Heterocyclic compounds containing pyrazolyl-oxopropyl-quinazolin-4(3H)-one are reported to possess significant biological activity. Syntheses of 6-bromo-2-(3-chloro-2-oxopropyl)-3-(4-fluorophenyl)quinazolin-4(3H)-one 2 6-bromo-3-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-(3-hydrazinyl-2-oxopropyl)quinazolin-4(3H)-one 3 and 6-bromo-2-(3-(3-(4-(1-(2-chlorophenyl)-3-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-ylideneamino)phenyl)-5-(substituted phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-2-oxopropyl)-3-(4-fluorophenyl)quinazolin-4(3H)-one 5aj using microwave irradiation have been described. These compounds have been characterized on the basis of the UV, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, Mass and elemental analysis. Compounds have been evaluated for their antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

1-Hydroxy-9,9a-dihydro-1H-imidazo[1,2-a]indol-2(3H)-ones, as a new type of azaheterocyclic hydroxamic acids, have been synthesized regioselectively from 1-carbamoylmethyl- or 1-(methoxycarbonyl)methyl-2,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indolium salts by reaction with hydroxylamine in the presence of a strong base. The alkylation and reduction with sodium borohydride of these novel heterocycles have been investigated. When treated with protic acids 1-hydroxy- or 1-alkoxy-9,9a-dihydro-1H-imidazo[1,2-a]indol-2(3H)-ones underwent ring opening of the imidazolidine to afford 1-[2-(hydroxyamino)-2-oxoethyl]-2,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indolium salts. The structural assignments are based on extensive 1H, 13C and 15N NMR spectroscopic studies and single crystal X-ray analyses.  相似文献

Series of new (E)-1-aryl-3-[2-(piperidin-1-yl)quinolin-3-yl]prop-2-en-1-ones and (E)-1-aryl-3-[2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)quinolin-3-yl]prop-2-en-1-ones have been efficiently prepared via the Claisen-Schmidt condensation of 2-(piperidin-1-yl)quinoline-3-carbaldehyde and 2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)quinoline-3-carbaldehyde, respectively, with aryl methyl ketones under conditions of ultrasound and microwave irradiation. Structures of the products have been confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectroscopy, as well as by elemental analysis. Evaluation of the in vitro antibacterial activity against bacterial (Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus and Gram-negative Escherichia coli) and fungal (Aspergillus niger and Candida metapsilosis) strains has revealed good antimicrobial activity of some of the tested compounds.  相似文献

Our observations that 1-[2-[(9-anthracenylmethylamino)ethyl)-4,7,10-tris[(2S)-2-hydroxy-3-phenoxypropyl]-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane, L1, complexes Cd(II) to form fluorescent [CdL1]2+ which undergoes a fluorescence change when it acts as an aromatic anion receptor complex has caused us to explore further the potential development of an interesting sequestration/sensor system. Accordingly, three new, octadentate, fluorescent, macrocyclic ligands, 1-[2-[(9-anthracenylmethyl)((2S)-2-hydroxy-3-phenoxypropyl)amino]ethyl]-4,7,10-tris[(2S)-2-hydroxy-3-phenoxypropyl]-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane, (L2), 1-[2-[(9-anthracenyl-methyl)((2S)-2-hydroxy-3-(4??-methyl)phenoxypropyl)amino]ethyl]-4,7,10-tris[(2S)-2-hydroxy-3-(4??-methyl)phenoxypropyl]-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane, (L3), and 1-[2-[(9-anthracenylmethyl)((2S)-2-hydroxy-3-(4??-t-butyl)phenoxypropyl)amino]ethyl]-4,7,10-tris[(2S)-2-hydroxy-3-(4??-t-butyl)phenoxypropyl]-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane, (L4), have been prepared with a view to using their metal complexes to study aromatic anion sequestration. The eight-coordinate Cd(II) complexes of L2 and L3, [CdL2](ClO4)2·5H2O and [CdL3](ClO4)2·2H2O·2Et2O are both capable of acting as receptors for a range of aromatic oxoanions. This is demonstrated by perturbation of the anthracene derived fluorescence emission intensity as the guest aromatic oxoanion and the receptor complex combine. In 20% aqueous 1,4-dioxane the receptor complex/aromatic oxoanion association constants are in the range of 103.2 M?1 (guest = p-hydroxybenzoate) to 107.3 M?1 (guest = 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoate).  相似文献

The structures of two saponins, thyonosides A and B, isolated from the holothurian Thyone aurea collected in Namibia, were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR (1H, 13C, 1H-1H COSY, 1H-1H J-resolved, TOCSY, HMQC, HMBC and NOESY). The two compounds have the same aglycon but different oligosaccharidic chains. Thyonoside A has a 3-O-methyl-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-6-O-sodium sulphate-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)-4-O-sodium sulphate-β-d-xylopyranosyl chain, and thyonoside B a 3-O-methyl-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)-4-O-sodium sulphate-β-d-xylopyranosyl chain. The holostane-type aglycon features an endocyclic double bond at position 7-8, a double bond at position 25-26 and a β-acetoxy group at C16.  相似文献

A series of new (E)-1-{2-[(1-benzyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy]phenyl}-3-(3-aryl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)prop-2-en-1-ones (3a–3i) has been synthesized via copper-catalyzed 1,3-dipolar azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAC) of benzyl azide with substituted (E)-3-(3-aryl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1-[2-(prop-2-ynyloxy)phenyl]prop-2-en-1-ones (2a–2i). The synthesized compounds have been characterized by their IR, lH, 13C NMR spectra, and mass spectroscopy data. All the compounds have been screened for antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

The new cis-dioxomolybdenum (VI) complexes [MoO2(L2)(H2O)] (2) and [MoO2(L3)(H2O)] (3) containing the tridentate hydrazone-based ligands (H2L2 = N'-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzylidene)-4-methylbenzohydrazide and H2L3 = N'-(2-hydroxybenzylidene)-2-(hydroxyimino)propanehydrazide) have been synthesized and characterized via IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The catalytic activities of complexes 2 and 3, and the analogous known complex [MoO2(L1)(H2O)] (1) (H2L1 = N'-(2-hydroxybenzylidene)-4-methylbenzohydrazide) have been evaluated for various oxidation reactions, viz. oxygen atom transfer from dimethyl sulfoxide to triphenylphosphine, sulfoxidation of methyl-p-tolylsulfide or epoxidation of different alkenes using tert-butyl hydroperoxide as terminal oxidant. The catalytic activities were found to be comparable for all three complexes, but complexes 1 and 3 showed better catalytic performances than complex 2, which contains a more sterically demanding ligand than the other two complexes.  相似文献

Reaction of 1,5-diphenyl-3-(2-pyridyl)pentane-1,5-dione (5a) with 2.5 moles of benzylpentacarbonylmanganese in petroleum spirit under reflux gives a small amount of the symmetric di-aryl-manganated product [1,5-diphenyl-κC2-3-(2-pyridyl)pentane-1,5-dione-κO1κO5]bis-(tetracarbonylmanganese) (7a), but mostly [1,5-diphenyl-κC2-3-(2-pyridyl-κN)pentan-2-yl- κC2-1,5-dione-κO1κO5]tetracarbonylmanganesetricarbonylmanganese (6a) which is manganated at only one aryl carbon [by Mn(CO)4] but also [by Mn(CO)3 with N and O coordination] at the methylene carbon adjacent to the Mn(CO)4-coordinated ketone carbonyl. The latter is a rare example of direct cyclomanganation at a saturated carbon and the only known case adjacent to a carbonyl group; the X-ray crystal structure of 6a is reported. With 3 moles of benzylpentacarbonylmanganese the yield of 6a remains unchanged but some trimanganation product [1,5-diphenyl-κC2κC2?-3-(2-pyridyl-κN)pentan-2-yl-κC2-1,5-dione-κO1κO5]tris-(tetracarbonylmanganese) (8a) is formed, presumably from 7a. Routes to products are proposed and activating factors considered. 1,5-Di-(2-thienyl)-3-(2-pyridyl)pentane-1,5-dione (5b) and its 3-thienyl isomer (5c) similarly give 6a analogues [1,5-di-(2-thienyl-κC3)-3-(2-pyridyl-κN)pentan-2-yl-κC2-1,5-dione-κO1κO5]tetracarbonylmanganesetricarbonylmanganese (6b) and [1,5-di-(3-thienyl-κC2)-3-(2-pyridyl-κN)pentan-2-yl-κC2-1,5-dione-κO1κO5]tetracarbonylmanganesetricarbonylmanganese (6c).Also reported are the mono-cyclomanganation product [1-(2,6-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-(2-pyridyl-κN)prop-2-en-2-yl-κC2-1-one]tetracarbonylmanganese (16) and dicyclomanganation product [1-(2,5-dimethyl-3-thienyl-κC4)-3-(2-pyridyl-κN)prop-2-en-2-yl- κC2-1-one-κO ]bis-(tetracarbonylmanganese) (17) from reaction of the respective (E)-1-aryl-3-(2-pyridyl)prop-2-en-1-ones (3-(2-pyridyl)chalcones), the first reported examples of enone metallation at the α-carbon via N-coordination by a β-2-pyridyl group.  相似文献

Titanium(IV) chloride-mediated reaction of 4,5-dihydro-2-(trimethylsiloxy)-3-(trimethylsilyl)furan (1a) with acetaldehyde gave diastereomerically pure (3S*, 1′R*)-4,5-dihydro-3-(1′hydroxyethyl)-3-(trimethylsilyl)-2(3H)furanone (2a), which afforded selectively either (Z)- or (E)-α-ethylidene-γ-butyrolactone (3a) under proper conditions. Facile isomerization of 2a into diastereomerically pure (3S*, 1′R*)-4,5-dihydro-3-&{1′-(trimethylsiloxy)ethyl}-2(3H)furanone (4) suggests an intriguing stereochemical outcome from 2a to (E)-3a via an enolate of 4.  相似文献

The properties of the autoionizing 3p 511s’ [1/2]1 Argon I level have been experimentally studied in the presence of a strong magnetic field (2.14-2.22 T). Quasi- Landau type oscillations have been observed in the width and position of the 3p 5-4p[1/2]0 -3p 511s’ [1/2]1 exciting transition. The results provide an additional support for earlier observations of Lemoigne et al. [7]. No evidence for similar oscillations in magnetic field dependence of the Fano q parameter was observed.  相似文献

Reactions of (1R,2R)-N1,N2-bis(pyridinylmethyl)cyclohexane-1,2-diamine derivatives, (1R,2R)-2-bpcd and (1R,2R)-3-bpcd [(1R,2R)-2-bpcd = (1R,2R)-N1,N2-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)cyclohexane-1,2-diamine, (1R,2R)-3-bpcd = (1R,2R)-N1,N2-bis(pyridin-3-ylmethyl)cyclohexane-1,2-diamine], with CdI2 in an analogous way led to the formation of a chiral discrete mononuclear complex and a chiral one-dimensional polymeric chain, respectively, which may be attributed to the positional isomerism of the ligands. The chiral organic ligands and complexes display luminescent properties indicating that they may have a potential application as optical materials. Powder second-harmonic generation (SHG) efficiency measurement shows that the SHG efficiency of the complexes is approximately 0.3 and 0.45 times that of KDP, respectively.  相似文献

A linear tetranuclear CuII-GdIII-CuII-GdIII complex [CuIILdpen(meso)GdIII(thd)2(H2O)]2 was synthesized from the reaction of [NaCuIILdpen(meso)(DMF)] with [GdIII(thd)3(H2O)2], and the structures and magnetic properties were investigated, where H3Ldpen(meso) = meso-1,2-diphenyl-1-(2-hydroxybenzamido)-2-(2-hydroxy-3-ethoxybenzylideneamino)ethane and Hthd = 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-3,5-heptanedione. The CuII complex component [NaCuIILdpen(meso)(DMF)] has a one-dimensional (1D) chain structure, in which the Na+ ion is coordinated by two phenoxo and an ethoxy oxygen atoms of a CuII complex and an amido oxygen atom of the adjacent CuII unit to produce the 1D structure, in which the diphenylethylenediamine moieties have the array of {(1R,2S)-Na-(1S,2R)}1∞. The assembly reaction of the CuII and GdIII components gave a linear complex with the array of Cu(1)-Gd(1)-Cu(2)-Gd(2), in which two diphenylethylenediamine moieties have the same chirality of (1R,2S)-(1R,2S) or (1S,2R)-(1S,2R). Two linear Cu(1)-Gd(1)-Cu(2)-Gd(2) units are linked by hydrogen bonds through two water molecules to give a cyclic structure with a center of symmetry. The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibilities and field-dependent magnetization revealed the ferromagnetic interaction between the CuII and GdIII ions within the linear chain.  相似文献

Zinc enolates obtained from ethyl 2,2-dialkyl-4,4-dibromo-3-oxobutanoates and zinc react with N-substituted 2-oxochromen-3-carboxamides forming ethyl 3-{1a-(R3-carbamoyl)-2-oxo-1a,7b-dihydrocyclopropa[c]chromen-1-yl}-2,2-dialkyl-3-oxopropanoate isomer with a Z-position of methine hydrogens. Zinc enolates prepared from alkyl 2,2-dialkyl-4,4-dibromo-3-oxopentanoates and-hexanoates and zinc react with N-substituted 2-oxochromen-3-carboxamides to give rise to esters of 3-{1-alkyl-1a-(R3-carbamoyl)-2-oxo-1a,7b-dihydrocyclopropa-[c]chromen-1-yl}-2,2-dialkyl-3-oxopropanoic acid as isomers with the E-position of the methine proton and the alkyl substituent. The reaction carried out in the presence of small quantities of THF and HMPA leads to the formation of 9c-alkyl-2-R3-9b,9c-dihydro-5-oxa-2-azacyclopenta[2,3]-cyclopropa[1,2-a]naphthalene-1,3,4-triones. Zinc enolates from alkyl 2,2-dialkyl-4,4-dibromo-3-oxopentanoates and-hexanoates and zinc with the secondary amides of 2-oxochromen-3-carboxylic acid form alkyl 3-{2-oxo-1a-(piperidinocarbonyl)-and 3-{6-R1-1a-(morpholinocarbonyl)-2-oxo-1a,7b-dihydrocyclopropa[c]chromen-1-yl}-2,2-R2,R2-3-oxopropanoates as single geometrical isomers.  相似文献

The stereochemistry of syn and anti-forms of bridged bicyclo[3.n.1]-2-ene, tricyclo[7.n.1.0]-2-ene (n=1-3) and bicyclo[4.3.1]dec-7-ene derivatives can be assigned from the 13C chemical shift difference of the double bond. Both syn-9-R-bicyclo[3.3.1]non-2-enes and syn-13-R-tricyclo[7.3.1.02,7]tridec-2(7)-enes have a large shielding difference between sp2 carbons, while the corresponding anti-forms have a smaller one. In contrast, 8-R-bicyclo[3.2.1]oct-2-enes and 12-R-tricyclo[7.2.1.02,7]dodec-2(7)-enes have an inverse correlation. The reason of this specificity is the influence of the γ-gauche effect on the chemical shift of C(2) atom. The GIAO theory has been applied to investigate the 13C chemical shifts. The conformational equilibrium in the formamide group of 13-formylamino-tricyclo[7.3.1.02,7]tridec-2(7)-enes has been studied.  相似文献

Bayoud disease affects date palms in North Africa and the Middle East, and many researchers have used various methods to fight it. One of those methods is the chemical use of synthetic compounds, which raises questions centred around the compounds and common features used to prepare targeted molecules. In this review, 100 compounds of tested small molecules, collected from 2002 to 2022 in Web of Sciences, were divided into ten different classes against the main cause of Bayoud disease pathogen Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. albedinis (F.o.a.) with structure–activity relationship (SAR) interpretations for pharmacophore site predictions as (δ···δ), where 12 compounds are the most efficient (one compound from each group). The compounds, i.e., (Z)-1-(1.5-Dimethyl-1H-pyrazole-3-yl)-3-hydroxy but-2-en-1-one 7, (Z)-3-(phenyl)-1-(1,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole-3-yl)-3-hydroxyprop-2-en-1-one 23, (Z)-1-(1,5-Dimethyl-1H-pyrazole-3-yl)-3-hydroxy-3-(pyridine-2-yl)prop-2-en-1-one 29, and 2,3-bis-[(2-hydroxy-2-phenyl)ethenyl]-6-nitro-quinoxaline 61, have antifungal pharmacophore sites (δ···δ) in common in N1---O4, whereas other compounds have only one δ pharmacophore site pushed by the donor effect of the substituents on the phenyl rings. This specificity interferes in the biological activity against F.o.a. Further understanding of mechanistic drug–target interactions on this subject is currently underway.  相似文献

A series of cis-bis{5-[(E)-2-(aryl)-1-diazenyl]quinolinolato}dibenzyltin(IV) complexes have been synthesized by reacting sodium salts of 5-[(E)-2-(aryl)-1-diazenyl]quinolin-8-ol (LH) and dibenzyltin dichloride. These complexes have been characterized by 1H, 13C, 119Sn NMR, ESI-MS in solution and by IR and 119mSn Mössbauer, 117Sn CP-MAS NMR spectroscopy in solid state. In addition, the structures of three of the dibenzyltin(IV) complexes, viz., Bz2Sn(L2)2 (2), Bz2Sn(L3)2 (3), and Bz2Sn(L5)2 (5) (L = 5-[(E)-2-(aryl)-1-diazenyl]quinolin-8-ol: aryl = 4′-methylphenyl- (L2H), 4′-methoxylphenyl- (L3H) and 4′-bromophenyl- (L5H)) were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In general, the complexes were found to adopt a distorted cis-octahedral arrangement around the tin atom in both solution and solid state.  相似文献

2-Formylpyridine 4-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)-(HL1), 4-(2,5-dimethylphenyl)-(HL2), 4-(3,4-dimethylphenyl)-(HL3), and 4-(2,4-dimethylphenyl)thiosemicarbazones (HL4) react with copper chloride and nitrate to form coordination compounds CuL1–4nH2O [X = Cl?, NO 3 ? ; n = 1, 2]. All compounds have a polynuclear structure. Azomethines HL1–4 act as the bridging monodeprotonated tridentate N,N,S-ligands. The thermolysis of the complexes includes the dehydration (70–90°C) and total thermal decomposition (350–520°C). The complexes synthesized exhibit a selective antimicrobial activity against a series of standard strains of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in the concentration range of 0.009–37.5 μg ml?1.  相似文献

A series of new 2-[2-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino]phenyl methyl-3-[(5-substituted phenyl)-1,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-3-yl-amino]-6-iodoquinazolin-4(3H) ones (6a–m) have been synthesized by the reaction of 2-[2-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino]phenyl methyl-3-substituted phenyl acryl amido-6-iodoquinazolin-4(3H) ones with hydrazine hydrate in the presence of glacial acetic acid. The chalcone (5a–m) have been prepared by the condensation of 2-[2-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino]phenyl methyl-3-acetamido-6-iodoquinazolin-4(3H) one with different substituted aromatic aldehyde. The compound 1 on treatment with 5-iodoanthranilic acid in pyridine undergoes cyclisation gave 2-[2-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino]phenyl methyl-6-iodo-3,1-benzoxazin-4(3H) one (2). Treatment on benzoxazine with hydrazine hydrate gave 3-amino-2-[2-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino]phenyl methyl-6,8-dibromo quinazolin-4(3H) one (3) followed by acetylation synthesized 2-[2-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino]phenyl methyl-3-acetamido-6,8-dibromoquinazolin-4(3H)-one (4). The structure of synthesized compounds has been elucidated by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis. The products were screened for antibacterial and antifungal activity. Among the series containing some of the compounds showed promising results against standard drugs.  相似文献

A novel betaine derivative, 3-(2-amino-pyridinium)-propionate monohydrate, has been synthesized and its structure studied by X-ray diffraction, FTIR, Raman, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopies and by DFT calculations. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P21/c with a=8.0800(16), b=15.242(3), c=7.1698(14) Å, β=104.30(3)° and Z=4. Each oxygen atom of the carboxylate group is engaged in two intermolecular hydrogen bonds, one with water molecule and the other with amine group. The water molecules link the molecules of 3-(2-amino-pyridinium)-propionate into planar zigzag chains along the b axis. The screening constants for 1H and 13C atoms have been calculated by GIAO/B3LYP/6-31 G(d,p) and analyzed. Linear correlations between the experimental 1H and 13C chemical shifts and the computed screening constants have been obtained. Raman and FTIR spectra of the title betaine have been investigated.  相似文献
