A novel uranium heteropolyoxometalate, [H(3)O](4)[Ni(H(2)O)(3)](4){Ni[(UO(2))(PO(3)C(6)H(4)CO(2))](3)(PO(4)H)}(4)·2.72H(2)O, has been prepared under mild hydrothermal conditions using the diethyl(2-ethoxycarbonylphenyl)phosphonate ligand and in situ ligand synthesis of the HPO(4)(2-) anion. The cluster is derived from a common UO(7), pentagonal bipyramid and is constructed by employing nickel(II) metal ions as linkers. The 3d-5f heteropolyoxometalate core incorporates 12 classical pentagonal uranyl groups and four Ni(2+) octahedral units.  相似文献

LiBH(4) is a powerful and selective reagent for regiospecific reduction reactions. A simple synthesis of LiB(3)H(4) at near theoretical specific radioactivity is reported. We have treated Li(3)H synthesized from tritium gas ((3)H(2), approximately 98%) with BBr(3) to produce LiB(3)H(4) (specific activity = 4120 GBq/mmol = 110 Ci/mmol. The maximum theoretical specific activity of LiB(3)H(4) is 4252 GBq/mmol = 115.04 Ci/mmol; 1 matom of (3)H = 1063 GBq = 28.76 Ci.) The tritium labeling performance of the reagent was tested by an exemplary reduction of 2-naphthaldehyde to 2-naphthalenemethanol. LiB(3)H(4) and the reduction products were characterized by a combination of (1)H, (3)H, and (11)B NMR techniques, as appropriate.  相似文献

4-Acetyl-5,6-diphenylpyridazin-3(2H)-one was condensed with 6-chloro-3-formylchromone under different reaction conditions to yield the enone or pyranopyridazine. Both compounds were used in the synthesis of some new hetarylpyranopyridazines. Pyranodipyridazine was obtained via a sequence of reactions of 4-acetyl-5,6-diphenylpyridazin-3(2H)-one with diethyl carbonate, acetic anhydride, and 4-bromobenzenediazonium chloride. The reactions of pyridazinylbutane-1,3-dione with conc. H2SO4, POCl3, hydrazines, hydroxylamine hydrochloride, cyanoacetamide, thiourea, and thiosemicarbazone were also studied.  相似文献

A metathesis reaction between unsolvated NaB(3)H(8) and NH(4)Cl provides a simple and high-yield synthesis of NH(4)B(3)H(8). Structure determination through X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis reveals weak N-H(δ+)---H(δ-)-B interaction in NH(4)B(3)H(8) and strong N-H(δ+)---H(δ-)-B interaction in NH(4)B(3)H(8)·18-crown-6·THF adduct. Pyrolysis of NH(4)B(3)H(8) leads to the formation of hydrogen gas with appreciable amounts of other volatile boranes below 160 °C. Hydrolysis experiments show that upon addition of catalysts, NH(4)B(3)H(8) releases up to 7.5 materials wt % hydrogen.  相似文献

We report the synthesis, characterization, and photophysical and electrochemical properties of a series of luminescent rhenium(I) diimine indole complexes, [Re(N-N)(CO)3(L)](CF3SO3) (N-N = 3,4,7,8-tetramethyl-1,10-phenanthroline (Me4-phen), L = N-(3-pyridoyl)tryptamine (py-3-CONHC2H4-indole) (1a), N-[N-(3-pyridoyl)-6-aminohexanoyl]tryptamine, (py-3-CONHC5H10CONHC2H4-indole) (1b); N-N = 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), L = py-3-CONHC2H4-indole (2a), py-3-CONHC5H10CONHC2H4-indole (2b); N-N = 2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline (Me2-phen), L = py-3-CONHC2H4-indole (3a), py-3-CONHC5H10CONHC2H4-indole (3b); N-N = 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (Ph2-phen), L = py-3-CONHC2H4-indole (4a), py-3-CONHC5H10CONHC2H4-indole (4b)), and their indole-free counterparts, [Re(N-N)(CO)3(py-3-CONH-Et)](CF3SO3) (py-3-CONH-Et = N-ethyl-(3-pyridyl)formamide; N-N = Me4-phen (1c), phen (2c), Me2-phen (3c), Ph2-phen (4c)). The X-ray crystal structure of complex 3a has also been investigated. Upon irradiation, most of the complexes exhibited triplet metal-to-ligand charge-transfer (3MLCT) (d pi(Re) --> pi*(diimine)) emission in fluid solutions at 298 K and in low-temperature glass. However, the structural features and long emission lifetimes of the Me4-phen complexes in solutions at room temperature suggest that the excited state of these complexes exhibited substantial triplet intraligand (3IL) (pi --> pi*) (Me4-phen) character. The binding interactions of these complexes to indole-binding proteins including bovine serum albumin and tryptophanase have been examined.  相似文献

A convenient method of synthesis of substituted and annulated 2-amino-spiro[(3' H)-indol-3',4-(4 H)-pyrans] at mild conditions and in good yields is developed. Three component reaction of wide variety of substituted isatins, cyanoacetic acid derivatives, and carbonyl compounds or phenols gives the target compounds. Forty new spiropyrans were obtained, and their structures were proved by elemental analysis and 1H NMR and IR spectral data. It is shown that the use of a not very large set of starting compounds can lead to the synthesis of a thousand-member 2-amino-spiro[(3' H)-indol-3',4-(4 H)-pyran] library.  相似文献

The putative human tumor suppressor gene FHIT encodes Fhit, the fragile histidine triad protein. Fhit is thought to participate in a signal transduction pathway involving dinucleoside polyphosphates. Fhit catalyzes the Mg2+-dependent hydrolysis of P1-5'-O-adenosine-P3-5'-O-adenosine triphosphate (Ap3A) to AMP and MgADP. Mutation of His96 to glycine disables Fhit as a catalyst for the hydrolysis of phosphoanhydrides such as Ap3A. However, the mutated enzyme H96G-Fhit efficiently catalyzes the synthesis of phosphoanhydride bonds in reactions of nucleoside-5'-phosphimidazolides with nucleoside di- and triphosphates. H96G-Fhit can be employed in the synthesis of a wide range of dinucleoside tri- and tetraphosphates. We here describe the use of H96G-Fhit to catalyze the synthesis of Ap3A, Ap3C, Ap3G, Ap3T, Ap3U, Cp3U, Tp3U, dAp3U, Ap4A, Ap4U, and the fluorescent Ap4etheno-C.  相似文献

A simple, two-step synthesis of 4,6-disubstituted pyridazin-3(2H)-ones starting from 2-diethoxyphosphoryl-4-oxoalkanoates and hydrazines is described. The intermediate 4-diethoxyphosphoryl-4,5-dihydropyridazin-3(2H)-ones obtained in this way are used in a Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons olefination of aldehydes to give a variety of disubstituted pyridazin-3(2H)-ones.  相似文献

The use of a moderately hydrophobic ionic liquid, 1-butyl-2,3-dimethylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([BdMIM][BF(4)]), as a cosolvent with water, has been investigated in the synthesis of metal phosphonates. This hydro-ionothermal synthesis has been carried out through a systematic combinatorial investigation of several divalent metal chlorides and two related ligands, iminobis(methylphosphonic acid) and N-methyliminiobis(methylphosphonic acid). These reactions resulted in five new divalent metal phosphonates. We present here the synthetic techniques utilized as well as the X-ray structures and characteristic properties of each of these compounds. Co(HO(3)PCH(2)NH(2)CH(2)PO(3)H)(2), (1), consists of sheets that are hydrogen bonded together by pairs of P-O···H groups. Co(H(2)O)(2)(HO(3)PCH(2)NH(2)CH(2)PO(3)H)(2), (2), consists of chains that are connected through an extensive network of hydrogen bonds. Co(HO(3)PCH(2)NH(CH(3))CH(2)PO(3)H)(2), (3), is made up of sheets that are hydrogen bonded together by pairing P-O···H interactions. Zn(3)(O(3)PCH(2)NH(2)CH(2)PO(3))(2), (4), is isostructural to a previously reported cobalt compound which is a non-porous 3-dimensional network. CuClPO(3)CH(2)NH(2)CH(3), (5), formed as a result of an in situ N-C bond cleavage. Ladders built of Cu-O-P-O 8-membered rings are crosslinked by bridging chloride atoms to form sheets. 1, 3, 4 and 5 have been synthesized using the hydrophobic ionic liquid 1-butyl-2,3-dimethylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([BdMIM][BF(4)]) with water as a cosolvent, while 2 has been synthesized from identical conditions in the absence of the [BdMIM][BF(4)]. We also report the microwave assisted hydro-ionothermal synthesis of the known polymorph of 2, Co(H(2)O)(2)(HO(3)PCH(2)NH(2)CH(2)PO(3)H)(2), (6), synthesized in two hours providing high quality crystals in good yield. The compounds have been characterized by thermogravimetric analysis and IR spectroscopy, and their magnetic properties have been investigated.  相似文献

3-[4-[1-(2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylphenyl)pyrazolo]]-3-(trifluoromethyl)diazirine is a fipronil-based (i.e. fiprole), high-affinity probe for the GABA receptor. For synthesis of the tritium-labeled version of this trifluoromethyldiazirinylfiprole ([(3)H]TDF) the required intermediate, 3-[4-[1-(2,6-dichloro-3-iodo-4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-5-iodopyrazolo]]-3-(trifluoromethyl)diazirine, was prepared in 10 steps from pyrazole and 3,5-dichloro-4-fluorobenzotrifluoride. One of the key transformations was lithiation and subsequent iodination of the 4-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1-hydroxyethyl)pyrazole intermediate. The last step involved reduction of the diiodofiprole with tritium, Pd/C, and triethylamine in ethyl acetate and afforded [(3)H]TDF with a specific activity of 15 Ci/mmol and 99% radiopurity.  相似文献

The use of di-2-pyridyl ketone oxime (Hpko)/X- "blends" (X- = OH-, Cl-, ClO4-) in copper chemistry has yielded neutral binuclear and cationic trinuclear, pentanuclear or hexanuclear complexes. Various synthetic procedures have led to the synthesis of compounds [Cu5(pko)7].[ClO4]3.2CH3OH.2H2O (1), [Cu3(pko)3(OH)(Cl)]2[Ph4B]2.4DMF.2H2O (2), [Cu2(pko)4] (3), {[Cu6(pko)6ClO4(CH3CN)6][Cu6(pko)6(ClO4)3(CH3CN)4]}.8ClO4.14CH3CN.H2O (4). In the course of comparing the reaction chemistry of (C5Me5)3U, 1, and its slightly less crowded analogue (C5Me4H)3U, 2, new syntheses of UI3, (C5Me4H)3U, (C5Me4H)3UCl, 3, and (C5Me5)3UCl, 4, have been developed. Additionally, (C5Me4H)3UI, 5, and (C5Me4H)2UCl2, 6, have been identified for the first time. A facile synthesis of unsolvated UI3 is reported that proceeds in high yield with inexpensive equipment from iodine and hot uranium turnings. Both UI3 and UI3(THF)4 react with KC5Me4H in toluene to make unsolvated (C5Me4H)3U in higher yield than in previous reports that involve reduction of tetravalent (C5Me4H)3UCl, 3. A more atom-efficient synthesis of complex 3 is also reported that proceeds from reduction of t-BuCl, PhCl, or HgCl2 by 2. Similarly, (C5Me4H)3U reacts with PhI or HgI2 to generate (C5Me4H)3UI. These studies also provided a basis to improve the synthesis of (C5Me5)3UCl from 1 by employing t-BuCl or HgCl2 as the halide source. Like (C5Me5)3UCl, the (C5Me4H)3UCl complex reacts with HgCl2 to form (C5Me4H)2 and (C5Me4H)2UCl2, 6, but unlike (C5Me5)3UX (X = Cl or I), the less substituted (C5Me4H)3UX complexes do not reduce t-BuCl or PhX. The synthesis of 6 from (C5Me4H)MgCl x THF and UCl4 is also included.  相似文献

Five new zinc phosphites, [C10N4H26][Zn2(HPO3)4].2H2O, 1, [C10N4H26][Zn5(H2O)4(HPO3)6].4H2O, 2, [C10N4H26][Zn4(HPO3)6].2H2O, 3, [C10N4H26][Zn4(HPO3)6].2H2O, 4, and [Zn2(HPO3)2(C10N4H24)], 5, were synthesized employing solvo/hydrothermal reactions in the presence of 1,4-bis (3-aminopropyl) piperazine (APPIP). Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies indicate that all the compounds form a hierarchy of structures. While the structures 1 and 2 are low-dimensional, 3-5 have three-dimensional connectivity. ZnO4 and HPO3 units form a 4-membered ring and are connected through their corners forming a one-dimensional chain structure in 1. 2 has one-dimensional ladders connected by ZnO2(H2O)4 octahedral units forming a layer with 4- and 8-membered apertures. Compounds 3 and 4 have similar molecular formulae and connectivity, which makes them polymorphic in nature. The amine molecules exist in gauche and all-trans form in 3 and 4, respectively. The amine molecule binds with the zinc center in 5 and acts as a pillar between the two zinc phosphite layers. The present study outlines the possible role of synthesis parameters for the isolation of a number of different structures by employing a single amine molecule, APPIP. The observation of polymorphic structures along with the interconvertibilities of one of the phases is important and noteworthy. The 31P chemical shifts observed in NMR studies, consistent with the single crystal data, have been correlated with the valence sum values of the oxygen that are bound with the distinct phosphorus.  相似文献

Three novel praseodymium-adipate frameworks were synthesized hydrothermally. GWMOF-3 ([Pr(2)(adipic acid)(3)(H(2)O)(4)].adipic acid.4H(2)O) and GWMOF-6 ([Pr(2)(adipic acid)(3)(H(2)O)(2)].4,4'-dipyridyl) formed three-dimensional structures, whereas GWMOF-4 ([Pr(2)(adipic acid)(3)(H(2)O)(2)].H(2)O) produced a more dense, two-dimensional topology. Single-crystal X-ray and powder diffraction, IR spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and elemental analysis were employed to characterize all samples. GWMOF-6 represents an innovative step forward in metal-organic framework synthesis where a neutral molecular species not used in the construction of the framework is utilized as a structure-directing agent, or template. Furthermore, this template molecule (4,4'-dipyridyl) is shown to sensitize the fluorescence of lanthanide metal centers in a europium analogue of GWMOF-6.  相似文献

The reactions of [Zr(NMe2)4]2 with triamido-triazacyclonane ligand precursors, {NH(Ph)SiMe2}3tacn (H3N3[9]N3) and {NH(C6H4F)SiMe2}3tacn (H3N3-F[9]N3), led to the formation of complexes [Zr(NMe2)2{N(Ph)SiMe2}2{NH(Ph) SiMe2}tacn], 1, and [Zr(NMe2)2{N(o-C6H4F)SiMe2}2{NH(o-C6H4F)SiMe2} tacn], 2, where the zirconium is coordinated to two remaining dimethylamido ligands and to a dianionic tacn-based ligand, [{N(Ph')SiMe2}2{NH(Ph')SiMe2}tacn]2-, that formed from deprotonation of two amine pendent arms of the ligands' precursors. The third pendent arm of H3N3[9]N3 and H3N3-F[9]N3 remains neutral and not bonded to the zirconium. Treatment of 1 with NaH led to the synthesis of [Zr(NMe2){N(Ph)SiMe2}2tacn], 3, that results from the cleavage of the N-Si bond of the original neutral pendent arm. Complexes [ZrCl{N(Ph')SiMe2}2tacn] (Ph' = C6H5, 4, and C6H4F, 5) have been obtained by reactions of ZrCl4 with {MN(Ph')SiMe2}3tacn.2THF (M = Li, Na). Reactions of 4 and 5 with LiC triple bond CPh led to the syntheses of [Zr(CCPh){N(Ph')SiMe2}2tacn] (Ph' = C6H5, 6, and C6H4F, 7). The solid-state structure of 3 shows a chiral metal center.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterizations of a family of isomorphous [Mn(III)(2)M(III)(4)L(2)(μ(4)-O)(2)(N(3))(2)(CH(3)O)(2)(CH(3)OH)(4)(NO(3))(2)]·2H(2)O (M = Y(1), Gd(2), Tb(3), Dy(4)) are reported, where H(4)L = N,N'-dihydroxyethyl-N,N'-(2-hydroxy-4,5-dimethylbenzyl)ethylenediamine. They were obtained from the reactions of H(4)L with M(NO(3))(3)·6H(2)O, Mn(ClO(4))(2)·6H(2)O, NaN(3) and NEt(3) in a 1?:?1?:?1?:?2?:?2 molar ratio. The core structure consists of a Mn(2)M(4) unit. The four M(III) ions that are held together by two μ(4)-bridging oxygen atoms form a butterfly M(4) moiety. The M(4) core is further connected to the two five-coordinate trigonal-bipyramidal Mn(III) ions via one μ(4)-O(2-), two alkyloxo and one methoxo triple bridges. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate the presence of intramolecular antiferromagnetic interactions in complex 2, and overall intramolecular ferromagnetic interactions in complexes 3 and 4. The alternating current (AC) magnetic susceptibility studies revealed that complexes 3 and 4 showed frequency-dependent out-of-phase signals, which indicates that they exhibit slow relaxation of the magnetization.  相似文献

Reaction of NH4VO3 with sulfur dioxide affords the hexanuclear cluster (NH4)2(Et4N)[(V(IV)O)6(mu4-O)2(mu3-OH)2(mu3-SO3)4(H2O)2]Cl x H2O (1), and the decapentanuclear host-guest compound (Et4N)5{Cl subset [(VO)15(mu3-O)18(mu-O)3]} x 3 H2O (2). Sequential addition of magnesium oxide to an acidic aqueous solution of NH4VO3 (pH approximately 0) followed by (NH4)2SO3 resulted in the formation of either the non-oxo polymeric vanadium(IV) compound trans-(NH4)2[V(IV)(OH)2(mu-SO3)2] (3) or the polymeric oxovanadium(IV) sulfite (NH4)[V(IV)O(SO3)1.5(H2O)] x 2.5 H2O (4) at pH values of 6 and 4, respectively. The decameric vanadium(V) compound {Na4(mu-H2O)8(H2O)6}[Mg(H2O)6][V(V)10(O)8(mu6-O)2(mu3-O)14] x 3 H2O (5) was synthesised by treating an acidic aqueous solution of NH4VO3 with MgO and addition of NaOH to pH approximately 6. All the compounds were characterised by single-crystal X-ray structure analysis. The crystal structure of compound 1 revealed an unprecedented structural motif of a cubane unit [M4(mu4-O)2(mu3-OH)2] connected to two other metal atoms. Compound 3 comprises a rare example of a non-oxo vanadium(IV) species isolated from aqueous solution and in the presence of the reducing agent SO3(2-), while compound 4 represents a rare example of an open-framework species isolated at room temperature (20 degrees C). In addition to the synthesis and crystallographic studies, we report the IR and magnetic properties (for 1, 2 and 3) of these vanadium clusters as well as theoretical studies on compound 3.  相似文献
