The crystal structure, infrared spectrum and thermal stability of 3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-propenoic acid sodium salt have been studied. The compound of general formula {[Na2L2?·?3H2O]?·?H2O} n is a two-dimensional polymer, in which Na ions are bridged by one or two water molecules and additionally coordinated to oxygen atoms of carboxylate, hydroxy and methoxy groups. The structure is stabilized by a hydrogen bond network. The compound dehydrates at 75°C and then decomposes at 150°C. The IR spectra of the salt and free acid are discussed.  相似文献

主要对向列型液晶材料-4-[2-(反-4-丙基环己基)]乙基氟苯的全合成进行研究,设计和改进了合成反应的反应条件,提高了收率.最后一步酮基的还原成次甲基采用与乙二硫醇缩合后用Raney镍在无水乙醇条件下进行氢化还原和Wolff-Kishner-黄鸣龙还原反应两种方法,都获得了高纯度的目标化合物.同时,通过使用DFT量子化学从头计算和实验的验证,解释了Wolff-Kishner-黄鸣龙还原反应在合成化合物1过程中产生副产物10(1-三缩乙二醇取代-4-反式-4'-丙基取代环己烷乙基苯)的原因.通过改进反应条件,将文献报道的一锅一步反应改成一锅两步反应,成功地合成了目标化合物,降低了生产的成本,产品气相色谱纯度达到98%以上,质量完全符合实际的使用要求.  相似文献

The titled molecule 4-[3-(2,5-dimethylphenyl)-3-methylcyclobutyl]-N-methylthiazol-2-amine (C17H22N2S) is synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, and X-ray single crystal determination. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 6.3972(4) Å, b = 9.4988(6) Å, c = 26.016(2) Å and β = 93.496(7)°. In addition to the molecular geometry from the X-ray determination, vibrational frequencies and gauge, including the atomic orbital (GIAO), 1H and 13C NMR chemical shift values of the titled compound in the ground state are calculated using the density functional (B3LYP) method with 6-31G(d), 6-31++G(d,p) and 6-311+G(2d,p) basis sets. The calculated results show that the optimized geometries can well reproduce the crystal structure. Moreover, the theoretical vibrational frequencies and chemical shift values show good agreement with the experimental values. The predicted nonlinear optical properties of the titled compound are greater than those of urea. DFT calculations of the molecular electrostatic potentials and frontier molecular orbitals of the titled compound are carried out at the B3LYP/6-31G(d) level of theory.  相似文献

The compound 2-(4-chlorophenyl)-1,4,5-triphenyl-1H-imidazole(1,C27H19ClN2) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal of 1 belongs to the triclinic system,space group P with a = 10.3350(19),b = 10.238(2),c = 11.201(2) ,α = 85.957(16),β = 83.148(15),γ = 66.467(15)°,V = 1078.5(4) 3,Mr = 406.89,Z = 2,F(000) = 422,Dc = 1.257 g/cm3,μ = 0.193 mm-1,T = 298(2) K,S = 1.092,R = 0.0702 and wR = 0.1258.The imidazole ring system is planar and makes a dihedral angle of 40.3° with the chlorobenzene ring.  相似文献

A series of unsymmetrical 2,6-bis(imino)pyridylcobalt(II) complexes, {2-[2,6-(CH(C(6)H(5))(2))(2)-4-Me-C(6)H(2)N==C(CH(3))]-6-(2,6-R(1)(2)-4-R(2)-C(6)H(2)N==CCH(3))-C(5)H(3)NCoCl(2)} where R(1) = Me, Et or (i)Pr, R(2) = H or Me, together with the new symmetrical complex 2,6-[2,6-(CH(C(6)H(5))(2))(2)-4-Me-C(6)H(2)N==C(CH(3))](2)-C(5)H(3)NCoCl(2), were synthesized. All of the compounds were fully characterized by (1)H NMR and IR spectroscopy, as well as by elemental analysis. The molecular structures of Co1 (R(1) = Me, R(2) = H) and Co5 (R(1) = Et, R(2) = Me) were further confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction, which indicated that the cobalt centres were penta-coordinate with a pseudo square-pyramidal geometry. Upon treatment with MAO or MMAO, these cobalt pre-catalysts exhibited higher activities than any previously reported cobalt pre-catalysts, with values as high as 4.64 × 10(6) g PE mol(-1)(Co) h(-1) for ethylene polymerization at atmospheric pressure. The polyethylenes obtained were of high molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution.  相似文献

The vibration spectrum and FAB mass spectrum of (+/-)-1-[3-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-2-hydroxypropyl]-4-[(2,6-dimethylphenyl)aminocarbonylmethyl]piperazine dihydrochloride salt was studied. By comparing with the spectra of free base, different bands of IR were found in the NH+ stretching, the NH+ deformation motion, the CH2 of NCH2 group symmetric stretching, the CH2 of N-CH2 group twisting and the CN stretching. Using x-ray diffraction analysis, we have determined the molecular structure of the phosphorus-containing podand bis[2-(o-diphenylphosphorylphenoxy) ethyl] ether in the crystal of its benzene solvate. Ethyl 2-(3-furopyridyl)acetates 10a-d were synthesized from furopyridin-3(2H)-ones 4a-d by the Wittig-Horner reaction with diethyl cyanomethylphosphonate, hydrolysis and the subsequent esterification. Reaction of compounds 10a-d with lithium diisopropylamide (IDA) gave the corresponding methylene-lithiated intermediate, and the subsequent reaction with benzaldehyde, acetone and iodomethane afforded the methylene-alkylated product respectively, while N,N-dimethylacetamide did not give any reaction product. The 2-position of 10a, b and d is alkylated by the lithiation with excess of LDA and the successive reaction with an electrophile.  相似文献
