用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)作油相,反相胶束微乳液作为模板,制备了纳米氯化银(AgCl)粒子,再进行原位聚合制备了纳米氯化银/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(AgCl/PMMA)复合材料.透射电镜(TEM)分析表明,纳米AgCl的尺寸为20~80 nm.扫描电镜(SEM)测试表明纳米AgCl粒子均匀地存在于PMMA基材中.红外分析证明,胶束中水和表面活性剂AOT的羰基在MMA聚合后微观环境发生变化,纳米粒子同聚合物之间有吸附行为.动态力学(DMTA)分析复合材料,发现纳米AgCl粒子与聚合物之间存在强烈相互作用,形成了中间相层(interphase layer),改变了聚合物的动态力学性能. 相似文献

膨胀石墨经过超声处理制备了纳米石墨薄片。以其为导电填料,对甲苯磺酸为掺杂剂,FeCl3·6H2O为氧化剂,引发吡咯单体发生原位聚合,制备出纳米石墨薄片/聚吡咯(NanoGs/PPy)复合材料。利用红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)表征了材料的组成和结构。结果表明,石墨薄片被聚吡咯完全包覆;并且以纳米级尺寸分散在聚吡咯基体中。热失重(TG)分析和电导率测试结果表明,复合材料的耐热性能和导电性能较纯聚吡咯有所提高。 相似文献

采用预聚法和溶胀法制备了具备光学透明性和可加工性的半导体纳米复合材料ZnS/PMMA. 用透射电镜(TEM)观察了ZnS纳米粒子在聚合物基体中的形貌. 结果表明, 基体中ZnS为六方晶型. 比较了分别以含锌微凝胶(ZnP)和ZnCl2为Zn2+源时,ZnS在基体中的生长情况. 紫外吸收和荧光光谱表明,掺杂了ZnS后的PMMA基体在280 nm处出现了一个新的吸收峰和强的荧光峰. 相似文献

Thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR)results of commercial montmorillonite were compared to
that exchanged with trimethyloctadecyl quaternary ammonium chloride (SCPX2048), both were treated up to500°C. The time-of-flight
mass spectrometer (TOF/MS) results of SCPX2048 trapped under300 and 500°C were compared with that of N,N,Ntrimethyl-1-dodecanammonium
chloride(A 18-50) trapped under 200 and 300°C. The degradation mechanism of organic modified montmorillonite was proposed.
PMMA-clay nanocomposite was synthesized through intercalation method and its properties were examined by both TG and DSC techniques.
The thermal stability and glass transition temperature of montmorillonite filled PMMA increase comparing with that of the
pure PMMA.

The core and surface terminal groups are the two main catalytic sites in a dendrimer. In most of the reported examples, the catalytic sites in dendritic catalysis are the surface terminal functional groups. This perspective article concerned with the dendrimer based catalysis, involving these two catalytic sites and the dendrimer cavities. The interior cavities provide the nanoscale reactor sites, by creating reverse micelle like appearance for catalysis. In exploring the significant achievements in this area, a low generation PAMAM dendrimer with amphiphilic nature, having a polymeric core with large number of pendent amino groups was synthesized and concentrated its catalytic activity. The key features with respect to positive and/or negative catalytic activity was highlighted by synthesizing various aryl and heteroaryl 2-substituted benzimidazoles. The synthesized dendritic organocatalyst was proved to be amazingly reactive and gave high yield of products within a few minutes at room temperature with low catalyst loading. Here, a new stable hemiaminal, the species rarely been detected and much less isolated in bulk, was obtained during the synthesis of benzimidazoles. Moreover, this is the first reported method for the synthesis of benzimidazoles, using the homogeneous PAMAM dendrimer as a basic organocatalyst. 相似文献
