低于0.998。唑虫酰胺、氟啶虫酰胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺及氟虫双酰胺在蔬菜和水果样品中的检出限(S/N=3)为0.000 8、0.005、0.002、0.000 5 mg.kg-1。蔬菜和水果中4种农药在0.05~5.0 mg.kg-1(氟啶虫酰胺和唑虫酰胺)和0.01~1.0 mg.kg-1(氟虫双酰胺和氯虫苯甲酰胺)加标范围内的回收率为80%~95%,批内RSD为2.0%~6.1%,批间RSD为3.3%~7.6%。  相似文献

Abstract

Ion-associate complexes of Antazoline HC1 (I), Hydralazine HC1 (II), Amiloride HC1 (III), Thiamine HC1 (IV) and Quinine sulphate (V) with ammonium reineckate were precipitated and their solubilities were studied as a function of pH, ionic strength and temperature. Saturated solutions of each ion-associate under the optimum precipitation conditions were prepared and the metal ion-content in the supernatent was determined. The solubility products were thus elucidated at different temperatures. A new accurate and precise method using direct coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry for the determination of the investigated drugs in pure solutions and in pharmaceutical preparations is described. The drugs can be determined by the present method in the ranges 0.3-3.0, 0.19-1.96, 0.3-3.0, 0.33-3.37 and 0.78-7.82 mg/25 ml solutions of I, II, III, IV and V, respectively.  相似文献

The natural product 2-chloro-3,11-tridecadiene-5,7,9-triyn-1-ol (1) photosensitized the inactivation of Escherichia coli in the presence of near-ultraviolet light (320-400 nm; NUV) under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions. A series of E. coli strains differing in DNA repair capabilities and catalase proficiency exhibited indistinguishable inactivation kinetics following treatment with the chemical plus NUV. The presence of carotenoids did afford some protection to E. coli against inactivation under aerobic conditions, consistent with the involvement of singlet oxygen. The photosensitized hemolysis of human erythrocytes occurred more rapidly in the absence than in the presence of oxygen. Aerobically, the onset of hemolysis was partially inhibited by NaN3 and by 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT) but not by superoxide dismutase (SOD). The aerobic lipid peroxidation observed in the membranes of erythrocyte ghosts was completely inhibited by BHT, and partially by NaN3, but not by SOD. These results suggest that either lipid peroxidation of the membrane is not the main cause of photohemolysis or that BHT has insufficient access to intact erythrocyte lipids to protect them. Aerobically, crosslinking of membrane proteins was also observed; it was not affected by SOD, but was partially inhibited by BHT and NaN3. The anaerobic photosensitized hemolysis of erythrocytes was more rapid; a radical mechanism was suggested since BHT inhibited the hemolysis to a greater extent than under aerobic conditions. Neither lipid peroxidation nor protein crosslinking was observed under conditions believed to be anaerobic. A light-dependent electron transfer to cytochrome c was obtained under argon but not under oxygen. Although induced mutations were not observed in the experiments with E. coli, 1 was capable of damaging both supercoiled pBR322 and Haemophilus influenzae transforming DNA in a manner that seemed to be equivalent under aerobic and anaerobic conditions. In conclusion, 1 can behave as typical photodynamic molecule under aerobic conditions but, in contrast to most photodynamic molecules, it is also phototoxic under anaerobic conditions. The extent to which the radical reactions detected under anaerobic reactions compete with the photodynamic processes when oxygen is present is not known.  相似文献

A negative Cotton effect is observed in the circular dichroism (CD) spectra of 6-oxo-morphinans in the wavelength range of n-pi* electron transitions. 6-oxo-Morphinans can be transformed into oxime derivatives with hydroxylamine and after oxime formation the CD spectra are significantly different. Oxime formation was monitored by CD and by HPLC. It was established that under the experimental conditions used oxime formation was complete within 90 min. The method suggested for the determination of 6-oxo-morphinans is based on the considerable differences between the ellipticities before and after the oxime formation. The ellipticity difference varies linearly with concentration in the range 2 x 10(-5)-5 x 10(-4) mol L(-1) for the three 6-oxo-morphinans examined (oxycodone, hydrocodone, and 14-hydroxycodeinone). For hydrocodone the dependence is also linear in a lower concentration range (5 x 10(-6)-10(-4) mol L(-1)). The new difference CD spectroscopic method can be applied to the selective determination of 6-oxo-morphinans in bulk and dosage forms.  相似文献

The RapidChek SELECT Salmonella Enteritidis Test System was validated for the detection of Salmonella Enteritidis (SE) in poultry house drag swabs, shell egg pools, and chicken carcass rinsates. The method utilizes RapidChek SELECT Salmonella (AOAC PTM License No. 080601) proprietary primary and secondary enrichment media. Following enrichment, an immunochromatographic test strip is inserted into the tube containing the secondary enrichment broth, developed for 10 min, and interpreted. Salmonella Enteritidis-inoculated samples (1-5 CFU SE/analytical unit) were tested by the test method as well as the appropriate cultural reference method U.S. Food and Drug Administration-Bacteriological Analytical Manual (drag swabs and egg pools) or U.S. Department of Agriculture-Food Safety and Inspection Service (chicken carcass rinsates). A total of 80 samples were tested by both methods in the study. Fifty-two samples were positive by the RapidChek SELECT Salmonella Enteritidis method and 38 were found positive by the respective reference method. The sensitivity of the method was 100% and the specificity was 100%. The accuracy of the test method was 137%, indicating that the method was more sensitive than the reference method. The RapidChek SELECT Salmonella Enteritidis method was tested with 82 Salmonella Group D1 strains including 63 Salmonella Enteritidis strains as well as 32 non-Salmonella Group D1 strains representing 10 bacteria genera. The test method detected all 82 Group D1 strains (100% sensitivity). None of the non-Salmonella Group D1 or other genera of bacteria were detected, indicating a specificity of 100%. The method was shown to be highly robust and stable under control and accelerated stability conditions.  相似文献

矿石样品铂、钯、铑和铱经铅试金富集,所得金属合粒用硝酸-盐酸溶解,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定矿石样品中铂、钯、铑和铱的含量。在优化的石墨炉工作条件下测得:铂的质量浓度在20~150μg.L-1、钯在15~120μg.L-1、铑和铱在6~100μg.L-1范围内与其吸光度呈线性关系,检出限(3s/k)依次为4.6,4.0,1.5,1.5μg.L-1。方法用于分析了2种矿石国家标准物质(GBW 07341、GBW 07342),测定结果与认定值相符。方法的回收率在87.6%~105.5%之间。测定值的日内和日间相对标准偏差(n=7)分别在2.8%~3.6%和3.5%~4.7%之间。  相似文献

A method to prepare 1,3-disubstituted 2,6-diketopiperazines (2,6-DKP) as useful heterocyclic library scaffolds in the search of new leads for drug discovery is described. The method can be used in solution-phase and solid-phase conditions. In the key step of the synthesis, the imido portion of the new molecule is formed in solution through intramolecular cyclization, under basic conditions, of a secondary amide nitrogen on a benzyl ester. A Wang resin carboxylic ester is used as the acylating agent under solid-phase conditions, allowing the cyclization to take place with simultaneous cleavage of the product from the resin ("cyclocleavage"). The synthetic method worked well with several couples of amino acids, independently from their configuration, and was used for the parallel synthesis of a series of fully characterized compounds. The use of iterative conditions in the solid phase (repeated addition of fresh solvent and potassium carbonate to the resin after filtering out the product-containing solution) allowed us to keep diastereoisomer content below the detection limit by HPLC and (1)H NMR (200 MHz).  相似文献

The three-component reaction of 4-hydroxycoumarin, aldehyde, and aminopyrazole in the presence of a catalytic amount of L-proline in ethanol under reflux conditions provided the cyclized product (dihydrochromeno[4,3-b]pyrazolo[4,3-e]pyridine-6(7H)-one), whereas under similar reaction conditions, replacing aminopyrazole by 1,3-dimethyl-6-aminouracil provided the acyclic three-component product (6-amino-5-((4-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)methyl)-1,3-dimethylpyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione). This method is metal free and atom economical, and avoids column chromatographic purification as all the products can be purified by recrystallization.  相似文献

A new method was developed for the simultaneous extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), phthalate esters (PEs), nonylphenols (NPs) and nonylphenol mono- and diethoxylates (NP1EOs and NP2EOs, respectively) in sediment samples by means of a closed microwave system. The extractions were carried out at 21 psi and 80% of microwave power and 15 ml of acetone were used as the common extraction solvent. The filtered extract was further fractionated in two groups using Florisil cartridges: PAHs and PCBs were eluted with n-hexane:toluene (4:1) and the PEs, NPs and ethoxylates were eluted with ethyl acetate. All the compounds were analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). In case of PAHs and PCBs, the developed method was validated by comparison of the results obtained for the certified reference material NIST 1944 with the certified values. In the absence of a reference material for phthalate esters and nonylphenols, one sediment sample was extracted twice under the optimal conditions in order to check than an exhaustive extraction of the analytes occurred. This method is currently used in the study of the distribution of those organic contaminants in the estuaries of the Bay of Biscay (Spain).  相似文献

The direct coupling between ionic liquid-based single-drop microextraction and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry is proposed for the rapid and simple determination of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes isomers (BTEX) in water samples. The extraction procedure exploits not only the high affinity of the selected ionic liquid (1-methyl-3-octyl-imidazolium hexaflourophosphate) to these aromatic compounds but also its special properties like viscosity, low vapour pressure and immiscibility with water. All the variables involved in the extraction process have been studied in depth. The developed method allows the determination of these single-ring compounds in water under the reference concentration level fixed by the international legislation. In this case, limits of detection were in the range 20 ng L(-1) (obtained for benzene) and 91 ng L(-1) (for o-xylene). The repeatability of the proposed method, expressed as RSD (n=5), varied between 3.0% (o-xylene) and 5.2% (toluene).  相似文献

Theobromine, theophylline, and caffeine are determined simultaneously by a rapid and selective reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method with UV detection in by-products of cupuacu and cacao seeds. The determination is carried out in the raw and roasted ground cupuacu seeds and in the corresponding powders obtained after pressure treatment. The by-products of both cupuacu seeds and cacao seeds are obtained under the same technological conditions. The HPLC method uses isocratic elution with a mobile phase of methanol-water-acetic acid (80:19:1) (v/v) at a flow rate of 1 mL/min and UV absorbance detection at 275 nm. Total elution time for these analytes is less than 10 min, and the detection limit for all analytes is 0.1 mg/g. The amounts of theobromine and caffeine found in all the cupuacu samples are one or more orders of magnitude lower than those from cacao. Theophylline is found in all cacao samples except for the roasted ground paste, and it is only found in the roasted ground paste in the cupuacu samples.  相似文献

The concentrations of Cd, Co, Cr, Fe, Mo, Ni, Se, Ti, V and Zn in biological fluids, human blood serum and market milk were determined by neutron activation analysis, with enrichment by coprecipitation. The pre-concentration of these trace elements was accomplished by converting the dissolved trace metal ions into their pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate (1-pyrrolidinecarbodithioate) chelates, followed by coprecipitation with a metal carrier such as Ni, Pb or Bi. The coprecipitation was carried out prior to irradiation for the short-lived nuclides (V, Ti and Se) and after irradiation for the other elements. The validity of the method was checked using certified biological reference materials; the concentrations of trace elements found by the proposed method agreed well with the published certified data. The limits of detection for Cd, Co, Cr, Fe, Mo, Ni, Se (obtained through the long-lived isotope 75Se) and Zn under the present experimental conditions were found to be 5, 5, 10, 520, 5, 70, 10 and 150 ng, respectively, for 5 ml of biological liquor. The limits of detection for Ti and V obtained (through their short-lived radionuclides 51Ti and 52V, respectively) were found to be 180 and 1.4 ng, respectively, for 50 ml of market milk, or 70 and 0.7 ng for 1 ml of blood serum.  相似文献

The utilization of 6,6-dimethyl-3-((trimethylsilyl)oxy)cyclohex-2-en-1-one made from an unsymmetrical 4,4-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione in iridium-catalyzed allylic enolization involving keto-enol isomerization is accomplished under mild conditions. The chemoselectivity, regioselectivity, and enantioselectivity are facilitated by the quaternary carbon and adjusting the reaction conditions. This method provides the substituted 2-(but-3-en-2-yl)-3-hydroxy-6,6-dimethylcyclohex-2-en-1-ones in good to high yields with high level of chemo-, regio-, and enantioselectivities. The chiral carbon-fluorine bond formation is induced by an adjacent chiral carbon center of the allylated 3-hydroxy-6,6-dimethylcyclohex-2-en-1-one, as well.  相似文献

提出了使用ICP-OES同时测定活性炭中Al、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Na、P和S的分析方法。采用高氯酸和硝酸处理样品,以硝酸作为测定介质,在选定的仪器工作条件下直接测定。各元素的测定检出限为0.002~0.012μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.32%~1.83%。对样品进行加标回收试验,回收率在92.1%~108.4%之间。实验表明:方法不仅具有较高的灵敏度和较低的检出限,而且快速、准确,能够满足活性炭和以活性炭为载体的催化剂杂质元素分析的要求。  相似文献
