制备了一种三乙醇胺与N-苯基苷氨酸为共同引发剂的丙烯酰胺基光致聚合物全息存储材料,并用He-Ne 激光器633 nm波长的光对样品进行曝光测试.实验表明,与单引发剂的光致聚合物相比,薄膜的质量有一定的提高,在曝光灵敏度变化不大的情况下,衍射效率有很大提高.优化两种引发剂浓度后,此种共同引发的光致聚合物材料呈现的衍射效率达到54%,曝光灵敏度为1.85×10-2cm2/mJ.还研究了此种光致聚合物的透过率随曝光时间和曝光强度的变化,说明此种光致聚合物材料内部均匀性好,对光的散射小. 相似文献

在不同温度下,分别测量了掺杂偶氮材料、偶氮聚合物和偶氮液晶聚合物的光致双折射行为,并利用双e指数模型对光致双折射的动力学过程进行了拟合.实验结果表明,偶氮材料的光致双折射源于偶氮分子的光致异构和光致分子取向,光致双折射大小随温度的升高表现出先增大后减小的趋势.在抽运光的作用下,含偶氮材料的光致双折射包含一个由偶氮分子取向引起的快过程和一个由偶氮分子带动大分子取向引起的慢过程.关闭抽运光后,掺杂偶氮材料和偶氮聚合物表现为可逆的弛豫,而偶氮液晶聚合物则展现出长久光存储特性. 相似文献

研究一种新型的并列式的高密度存储材料ADPA-PVK-PBA-TNF聚合物薄膜.在非吸收区用光抽运测试法研究了薄膜光致双折射,获得光致双折射变化值Δn=1.3×10-3,分析了该聚合物薄膜光致取向增强的物理和化学机理.探讨了抽运光对光致双折射的增强和抑制效应.在此基础上初步实现了多重角度复用信息存储、获得了较为清晰的全息存储图像.并讨论了图象存储的增强/抑制效应,利用这种效应可对存储图像处理或删除.

有效地控制有机半导体分子取向和堆积特性对实现高性能电子器件具有非常重要的意义,而发展简便高效的溶液相成膜技术是实现这一目的的重要途径.本文采用改进的溶液浸涂法,成功地成长出大面积宏观取向的半导体聚合物P(NDI2OD-T2)和PTHBDTP薄膜.偏光显微镜和极化的紫外-可见光吸收谱测量显示,薄膜中聚合物分子主链骨架沿成膜时液面下移方向择优取向.原子力显微镜观察到聚合物薄膜由纳米尺度的取向有序晶畴构成,畴的取向与分子链的取向一致.采用衬底-溶液界面处表面张力和溶剂蒸发诱导的分子自组织过程来解释浸涂法生长聚合物取向薄膜的微观机理.使用取向的P(NDI2OD-T2)薄膜制备场效应晶体管,显著地提高了电子迁移率(可达4倍),并实现高达19的迁移率各向异性度.这可归因于共轭的聚合物主链骨架择优取向引起电荷传导通路的变化. 相似文献

A novel technique is presented for obtaining approximate analytic expressions for an inhomogeneous line-driven plate. The equation of motion for the inhomogeneous plate is transformed, and the transform of the total displacement is written as a sum of the solution for a homogeneous line-driven plate plus a term due to the inhomogeneity. The result is an integral equation for the transform of the inhomogeneous contribution. This expression may in general be solved numerically. However, by introducing a small parameter into the problem, it may be solved approximately using perturbation techniques. This series may not be convergent, but its convergence may be improved using Pade approximation. Results are presented for the case of a single mass discontinuity, and a distribution of mass discontinuities. 相似文献

The elastodynamic response of a layered isotropic plate to a source point load having an arbitrary direction is studied in this paper. A decomposition technique is developed within each homogeneous isotropic lamina to simplify the general three-dimensional plane-wave propagation problem as a separate plane-strain problem and an anti-plane-wave propagation problem. The accuracy of computation is assured by cross-checking the numerical results by different methods. Results are checked numerically for a vertical point load acting on a homogeneous and a layered plate by using a hybrid method. On the other hand, results are checked for a horizontal point load by using dynamic reciprocal identities. Results are presented for both a homogeneous as well as a layered plate. 相似文献

It was found experimentally that dumbbell domains of the second kind produced at high temperature can convert to dumbbell domains of the first kind at low temperature. And the ordinary hard bubbles produced at low temperature can convert to dumbbell domains of the first kind at high temperature. So we conclude that the domain wall structures of the three kinds of hard domains are the same. We also observe that the equilibrium separation between two neighboring vertical-Bloch lines is widened with the increasing temperature when the hard domains collapse under the effect of bias field. 相似文献

The eigenfunction system of infinite-dimensional Hamiltonian operators appearing in the bending problem of rectangular plate with two opposites simply supported is studied. At first, the completeness of the extended eigenfunction system in the sense of Cauchy's principal value is proved. Then the incompleteness of the extended eigenfunction system in general sense is proved. So the completeness of the symplectic orthogonal system of the infinite-dimensional Hamiltonian operator of this kind of plate bending equation is proved. At last the general solution of the infinite dimensional Hamiltonian system is equivalent to the solution function system series expansion, so it gives to theoretical basis of the methods of separation of variables based on Hamiltonian system for this kind of equations. 相似文献

本文在杂化密度泛函理论水平上研究了溶剂对2-(N-甲基)氨基-5-硝基吡啶分子非线性光学性质的影响.在溶剂中,构造了包括氢键作用的超分子体系,在优化结构的基础上分别研究了由极化连续模型模拟的溶剂与该分子的长程相互作用、溶剂与该分子的氢键相互作用以及溶剂与包括氢键作用的超分子体系整体的相互作用对分子的几何结构、非线性光学性质、紫外吸收光谱和电荷分布等特性的影响.结果表明,溶剂中分子电偶极矩、线性极化率和第一超极化率都增大,而溶剂与溶质分子通过氢键形成的超分子结构与单体有着明显区别.因此,氢键对分子结构和性质的影响较大,从而将明显的影响该类分子的非线性光学性质. 相似文献

By using a new technique proposed by the first author [1] approximate theories are developed for the dynamic response of viscoelastic plates and layered composites. The originality of the new technique lies in the fact that it permits the approximate theory to satisfy correctly the lateral boundary conditions of a plate, or the interface (continuity) conditions of a layered composite. This, in turn, enables the approximate theory to describe accurately the geometric dispersion of waves propagating in a plate or layered composite. The approximate equations of a single viscoelastic plate are first derived by making use of the new technique. To develop the approximate theory for viscoelastic layered composites made of two alternating layers it is noted that the approximate equations of a single plate already established also hold in each layer of the composite. The theory is completed by adding the continuity conditions to these equations and using a smoothing operation. The equations thus obtained constitute a continuum (homogeneous) model (CM) which simplifies the determination of the dynamic response of viscoelastic layered composites when the number of layers in the composite is large. The proposed approximate theories are open to improvement in the sense that their region of validity in the wave number-frequency plane can be enlarged as much as one wishes by increasing the orders of the theories and continuity conditions. 相似文献

为了有效校正星载偏振相机成像时太阳耀斑区产生的拖尾,以高分五号卫星多角度偏振成像仪为例,结合多角度偏振成像仪在轨成像特点,理论分析了图像获取过程中拖尾产生的机理.建立了光斑区不含饱和像元情况下能够有效对漏光拖尾进行校正的矩阵法与暗行法校正模型,以及光斑区全像元饱和情况下结合矩阵法与暗行法估计光斑区饱和像元强度的遗留拖尾校正模型,该算法充分考虑了强光饱和条件下太阳耀斑区产生的漏光拖尾与遗留拖尾.利用实验室积分球光源成像光斑模拟在轨运行时遥感图像太阳耀斑开展拖尾校正方法可行性验证实验.实验结果表明,该方法不仅能有效去除图像中的拖尾噪声,提高图像质量,而且能够对光斑饱和像元强度进行有效估计.最后,分析多角度偏振成像仪在轨成像图中耀斑区拖尾对其辐亮度测量精度的影响,分析结果表明,拖尾校正前后,灰度方差由202.69×10^6下降至2.32×10^6,平均梯度由5.08×10^-1下降至2.26×10^-1. 相似文献
