Bi3.25La0.75Ti3-yNbyO12 (y=0.0, 0.03, 0.09, 0.15, 0.21) were synthesized using the solid-state reaction method. The effects of Nb doping on ferroelectric properties were studied through dielectric and P-E measurements. The value of Pr increases with increasing Nb content. Bi3.25La0.75Ti3-yNbyO12 ceramics exhibit a maximum remanent polarization of Pr=27 μC/cm2 at an Nb content of y=0.09. These results indicate that Nb doping can improve the ferroelectric properties of BLT ceramics. The Curie temperature, Tc, decreased with increasing Nb-content, and the ferroelectric phase transition of BLTNy is a second-order transition without thermal hysteresis. Superconducting Nb3Sn cavities are prepared, using the standard technique, by exposing polycrystalline Nb cavities to Sn vapour at 1050°C for some hours. The influence of the niobium crystal orientation on the quality of the Nb3Sn layers is studied by microscope (optical and SEM) and AES. Without preanodization of the niobium singlecrystal substrates all layers are patchy, especially for (111)-and (531)-planes. With preanodization homogeneous dense layers are obtained independent of the niobium orientation. All layers are essentially free from C and O contaminations. Glass-forming ability (GFA) and thermal stability of Fe62Nb8B30, Fe62Nb6Zr2B30 and Fe72Zr8B20 at % amorphous alloys were investigated by calorimetric (DSC and DTA) measurements. The crystallization kinetics was studied by DSC in the mode of continuous versus linear heating and it was found that both the glass transition temperature, T g , and the crystallization peak temperature, T p , display strong dependence on the heating rate. The partial replacement of Nb by Zr leads to lower T g and T x temperatures and causes a decrease of the supercooled liquid region. JMA analysis of isothermal transformation data measured between T g and T x suggests that the crystallization of the Fe62Nb8B30 and Fe62Nb6Zr2B30 amorphous alloys take place by three-dimensional growth with constant nucleation rate. Nb enhances the precipitation of the metastable Fe23B6 phase and stabilizes it up to the third crystallization stage. Zr addition increases the lattice constant of Fe23B6 and, at the same time, decreases the grain size.  相似文献

The unsuitable mechanical properties of Nb3Sn (its brittleness) make the production of a conductor in the required shape and dimensions very difficult. A method has been proposed and experimentally investigated by which the existing superconducting Nb3Sn tape could be modified to obtain intrinsically stable superconductor. The required filamentation of commercial Nb3Sn conductor is manageable by electron-beam microetching. The achieved results could serve as a starting point for the construction of a special electron-beam machine. A study of ordering of superconducting Nb3Sn layers formed in the bronze process has been attempted for the first time. The multifilamentary composites containing 10,000 niobium filaments embedded in a bronze matrix have been diffusion reacted at various temperature for short durations of a few minutes, and the resulting changes in Tc are systematically analysed. The data are discussed in terms of a reordering kinetics model and the values of various activation energies determined are found to be consistent.  相似文献

X-ray studies show the effects of elements added to the Nb or of strain on the martensitic phase transformation of Nb3Sn at low temperature. Additives to the Nb suppress the transformation, superimposed strains produced by a surrounding bronze matrix tend to mask the lattice transformation, and calculations show that the detailed line shape must be considered.  相似文献

In this investigation, phosphotungstic acid (H3PW12O40) was successfully self-assembly implanted into the interspace of K4Nb6O17 nanosheet via an impregnation method to form an adsorption-photocatalytic composite, in which n-type semiconductor K4Nb6O17 was selected as photo-electron emitter and H3PW12O40 was particularly used as an electronic transmitter. By characterizing with X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission (TEM), scan electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and FT-IR spectrum (FT-IR), it confirmed that H3PW12O40 (HPW) was converted to the insoluble tiny particles of K3PW12O40 (KPW) with the remained primary Keggin group via an ion-exchanged H+ of HPW with K+ in K4Nb6O17 in the implanted process and was firmly bound to the surface of K4Nb6O17 to form well sandwich structure. UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy revealed that the band gap of K4Nb6O17-K3PW12O40 have a slight red shift compared with the single K4Nb6O17. Its adsorption-photocatalytic properties were evaluated with the removal of tetracycline as model reaction. Compared with pure K4Nb6O17, tetracycline removal rate can be significantly improved for the as-prepared sandwich. Importantly, the removal could still maintain 70% after five reuses in recycle tests at an acidic solution, inferring a good stability which was mainly ascribed to the formation of water-insoluble K3PW12O40. The separation and transfer process of photogenerated electrons were investigated by surface photovoltage spectroscopy (SPV). It proposed that the KPW anchored firmly on the interlayers of K4Nb6O17 through a O-K-O bridge plays a significantly role in promoting the separation of the photogenerated carriers and preventing the leakage and agglomeration of HPW. The present results showed that the strategy of the phosphotungstic acid binding in situ to K4Nb6O17 was favorable to promote the hetero-photocatalytic efficiency as well as reusability.

Composite CuO/Cu2O/Cu anode for lithium ion battery was designed and synthesized via facile electrodeposition and the subsequent in situ thermal oxidation in air at 300 °C for 1 h. The as-prepared composite CuO/Cu2O/Cu anode was studied in terms of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), galvanostatic charge/discharge, cyclic voltammetry (CV), and AC impedance. As expected, the composite CuO/Cu2O/Cu with CuO-rich surface displayed hierarchical cypress-like morphology; furthermore, the hierarchical cypress-like CuO/Cu2O/Cu anode also delivered satisfactory electrochemical performances. For example, the reversible discharge capacity remained at 534.1 mAh/g even after 100 cycles. The enhanced electrochemical performances were attributed to the hierarchical cypress-like porous structure and the synergistic effect among the composite active copper oxides and highly conductive Cu current collector.  相似文献

本文研究了Nb/固态Cu-Sn和Nb/液态Cu-Sn界面上Nb3Sn晶粒的生长。实验表明:固态-固态界面上生长的晶粒尺寸虽小(约0.1μm),但Nb3Sn晶粒的长大仍符合通常的固态晶粒长大规律;固态-液态界面上生长的Nb3Sn分成两层,靠近Nb的内层晶粒细小,排列致密,外层晶粒粗大,分布零散,后者是前者经过溶解/沉积过程引起的,晶体形貌大多数呈菱形十二面体,部分呈正交平行六面体,说明Nb3Sn的{110},{100}面  相似文献

New niobium beryllide Nb3Be with A15 structure and lattice parameter a=0.5187±0.0007 nm, coexisting (3–5%) with a tetragonal phase, presumably, of an ordered solid solution with parameters a=0.5414±0.0008 nm and c=0.6378±0.0009 nm, was synthesized by thermal treatment (875–110°C) of amorphous film coatings containing 26.8–32.4 at. % Be and formed from short-period Nb and Be layers by magnetron sputtering. The domain of existence of the Nb3Be phase and the critical superconducting transition temperature (10.0 K and a transition width of 2.5 K) were determined and the X-ray structural data for structure identification were obtained.  相似文献

The 3d electron states in Ni3Al single crystals doped with Fe, Co, and Nb have been investigated using angular correlation of annihilation radiation (ACAR). The ACAR spectra contain information on the momentum distribution of valence electrons and strongly bound 3d electrons of the intermetallic compound. It has been established that the positrons in the Ni3Al crystals predominantly annihilate in the nickel sublattice from delocalized states. The doping of the compound by the third element leads to a variation in the momentum distribution of Ni 3d electrons due to the change in the character of interatomic bonds. An analysis of the momentum distribution has demonstrated that the niobium atoms increase the covalent component of the chemical bond as compared to the binary compound due to the d Nb-d Ni hybridization. The doping with cobalt atoms also enhances the tendency toward the formation of the covalent bond. At the same time, iron atoms have a weak effect on the electronic structure of the intermetallic compound.  相似文献

铌三锡是高磁场下实用的一种低温超导材料,分流温度是超导磁体的关键设计参数。文中采用超导体幂指数模型,定量计算了绝热条件下柱状铌三锡复合导体的分流温度,计算结果与现有的分流温度估算公式结果相符;另外还分别讨论了幂指数模型的中的指数n以及磁场对铌三锡复合导体分流温度的影响。结果可以为无液氦直接冷却系统中超导磁体的相关低温技术研究提供一定的数据参考。  相似文献

The work shows basic features of ferromagnetic ceramics Pb(Fe1 - xNbx)O3 with various contents of Fe/Nb (x=1/3, 1/2, 2/3). The synthesis were carried out by powders sintering and calcination whereas densification by hot uniaxial pressing and conventional sintering methods. Optimum conditions of PFN obtention with various contents were based on X-ray, microstructural, dielectrical and conductivity tests together with increase of iron contents in Pb(Fe1 - xNbx)O3 usage parameters of those ceramics worsen. Optimum parameters are shown by the ceramics with contents Pb(Fe1 / 2Nb1 / 2)O3 synthetized using calcination method and densified by hot uniaxial pressing method.  相似文献

A new lead-free tungsten bronze (TKWB) type relaxor derived from Ba1−xSrxNb2O6 and containing Sn was prepared via classical solid state route. A 2.5% Sn:Nb ratio was enough to both induce the relaxor effect and bring the transition temperature close to room temperature. Promising dielectric characteristics were evidenced, in particular when compared to perovskite-type lead-free relaxors. Chemical bonding arguments are used to explain the role of tin in the structure-dielectric properties relationships.  相似文献

The ground-state configurations of the Nbn (n = 2-11) clusters are studied through the first-principles calculations. It is found that niobium clusters (n = 2-11) tend to form compact structures with low symmetry. The clusters with 4, 8 and 10 atoms are found to be magic and have relatively large highest occupied-lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (HOMO-LUMO) gaps. The Nbn clusters possess low magnetic moments, which exhibit an odd-even oscillational character. The analyses of calculated electronic density and population of the lowest-energy niobium clusters for n = 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 show that the total magnetic moments of Nbn originate mainly from a few Nb atoms with longer spacings between them in most cases, while they are located on two Nb atoms for n = 2, 3, 5. The total magnetic moments come mainly from the 4d local moments but with the exception of the Nb5 cluster.  相似文献

(K0.5Na0.5)(Nb1-xTax)O3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics have been prepared by an ordinary sintering technique. The results of X-ray diffraction reveal that Ta5+ diffuses into the K0.5Na0.5NbO3 lattices to form a solid solution with an orthorhombic perovskite structure. Because of the high melting temperature of KTaO3, the (K0.5Na0.5)(Nb1-xTax)O3 ceramics can be sintered at higher temperatures. The partial substitution of Ta5+ for the B-site ion Nb5+ decreases both paraelectric/cubic–ferroelectric/tetragonal and ferroelectric/tetragonal–ferroelectric/orthorhombic phase transition temperatures, TC and TO-T. It also induces a relaxor phase transition and weakens the ferroelectricity of the ceramics. The ceramics become ‘softened’, leading to improvements in d33, kp, kt and εr and a decease in Ec, Qm and Np. The ceramics with x=0.075–0.15 become optimum, having d33=127–151 pC/N, kp=0.43–0.44, kt=0.43–0.44, εr=541–712, tanδ=1.75–2.48% and TC=378–329 °C. PACS 77.65.-j; 77.84.Dy; 77.84.-s  相似文献

Cu nanoparticles were formed on surface of nano-ZnO by UV light induced photoreduction of CuCl2 in methanol solution suspended with ZnO nanoparticles. By controlling the reaction conditions, the average size of the produced copper nanocrystal can be fine-tuned in the range of 10–200 nm. At constant UV irradiation, the Cu nanocrystals gradually grew up as the initial concentration of copper cation was increased, showing that the in situ formed Cu nanoparticles act as a bridge to facilitate the transferring of photoexcited electrons from ZnO surface to Cu2+ in solution. A Redox property was also proved for the Cu nanoparticles.  相似文献

The soft deposition of Ni13 and Cu13 clusters on Ni(111) and Cu(111) surfaces is studied by means of constant-energy molecular-dynamics simulations. The atomic interactions are described by the Embedded Atom Method. It is shown that the shape of the nickel clusters deposited on Cu(111) surfaces remains rather intact, while the copper clusters impacting on Ni(111) surfaces collapse forming double and triple layered products. Furthermore, it is found that for an impact energy of 0.5 eV/atom the structures of all investigated clusters show the lowest similarity to the original structures, except for the case of nickel clusters deposited on a Cu(111) surface. Finally, it is demonstrated that when cluster and substrate are of different materials, it is possible to control whether the deposition results in largely intact clusters on the substrate or in a spreading of the clusters. This separation into hard and soft clusters can be related to the relative cohesive energy of the crystalline materials.  相似文献
