The Pd(OAc) 2-catalyzed cyclization reaction of 2,3-allenoic acids in the presence of terminal alpha,beta-unsaturated alkynones afforded an E/ Z mixture of 4-(3'-oxo-1'-alkenyl)-2(5 H)-furanones. A subsequent complete isomerization of the Z-isomer to E-isomer was observed in DMSO at 90 degrees C, which led to a highly stereoselective synthesis of 4-(3'-oxo-1'( E)-alkenyl)-2(5 H)-furanones. A possible mechanism is proposed.  相似文献

We developed a new method for Pd(II)-catalyzed direct aromatic carbonylation in a phosphine-free catalytic system using Pd(OAc)2 and Cu(OAc)2 in an atmosphere of CO gas containing air. The carbonylation proceeded with ortho-palladation, inducing a remarkable site selectivity to afford a variety of five- or six-membered benzolactams from secondary omega-arylalkylamines, such as N-alkylbenzylamines or N-alkylphenethylamines.  相似文献

Pd(II)-catalyzed alkenylation of methyl 1-(2-bromoaryl)-3-(2-furyl/thienyl)-5-oxopyrrolidine-2-carboxylate derivatives 1(a-d) resulted in the formation of 3(a-d) exclusively via C-H activation in the heteroaryl moiety. Similar observations were observed for the corresponding diester analogues 4(a-d) to form 5(a-d). Normal Heck reaction, however, was observed in the case of 1(a-f) to furnish 2(a-f) when the reaction was carried out with Pd(0) catalyst generated in situ. Pd(0)-catalyzed vinylation of 4(a-f) via C-Br oxidation, however, failed due to steric reason.  相似文献

A variety of 4-(1-alkenyl)-3-arylisoquinolines have been prepared in moderate to excellent yields by the Pd(II)-catalyzed cyclization of 2-(1-alkynyl)arylaldimines in the presence of various alkenes. The introduction of an o-methoxy group on the arylaldimine promotes the Pd-catalyzed cyclization and stabilizes the resulting Pd(II) intermediate, improving the yields of the isoquinoline products. Ketone-containing isoquinolines 36 and 49-51 have also been prepared by this process when unsaturated alcohols are employed as the alkenes.  相似文献

A novel catalytic method for synthesizing 4-aryl-2-quinolinones is reported. The process involves two mechanistically independent, sequential Pd(II)-catalyzed reactions--the oxidative Heck reaction and the intramolecular C-H amidation--both of which smoothly proceed in the presence of a single catalytic system in a one-pot manner.  相似文献

In contrast to the Pd(0)-catalyzed mechanism by Uemura, Mizoroki-Heck type reaction of boronic acids is found to proceed under a Pd(II)-mediated pathway using a catalytic amount of Pd(OAc)2 in the presence of Cu(OAc)2 as an oxidant. Treatment of a variety of alkenes with boronic acids, boronates, and sodium tetraphenylborate furnishes beta-arylated and alkenylated products in good to excellent yields. The reactions with norbornene, norbornadiene, and diphenylacetylene are also performed to give 1:2 or 2:1 coupling products.  相似文献

The Pd(II)-catalyzed oxidative heterodimerization reaction of 2,3-allenamides and 1,2-allenyl ketones was studied. It provides an efficient route for the synthesis of the polysubstituted 4-(furan-3'-yl)-2(5H)-furanimines, which are not readily available from the known methods. Due to the application of benzoquinone, the loadings of both the palladium catalyst and ketone have been greatly reduced for the oxidative heterodimerization of 2,3-allenamides and 1,2-allenyl ketones in acetic acid.  相似文献

5-(Trimethylstannyl)-2H-pyran-2-one (11) and 3-(trimethylstannyl)-2H-pyran-2-one (30), readily prepared from the corresponding bromo-2H-pyran-2-ones, undergo Pd(0)-catalyzed coupling reactions with a variety of enol triflates to give 5- and 3- substituted 2H-pyran-2-ones, respectively. This reaction is applicable to the enol triflates of 14beta-hydroxy-17-ketosteroids, and therefore may prove useful in convergent syntheses of lucibufagins and bufadienolides.  相似文献

Syntheses and Ring-Enlargement Reactions of 2-(4-Hydroxyalkyl)-2-nitrocycloalkanones Syntheses of the title compounds were achieved by [Pd{P(C6H5)3}4]-catalyzed reaction of 2-nitrocycloalkanones 3 with vinyloxirane followed by catalytic hydrogenation. By another route, the known methyl 4-(1-nitro-2-oxocycloalkyl)butanoates 6 were reduced to the corresponding aldehydes 7 which by NaBH4 reduction or methylation with (CH3)2Ti(i-Pr)2 were transformed to the alcohols 5 and 8 , respectively (Saheme 1). Treatment of 5 and/or 8 with KH/THF under reflux gave, via a 7-membered intermediate, the nitrolactones 12 and oxolactones 13 (Scheme 3). Compared with similar reactions running via 5- or 6-membered intermediates (see 1 and 2 ), the yields are distinctly lower. The natural occurring 12-tridecanolid ( 14 ) was synthesized.  相似文献

Two different pathways for the synthesis of annulated pyrido[3,4-b]indoles are reported using metal-catalyzed cyclotrimerization reactions. A stepwise process using Rh(I)-catalysis in the final step of the synthesis and a multicomponent, tandem catalytic approach using Pd(0)-catalysis both lead to complex nitrogen-containing heterocycles in good yields. Substituent effects are investigated for both pathways, demonstrating that the Pd(0)-catalyzed approach is more sensitive to electron-withdrawing groups.  相似文献

Mild conditions have been developed to achieve the Pd(OAc)2-catalyzed fluoride-free cross-coupling between the aryl bromides and arylsiloxanes in good to high yields in aqueous medium. The success of the reactions requires the presence of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and 3 equiv of sodium hydroxide. The product was easily separated with ethyl ether extraction, and the catalytic system can be reused eight times with high efficiency.  相似文献

An efficient method for preparing alpha-alkylidene-gamma-butyrolactams via the Pd(II)-catalyzed cyclization of acyclic N-allylic 2-alkynamides via halopalladation, intramolecular olefin insertion, and beta-heteroatom elimination was developed. The reaction is less influenced by the leaving group and the concentration of the halide ions in comparison with the cyclization of acyclic alkynoates. The total syntheses of (+/-)-isocynodine and (+/-)-isocynometrine were realized using this method.  相似文献

An enantioselective synthetic method for (-)-cis-clavicipitic acid (1) was reported. 1 was obtained in 10 steps (99% ee and 20% overall yield) from 1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester (9) via asymmetric phase-transfer catalytic alkylation and diastereoselective Pd(II)-catalyzed intramolecular aminocyclization as key steps.  相似文献

The Pd(0)-catalyzed coupling reaction of electron-deficient alkenyl halides with the organozinc formed by the subsequent treatment of 1-phenylalk-1-yne with n-BuLi and ZnBr2 with or without a catalytic amount of HgCl2 was studied. Both the allene-formation- and the alkyne-formation-type coupling reactions were observed with high regio- and stereoselectivity: the reaction of 1-phenylprop-1-yne afforded 6-phenylhex-5-yn-2(or 3)-enoates and -enitriles, while the reaction of 1-phenylhex-1-yne formed 4-phenyl-6-substituted-hexa-2,4,5-trienoates. A plausible explanation for the regioselectivity was discussed. The double bonds in 6-phenylhex-5-yn- 2-enoates were prone to migrate to the position conjugated with the carbon-carbon triple bonds to form 6-phenylhex-5-yn-3-enoates at higher temperature. The migration did not occur in absence of an excess amount of allenic/propargylic zinc reagent or at low temperature.  相似文献
