A series of hetero- and homometallic square complexes bridged by a photoactive 4,4'-azopyridine (AZP) or 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene (BPE) ligand, cyclobis[[cis-(dppf)M](mu-L)(2)(fac-Re(CO)(3)Br)](OTf)(4) (M = Pd, L = trans-AZP (5); M = Pt, L = trans-AZP (7); M = Pd, L = trans-BPE (8); M = Pt, L = trans-BPE (10)), cyclo[[cis-(dppf)M](mu-L)(2)(fac-Re(CO)(3)Br)](OTf)(2) (M = Pd, L = cis-AZP (6); M = Pd, L = cis-BPE (9)), [cis-(dppf)Pd(mu-trans-AZP)](4)(OTf)(8) (11), and [cis-(dppf)Pd(mu-cis-AZP)](2)(OTf)(4) (12), where dppf is 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene and OTf is trifluoromethanesulfonate anion, were prepared by thermodynamically driven self-assembly processes. The photophysical and photochemical properties of these complexes have been investigated, and all of them show a lack of luminescence in room temperature solution. Upon irradiation at 313 or 366 nm, Pd(II)-Re(I)-containing tetranuclear squares 5, 8, and 11 undergo photoisomerization and convert to their corresponding dinuclear complexes 6, 9, and 12, whereas Pt(II)-Re(I)-based squares 7 and 10 show only slow square disassembling processes. The tetranuclear squares can be fully recovered by heating the photoisomerized solution for several hours.  相似文献

Addition of isonicotinic acid NC(5)H(4)CO(2)H (or isonicH) to [Pt(dppf)(MeCN)(2)](2+)2OTf(-)(dppf = 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene, OTf = triflate) affords a mixture of the homometallic molecular square [Pt(4)(dppf)(4)(mu-O(2)CC(5)H(4)N)(4)](4+)4OTf(-), 1 and its precursor intermediate [Pt(dppf)(eta(1)-NC(5)H(4)CO(2)H)(2)](2+)2OTf(-), 2. The latter captures [Pd(dppf)(MeCN)(2)](2+)2OTf(-) to give a heterometallic square, [Pt(2)Pd(2)(dppf)(4)(mu-O(2)CC(5)H(4)N)(4)](4+)4OTf(-), 3. Slight skeletal modification of the ligand leads to different assemblies. This is illustrated by the addition of NC(5)H(4)CH(2)CO(2)H.HCl to [Pt(dppf)(MeCN)(2)](2+)2OTf(-) to give [PtCl(dppf)(NC(5)H(4)CH(2)CO(2)H)](+)OTf(-), 4, which reacts with another equivalent of AgOTf to yield the dibridged complex [Pt(2)(dppf)(2)(mu-NC(5)H(4)CH(2)CO(2))(2)](2+)2OTf(-), 5. All complexes, with the exception of , have been structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. Complexes 2 and 4 are potential precursors to further molecular topologies.  相似文献

The coordination properties of N,N′‐bis[4‐(4‐pyridyl)phenyl]acenaphthenequinonediimine (L1) and N,N′‐bis[4‐(2‐pyridyl)phenyl]acenaphthenequinonediimine (L2) were investigated in self‐assembly with palladium diphosphane complexes [Pd(P^P)(H2O)2](OTf)2 (OTf=triflate) by using various analytical techniques, including multinuclear (1H, 15N, and 31P) NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry (P^P=dppp, dppf, dppe; dppp=bis(diphenylphosphanyl)propane, dppf= bis(diphenylphosphanyl)ferrocene, and dppe=bis(diphenylphosphanyl)ethane). Beside the expected trimeric and tetrameric species, the interaction of an equimolar mixture of [Pd(dppp)]2+ ions and L1 also generates pentameric aggregates. Due to the E/Z isomerism of L1, a dimeric product was also observed. In all of these species, which correspond to the general formula [Pd(dppp)L1]n(OTf)2n (n=2–5), the L1 ligand is coordinated to the Pd center only through the terminal pyridyl groups. Introduction of a second equivalent of the [Pd(dppp)]2+ tecton results in coordination to the internal, sterically more encumbered chelating site and induces enhancement of the higher nuclearity components. The presence of higher‐order aggregates (n=5, 6), which were unexpected for the interaction of cis‐protected palladium corners with linear ditopic bridging ligands, has been demonstrated both by mass‐spectrometric and DOSY NMR spectroscopic analysis. The sequential coordination of the [Pd(dppp)]2+ ion is attributed to the dissimilar steric properties of the two coordination sites. In the self‐assembled species formed in a 1:1:1 mixture of [Pd(dppp)]2+/[Pd(dppe)]2+/L1, the sterically more demanding [Pd(dppp)]2+ tectons are attached selectively to the pyridyl groups, whereas the more hindered imino nitrogen atoms coordinate the less bulky dppe complexes, thus resulting in a sterically directed, size‐selective sorting of the metal tectons. The propensity of the new ligands to incorporate hydrogen‐bonded solvent molecules at the chelating site was confirmed by X‐ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

Treatment of cis-[W(N2)2(PMe2Ph)4] (5) with an equilibrium mixture of trans-[RuCl(eta 2-H2)(dppp)2]X (3) with pKa = 4.4 and [RuCl(dppp)2]X (4) [X = PF6, BF4, or OTf; dppp = 1,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane] containing 10 equiv of the Ru atom based on tungsten in benzene-dichloroethane at 55 degrees C for 24 h under 1 atm of H2 gave NH3 in 45-55% total yields based on tungsten, together with the formation of trans-[RuHCl(dppp)2] (6). Free NH3 in 9-16% yields was observed in the reaction mixture, and further NH3 in 36-45% yields was released after base distillation. Detailed studies on the reaction of 5 with numerous Ru(eta 2-H2) complexes showed that the yield of NH3 produced critically depended upon the pKa value of the employed Ru(eta 2-H2) complexes. When 5 was treated with 10 equiv of trans-[RuCl(eta 2-H2)(dppe)2]X (8) with pKa = 6.0 [X = PF6, BF4, or OTf; dppe = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane] under 1 atm of H2, NH3 was formed in higher yields (up to 79% total yield) compared with the reaction with an equilibrium mixture of 3 and 4. If the pKa value of a Ru(eta 2-H2) complex was increased up to about 10, the yield of NH3 was remarkably decreased. In these reactions, heterolytic cleavage of H2 seems to occur at the Ru center via nucleophilic attack of the coordinated N2 on the coordinated H2 where a proton (H+) is used for the protonation of the coordinated N2 and a hydride (H-) remains at the Ru atom. Treatment of 5, trans-[W(N2)2(PMePh2)4] (14), or trans-[M(N2)2(dppe)2] [M = Mo (1), W (2)] with Ru(eta 2-H2) complexes at room temperature led to isolation of intermediate hydrazido(2-) complexes such as trans-[W(OTf)(NNH2)(PMe2Ph)4]OTf (19), trans-[W(OTf)(NNH2)(PMePh2)4]OTf (20), and trans-[WX(NNH2)(dppe)2]+ [X = OTf (15), F (16)]. The molecular structure of 19 was determined by X-ray analysis. Further ruthenium-assisted protonation of hydrazido(2-) intermediates such as 19 with H2 at 55 degrees C was considered to result in the formation of NH3, concurrent with the generation of W(VI) species. All of the electrons required for the reduction of N2 are provided by the zerovalent tungsten.  相似文献

The ligands KS(2)CN(Bz)CH(2)CH(2)N(Bz)CS(2)K (K(2)L(1)), N(CH(2)CH(2)N(Me)CS(2)Na)(3) (Na(3)L(2)), and the new chelates {(CH(2)CH(2))NCS(2)Na}(3) (Na(3)L(3)) and {CH(2)CH(2)N(CS(2)Na)CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)NCS(2)Na}(2) (Na(4)L(4)), react with the gold(I) complexes [ClAu(PR(3))] (R = Me, Ph, Cy) and [ClAu(IDip)] to yield di-, tri-and tetragold compounds. Larger metal units can also be coordinated by the longer, flexible linker, K(2)L(1). Thus two equivalents of cis-[PtCl(2)(PEt(3))(2)] react with K(2)L(1) in the presence of NH(4)PF(6) to yield the bimetallic complex [L(1){Pt(PEt(3))(2)}(2)](PF(6))(2). The compounds [NiCl(2)(dppp)] and [MCl(2)(dppf)] (M = Ni, Pd, Pt; dppp = 1,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane, dppf = 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene) also yield the dications, [L(1){Ni(dppp)}(2)](2+) and [L(1){Ni(dppf)}(2)](2+) in an analogous fashion. In the same manner, reaction between [(L'(2))(AuCl)(2)] (L'(2) = dppm, dppf; dppm = bis(diphenylphosphino)methane) and KS(2)CN(Bz)CH(2)CH(2)N(Bz)CS(2)K yield [L(1){Au(2)(L'(2))}(2)]. The molecular structures of [L(1){M(dppf)}(2)](PF(6))(2) (M = Ni, Pd) and [L(1){Au(PR(3))}(2)] (R = Me, Ph) are reported.  相似文献

The Lewis acidic pincer with a labile triflate ligand, viz. [Pd(OTf)(PCP)] (PCP = (-)CH(CH(2)CH(2)PPh(2))(2)) was prepared from [PdCl(PCP)] with AgOTf. It reacts readily with neutral bidentate ligands [L = 4,4'-bipyridine (4,4'-bpy) and 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene (dppf)] to give dinuclear PCP pincers [{Pd(PCP)}(2)(micro-L)][OTf](2) (L = 4,4'-bpy, 2; dppf,3). [PdCl(PCP)] also reacts with 4-mercaptopyridine in the presence of KOH to give a Lewis basic pincer with a free pyridine functional group [Pd(4-Spy)(PCP)]4. Its metalloligand character is exemplified by the isolation of an asymmetric dinuclear double-pincer complex [{Pd(PCP)}(2)(micro-4-Spy)][PF(6)] 6 bridged by an ambidentate pyridinethiolato ligand. Complexes 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses.  相似文献

The reaction of the group 9 bis(hydrosulfido) complexes [Cp*M(SH)2(PMe3)] (M=Rh, Ir; Cp*=eta(5)-C 5Me5) with the group 6 nitrosyl complexes [Cp*M'Cl2(NO)] (M'=Mo, W) in the presence of NEt3 affords a series of bis(sulfido)-bridged early-late heterobimetallic (ELHB) complexes [Cp*M(PMe3)(mu-S)2M'(NO)Cp*] (2a, M=Rh, M'=Mo; 2b, M=Rh, M'=W; 3a, M=Ir, M'=Mo; 3b, M=Ir, M'=W). Similar reactions of the group 10 bis(hydrosulfido) complexes [M(SH)2(dppe)] (M=Pd, Pt; dppe=Ph 2P(CH2) 2PPh2), [Pt(SH)2(dppp)] (dppp=Ph2P(CH2) 3PPh2), and [M(SH)2(dpmb)] (dpmb=o-C6H4(CH2PPh2)2) give the group 10-group 6 ELHB complexes [(dppe)M(mu-S)2M'(NO)Cp*] (M=Pd, Pt; M'=Mo, W), [(dppp)Pt(mu-S)2M'(NO)Cp*] (6a, M'=Mo; 6b, M'=W), and [(dpmb)M(mu-S)2M'(NO)Cp*] (M=Pd, Pt; M'=Mo, W), respectively. Cyclic voltammetric measurements reveal that these ELHB complexes undergo reversible one-electron oxidation at the group 6 metal center, which is consistent with isolation of the single-electron oxidation products [Cp*M(PMe3)(mu-S)2M'(NO)Cp*][PF6] (M=Rh, Ir; M'=Mo, W). Upon treatment of 2b and 3b with ROTf (R=Me, Et; OTf=OSO 2CF 3), the O atom of the terminal nitrosyl ligand is readily alkylated to form the alkoxyimido complexes such as [Cp*Rh(PMe3)(mu-S)2W(NOMe)Cp*][OTf]. In contrast, methylation of the Rh-, Ir-, and Pt-Mo complexes 2a, 3a, and 6a results in S-methylation, giving the methanethiolato complexes [Cp*M(PMe3)(mu-SMe)(mu-S)Mo(NO)Cp*][BPh 4] (M=Rh, Ir) and [(dppp)Pt(mu-SMe)(mu-S)Mo(NO)Cp*][OTf], respectively. The Pt-W complex 6b undergoes either S- or O-methylation to form a mixture of [(dppp)Pt(mu-SMe)(mu-S)W(NO)Cp*][OTf] and [(dppp)Pt(mu-S) 2W(NOMe)Cp*][OTf]. These observations indicate that O-alkylation and one-electron oxidation of the dinuclear nitrosyl complexes are facilitated by a common effect, i.e., donation of electrons from the group 9 or 10 metal center, where the group 9 metals behave as the more effective electron donor.  相似文献

A new carbazole-based 90° dipyridyl donor 3,6-di(4-pyridylethynyl)carbazole (L) containing carbazole-ethynyl functionality is synthesized in reasonable yield using the Sonagashira coupling reaction. Multinuclear NMR, electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (ESI-MS), including single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis characterized this 90° building unit. The stoichiometry combination of L with several Pd(II)/Pt(II)-based 90° acceptors (1a-1d) yielded [2 + 2] self-assembled metallacycles (2a-2d) under mild conditions in quantitative yields [1a = cis-(dppf)Pd(OTf)(2); 1b = cis-(dppf)Pt(OTf)(2); 1c = cis-(tmen)Pd(NO(3))(2); 1d = 3,6-bis{trans-Pt(C≡C)(PEt(3))(2)(NO(3))}carbazole]. All these macrocycles were characterized by various spectroscopic techniques, and the molecular structure of 2a was unambiguously determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Incorporation of ethynyl functionality to the carbazole backbone causes the resulted macrocycles (2a-2d) to be π-electron rich and thereby exhibit strong emission characteristics. The macrocycle 2a has a large internal concave aromatic surface. The fluorescence quenching study suggests that 2a forms a ~1:1 complex with C(60) with a high association constant of K(sv) = 1.0 × 10(5) M(-1).  相似文献

A series of novel heterometallic square complexes with the general molecular formulas [fac-Br(CO)(3)Re[mu-(pyterpy)(2)M]](4)(PF(6))(8) and [(dppf)Pd[mu-(pyterpy)(2)Ru]](4)(PF(6))(8)(OTf(8) (4), where M = Fe (1), Ru (2), or Os (3), pyterpy is 4'-(4' "-pyridyl)-2,2':6',2' '-terpyridine, dppf = 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene and OTf is trifluoromethanesulfonate, were prepared by self-assembly between BrRe(CO)(5) or (dppf)Pd(H(2)O)(2)(OTf)(2) and (pyterpy)(2)M(PF(6))(2). The obtained NMR spectra, IR spectra, electrospray ionization mass spectra, and elemental analyses are all consistent with the proposed square structures incorporating terpyridyl metal complexes as bridging ligands. Multiple redox processes were observed in all square complexes. All four complexes display strong visible absorptions in the region 400-600 nm, which are assigned as metal (Fe, Ru, or Os)-to-ligand (pyterpy) charge transfer (MLCT) bands. Square 3 exhibits an additional weak band at 676 nm, which is assigned to an Os-based (3)MLCT band. For each complex, the bands centered between 279 and 377 nm are assigned as pyterpy-based pi-pi bands and the Re-based MLCT band. Square 3 is luminescent in room-temperature solution, while squares 1, 2, and 4 do not have any detectable luminescence under identical experimental conditions.  相似文献

The manganese(II)‐palladium(II)‐sulfide complex [MnCl23‐S)2Pd2(dppp)2] ( 2 ) was prepared from the reaction of [PdCl2(dppp)] with [Li(N,N'‐tmeda)]2[Mn(SSiMe3)4] ( 2 ) in a 2:1 ratio under mild conditions. The new trimethylsilylthiolate complex [Pd(dppp)(SSiMe3)2] ( 3 ) was synthesized from the reaction of [Pd(dppp)(OAc)2] with two equivalents of Li[SSiMe3]; this was then used in a reaction with [Mn(CH3CN)2(OTf)2] to form the manganese(II)‐palladium(II)‐sulfide cluster [Mn(OTf)(thf)23‐S)2Pd2(dppp)2]OTf ( 4 ).  相似文献

The normally robust monoalkylated complexes [Pt(2)(mu-S)(mu-SR)(PPh(3))(4)](+) can be activated towards further alkylation. Dialkylated complexes [Pt(2)(mu-SR)(2)(P-P)(2)](2+) (P-P=2 x PPh(3), Ph(2)P(CH(2))(3)PPh(2)) can be stabilized and isolated by the use of electron-rich and aromatic halogenated substituents R [e.g. 3-(2-bromoethyl)indole and 2-bromo-4'-phenylacetophenone] and 1,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane [Ph(2)P(CH(2))(3)PPh(2) or dppp] which enhances the nucleophilicity of the {Pt(2)(mu-S)(2)} core. This strategy led to the activation of [Pt(2)(mu-S)(mu-SR)(PPh(3))(4)](+) towards R-X as well as isolation and crystallographic elucidation of [Pt(2)(mu-SC(10)H(10)N)(2)(PPh(3))(4)](PF(6))(2) (2a), [Pt(2)(mu-SCH(2)C(O)C(6)H(4)C(6)H(5))(2)(PPh(3))(4)](PF(6))(2) (2b), and a range of functionalized-thiolato bridged complexes such as [Pt(2)(mu-SR)(2)(dppp)(2)](PF(6))(2) [R= -CH(2)C(6)H(5) (8a), -CH(2)CHCH(2) (8b) and -CH(2)CN (8c)]. The stepwise alkylation process is conveniently monitored by Electrospray Ionisation Mass Spectrometry, allowing for a direct qualitative comparison of the nucleophilicity of [Pt(2)(mu-S)(2)(P-P)(2)], thereby guiding the bench-top synthesis of some products observed spectroscopically.  相似文献

New homonuclear dimeric Pd(ii) complexes have been synthesized by the reaction of Pd(en)(2+) or Pd(bipy)(2+) (where en = ethylenediamine and bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine) units with acetamide or by the Pd(ii) mediated hydrolysis of CH(3)CN. In these dimers the two metal centers are bridged by either two amidates or by the combination of one hydroxo group and one amidate ligand. The crystal structures of complexes {[Pd(bipy)](2)(micro-1,3-CH(3)CONH)(2)}(NO(3))(2).H(2)O.1/2(CH(3))(2)CO.1/2CH(3)CN () and {[Pd(bipy)](2)(micro-1,3-CH(3)CONH)(2)}(OTf)(2) () showed intrametallic Pd-Pd distances of 2.8480(8) A () and 2.8384(7) A (), respectively, in accordance with the accepted values for a strong Pd-Pd interaction. The presence of pi[dot dot dot]pi interactions between the bipyridine ligands on the di-micro-amidate complexes of Pd(bipy)(2+) shortens the distance between the two Pd centers and allows the formation of the metal-metal interaction. By contrast, the crystal structure of complex {[Pd(en)](2)(micro-1,3-CH(3)CONH)(2)}(OTf)(2).H(2)O (), (where OTf = triflate) where there is no pi[dot dot dot]pi interaction between the ligands on the metal centers, is also reported, and no Pd-Pd interaction is observed. Additionally, one of the complexes, {[Pd(en)](2)(micro-OH)(micro-CH(3)CONH)}(NO(3))(2) (), presents an interesting hydrogen bonded 3-D network formed by nitrate ions and water molecules. All complexes have been characterized by infrared and (1)H NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The role phosphine ligands play in the palladium(ii)-bis-phosphine-hydride cation catalysed hydrogenation of diphenylacetylene is explored through a PHIP (parahydrogen induced polarization) NMR study. The precursors Pd(LL')(OTf)(2) () [LL' = dcpe (PCy(2)CH(2)CH(2)PCy(2)), dppe, dppm, dppp, cppe (PCy(2)CH(2)CH(2)PPh(2))] are used. Alkyl palladium intermediates of the type [Pd(LL')(CHPhCH(2)Ph)](OTf) ( and ) are detected and demonstrated to play an active role in hydrogenation catalysis. Magnetization transfer experiments reveal chemical exchange from the alpha-H of the alkyl ligand of (LL' = dcpe) and linkage isomer ' (LL' = cppe) into trans-stilbene on the NMR timescale. Activation parameters (DeltaH( not equal) and DeltaS( not equal)) for this transformation have been determined. These experiments, coupled with GC/MS data, indicate that the catalytic activity is greater in methanol, where it follows the order: dcpe > cppe > dppp > dppe > dppm, than in CD(2)Cl(2). All five of the phosphine systems described are less active than those based on bcope [where bcope is (C(8)H(14))PCH(2)-CH(2)P(C(8)H(14))] and (t)bucope [where (t)bucope is (C(8)H(14))PC(6)H(4)CH(2)P((t)Bu)(2)]. cis, cis-1,2,3,4-Tetraphenyl-buta-1,3-diene is detected as a minor reaction product with Pd(LL')(PhCH-CHPh-CPh[double bond, length as m-dash]CHPh)(+) () also being shown to play a role in the alkyne dimerisation step.  相似文献

A 2 : 4 mixture of tetrakis[4‐(4‐pyridyl)phenyl]cavitand ( 1 ) or tetrakis[4‐(4‐pyridyl)phenylethynyl]cavitand ( 2 ) and Pd(dppp)(OTf)2 self‐assembles into a homocapsule { 1 2 ? [Pd(dppp)]4}8+ ? (TfO?)8 ( C1 ) or { 2 2 ? [Pd(dppp)]4}8+ ? (TfO?)8 ( C2 ), respectively, through Pd?Npy coordination bonds. A 1 : 1 : 4 mixture of 1 , 2 , and Pd(dppp)(OTf)2 produced a mixture of homocapsules C1 , C2 , and a heterocapsule { 1 ? 2 ? [Pd(dppp)]4}8+ ? (TfO?)8 ( C3 ) in a 1 : 1 : 0.98 mole ratio. Selective formation (self‐sorting) of homocapsules C1 and C2 or heterocapsule C3 was controlled by guest‐induced encapsulation under thermodynamic control. Applications of Pd?Npy coordination capsules with the use of 1 were demonstrated. Capsule C1 serves as a guard nanocontainer for trans‐4,4′‐diacetoxyazobenzene to protect against the trans‐to‐cis photoisomerization by encapsulation. A chiral capsule { 1 2 ? [Pd((R)‐BINAP)]4}8+ ? (TfO?)8 ( C5 ) was also constructed. Capsule C5 induces supramolecular chirality with respect to prochiral 2,2′‐bis(alkoxycarbonyl)‐4,4′‐bis(1‐propynyl)biphenyls by diastereomeric encapsulation through the asymmetric suppression of rotation around the axis of the prochiral biphenyl moiety.  相似文献

Treatment of cis-[RuCl2(dppm)2] (dppm = bis(diphenylphosphino)methane) with dithiocarbamates, NaS2CNR2 (R = Me, Et) and [H2NC5H10][S2CNC5H10], yields cations [Ru(S2CNR2)2(dppm)2](+) and [Ru(S2CNC5H10)2(dppm)2](+), respectively. The zwitterions S2CNC4H8NHR (R = Me, Et) react with the same metal complex in the presence of base to yield [Ru(S2CNC4H8NR)(dppm)2](+). Piperazine or 2,6-dimethylpiperazine reacts with carbon disulfide to give the zwitterionic dithiocarbamate salts H2NC4H6(R2-3,5)NCS2 (R = H; R = Me), which form the complexes [Ru(S2CNC4H6(R2-3,5)NH2)(dppm)2](2+) on reaction with cis-[RuCl2(dppm)2]. Sequential treatment of [Ru(S2CNC4H8NH2)(dppm)2](2+) with triethylamine and carbon disulfide forms the versatile metalla-dithiocarbamate complex [Ru(S2CNC4H8NCS2)(dppm)2] which reacts readily with cis-[RuCl2(dppm)2] to yield [{Ru(dppm)2}2(S2CNC4H8NCS2)]. Reaction of [Ru(S2CNC4H8NCS2)(dppm)2] with [Os(CH=CHC6H4Me-4)Cl(CO)(BTD)(PPh3)2] (BTD = 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole), [Pd(C6H4CH2NMe2)Cl]2, [PtCl2(PEt3)2], and [NiCl2(dppp)] (dppp = 1,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane) results in the heterobimetallic complexes [(dppm)2Ru(S2CNC4H8NCS2)ML(n))](m+) (ML(n) = Os(CH=CHC6H4Me-4)(CO)(PPh3)2](+), m = 1; ML(n) = Pd(C,N-C6H4CH2NMe2), m = 1; ML(n) = Pt(PEt3)2, m = 2; ML(n) = Ni(dppp), m = 2). Reaction of [NiCl2(dppp)] with H2NC4H8NCS2 yields the structurally characterized compound, [Ni(S2CNC4H8NH2)(dppp)](2+), which reacts with base, CS2, and cis-[RuCl2(dppm)2] to provide an alternative route to [(dppm)2Ru(S2CNC4H8NCS2)Ni(dppp)](+). A further metalla-dithiocarbamate based on cobalt, [CpCo(S2CNC4H8NH2)(PPh3)](2+), is formed by treatment of CpCoI2(CO) with S2CNC4H8NH2 followed by PPh3. Further reaction with NEt3, CS2, and cis-[RuCl2(dppm)2] yields [(Ph3P)CpCo(S2CNC4H8NCS2)Ru(dppm)2](2+). Heterotrimetallic species of the form [{(dppm)2Ru(S2CNC4H8NCS2)}2M](2+) result from the reaction of [Ru(S2CNC4H8NCS2)(dppm)2] and M(OAc)2 (where M = Ni, Cu, Zn). Reaction of [Ru(S2CNC4H8NCS2)(dppm)2] with Co(acac)3 and LaCl3 results in the formation of the compounds [{(dppm)2Ru(S2CNC4H8NCS2)}3Co](3+) and [{(dppm)2Ru(S2CNC4H8NCS2)}3La](3+), respectively. The electrochemical behavior of selected examples is also reported.  相似文献

Dinuclear Pt(2)Br(2)(dppf)(2)(mu-C(8)H(4)S(2)) exchanges with isonicotinic acid to release free bithiophene and gives a molecular square [Pt(4)(dppf)(4)(mu(2)-O(2)CC(5)H(4)N)(4)](4+)4OTf(-) which is an "all-ring" system with four Pt rings disposed at the corners of a larger macrocyclic ring. The related mononuclear complex PtBr(eta(1)(C2)-C(4)H(3)S)(dppf) reacts with AgOTf (OTf = triflate) to give [Pt(2)(dppf)(2)(mu(2),eta(1)(C),eta(1)(S)-C(4)H(3)S)(2)](2+)2OTf(-) with an unusual six-membered ring formed by the fusion of two Pt-thienyl entities at the sulfur sites. All the complexes are structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The regioselectivity of the Heck reaction is supposed to be highly affected by the electronic properties of the alkene and the ionic or neutral character of the aryl palladium(II) complexes involved in the reaction with alkenes. In Heck reactions performed in dmf, [Pd(dppp){dppp(O)}Ph](+) (dppp=1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane) is generated in the oxidative addition of PhI with [Pd(0)(dppp)(OAc)](-) formed in situ from Pd(OAc)(2) associated to two equivalents of dppp. [Pd(dppp){dppp(O)}Ph](+) is not very reactive with alkenes (styrene or methyl acrylate); however, it reacts with iodide ions (released in the catalytic reactions) to give [Pd(dppp)IPh] and with acetate ions (used as base) to give [Pd(dppp)(OAc)Ph]. [Pd(dppp)(OAc)Ph] reacts with styrene and methyl acrylate exclusively by an ionic mechanism, that is, via the cationic complex [Pd(dppp)(dmf)Ph](+) formed by dissociation of the acetate ion. The reaction of [Pd(dppp)IPh] is more complex and substrate dependent. It reacts with styrene exclusively by the ionic mechanism via [Pd(dppp)(dmf)Ph](+). [Pd(dppp)IPh] (neutral mechanism) and [Pd(dppp)(dmf)Ph](+) (ionic mechanism) react in parallel with methyl acrylate. [Pd(dppp)(dmf)Ph](+) is more reactive than [Pd(dppp)IPh] but is always generated at lower concentration.  相似文献

A new strategy to synthesize organometallic oligomers is presented and consists of using the title diisocyanide and chelated metal fragments with bis(diphenylphosphine)alkanes. The title materials are synthesized by reacting the [M(dppe)(BF4)] and [M2(dppp)2](BF4)2 complexes (M = Cu, Ag; dppe = bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane, dppp = bis(diphenylphosphino)propane) with dmb and the Pd2-bonded d9-d9 Pd2(dmb)2Cl2 dimer with dppe or dppp. The model compounds [M(diphos)(CN-t-Bu)2]BF4 (M = Cu, Ag) and [Pd2(diphos)2(CN-t-Bu)2](ClO4)2 (diphos = dppe, dppp) have been prepared and characterized as well for comparison purposes. Three of the model compounds were also characterized by X-ray crystallography to establish the diphosphine chelating behavior. The materials are amorphous and have been characterized from the measurements of the intrinsic viscosity, DSC, TGA, and XRD, as well as their capacity for making stand-alone films. The intrinsic viscosity data indicate that the Cu and Pd2 materials are oligomeric in solution (approximately 8-9 units), while the Ag materials are smaller. For [[Cu(dppe)(dmb)]BF4]n, a glass transition is reproducibly observed at about 82 degrees C (DeltaCp = 0.43 J/(g deg)), which suggests that these materials are polymeric in the solid state. The Cu and Ag species are luminescent in the solid state at room temperature exhibiting lambda(max) and tau(e) (emission lifetime) around 480-550 nm and 18-48 micros, respectively, while the Pd2 species are not luminescent under these conditions. During the course of this study, the unsaturated [M2(dppp)2](BF4)2 starting materials (M = Cu, Ag) were prepared, one of which (M = Ag) was characterized by crystallography. The bridging behavior of the dppp ligand in this case contrasts with the chelating behavior seen for the saturated [Cu(dppp)(CN-t-Bu)2]BF4 complex.  相似文献

Reaction conditions for the three‐component synthesis of aryl 1,3‐diketones are reported applying the palladium‐catalyzed carbonylative α‐arylation of ketones with aryl bromides. The optimal conditions were found by using a catalytic system derived from [Pd(dba)2] (dba=dibenzylideneacetone) as the palladium source and 1,3‐bis(diphenylphosphino)propane (DPPP) as the bidentate ligand. These transformations were run in the two‐chamber reactor, COware, applying only 1.5 equivalents of carbon monoxide generated from the CO‐releasing compound, 9‐methylfluorene‐9‐carbonyl chloride (COgen). The methodology proved adaptable to a wide variety of aryl and heteroaryl bromides leading to a diverse range of aryl 1,3‐diketones. A mechanistic investigation of this transformation relying on 31P and 13C NMR spectroscopy was undertaken to determine the possible catalytic pathway. Our results revealed that the combination of [Pd(dba)2] and DPPP was only reactive towards 4‐bromoanisole in the presence of the sodium enolate of propiophenone suggesting that a [Pd(dppp)(enolate)] anion was initially generated before the oxidative‐addition step. Subsequent CO insertion into an [Pd(Ar)(dppp)(enolate)] species provided the 1,3‐diketone. These results indicate that a catalytic cycle, different from the classical carbonylation mechanism proposed by Heck, is operating. To investigate the effect of the dba ligand, the Pd0 precursor, [Pd(η3‐1‐PhC3H4)(η5‐C5H5)], was examined. In the presence of DPPP, and in contrast to [Pd(dba)2], its oxidative addition with 4‐bromoanisole occurred smoothly providing the [PdBr(Ar)(dppp)] complex. After treatment with CO, the acyl complex [Pd(CO)Br(Ar)(dppp)] was generated, however, its treatment with the sodium enolate led exclusively to the acylated enol in high yield. Nevertheless, the carbonylative α‐arylation of 4‐bromoanisole with either catalytic or stoichiometric [Pd(η3‐1‐PhC3H4)(η5‐C5H5)] over a short reaction time, led to the 1,3‐diketone product. Because none of the acylated enol was detected, this implied that a similar mechanistic pathway is operating as that observed for the same transformation with [Pd(dba)2] as the Pd source.  相似文献

The new 2-phenylthiocarbamoyl-1,3-dimesitylimidazolium inner salt (IMes·CSNPh) reacts with [AuCl(L)] in the presence of NH(4)PF(6) to yield [(L)Au(SCNPh·IMes)](+) (L = PMe(3), PPh(3), PCy(3), CNBu(t)). The carbene-containing precursor [(IDip)AuCl] reacts with IMes·CSNPh under the same conditions to afford the complex [(IDip)Au(SCNPh·IMes)](+) (IDip = 1,3-bis(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)imidazol-2-ylidene). Treatment of the diphosphine complex [(dppm)(AuCl)(2)] with one equivalent of IMes·CSNPh yields the digold metallacycle, [(dppm)Au(2)(SCNPh·IMes)](2+), while reaction of [L(2)(AuCl)(2)] with two equivalents of IMes·CSNPh results in [(L(2)){Au(SCNPh·IMes)}(2)](2+) (L(2) = dppb, dppf, or dppa; dppb = 1,4-bis(diphenylphosphino)butane, dppf = 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene, dppa = 1,4-bis(diphenylphosphino)acetylene). The homoleptic complex [Au(SCNPh·IMes)(2)](+) is formed on reaction of [AuCl(tht)] (tht = tetrahydrothiophene) with two equivalents of the imidazolium-2-phenylthiocarbamoyl ligand. This product reacts with AgOTf to yield the mixed metal compound [AuAg(SCNPh·IMes)(2)](2+). Over time, the unusual trimetallic complex [Au(AgOTf)(2)(SCNPh·IMes)(2)](+) is formed. The sulfur-oxygen mixed-donor ligands IMes·COS and SIMes·COS (SIMes = 1,3-bis(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)imidazolin-2-ylidene) were used to prepare [(L)Au(SOC·IMes)](+) and [(L)Au(SOC·SIMes)](+) from [(L)AuCl] (L = PPh(3), CN(t)Bu). The bimetallic examples [(dppf){Au(SOC·IMes)}(2)](2+) and [(dppf){Au(SOC·SIMes)}(2)](2+) were synthesized from the reaction of [(dppf)(AuCl)(2)] with the appropriate ligand. Reaction of [(tht)AuCl] with one equivalent of IMes·COS or SIMes·COS yields [Au(SOC·IMes)(2)](+) and [Au(SOC·SIMes)(2)](+), respectively. The compounds [(Ph(3)P)Au(SCNPh·IMes)]PF(6), [(Cy(3)P)Au(SCNPh·IMes)]PF(6) and [Au(AgOTf)(2)(SCNPh·IMes)(2)]OTf were characterized crystallographically.  相似文献
