In this study the (109)Ag NMR spectra of the following solid inorganic silver-containing compounds were investigated: AgNO(3), AgNO(2), Ag(2)SO(4), Ag(2)SO(3), AgCO(3), Ag(3)PO(4), AgCl, AgBr, AgI, AgSO(3)CH(3), silver p-toluenesulfonate, NaAg(CN)(2), KAg(CN)(2), K(3)Ag(CN)(4), Me(4)NAgCl(2), silver diethylthiocarbamate, silver lactate, silver acetate, silver citrate, and bis[(N,N(1)-di-tert-butylformamidinato)silver(I)]. The magic angle spinning (MAS) spectra of all compounds were obtained. In some cases, when protons were available, the (1)H to (109)Ag cross-polarization (CP) technique was used to enhance the signal and shorten the experimental relaxation delay. It was possible to obtain slow MAS (or CP/MAS) or nonspinning spectra for 10 samples, allowing the determination of the principal components of the (109)Ag chemical shift (CS) tensors. The isotropic chemical shifts and the CS tensors are discussed in light of the available crystal structures. The need for an accepted standard for referencing (109)Ag chemical shifts and the use of AgSO(3)CH(3) as a CP setup sample are also discussed.  相似文献

The principal elements of the (113)Cd shielding tensor for a set of five- coordinate compounds having mixed donor atoms coordinating to the cadmium were determined via CP/MAS NMR experiments. The first complex, [HB(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3)]CdBH(4) (where pz = pyrazolyl), has a CdN(3)H(2) inner coordination sphere. The isotropic chemical shift in the solid state is 355.1 ppm, and its chemical shift anisotropy (CSA, Deltasigma) is -596 ppm with an asymmetry parameter (eta) of 0.64. The second complex, [HB(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3)]Cd[H(2)B(pz)(2)], has five nitrogen donor atoms bonded to the cadmium. This N(5) or N(3)N(2) compound was the only material of this study to manifest dipolar splitting of the cadmium resonance from the quadrupolar (14)N. The isotropic chemical shift, CSA, and the value of eta for this material were therefore determined at higher field where the dipolar splitting was less than the linewidth, yielding values of 226.6 ppm, -247 ppm, and 0.32, respectively. A second N(5) material, [HB(3-Phpz)(3)]Cd[H(2)B(3,5-Me(2)pz)(2)], was also investigated and has an isotropic shift of 190.2 ppm, a CSA of 254 ppm, and an eta of 0.86. Also studied was [HB(3-Phpz)(3)]Cd[(Bu(t)CO)(2)CH], which has an CdN(3)O(2) inner core. The isotropic chemical shift of this complex is 173.6 ppm, and the values of Deltasigma and eta were determined to be -258 ppm and 0.38, respectively. The final compound, [HB(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3)]Cd[S(2)CNEt(2)], with N(3)S(2) donor atoms, has an isotropic shift of 275.8 ppm, an eta of 0.51, and a CSA of +375 ppm. Utilizing previous assignments, the most shielded tensor element was determined to be oriented normal to the plane of the tridentate ligand. The shielding tensor information is used to speculate on the coordination geometry of the CdN(3)O(2) inner core complex.  相似文献

Three flavonoids of pharmaceutical importance-baicalein, baicalin, and wogonoside-were isolated from a Chinese medicinal plant Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and studied by 13C NMR in solution and solid state. Two-dimensional (2D) NMR spectroscopy in the liquid phase and dipolar dephasing (DD) experiments in magic-angle spinning (MAS) spectra enabled the assignment of 13C resonances. The cross-polarization (CP) time constants T(CH) and relaxation times T(H) (1rho) were obtained from the variable-contact time experiments. The principal elements of the 13C chemical shift tensor were determined in the spectra recorded under slow sample spinning (2 kHz) using phase-adjusted spinning sideband (PASS)-2D NMR technique, and were verified by density functional theory gauge-independent atomic orbital (DFT GIAO) calculations of shielding constants. Analysis of the 13C delta(ii) and comparison with shielding parameters calculated for different conformers of compounds 1-3 enabled the selection of the most reliable geometry in the solid phase. In all three compounds, an intramolecular hydrogen bond C5--OH...=C4 is formed; the existence of baicalein and baicalin with 'anticlockwise' orientation of OH groups is more probable.  相似文献

Silver-containing layered networks of the form [Ag(L)] (L = 4-pyridinesulfonate or p-toluenesulfonate) were treated with primary amines in different ratios. The structures of the parent supramolecular networks are well-known; however, their interactions with primary amines lead to the formation of new layered materials for which single-crystal X-ray structures cannot be obtained. Solid-state (109)Ag, (15)N, and (13)C cross-polarization magic-angle spinning (CP/MAS) NMR experiments, in combination with powder X-ray diffraction experiments and ab initio calculations, are utilized to investigate the interactions between the primary amines and the parent materials, and to propose structural models for the new materials. (109)Ag chemical shift (CS) tensor parameters are extremely sensitive to changes in silver environments; hence, (1)H-(109)Ag CP/MAS NMR experiments are used to distinguish and characterize silver sites. The combination of (109)Ag and (15)N NMR experiments on starting materials and samples prepared with both (15)N-labeled and unlabeled amines permits the accurate measurements of indirect (1)J((109)Ag,(15)N) and (1)J((109)Ag,(14)N) spin-spin coupling constants, providing further information on structure and bonding in these systems. First principles calculations of silver CS tensors and (1)J((109)Ag,(14)N) coupling constants in model complexes aid in formulating the proposed structural models for the new materials, which are largely comprised of layers of silver-diamine cations.  相似文献

The interactions of synthetic chalcocite surfaces with diethyldithiophosphate, potassium salt, K[S2P(OC2H5)2], were studied by means of 31P cross-polarization/magic angle spinning (CP/MAS) NMR spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). To identify the species formed on the Cu2S surfaces, a polycrystalline {CuI6[S2P(OC2H5)2]6} cluster was synthesized and analyzed by SEM, powder X-ray diffraction techniques and solid-state 31P CP/MAS NMR and static 65Cu NMR spectroscopy. 31P chemical shift anisotropy (CSA) parameters, delta(cs) and eta(cs), were estimated and used for assigning the bridging type of diethyldithiophosphate ligands in the {CuI6[S2P(OC2H5)2]6} cluster. The latter data were compared to 31P CSA parameters estimated from the spinning sideband patterns in 31P NMR spectra of the collector-treated mineral surfaces: formation of polycrystalline {CuI6[S2P(OC2H5)2]6} on the Cu2S surfaces is suggested. The second-order quadrupolar line shape of 65Cu was simulated, and the NMR interaction parameters, CQ and etaQ, for the copper(I) diethyldithiophosphate cluster were obtained.  相似文献

A magic-angle spinning (MAS) 2H NMR experiment was applied to study the molecular motion in paramagnetic compounds. The temperature dependences of 2H MAS NMR spectra were measured for paramagnetic [M(H2O)6][SiF6] (M=Ni2+, Mn2+, Co2+) and diamagnetic [Zn(H2O)6][SiF6]. The paramagnetic compounds exhibited an asymmetric line shape in 2H MAS NMR spectra because of the electron-nuclear dipolar coupling. The drastic changes in the shape of spinning sideband patterns and in the line width of spinning sidebands due to the 180 degrees flip of water molecules and the reorientation of [M(H2O)6]2+ about its C3 axis were observed. In the paramagnetic compounds, paramagnetic spin-spin relaxation and anisotropic g-factor result in additional linebroadening of each of the spinning sidebands. The spectral simulation of MAS 2H NMR, including the effects of paramagnetic shift and anisotropic spin-spin relaxation due to electron-nuclear dipolar coupling and anisotropic g-factor, was performed for several molecular motions. Assignments of the protolytic speciation at the calcium hydroxyl surface sites of synthetic fluorapatite and the chemical interactions between fluorapatite-maghemite and fluorapatite-Fe2+ ions have been studied by means of 1H and 31P single-pulse and 31P CP MAS NMR. Three possible forms of calcium hydroxyl surface sites have been suggested and assigned to [triple bond] CaOH, [triple bond]Ca(OH)2-, and [triple bond]CaOH2+, and their mutual ratios were found to vary as a function of pH. Due to their paramagnetic properties, iron species and Fe2+ ions adsorbed at the fluorapatite surface display a broad spinning sideband manifold in the single-pulse 31P MAS NMR spectra. The resonance lines in the 31P CP MAS NMR spectra originating from the bulk phosphate groups PO4(3-) and phosphorus surface sites [triple bond]POx and [triple bond]POxH decrease with increasing Fe2+ ion adsorption. When iron species originating from maghemite are adsorbed at the fluorapatite surface, no 31P NMR signal is detected, which supports the hypothesis that surface reactions occur between the phosphorus surface sites of fluorapatite and iron species.  相似文献

Qualitative and quantitative analyses of humic acids (HAs) with five different 13C solid-state NMR techniques were assessed using HAs of various origins and locations. The NMR techniques compared are: (1) direct polarization/magic angle spinning (DP/MAS) at 13 kHz, (2) conventional cross polarization (CP)/MAS at 5 kHz, (3) ramp-CP/MAS at 8 kHz, (4) CP/total sideband suppression (TOSS) at 4.5 kHz, and (5) DP/MAS corrected by CP/spin-lattice relaxation with TOSS. The spectra from the five techniques were first compared qualitatively. Then, each spectrum was divided into eight regions for quantitative evaluation. DP/MAS spectra were used as quantitative references. Ramp-CP/MAS and CP/TOSS spectra gave consistently better results than those of the conventional CP/MAS spectra at a 13C frequency of 75 MHz, which were incorrect due to spinning sidebands. CP/MAS at low magnetic fields (22.6 and 50.6 MHz 13C frequency) indicated improved integration results but lower resolution. Correction factors calculated by comparison with DP/MAS will be useful to convert the non-quantitative peak areas in the CP/TOSS and ramp-CP/MAS spectra into more quantitative results.  相似文献

Reaction of complex [Cp2Mo2(CO)4(micro,eta 2-P2)] (Cp=C5H5 (1)) with CuPF6, AgX (X=BF4, ClO4, PF6, SbF6, Al{OC(CF3)3}4) and [(Ph3P)Au(THF)][PF6] (THF=tetrahydrofuran), respectively, results in the facile formation of the dimers 3 b-h of the general formula [M2({Cp2Mo2 (CO)4(micro,eta 2:eta 2-P2)}2)({Cp2Mo2(CO)4 (micro, eta 2:eta 1:eta 1-P2)}2)][X]2 (M=Cu, Ag, Au; X=BF4, ClO4, PF6, SbF6, Al{OC(CF3)3}4). As revealed by X-ray crystallography, all these dimers comprise dicationic moieties that are well-separated from the weakly coordinating anions in the solid state. If 1 is allowed to react with AgNO2 and LAuCl (L=CO or tetrahydrothiophene), respectively, the dimer [Ag2{Cp2Mo2 (CO)4(micro,eta 2:eta 1:eta 1-P2)}2(eta 2-NO2)2] (5) and the complex [AuCl{Cp2Mo2(CO)4(micro,eta 2:eta 1-P2)}] (6) are formed, which have also been characterised by X-ray crystallography. In compounds 5 and 6, the anions remain coordinated to the Group 11 metal centres. Spectroscopic data suggest that the dimers 3 b-h display dynamic behaviour in solution and this is discussed by using the comprehensive results obtained for 3 g (M=Ag; X=Al{OC(CF3)3}4) as a basis. The interpretation of the experimental results is facilitated by density functional theory (DFT) calculations on 3 g (structures, energetics, NMR shielding tensors). The 31P magic angle spinning (MAS) NMR spectra recorded for the dimers 3 b (M=Cu; X=PF6) and 3c (M=Ag; X=BF4) as well as that of the previously reported one-dimensional (1 D) polymer [Ag2{Cp2Mo2(CO)4(micro,eta 2:eta 1:eta 1-P2)}3(micro,eta 1:eta 1-NO3)]n[NO3]n (4) are also discussed herein and the strong dependence of the chemical shift of the phosphorus atoms within each compound on subtle structural differences in the solid state is demonstrated. Furthermore, the X-ray crystallographic and 31P MAS NMR spectroscopic characterisation of a new polymorph of 1 is reported.  相似文献

The high resolution offered by magic-angle spinning (MAS), when compared to the static condition in solid-state NMR of powders, has been used to full advantage in a (14)N MAS NMR study of some ammonium salts: CH(3)NH(3)Cl, (NH(4))(2)(COO)(2) x H(2)O, (CH(3))(3)(C(6)H(5)CH(2))NCl, (CH(3))(3)(C(6)H(5))NI, [(n-C(4)H(9))(4)N](2)Mo(2)O(7), (NH(4))(2)HPO(4), and NH(4)H(2)PO(4). It is shown that the high-quality (14)N MAS NMR spectra, which can be obtained for these salts, allow determination of the (14)N quadrupole coupling parameters, i.e. C(Q) (the quadrupole coupling constant) and eta(Q) (the asymmetry parameter), with very high precision. In particular, it is shown that precise C(Q), eta(Q) parameters can be determined for at least two different (14)N sites in case the individual spinning-sideband (ssb) intensities arise from a single manifold of ssbs, i.e. the ssbs for the two sites cannot be resolved. This feature of (14)N MAS NMR, which is the first demonstration for manifolds of ssb in MAS NMR without the potential information from a central transition, becomes especially useful at the slow spinning frequencies (nu(r) = 1000-1500 Hz) applied to some of the ammonium salts studied here. The detection of the number of sites has been confirmed by the corresponding crystal structures determined from single-crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD), either in this work for the unknown structure of benzyl trimethylammonium chloride or from reports in the literature. The magnitudes of the (14)N quadrupole coupling constants for the ammonium salts studied here are in the range from C(Q) approximately 20 kHz to 1 MHz while the asymmetry parameters span the full range 0 < or = eta(Q) < or = 1. Clearly, the (14)N quadrupole coupling parameters (C(Q), eta(Q)) for ammonium ions appear highly sensitive toward crystal structure and therefore appreciably more informative for the characterization of ammonium salts in comparison to the isotropic (14)N (or (15)N) chemical shifts.  相似文献

The synthesis and structural characterization of the hexafluorophosphate salts of the substituted bis-amido molecular complexes [Co(III)(eta5-C5H4CONHC4H3N2)2]+ (1), [Co(III)(eta5-C5H4CONHCH2C5H4N)2]+ (2), [Co(III)(eta5-C5H4CON(C5H4N)2)2]+ (3), and of the amido-carboxyl complexes [Co(III)(eta5-C5H4CON(C5H4N)2)(eta5-C5H4COOH)]+ (4), and [Co(III)(eta5-C5H4CONHC2N3(C5H4N)2)(eta5-C5H4COOH)]+ (5) are reported. The pyridyl and pyrazine substituted amido ligands on the sandwich cores have been chosen because they allow both coordination to metal centres and participation in hydrogen bonding. The hydrogen bonding interactions established by the family of complexes in the solid state has been investigated. The utilization of complex 5 for the preparation of the complex of complexes[Cd(NO3)2{Co(III)(eta5-C5H4CONHC2N3(C5H4N)(C5H4NH))(eta5-C5H4COOH)}2]6+ (6) is reported as a first example of the potential of the substituted mono-and bis-amides as ligands. The isolation and structural characterization of the carbonyl chloride cation [Co(III)(eta5-C5H4COCl)2]+ (7) as its tetrachloro cobaltate anion salt is also described.  相似文献

Electrospray ionization (ESI) and collisionally induced dissociation (CID) mass spectra were obtained for five tetracyclines and the corresponding compounds in which the labile hydrogens were replaced by deuterium by either gas phase or liquid phase exchange. The number of labile hydrogens, x, could easily be determined from a comparison of ESI spectra obtained with N2 and with ND3 as the nebulizer gas. CID mass spectra were obtained for [M + H]+ and [M - H]- ions and the exchanged analogs, [M(Dx) + D]+ and [M(Dx) - D]- , and produced by ESI using a Sciex API-III(plus) and a Finnigan LCQ ion trap mass spectrometer. Compositions of product ions and mechanisms of decomposition were determined by comparison of the MS(N) spectra of the un-deuterated and deuterated species. Protonated tetracyclines dissociate initially by loss of H2O (D2O) and NH3 (ND3) if there is a tertiary OH at C-6. The loss of H2O (D2O) is the lower energy process. Tetracyclines without the tertiary OH at C-6 lose only NH3 (ND3) initially. MSN experiments showed easily understandable losses of HDO, HN(CH3)2, CH3 - N=CH2, and CO from fragment ions. The major fragment ions do not come from cleavage reactions of the species protonated at the most basic site. Deprotonated tetracyclines had similar CID spectra, with less fragmentation than those observed for the protonated tetracyclines. The lowest energy decomposition paths for the deprotonated tetracyclines are the competitive loss of NH3 (ND3) or HNCO (DNCO). Product ions appear to be formed by charge remote decompositions of species de-protonated at the C-10 phenol.  相似文献

The silver aluminates AgAl[OC(CF3)2(R)]4 (R = H, CH3, CF3) react with solutions of white phosphorus P4 to give complexes that bind one or two almost undistorted tetrahedral P4 molecules in an fashion: [Ag(P4)2]+[Al(OC(CF3)3)4]+ (1) containing the first homoleptic metal-phosphorus cation, the molecular species (P4)AgAl[OC(CH3)(CF3)2]4 (2), and the dimeric Ag(mu,eta2-P4)Ag bridged [(P4)AgAl[OC(H)(CF3)2]4]2 (3). Compounds 1-3 were characterized by variable-temperature (VT) 31P NMR spectroscopy (1 also by VT 32P MAS-NMR spectroscopy), Raman spectroscopy, and single-crystal X-ray crystallography. Other Ag:P4 ratios did not lead to new species, and this observation was rationalized on thermodynamic grounds. The Ag(P4)2+ ion has an almost planar coordination environment around the Ag+ ion due to d(x2 - y2)(Ag) --> sigma*(P-P) backbonding. Calculations (HF-DFT) on six Ag(P4)2+ isomers 4a-f showed that the planar eta2 form 4a is only slightly favored by 5.2 kJ mol(-1) over the tetrahedral eta2 species 4b; eta1-P4 and eta3-P4 complexes are less favorable (27-76 kJ mol(-1)). The bonding of the P4 moiety in [RhCl(eta2-P4)(PPh3)2], the only compound in which an eta2 bonding mode of a tetrahedral P4 molecule has been claimed, must be regarded as a tetraphosphabicyclobutane, and not as a tetrahedro-P4 complex, on the basis of the published NMR and vibrational spectra, the calculated geometry of [RhCl(P4)(PH3)2] (10), the highly endothermic (385 kJ mol(-1)) calculated dissociation enthalpy of 10 into P4 and RhCl(PH3)2 (11), as well as atoms in molecules (AIM) and natural bond orbital (NBO) population analyses of 10 and the Ag(P4)2+ ion. Therefore, 1-3 are the first examples of species containing eta2-coordinated tetrahedral P4 molecules.  相似文献

13C cross-polarization magic-angle-spinning (CP/MAS) NMR spectra of several carbonmonoxide (93-99% (13)C enriched) hemoprotein models with 1,2-dimethylimidazole (1,2-diMeIm) and 1-methylimidazole (1-MeIm) as axial ligands are reported. This enables the (13)CO spinning sideband manifold to be measured and hence the principal components of the (13)CO chemical shift tensor to be obtained. Negative polar interactions in the binding pocket of the cap porphyrin model and inhibition of Fe-->CO back-donation result in a reduction in shielding anisotropy; on the contrary, positive distal polar interactions result in an increase in the shielding anisotropy and asymmetry parameter in some models. It appears that the axial hindered base 1,2-dimethylimidazole has little direct effect on the local geometry at the CO site, despite higher rates of CO desorption being observed for such complexes. This suggests that the mechanism by which steric interactions are released for the 1,2-diMeIm complexes compared to 1-MeIm complexes does not involve a significant increase in bending of the Fe-C-O unit. The asymmetry of the shielding tensor of all the heme model compounds studied is smaller than that found for horse myoglobin and rabbit hemoglobin.  相似文献

We report here (13)C(alpha) chemical shielding parameters for central Gly residues in tripeptides adopting alpha-helix, beta-strand, polyglycine II, and fully extended 2 degrees structures. To assess experimental uncertainties in the shielding parameters and the effects of (14)N-(13)C(alpha) or (15)N-(13)C(alpha) dipolar coupling, stationary and magic angle spinning (MAS) spectra with and without (15)N decoupling were obtained from natural abundance and double-labeled samples containing [2-(13)C, (15)N]Gly. We find that accurate (<1 ppm uncertainty) shielding parameters are measured with good sensitivity and resolution in (15)N decoupled 1D or 2D MAS spectra of double-labeled samples. Compared to variations of isotropic shifts with peptide angles, those of (13)C(alpha) shielding anisotropy and asymmetry are greater. Trends relating shielding parameters to the 2 degrees structure are apparent, and the correlation of the experimental values with unscaled ab initio shielding calculations has an rms error of 3 ppm. Using the experimental data and the ab initio shielding values, the empirical trends relating the 2 degrees structure to shielding are extended to the larger range of torsion angles found in proteins.  相似文献

Tandem mass spectrometry performed on a pool of 18 oligopeptides shows that the product ion spectra of argentinated peptides, the [bn + OH + Ag]+ ions and the [yn - H + Ag]+ ions bearing identical sequences are virtually identical. These observations suggest strongly that these ions have identical structures in the gas phase. The structures of argentinated glycine, glycylglycine, and glycylglycylglycine were calculated using density functional theory (DFT) at the B3LYP/DZVP level of theory; they were independently confirmed using HF/LANL2DZ. For argentinated glycylglycylglycine, the most stable structure is one in which Ag+ is tetracoordinate and attached to the amino nitrogen and the three carbonyl oxygen atoms. Mechanisms are proposed for the fragmentation of this structure to the [b2 + OH + Ag]+ and the [Y2 - H + Ag]+ ions that are consistent with all experimental observations and known calculated structures and energetics. The structures of the [b2 - H + Ag]+ and the [a2 - H + Ag]+ ions of glycylglycylglycine were also calculated using DFT. These results confirm earlier suggestions that the [b2 - H + Ag]+ ion is an argentinated oxazolone and the [a2 - H + Ag]+ an argentinated immonium ion.  相似文献

The unique high-resolution feature offered by 14N magic-angle spinning (MAS) NMR spectroscopy of ammonium ions has been used to characterize the crystal structures of various ammonium molybdates by their 14N quadrupole coupling parameters, i.e., CQ, the quadrupole coupling constant, and etaQ, the asymmetry parameter. Two polymorphs of diammonium monomolybdate, (NH4)2MoO4, recently structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD) and named mS60 and mP60, show distinct but different 14N MAS NMR spectra from each of which two sets of characteristic 14N CQ and etaQ values have been obtained. Similarly, the well-characterized ammonium polymolybdates (NH4)2Mo2O7, (NH4)6Mo7O24.4H2O, and (NH4)6Mo8O27.4H2O also give rise to distinct and characteristic 14N MAS NMR spectra. In particular, it is noted that simulation of the experimental (NH4)6Mo7O24.4H2O spectrum requires an iterative fit with six independent NH4+ sites. For the slow spinning frequencies employed (nu(r) = 1500-3000 Hz), all 14N MAS NMR spectra of the ammonium molybdates in this study are fingerprints of their identity. These different 14N MAS NMR fingerprints are shown to be an efficient tool in qualitative and quantitative assessment of the decomposition of (NH4)2MoO4 in humid air. Finally, by a combination of the 14N and 95Mo MAS NMR experiments performed here, it has become clear that a recent report of the 95Mo MAS spectra and data for the mS60 and mP60 polymorphs of (NH4)2MoO4 are erroneous because the sample examined had decomposed to (NH4)2Mo2O7.  相似文献

Electrospray ionization tandem mass spectral (ESI-MSn) analysis of thiodiglycol, bis(2-hydroxyethylthio)alkanes (BHETAs) and their mono-, di-, tri-, and tetraoxygenated compounds was carried out to obtain their characteristic spectra for ESI-MS analysis. These compounds are important markers of chemical warfare agents, namely sulfur mustards. ESI-MSn (n > or = 3) analysis of a compound by collisionally induced dissociation in an ion trap gives rise to mass spectra that are somewhat similar to electron ionization mass spectra. These ESI-MSn spectra can be used for compound identification. Under ESI-MS and ESI-MS/MS the compounds mostly produced [M+NH4]+, [M+H]+ and [M+H--H2O]+ ions. Fragmentations of these even-electron precursors in the ion trap gave rise to characteristic product ions via neutral loss of O2, H2O, C2H4, HCHO, C2H4O, C2H4S, HSC2H4OH and C2H4SO. Fragmentation routes of these compounds are proposed that rationalize the formation of product ions in ESI-MSn analysis.  相似文献

An acid-stable hydride complex [Cp*IrIII(bpy)H]+ {1, Cp* = eta5-C5Me5, bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine} serves as the active catalyst for the highly chemoselective synthesis of alpha-amino acids by reductive amination of alpha-keto acids with aqueous NH3 and HCOO- in water at pH 5-8. pH-dependent catalytic 15N- and 2H-double-labeling has also been accomplished by using 15NH3 and DCOONa, which are ideal amine and hydride ion sources, respectively.  相似文献
