Summary Three groups of bioactive substances (provitamins of the A group, vitamins of the F group, and sodium chlorophyllin) have been isolated from alcoholic extracts of the micro algaChlorella vulgaris. The conditions of separating these substances are given. Water-soluble polysaccharides, pectin substances, and hemicelluloses have been isolated fromMorus leaves, and their qualitative and quantitative compositions have been determined. The results are given of an investigation of three species of the genusHaplophyllum: H. villosum, H. kowalenskyi, andH. tenue, fromwhich five substances of coumarin nature have been isolated. Of them, two substances (I and II) have been identified as scopoletin and lomatin isovalerate, respectively, while suitable structures have been established for the new compounds tenuidin, villosin, and tenudiol. The fractional composition of the polysaccharides formed by some local strains of basidial fungi (Panus tigrinus, Pleurotus ostreatus, Fomes formentarius, andPhanarechaeta chrysosporium) in a submerged medium on various plant wastes (spent cottonseed pulp and cottonplant stems) has been investigated. Characterization of six flavones, which were named substances G1, G2, G3, G4, G5 and G6 according to their RF values in normal-phase thin-layer chromatography, is reported. The pure flavones were purified after maceration with methanol by normal-phase solid-phase extraction, normal-phase medium-pressure liquid chromatography, normal-phase preparative thin-layer chromatography and preparative reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). The collected fractions of several isolation steps were analyzed by normal-phase (NP) and RP-HPLC. Detection and identification of the substances G was accomplished by UV detection at 213–216 nm, diode array UV detection, or fluorescence detection (λex=330 nm; λem=440 nm). The molecular mass, the elementary composition, and the structure of the six components was determined by electron-impact high-resolution mass spectrometry (EI-HRMS). Substance G4 was identified as 3′,4′,5′-trimethoxyflavone. The substances G1–G6 were shown to be mono-, di- tri- and pentamethoxyflavones. HPLC–electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MS–MS) of the flavones was carried out employing a 150×2 mm I.D. column packed with a 3 μm/100 Å octadecylsilica stationary phase and a mobile phase comprising 1.0% acetic acid in water–acetonitrile (50:50). Comparative RP-HPLC–ESI-MS of the raw methanol extract and the isolated substances G1–G6 proved that the isolated compounds were pure and were not artifacts. Finally, RP-HPLC–ESI-MS–MS was used to identify substances G1–G6 in phytopharmaceutical drugs.  相似文献

Dimeric stilbenes have been isolated from the wood of Amur maackia for the first time. Two of them have been identified as the known scirpusins A and B. The structure of a new dimeric stilbene with a dioxane linkage, which has been called maackinin, has been established. The lipids of the tuberous roots ofMandragora turcomanica Mizger (fam. Solanaceae) have been characterized for the first time. By using CC, TLC, Ag+-TLC, UV and IR spectroscopies and mass spectrometry, 20 classes of lipids and lipophilic substances have been characterized. The combined acetates of lagochilin obtained by chloroform extraction of the plantL. inebrians, with subsequent purification from wax-like substances, have been benzoylated and the benzoate derivatives have been subjected to separation. A polysaccharide has been isolated from the leaves ofPhytolacca americana and has been characterized. It has been established that it contains residues of galactose, arabinose, xylose, and rhamnose, in a ratio of 3:4:1:3 and also D-galacturonic acid (85–90%). The pectin substances have been isolated fromEremurus regelii Vved., their qualitative and quantitative monosaccharide compositions have been determined, and their physicochemical properties have been studied. The partial hydrolysis of the pectin gave a galacturonan.
