Rare-earth ammonium sulfate octahydrates of R2(SO4)3·(NH4)2SO4·8H2O (R=Pr, Nd, Sm, and Eu) were synthesized by a wet process, and the stable temperature region for the anhydrous R2(SO4)3·(NH4)2SO4 form was clarified by thermogravimetry/differential thermal analysis, infrared, Raman, and electrical conductivity measurements. Detailed characterization of these double salts demonstrated that the thermal stability of anhydrous R2(SO4)3·(NH4)2SO4 is different between the Pr, Nd salts and the Sm, Eu salts, and the thermal decomposition behavior of these salts was quite different from the previous reports.  相似文献

The reactions of [RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3] and [(C6H6)RuCl2]2 with 2-benzoylpyridine have been examined, and two novel ruthenium(II) complexes – [RuCl(CO)(PPh3)2(C5H4NCOO)] and [RuCl2(C12H9NO)2] – have been obtained. The compounds have been studied by IR and UV–Vis spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography. The molecular orbital diagrams of the complexes have been calculated with the density functional theory (DFT) method. The spin-allowed singlet–singlet electronic transitions of the compounds have been calculated with the time-dependent DFT method, and the UV–Vis spectra of the compounds have been discussed on this basis.  相似文献

The dioxygenyl salts O2MF6 or O2M2F11 where M = As, Sb, Bi, Nb, Ta, Ru, Au, and Pt, were hydrolysed aqueous base (40% NaOH) to evaluate their purity and to gain further information about their thermal instability. Compounds containing As, Sb, Bi, Nb and Ta yielded 1.25 moles O2 per mole of starting material whereas for compounds containing Ru, Au and Pt, 1.5 moles of O2 per mole of salt was produced. The difference is a consequence of the greater oxidizing power of the RuF-6, AuF-6 and PtF-6 anions. All of the dioxygenyl salts are intrinsically unstable at room temperature in vacuum.  相似文献

Phosphosilicate doped with a mixture of phosphotungstic acid and zirconium oxide (PWA/ZrO2–P2O2–SiO2) was investigated as potential glass composite membranes for use as H2/O2 fuel cell electrolytes. The glass membranes were studied with respect to their structural and thermal properties, proton conductivity, pore characteristics, hydrogen permeability, and performance in fuel cell tests. Thermal analysis including TG and DTA confirmed that the glass was thermally stable up to 400 °C. The dependence of the conductivity on the humidity was discussed based on the PWA content in the glass composite membranes. The proton transfer in the nanopores of the PWA/ZrO2–P2O5–SiO2 glasses was investigated and it was found that a glass with a pore size of ∼3 nm diameters was more appropriate for fast proton conduction. The hydrogen permeability rate was calculated at various temperatures, and was found to be comparatively higher than for membranes based on Nafion®. The performance of a membrane electrolyte assembly (MEA) was influenced by its PWA content; a power density of 43 mW/cm2 was obtained at 27 °C and 30% relative humidity for a PWA/ZrO2–P2O5–SiO2 glass membrane with a composition of 6–2–5–87 mol% and 0.2 mg/cm2 of Pt/C loaded on the electrode.  相似文献

Methylpalladium(II) dithiolate complexes of the type [PdMe(SS)(ER3] (SS = S2 CNR2 (R = Me or Et), S2COEt, S2P(OR)2 (R = Et, nPr, iPr), S2PPh2; ER3 = PMePh2, PPh3, AsPh3) have been synthesized by the reaction of [Pd2Me2(μ-Cl)2(PMePh2)2] with sodium/potassium/ammonium salts of the dithio acid or by treatment of [PdMeCl(cod)] with ER3 followed by sodium/potassium/ammonium salts of the dithio ligand. All the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and nuclear magnetic resonance (1H, 31P) data.  相似文献

[Ni(H2O)6][Cu3Cl8(H2O)2] · (15-crown-5)2 · 2H2O can be conveniently prepared by the interaction of NiCl2 · 6H2O, CuCl2 · 2H2O and 15-crown-5 in water. The X-ray crystal structure reveals an ionic complex involved in a hydrogen-bonded two dimensional network with the [Ni(H2O)6]2+ and [Cu3Cl8(H2O)2]2− ions sandwiched between the 15-crown-5 macrocycles. The magnetic susceptibility data (4–300 K) and magnetisation isotherms (2–5.5 K; 0–5 T) are best interpreted in terms of intra-trimer ferromagnetic coupling within the [Cu3Cl8(H2O)2]2− moieties, with J ∼ 6 cm−1, and antiferromagnetic coupling between the trimers, the latter mediated by H-bonding pathways. Comparisons are made to other reported quaternary ammonium salts of [Cu3Cl8]2− and [Cu3Cl12]6−, most of which display structures that involve close stacking of such Cu(II) trimers, rather than being of the present isolated, albeit H-bonded, types.  相似文献

The structural properties of the binary alkaline-earth halides SrCl2, SrBr2, BaCl2 and BaBr2 have been investigated from ambient temperature up to close to their melting points, using the neutron powder diffraction technique. Fluorite-structured SrCl2 undergoes a gradual transition to a superionic phase at 900–1100 K, characterised by an increasing concentration of anion Frenkel defects. At a temperature of 920(3) K, the tetragonal phase of SrBr2 undergoes a first-order transition to a cubic fluorite phase. This high temperature phase shows the presence of extensive disorder within the anion sublattice, which differs from that found in superionic SrCl2. BaCl2 and BaBr2 both adopt the cotunnite crystal structure under ambient conditions. BaCl2 undergoes a first-order structural transition at 917(5) K to a disordered fluorite-structured phase. The relationship between the (disordered) crystal structures and the ionic conductivity behaviour is discussed and the influence of the size of the mobile anion on the superionic behaviour is explored.  相似文献

The complex formed by the reaction of the uranyl ion, UO22+, with bromide ions in the ionic liquids 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide ([Bmim][Tf2N]) and methyl-tributylammonium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide ([MeBu3N][Tf2N]) has been investigated by UV–Vis and U LIII-edge EXAFS spectroscopy and compared to the crystal structure of [Bmim]2[UO2Br4]. The solid state reveals a classical tetragonal bipyramid geometry for [UO2Br4]2− with hydrogen bonds between the Bmim+ and the coordinated bromides. The UV–Vis spectroscopy reveals the quantitative formation of [UO2Br4]2− when a stoichiometric amount of bromide ions is added to UO2(CF3SO3)2 in both Tf2N-based ionic liquids. The absorption spectrum also suggests a D4h symmetry for [UO2Br4]2− in ionic liquids, as previously observed for the [UO2Cl4]2− congener. EXAFS analysis supports this conclusion and demonstrates that the [UO2Br4]2− coordination polyhedron is maintained in the ionic liquids without any coordinating solvent or water molecules. The mean U–O and U–Br distances in the solutions, determined by EXAFS, are, respectively, 1.766(2) and 2.821(2) Å in [Bmim][Tf2N], and, respectively, 1.768(2) and 2.827(2) Å, in [MeBu3N][Tf2N]. Similar results are obtained in both ionic liquids indicating no significant influence of the ionic liquid cation either on the complexation reaction or on the structure of the uranyl species.  相似文献

Solubility in the Na2Cr2O7-(NH4)2Cr2O7-K2Cr2O7-H2O four-component water-salt system at 25, 50, and 75°C was studied for the first time. Phase field boundaries for individual salts and potassium and ammonium dichromate solid solutions, monovariant lines, and invariant points were determined. Experimental data were used to optimize the looped isohydric process of potassium dichromate preparation involving additional salts.  相似文献

Arsenic pentafluoride reacts with excess copper in sulphur dioxide to give CuAsF6. A similar reaction with elemental nickel yields Ni(AsF6)2.2SO2, the structure of which is discussed. The X-ray powder diffraction photograph of CuAsF6 was indexed on a rhombohedral unit cells a = 5.49±.01Å, α = 55.7±.1°, V = 105.4Å3, Z = 1, and is of the same structural type as LiSbF6 showing that the cuprous ion is octahedrally surrounded by fluorines. Comparison of the unit cell volume of CuAsF6 with other structurally similar hexafluoroarsenate salts shows that the effective volume of cuprous ion is small indicating substantial anion-cation interaction. Arsenic pentafluoride reacts with Monel in the presence of sulphur dioxide give a mixtures of CuAsF6 and Ni[AsF6]2.2SO2.  相似文献

This article presents the continuation of the work on the development of technical equations of state for linear and cyclic siloxanes already documented in this journal. The fluids considered herewith are octamethyltrisiloxane (MDM, C8H24Si3O2), decamethyltetrasiloxane (MD2M, C10H30Si4O3), dodecamethylpentasiloxane (MD3M, C12H36Si5O4), dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane (D6, C12H36Si6O6). The 12-parameter functional form proposed by Span and Wagner has been selected because of its positive characteristics. Siloxanes are produced in bulk quantities and are mostly utilized in the cosmetics industry and, mixed, as high-temperature heat transfer fluids. Furthermore, they are used as working fluids in high-temperature organic Rankine cycle power plants. The available property measurements are carefully evaluated and selected for the optimization of equation of state parameters. For some of the fluids, experimental values are scarce, therefore ad hoc estimation methods have been used to supply more information to the procedure for the optimization of the parameters of the equation of state. In addition, saturated liquid density and vapor pressure measurements are correlated with the equations proposed by Daubert and Wagner–Ambrose, respectively, to provide short, simple, and accurate equations for the computation of these properties. The recently developed isobaric ideal-gas heat capacity correlation for the selected siloxanes is included in the thermodynamic models. The performance of the newly developed equations of state is tested by comparison with experimental data and also with predictions calculated with the Peng–Robinson–Stryjek–Vera cubic EoS, as this model was adopted in previous technical studies. The new thermodynamic models perform significantly better than cubic equations of state. Ts and P  – vv diagrams for all the substances are also reported.  相似文献

Synthesis, thermal behaviour and crystal structures of [Et3NH]4[V10O26(OH)2] (1) and [Me2HN(CH2)2NHMe2]3[V10O28] · 4H2O (2) are reported. In the crystal lattice of 1, the anions form discrete dimers via O–H···O hydrogen bonds and the cations are connected to the respective anions through N–H···O hydrogen bonds. On the other hand, 2 forms a complex three-dimensional network due to involvement of the cations, the anions and the lattice water in O–H···O and N–H···O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Crystal structures of Pb(MoO2)2(PO4)2 and Ba(MoO2)2(PO4)2 were determined. Both compounds contain the molybdyl group MoO2. The monoclinic unit-cell parameters are a = 6.353(7), b = 12.289(4), c = 11.800 Å, β = 92°56(6), and Z = 4 for the lead salt and a = 6.383(8), b = 7.142(7), c = 9.953(8) Å, β = 95°46(8), and Z = 2 for the barium salt. P21c is the common space group. The R values are respectively R = 0.027 and R = 0.031 for 1964 and 1714 independent reflections. The frameworks built up by a three-dimensional network of monophosphate PO4 and molybdyl MoO2 groups are similar, characterized mainly by corner-sharing PO4 and MoO6 polyhedra. Two oxygen atoms of each MoO6 group are bonded to the molybdenum atom only as in other molybdyl salts.  相似文献

The first Pd(II) and Pt(II) complexes incorporating diselenophosphate (dsep) ligands are presented. Treatment of M(II) (M = Pd, Pt) salts with two equivalents of the dsep ligand in CH2Cl2 yielded square-planar compounds of the type M[Se2P(OR)2]2 (M = Pd, Pt; R = Et, iPr, nPr) (1a2c). These complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, multinuclear NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (1b and 2b). The dsep ligands coordinate to the metal in an approximately isobidentate fashion and form four-membered Se–P–Se–M chelate rings. Structural elucidations indicated that minute differences exist in the M–Se bond distances and these were observed from solution 31P NMR studies, which exhibited two sets of satellites arising from one-bond coupling to 77Se nuclei. A packing diagram showed a chain-like motif which was composed of square-planar M[Se2P(OR)2]2 units and occurred via non-covalent Se?Se secondary interactions.  相似文献

Optically active polyurethane/titania/silica (LPU/TiO2/SiO2) multilayered core–shell composite microspheres were prepared by the combination of titania deposition on the surface of silica spheres and subsequent polymer grafting. LPU/TiO2/SiO2 was characterized by FT-IR, UV–vis spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), SEM and TEM, and the infrared emissivity value (8–14 μm) was investigated in addition. The results indicated that titania and polyurethane had been successfully coated onto the surfaces of silica microspheres. LPU/TiO2/SiO2 exhibited clearly multilayered core–shell construction. The infrared emissivity values reduced along with the increase of covering layers thus proved that the interfacial interactions had direct influence on the infrared emissivity. Besides, LPU/TiO2/SiO2 multilayered microspheres based on the optically active polyurethane took advantages of the orderly secondary structure and strengthened interfacial synergistic actions. Consequently, it possessed the lowest infrared emissivity value.  相似文献

All the steps of the proposed technique, from the synthesis of single-source precursors to the preparation of CoPd and CoPt nanoalloys, are described. The double complex salts (DCS) [M(NH3)4][Co(C2O4)2(H2O)2]·2H2O (M = Pd, Pt), which were synthesized by mixing solutions containing [M(NH3)4]2+ cations and [Co(C2O4)2(H2O)2]2− anions, have been used as precursors. The salts obtained were characterized by IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis, XRD and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The prepared compounds crystallize in the monoclinic (space group I2/m, M = Pd) and orthorhombic (space group I222, M = Pt) crystal systems. Thermal decomposition of the salts in helium or hydrogen atmosphere at 200-600 °C results in the formation of nanoalloys powders (random solid solution Co0.50Pd0.50 and chemically ordered CoPt). The size of the bimetallic particles varied from 5 to 20 nm. Order-disorder structural transformations in Co0.50Pt0.50 nanoalloys were studied. The magnetic properties of both chemically disordered Co0.50Pd0.50 and ordered CoPt clusters have also been measured.  相似文献

Perfluoro-1-ethylindan heated with excess of SiO2 in an SbF5 medium at 75 °C and then treated with water, gives 4-carboxy-perfluoro-3-methylisochromen-1-one. Perfluoro-3-ethylindan-1-one is converted, under the action of SbF5 at 70 °C, to perfluoro-2-(but-2-en-2-yl)benzoic acid as a mixture of E- and Z-isomers. When the reaction temperature is raised to 125 °C, a solution of salts of perfluoro-3,4-dimethyl-1H-isochromen-1-yl and perfluoro-4-ethyl-1H-isochromen-1-yl cations is obtained. Increase in the reaction time lowers the content of a salt of the latter cation in the solution. Hydrolysis of the solution of the salts gives perfluoro-3,4-dimethylisochromen-1-one and perfluoro-4-ethylisochromen-1-one.  相似文献

By using Mn2+ and Mn3+ salts, and freshly extracted ovalbumin, Mn3O4 nanocrystals have been synthesized successfully. The X-ray diffraction results indicated that the synthesized nanoparticles have only the spinel structure without the presence of any other phase impurities. As the ovalbumin–water mixture was highly basic, the process did not require any use of base to increase the pH where hydrolysis took place. A gel formed where water soluble ovalbumin proteins served as a perfect matrix for entrapment of metal ions (Mn2+ and Mn3+). Upon heat treatment, the dried gel precursor decomposed into nanocrystalline Mn3O4. The discrepancy between the crystallite size from XRD and particle size SEM analysis reveals polycrystalline nature of the synthesized particles with this route. EPR analysis of Mn3O4 shows a narrow and symmetric line indicating the absence of hyperfine splitting.  相似文献
