壳聚糖固定化亚铁Schiff碱配合物的研究 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
利用具有多种生物医用活性的高分子壳聚糖的轴向配位作用合成了壳聚糖-N-亚水杨基氨基酸Schiff碱亚铁配合物,采用IR光谱、元素分析、荧光光谱、紫外-可见吸收光谱和热分析等分析手段对配体及高分子配合物进行了表征,推测了其结构.以核黄素光化学氧化-羟胺-偶氮比色法研究了该化合物对超氧离子自由基的清除能力.结果表明,壳聚糖固定化的N-亚水杨基氨基酸Schiff碱亚铁配合物对超氧离子自由基的清除能力有所降低,但仍具有较强的抑制作用. 相似文献

在合成含有8-羟基喹啉(8HOQ)配位基单体的基础上,将其与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)共聚得到含有8-羟基喹啉侧基的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA8q),实现了8-羟基喹啉的高分子化;通过PMMA8q和小分子协同配体与稀土离子Eu(Ⅲ)的配位反应,制备了两个稀土高分子发光配合物:Eu(PMMA8q)(8HOQ)2(H2O)3和Eu(PMMA8q)2(TTA)(H2O)3(TTA:噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮)。利用元素分析、红外光谱方法对各阶段产物进行了表征,用荧光光谱研究了两个稀土高分子配合物的荧光特性及发光机理。 相似文献

设计合成了2种新型的含不同氟原子数的8-羟基喹啉衍生物配体:(E)-2-[2-(2-氟代苯基)乙烯基]-8-羟基喹啉(4a)和(E)-2-[2-(五氟苯基)乙烯基]-8-羟基喹啉(4b)及其相应的锌配合物5a和5b,利用1H NMR、IR、MS、元素分析确认了产物结构。通过紫外滴定模拟了金属锌与配体4a和4b的配位过程,测定了其在二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液中的荧光性质。荧光光谱显示:配体4a和4b在DMF溶液中的λmax分别为505 nm(蓝绿色)和517 nm(绿色),配合物5a和5b的λmax分别为559 nm(青绿色)和599 nm(黄色),配位后体系共轭程度增大,荧光光谱发生明显的红移。而且随着取代氟原子的增加,配体和配合物的荧光光谱也发生明显的红移。荧光光谱显示氟原子取代数量的改变可以调控8-羟基喹啉锌配合物的发光性质。 相似文献

The carboxymethylated chitosan (CMC)/Na-bentonite (Na-Bt) composite membranes were prepared and throughly characterized. The Na-Bt/CMC mass ratio was optimized, and CB10 (membrane with Na-Bt/CMC mass ratio of 10%) was selected as the best membrane for U(VI) sorption. XPS analysis indicates that the main mechanism for UO22+ sorption onto CB10 is through inner-surface complexation. The sorption kinetics followed pseudo-second order model, indicating the chemisorption as the rate-controlling step. The U(VI) sorption on CB10 is endothermic and spontaneous, with the maximum mono-layer adsorption capacity of 115.6 mg/g at pH 5.0 and 298 K. Finally, the U(VI)-loaded CB10 can consecutively desorbed and reused for several cycles. 相似文献

A new chelating resin was prepared by coupling Amberlite XAD-2 with Brilliant Green through an azo spacer. The resulting resin has been characterized by FTIR spectrometry, elemental analysis, and thermogravimetric analysis and studied for the preconcentration and determination of trace Pb(II) ions from solution samples. The anionic complex of Pb(II) and iodide was retained on the resin by the formation of an ion associate with Brilliant Green on Amberlite XAD-2 in weak acidic medium. The optimum pH value for sorption of the metal ion was 5.5. The sorption capacity of the functionalized resin is 53.8 mg/g. The chelating resin can be reused for 20 cycles of sorption-desorption without any significant change in sorption capacity. A recovery of 103% was obtained for the metal ion with 0.1 M EDTA as the eluting agent. Scatchard analysis revealed that the homogeneous binding sites were formed in the polymers. The resin was subjected to evaluation through batch binding and column chromatography of Pb(II). The equilibrium adsorption data of Pb(II) on modified resin were analyzed by Langmuir, Freundlich, and Temkin models. Based on equilibrium adsorption data, the Langmuir, Freundlich, and Temkin constants were determined to be 0.192, 13.189, and 3.418 at pH 5.5 and 25 degrees C. A new oxovanadium(Ⅴ) ternary complex, VO(L)(hq) [H2L: N-salicylidene-N′-aminoethanol; hq: 8-hydroxy quinoline], was synthesized by the reaction of salicyaldehyde, aminoethanol and 8-hydroxy quinoline with vanadyl sulfate. It was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal of the title complex (C18H15N2O4V, Mr=374.26) belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with the following crystallographic parameters: a=1.5435(5) nm, b=0.662 0(2) nm, c=1.648 9(6) nm, β=105.043(7)°, V=1.627 3(10) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.528 g·cm-3, μ(MoKα)=0.636 mm-1, F(000)=768, and final R1=0.056 8, wR2=0.106 7 for observed reflections 957 (I>2σ(I)). The complex is six-coordinate in distorted octahedral geometry. The thermal decomposition for the complex was studied by TG-DTG curves and the apparent activation energy was obtained by the Kissinger formula. CCDC: 218497. 相似文献

利用ZnO诱导制备了ZnO@ZIF-8复合微球材料并将其用于溶液中U(Ⅵ) 的去除. 研究表明, 制备的ZnO@ZIF-8复合微球的直径为1~7 μm, pH=4时, 在水溶液中对U(Ⅵ) 的吸附量最大, 达到145.32 mg/g, 吸附机理可能与铀酰离子与复合材料之间的配位作用和氢键作用相关. 考虑到复合微球中用于U(Ⅵ) 吸附的有效成分ZIF-8的含量仅为12.6%, 以ZIF-8含量计算, 该材料对U(Ⅵ) 的单位吸附量高达1137 mg/g. 相似文献

通过将不同脱乙酰度的壳聚糖粉末与戊二醛交联,再经苯丙氨酸和色氨酸修饰,得到了两种珠状壳聚糖吸附剂,并进而研究了有关吸附剂对胆因醇的吸附性能。实验表明,交联壳聚糖珠对CHO的吸附能力比壳聚糖粉末降低,而经不同氨基酸修饰后的壳聚糖珠对CHO吸附能力提高,用Phe修饰比用Try修饰的珠吸附性能更好些。 相似文献
