对船舶无空泡螺旋桨非定常推力脉动及其诱导的线谱噪声进行了研究,主要目的在于螺旋桨非定常推力脉动理论预报方法的验证。基于速度势面元法计算得到非均匀流场中无空泡螺旋桨的推力脉动,在大型循环水槽中利用非定常动力仪测试得到全附体船后螺旋桨的脉动推力,以脉动推力作为声源项预报得远场线谱噪声。一阶叶频非定常推力系数理论计算值与试验值最大相差29.3%,由此引起的线谱噪声差别为3.0 dB。上述结果表明,面元法预报船后螺旋桨非定常推力脉动已达到较高精度,为船舶螺旋桨低频线谱噪声的预报提供了物理基础和重要参数。   相似文献

研究了导管螺旋桨低频离散谱噪声辐射机理和预报方法。依据线性声学原理,导管螺旋桨噪声场为螺旋桨直接辐射噪声与导管散射噪声之和,并利用速度势面元法分析流场,得到导管螺旋桨非定常力,将其作为FW-H方程的源项,求解得到螺旋桨直接辐射声。导管散射声通过Kirchoff积分方程求解获得。由于导管桨的导管是短导管,其算例分析计算表明,低频情况下导管散射声级远小于螺旋桨直接辐射声级。并将导管螺旋桨离散谱噪声级与测量所得的实桨离散谱噪声级进行了比较,证实导管螺旋桨离散谱噪声理论预报结果能够较合理的反映实桨离散谱噪声的量值。   相似文献

阐述了采用空化黏流CFD瞬态模拟和脉冲球形气泡辐射噪声理论相结合的思路在螺旋桨空化低频噪声谱预报上的应用方法。预报了全附体SUBOFF潜艇标称伴流条件下的NSRDC4383五叶大侧斜桨和某七叶大侧斜桨的片空化低频噪声谱,分析了桨叶负载和空化程度对线谱成分及其谱源级的影响。空化模拟时采用作者提出的且可信性经过验证的改进Sauer空化模型和修正SST湍流模型。噪声谱预报时空化体积由空化特征长度求取,较空泡表面球形等价假设更加合理。计算表明,七叶桨较五叶桨的确具有负载小、空化初生延迟、空化低频线谱噪声低的特征。在相同的基于航速的空化数下,非均匀进流与桨叶相互作用会明显增加线谱成分及其谱源级。在伴流、空化数和转速一定时,随着负载减小,推力、力矩和桨叶空化面积均会减小,但空化体积加速度幅度却变大,离散线谱噪声级增加且由奇次谐频为主转变为以偶次谐频为主;当仅减小空化程度时,谐频线谱成分明显被抑制,且1 kHz频率处谱源级减小2.54 dB。较完整地构建了螺旋桨空化水动力和噪声性能评估的数值平台,可用于指导艇尾低噪声桨的数值设计。   相似文献

The experimental and numerical studies have been carried out to investigate the blade passage frequency (BPF) noise of a cross-flow fan (CFF) with the block-shifted impeller. Firstly, the aeroacoustic and aerodynamic features about the five different block-shifted impellers have been obtained experimentally. Secondly, the dynamic pressure sensors were put in the noise generating surfaces to investigate the pressure fluctuations generated by the shifted blocks in the near-field through the cross-correlation analysis. Thirdly, the two-dimensional (2D) unsteady flow field has been simulated by commercial CFD software and the vortex flow patterns and the unsteady force of the blade have been analyzed to detect the noise source about the CFF. Finally, the noise properties about the CFF were predicted by a hybrid method through the Farassat’s equation and the surface pressure fluctuations were provided by the CFD simulations. A simplified theory model has also been built up at the same time. The comparisons are made between the results of hybrid method and the theory model to validate the correctness of the noise prediction methods. The accuracy of these results was also evaluated by the corresponding experimental ones. The results indicate that the impellers with different block-shifted angles are the same in aerodynamic performance but different in the BPF noise. The relations between the shifted angles and the BPF noise levels have been predicted and discussed for the noise reduction.  相似文献

采用空化多相流瞬态模拟和边界元数值声学计算相结合的混合方法,预报了全附体假尾后对转桨在初生空化状态下的线谱和宽带谱噪声,分析了初生空化状态下对转桨噪声谱级相对于无空化状态的增量,提出了同时从流场与声场角度判定对转桨空化初生的四个充分条件。预报值与空泡水筒噪声测量值进行了比较。多相流瞬态模拟包括非定常雷诺时均模拟、尺度适应模拟和分离涡模拟三种方法。计算结果表明,在大范围进速系数范围内预报对转桨敞水性能曲线与测量值吻合很好。尺度适应模拟(SAS)和分离涡模拟(DES)在捕捉对转桨空化脉动压力时精度相当,均能满足非定常负载噪声预报的精度要求;雷诺时均模拟(URAN S)仅对于低频负载噪声来说基本适用。空泡体积脉动诱导线谱噪声在800 Hz处的预报误差小于4 dB;在800 Hz^3 kHz频段内,预报得到1/3oct中心频率处谱级的平均误差小于1.5 dB,总声级预报误差小于2.4 dB。空化初生的充分条件为:空化面积与桨盘面面积的比值小于2%、积分力和叶梢截面压力系数分布较无空化状态基本不变且中高频段噪声谱级增加8~10 dB。较好地解决了伴流场中对转桨空化初生判定和初生空化状态下辐射噪声预报的两个技术难题,可直接服务于高速、低噪声鱼雷的设计研发。   相似文献

Because of the European and global regulation concerning acoustic emission, the goal of manufacturers is to substantially decrease the noise radiated by turbomachines, and in particular axial fans, without degrading their aerodynamic performances. High rotation speed and increasing power add to the overall difficulties. The theoretical study of this paper consists of two parts: (1) an aerodynamic approach based on the vortex surface method and (2) an aeroacoustic approach which mainly concerns the prediction of the tonal noise using the Ffowcs Williams and Hawkings (FW-H) equation. One of the main goals is the evaluation of the unsteady aerodynamic forces applied on the fan blades. A 2D software analysis, based on the vortex surface method (or potential flow method), was carried out. That process enabled evaluation of the potential flow around a mobile grid; first in a steady mode, and secondly in an unsteady mode by introducing an upstream disturbance in the form of an inlet velocity variation. The sources of noise corresponding to the zones with high force fluctuation amplitude are located initially on the blade surface. These fluctuating forces are used to predict the tonal noise radiated by the fan in far field by means of the FW-H equation. Two axial flow fans were used in this study. The theoretical results will be compared to the experimental ones in order to evaluate the aeroacoustic performances of the fans.  相似文献

This paper reports on an experimental investigation of large-scale flowfield instabilities in a pump rotor and the process of noise generation by these instabilities. Measurements of the fluctuating components of velocity and surface pressure were made with hot-wire probes and surface mounted pressure transducers on a seven bladed back swept centrifugal water pump impeller operating with air as the working fluid. The impeller was operated without a volute or scroll diffuser, thereby eliminating any sound generation from pressure fluctuations on the volute cutoff. Thus the study focused on flow field and noise components other than the blade passage frequency (and its harmonics). The primary goal of the study was to provide fundamental information on the unsteady flow processes, particularly those associated with the noise generation in the device. It was further anticipated that detailed flow measurements would be useful for the validation of future computational simulations.The measured data at the discharge show a jet-wake type of flow pattern which results in a strong vorticity field. The flow with high velocity found on the pressure side of the impeller tends to move to the low-pressure region present at the suction side of the passage as a form of roll-up around the blade trailing edge. This motion causes an unsteady flow separation at the suction side of the blade and consequently disturbs the flow in the adjacent passage. By interacting with the impeller blades near the trailing edges, this instability flow causes a periodic pressure fluctuation on the blade surface and generates noise by a trailing edge generation mechanism. The spectrum of surface pressure measured at the trailing edge of each blade reveals a cluster of peaks which were identified with azimuthal mode numbers. The correlation between the acoustic farfield pressure and the surface pressure on the impeller blade has proven that the azimuthal modes synchronized with the number of impeller blades generate noise much more efficiently than the other modes. The paper also clarifies the correlation between unsteady flowfield measurements, in both impeller and laboratory co-ordinates, with the radiated noise properties. Thus some light is shed on the noise generation mechanisms of this particular device.  相似文献

In spite of a low circumferential Mach number the sound of isolated centrifugal fan impellers is sometimes dominated by distinctive tones at blade passing frequency (BPF) and integer multiples. This paper reports on an experimental and numerical investigation intended to unveil the tone generating mechanism. The sound spectra from three impellers operating at a large range of speed were measured and decomposed into Strouhal and Helmholtz number dependent functions. This led to the preliminary conclusion that the BPF related tones are exclusively flow-induced. Based on hot-wire and blade pressure fluctuation measurements and a subsequent correlation analysis, coherent flow structures different from those associated with the principal azimuthal flow pattern due to the blades were detected. Eventually a numerical three-dimensional unsteady flow simulation revealed an inlet vortex. It takes on a helical form, with the vortex core slowly varying its position with respect to the impeller center. As the blades cut through that quasi-stationary helical vortex they encounter blade force fluctuations, producing the BPF tones. Slow spin of the vortex core and slow variation of vortex strength were identified as the reasons for amplitude modulation of the BPF tone.  相似文献

基于介质阻挡放电等离子体的体积力气动激励机理,仿真研究了等离子体增升减阻技术对沿螺旋桨桨径方向均匀分布的10个叶素气动特性的改善效果.采用叶素理论,对比分析了等离子体对螺旋桨整体气动性能的提高效果.主要结论有:桨尖和桨叶根部的叶素容易发生气动分离现象,其中根部叶素处于负攻角的工况中;采用介质阻挡放电等离子体流动控制技术可以完全抑制流动分离不太严重的桨叶中部区域的叶素气动分离,对桨尖处翼型的严重气动分离不能完全抑制但也有改善作用,但对处于负攻角工况的叶素作用不大;等离子体增升减阻技术确实可以提高螺旋桨的气动性能,对本文所研究的情况,螺旋桨的拉力和效率分别提高了28.27%和 12.3%.  相似文献

Much of the noise produced by a fan is due to varying forces caused by the unsteady flow field through which it passes. In the absence of inlet guide vanes, support struts and other mechanical obstructions, the flow irregularities are caused by large scale intake turbulence and temporal and spatial variations in the annulus boundary layer. In many cases the most effective source is the annulus boundary layer, as this interacts with the blade tip which is the fastest part of the blade and is therefore the most effective noise source. This noise can be reduced if the annulus boundary layer is smoothly bled away from the rotor so that the blade tip sees a thin, uniform boundary layer. A one metre diameter ventilation fan has been run in a duct with and without a boundary layer bleed system and a reduction of far field sound power of approximately 5 dB has been obtained for a bleed of 5 % of the main flow with some far field tone reductions of more than 15 dB. Measurements of far field directivities, in-duct acoustic modes and aerodynamic distortions have confirmed the suggested explanation for this phenomenon. The tests have shown that great care must be taken in the design of a bleed system so that residual boundary layer distortions are not in the correct wavelength range to produce propagating acoustic waves at important blade passing harmonic frequencies. If such distortions are present, the far field noise can increase instead of decrease.  相似文献

The underwater counter-rotation propeller non-cavitation noise has an obvious modulation characteristic which is due to the interaction of flow and blade. A modulation mechanism is presented in this paper. A sound pressure spectrum model is presented to describe its non-cavitation noise with application of generalized acoustic analogy method, the modulation mechanism is expressed with the improvement of sound pressure model. The power spectrum and modulation spectrum are presented by numerical simulation. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results are verified by the cavitation tunnel experiment. The modulation model of counter-rotation propeller is beneficial to the prediction modulation characteristics and identification of underwater high-speed vehicles.  相似文献

水下对转桨无空化噪声由流场-桨叶相互作用引起,调制特性是水下对转桨无空化噪声的重要特征,本文研究了水下对转桨无空化辐射噪声调制机理。首先利用广义声类比方法得到了无空化条件下水下对转桨的远场声压谱,建立了水下对转桨无空化噪声的调制模型,然后数值仿真了模型对转桨无空化噪声的功率谱和调制谱,最后在空泡水筒中进行了模型对转桨的无空化噪声测量试验,数值仿真结果和试验验证了调制模型的准确性。该模型对于水下对转桨无空化噪声调制特性预报及目标识别具有重要价值.   相似文献

Centrifugal fans are widely used and the noise generated by these machines causes one of the serious problems. In general, the centrifugal fan noise is often dominated by tones at blade passage frequency and its higher harmonics. This is a consequence of the strong interaction between the flow discharged from the impeller and the cut-off in the casing. However, only a few researches have been carried out on predicting the noise because of the difficulty in obtaining detailed information about the flow field and considering the scattering effect of the casing. The objective of this study is to understand the generation mechanism of sound and to develop a prediction method for the unsteady flow field and the acoustic pressure field of the centrifugal impeller. A discrete vortex method is used to model the centrifugal impeller and a wedge and to calculate the flow field. The force of each element on the blade is calculated by the unsteady Bernoulli equation. Lowson's method is used to predict the acoustic source. In order to consider the scattering and diffraction effects of the casing, Kirchhoff-Helmholtz boundary element method (BEM) is developed. The source of Kirchhoff-Helmholtz BEM is newly developed, so the sound field of the centrifugal fan can be obtained. A centrifugal impeller and wedge are used in the numerical calculation and the results are compared with the experimental data. Reasonable results are obtained not only for the peak frequencies but also for the amplitudes of the tonal sound. The radiated acoustic field shows the diffraction and scattering effect of the wedge.  相似文献

This paper describes how panel methods can be used to calculate the unsteady loading and radiated noise from airfoils in incompressible turbulent flow, while completely accounting for the mean flow distortion of the turbulence in the vicinity of the blade. Formulations based on the velocity and on the stagnation enthalpy are discussed. In three-dimensional flows, care must be taken with the velocity-based formulation to avoid singular behavior associated with vortex stretching by the mean flow. The velocity-based method is implemented in two dimensions to illustrate application of these methods, and is validated against Amiet's theory. Calculations showing the effect of blade thickness and angle of attack on the unsteady loading spectra are given. It is concluded that airfoil angle of attack has only a small effect on the unsteady loading, but that blade thickness reduces the spectral levels at high frequencies.  相似文献

针对具有无短叶片和有短叶片两种叶轮形式的离心泵,对设计状态下离心泵内部流场进行了全三维、非定常数值模拟,对比分析了其非定常流场特性和噪声辐射特性。流场分析表明:叶轮叶片和蜗舌的相互作用造成了叶片表面强烈的压力脉动,对长短叶片的叶轮形式,在局部增加长叶片表面压力脉动的同时,短叶片表面的压力脉动保持较低水平;同时能够有效降低泵体进口压力脉动,但出口压力脉动有所增强。以叶轮叶片表面作为声源辐射面,对比分析了两种叶轮的偶极子噪声辐射特性,结果表明:长短叶片结构通过改变声能在频域上的分布,从而能有效降低总声压级。   相似文献

Non-cavitation noise of underwater propeller is numerically investigated. The main purpose is to analyze non-cavitation noise in various operating conditions with different configurations. The noise is predicted using time-domain acoustic analogy and boundary element method. The flow field is analyzed with potential-based panel method, and then the time-dependent pressure data are used as the input for Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings formulation to predict the farfield acoustics. Boundary integral equation method is also considered to investigate the effect of ducted propeller. Sound deflection and scattering effect on the duct is considered with the BEM. The governing equations are based on the assumption that all acoustic pressure is linear. A scattering approach is applied in which the acoustic pressure field is split into the known incident component and the unknown scattered component. Noise prediction results are presented for single propeller and ducted propeller in non-uniform flow conditions similar to real situation. The investigation reveals that the effect of a duct on the acoustic performance propeller is small in the far field under non-cavitating situations since the noise directivities of single and ducted propellers are almost the same. Only the high order BPFs are influenced by the existence of the duct.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to investigate an inverse method used to evaluate the unsteady rotating forces acting on the fluid by the fan’s blade. A simple model based on the tonal noise produced by an axial fan and validated with a directivity experience is used to derive a discretized form of the direct problem and to simulate acoustic pressures at known spatial positions in the radiated field. The inversion of this direct problem is ill-conditioned and requires a regularization technique to stabilize the solution for small perturbations in the measured acoustic pressures. The reconstruction reveals that the conditioning of the inverse problem depends on the aeroacoustic source and the far-field microphones number as well as on the studied frequency. Tikhonov regularization can provide an appropriate regularization parameter leading to an accurate reconstruction of imposed unsteady rotating forces even with the presence of measurement noise.  相似文献

This paper describes a broadband noise prediction scheme for wind turbines. The source mechanisms included in the method are unsteady lift noise, unsteady thickness noise, trailing edge noise and the noise from separated flow. Special methods have been developed to model the inflow turbulence from the atmospheric boundary layer and acoustic radiation to the geometric near field of the rotor. Predictions are compared with measurements on 20 m and 80 m diameter wind turbines. The results show that the turbulence length scale in the atmospheric boundary layer is too large to give the measured noise levels. Very good agreement is obtained between predictions and measurements if the turbulence length scale is taken to be equal to the blade chord.  相似文献

本文对叶型优化在非定常流动条件下的效果进行数值研究。叶型优化基于比较成熟的在定常流动条件下的反问题解法,非定常流动则考虑到动静叶栅之间的相互作用,非定常流动的求解在N-S方程的基础上采用分区计算的方法来完成。数值计算的结果表明,定常流动条件下优化得到的叶型在非定常流动条件下同样具有较好的气动性能。  相似文献
