We study the existence of solutions to a class of p(x)-Laplacian equations involving singular Hardy terms for nonlinear terms of the type f(x, t) = ±(-λ|t|m(x)-2t +|t|q(x)-2t). First we show the existence of infinitely many weak solutions for anyλ > 0, and next prove that if λ is large enough then there exists a nontrivial weak solution. Our approach relies on direct variational methods and the theory of variable exponent Lebesgue-Sobolev spaces.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the following second order retarded differential equations x″(t)+cx′(t)=qx(t-σ)-lx(t-δ) (1) x″(t)+p(t)x(t-τ)=0 (2) We give some sufficient conditions for the oscillation of all solutions of Eq. (1) in the case where q, ι, σ, δ are positive numbers and c is a real number. And also, we study the asymptotic behavior of the nonoscillatory solutions. If necessary, we give some examples to illustrate our results. At last, we study Eq. (2) with some conditions on p(t).  相似文献

We are concerned with the existence of quasi-periodic solutions for the follow- ing equation x″ F_x(x,t)x′ ω~2x φ(x,t)=0, where F and φare smooth functions and 2π-periodic in t,ω>0 is a constant.Under some assumptions on the parities of F and φ,we show that the Dancer's function,which is used to study the existence of periodic solutions,also plays a role for the existence of quasi-periodic solutions and the Lagrangian stability (i.e.all solutions are bounded).  相似文献

This paper deals with the boundedness of the solutions of the following dynamic equations(r(t)x△(t))△+a(t)f(xσ(t))+b(t)g(xσ(t))=0and(r(t)x△(t))△+a(t)xσ(t)+b(t)f(x(t-τ(t)))=e(t)on a time scale T.By using the Bellman integral inequality,we establish some suffcient conditions for boundedness of solutions of the above equations.Our results not only unify the boundedness results for differential and difference equations but are also new for the q-difference equations.  相似文献

Several oscillation criteria are given for the second order nonlinear differential equation with damped term of the form [α(t)(y'(t))σ]' p(t)(y'(t))σ q(t)f(y(t)) = 0, where α∈C(R, (0,∞)), p(t) and q(t) are allowed to change sign on [t0, ∞), and f∈C1 (R, R) such that xf(x) > 0 for x ≠0. The authors establish local existence, global existence and nonexistence of solutions and discuss the blowup properties of solutions. In this article we consider the inverse coefficient problem of recovering the function { ( x ) system of partial differential equations that can be reduced to a second order integro-differential equation $ -u_{xx} + c(x)u_{x} + d\phi (x)u-\gamma d\phi (x)\int _{0}^{t}e^{-\gamma (t-\tau )}u(x,\tau )\, d\tau = 0 $ with boundary conditions. We prove the existence and uniqueness of solutions to the inverse problem and develop a numerical algorithm for solving this problem. Computational results for some examples are presented.  相似文献

In the nondelay case we shall show that (*) has a unique positive periodic solution $ \overline {x}(t), $ and provide sufficient conditions for the global attractivity of $ \overline {x}(t) $ . In this paper, we firstly analyze some properties of the linear difference operator $[Ax](t)=x(t)-C(t)x(t-\tau),$ where $C(t)$ is a $n\times n$ matrix function, and then using Mawhin''s continuation theorem, a first-order neutral functional differential system is studied. Some new results on the existence and stability of periodic solutions are obtained. The results are related to the deviating arguments $\tau$ and $\mu$. Meanwhile, the approaches to estimate a $prior$ bounds of periodic solutions are different from the corresponding ones of the known literature.  相似文献
