利用正丁基锂(n-BuLi)与炭黑(CB)表面含氧基团反应制得了表面含-OLi基团的反应型炭黑,以该炭黑与聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯-聚苯乙烯(PEO-PPO-PS)多嵌段聚合物组成的阴离子引发体系作活性中心,研究了苯乙烯在炭黑表面的阴离子接枝聚合。FT-IR,TEM和DSC分析表明在接枝炭黑表面存在苯乙烯的聚合物。接枝炭黑在甲苯中有良好的分散稳定性。 相似文献

通过正丁基锂(BL)引发甲基丙烯酰氧丙基纳米氧化硅(MAMSN)与苯乙烯共聚,制备了聚苯乙烯表面接枝纳米氧化硅(PS—g—Silica),并考察了正丁基锂加入量对苯乙烯转化率(C)、接枝率(PG)以及聚苯乙烯分子量(Mn)的影响。实验结果表明,阴离子聚合可以获得比自由基聚合更大的分子量和更高的转化率以及接枝率。 相似文献

分别以正丁基锂和叔丁基锂为引发剂,采用自制管式流动反应装置,对较高温度下苯乙烯阴离子本体聚合动力学进行了研究.证实了正丁基锂主要以六元缔合结构形式引发聚合,并导致超分子团聚体的形成,从而使进一步的聚合因单体扩散受阻而受到限制,并伴随聚合转化率停滞平台(SCP)的产生.随后由于前期聚合累积的能量,使超分子结构完全解离.聚合温度越高,SCP持续时间越短.结果还表明,在正丁基锂引发剂中,存在一个以六元缔合结构为基础形成的更大的缔合体结构.原子力显微镜照片显示,超分子结构的直径分别为20~30nm和50~60nm.此外,在阴离子聚合过程中活性种的缔合结构只决定于初始引发剂的分子结构,而不同活性种缔合结构对阴离子聚合的链增长存在很大影响,从而解释了采用不同结构的锂系引发剂引发苯乙烯单体聚合时聚合速率存在巨大差异的原因. 相似文献

Cyclodextrin (CD) are oligosaccharides consisting of 6( α ), 7( β ), 8( γ ) units of1,4-linked glucose. Due to their polar hydrophilic outer shell and relatively hydrophobic cavity, theyare able to build up host-guest complexes by inclusion of suitable hydrophobic molecules. Theformation of these complexes leads to significant changes of the solubility and reactivity of the guestmolecules, but without any chemical modification. Thus, water insoluble molecules may becomecompletely water soluble simply by mixing with an aqueous solution of native CD or CD-derivatives.Hydrogen bonds or hydrophobic interactions are responsible for the stability of the complexes and itturned out that the complexed monomers could be successfully polymerized by free radicalpolymerization in water.In our present work, using styrene as monomer, potassium peroxodisulfate as radical initiator thatreacted in water in the presence ofβ-CD but without any additional surfactant, the effect ofcyclodextrin on the polymerization was described. Additionally, the acceleration mechanism ofcyclodextrin in the polymerization was also explained based on dynamic study.Table 1 Effect of CD on the monomer reactivityIt is found that β -CD could greatly accelerate the polymerization, enhance the final conversion ofmonomer. And the more the amount of β-CD was introduced, the faster the polymerization wasobtained. From Figure 1, after 5 hours reaction at 80℃, the monomer conversion in the presence of1.0g cyclodextrin reached to 95%. However, that in absence of cyclodextrin was only 60%. And themonomer conversion was not to exceed 75% even reacted for 8 hours when no CD in reactionsystem.In order to describe the acceleration of CD in the polymerization quantitatively, based onCD and without CD. As shown in Table 1, CD produced significant effect on the monomer reactivity.The relative relativities of monomer were greatly increased with the increase of the amount of CD. 相似文献

Living anionic polymerization has been utilized to synthesize hydroxy end-functionalized PMMA macromonomers with styryl or allyl functionalities as the polymerizable end-groups. Protected hydroxy-functionalized alkyl lithium initiators have been used to initiate anionic polymerization of MMA. Subsequently the living chains with protected hydroxyl function have been terminated using 4-vinylbenzyl chloride (4-VBC) or allyl methacrylate (ALMA) to form α-hydroxy-ω-styryl and α-hydroxy-ω-allyl PMMA, respectively. These protected hydroxy-functionalized PMMA macromonomers have been characterized by GPC and 1H-NMR. Termination using 4-VBC led to 50% functionalization, whereas that using allyl methacrylate led to 100% functionalization of the hydroxy-PMMA. 相似文献

用透射电镜(TEM)对苯乙烯(St)/十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)/正戊醇/水的O/W微乳液体系在反应前、聚合过程中和反应结束后等不同时间里进行观察,并测定苯乙烯微乳液聚合前后粒径的大小,根据粒径大小的变化研究苯乙烯微乳液聚合成核机理,发现其成核位置主要是在胶束和单体微珠滴里。此外,还发现SDS/St的质量比越大,相对分子质量越低。 相似文献

The present paper evaluates largely unstudied kinetic aspects of styrene polymerization with a (relatively new) acyloxyamine over several temperature levels and contrasts these features with regular styrene polymerization and styrene polymerization with TEMPO. These comparisons show that the system behaves rather like regular thermal polymerization of styrene at temperatures between 120–180°C. However, at higher temperatures (> 180°C), acyloxyamine has an initiator-like contribution, giving the rate of polymerization an extra boost while decreasing molecular weights. This is further corroborated by mathematical modeling for both conversion and molecular weight averages. 相似文献
