近红外光谱检测技术具有非侵入性、便携性、响应速度快、效率高等特点,在食品分析、医学监测、虹膜识别和红外成像等领域具有广阔的应用前景。然而,近红外荧光材料面临发射谱带窄、热稳定性差的问题,极大制约了近红外器件的发展。为此,蓝光激发Cr3+掺杂的近红外发光材料在众多方案中优势显著。本综述总结了近年来Cr3+掺杂的宽带近红外荧光材料的最新研究成果,分析了Cr3+掺杂的近红外荧光材料量子效率、发射谱带、电声耦合效应和NIR pc-LED器件的封装,并阐述了Cr3+离子格位占据、敏化发光、发射谱带和热稳定性调控策略。最后,对高效宽光谱发射近红外发光材料的应用前景进行了展望。  相似文献

大豆蛋白在各领域的应用已得到广泛的关注,因此大豆蛋白及其改性材料在结构性能方面的研究显得越来越重要。中红外光谱(mid-infrared spectroscopy,MIR)和近红外光谱(near-infrared spectroscopy,NIR)正是对蛋白质进行定性定量分析的有力手段。中红外光谱可以有效地分析大豆蛋白在溶液和薄膜中的二级结构以及大豆衍生材料内蛋白质的结构变化情况。近红外光谱则在蛋白质定量分析方面有着独特的优势。本文介绍了运用这两种光谱技术进行研究的一些工作,这些实例表明了中红外和近红外光谱在大豆蛋白研究领域的重要应用价值。  相似文献

同步辐射红外显微光谱技术凭借其超高亮度和高空间分辨率的优势,已经在多学科领域中取得了大量的研究成果。特别是在生物医学领域,同步辐射红外显微光谱可以对无染色、无标记的生物样品进行无损检测并可获得生物分子的大量结构信息,因此得到广泛应用。随着同步辐射红外显微光谱技术的发展,生物化学家和光谱学家已经将研究的重点从组织层次的红外光谱成像(组织红外光谱成像)扩展到细胞层次的红外光谱成像(细胞红外光谱成像),并在近十年的研究中取得了大量的研究成果,但同时也暴露出一些问题,例如(1)细胞或介质中的水在红外光谱酰胺Ⅰ谱带具有很强的吸收;(2)不平整的细胞表面会导致红外光谱中产生Mie散射;(3)细胞红外光谱的复杂性和不确定性会影响数据分析的有效性和准确性。另一方面,生化学家和光谱学家也为解决这些问题采取了许多有用的策略。因此,本综述首先从样品制备、实验设计以及数据分析等方面对最近十年来细胞同步辐射红外光谱成像技术取得的成果进行了总结,随后介绍了目前细胞红外成像技术面临的问题以及解决策略。我们相信,通过多束同步辐射红外光与焦平面阵列(FPA)探测器的结合,同步辐射红外光谱成像技术在对细胞的结构和功能研究中以及其他领域不同材料的研究中都会逐步显示出独特的作用。  相似文献

基于近红外光谱技术的内燃机油鉴别研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
针对常规近红外光谱技术测试内燃机油时光谱信号响应低,对大分子基团分辨率不高,以及光谱信息与其结构组成之间存在非线性关系等难点,提出了一种基于电压为外扰方式的内燃机油二维近红外光谱测试技术,介绍了近红外光谱具有分形的特征.运用小波变换将近红外光谱分解至不同分辨尺度,然后计算各尺度分量的分形维数(盒维数),用近红外光谱的小波基分形参量替代近红外光谱的采样值.计算结果表明,在不同小波基和不同分解尺度下,内燃机油近红外光谱具有不同的盒维数,得到了近红外光谱在分形意义下的特征信息.以美孚、埃索和壳牌3种内燃机油品种鉴别分类问题为实例,比较研究了近红外光谱采样值与小波基分形参量,K近邻法的交互验证计算结果表明,小波基分形参量的分类效果优于近红外光谱采样值.采用近红外光谱技术测试内燃机油的结构组成信息是可行的.  相似文献

分别采用改进Hummers方法和水热还原法制备了氧化石墨烯(GO)和还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)。 GO和RGO经透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、红外光谱(IR)、荧光发射和激发光谱(PL、PLE)等技术手段进行了表征。 荧光发射光谱显示,氧化石墨烯(GO)在可见光的激发下可以得到波长在600~800 nm范围内的宽谱近红外荧光。 通过比较氧化石墨烯水热还原前后的光谱变化,发现氧化石墨烯近红外荧光起源于氧化石墨烯的表面含氧基团,如C=O、COOH。 近红外荧光穿透性好、对生物组织损坏小,非常适合于生物成像,预示着氧化石墨烯在生物成像方面的应用潜力。  相似文献

A heated gas flow modified thermospray was used to couple gel permeation chromatography (GPC) to Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR) for the analysis of the standard polystyrene samples. Effluents from the GPC column were evaporated and the solutes were deposited as a series of spots on the surface of a moving stainless steel belt (0.025 mm thickness × 13 mm width). The belt continuously transferred the spots into the diffuse reflectance (DRIFT) accessory of the FTIR spectrometer, enabling identification of the deposited solutes by measurement of the diffuse reflectance IR spectrum. The IR spectra of the separated components showed excellent agreement of the spectral features to those of standard FTIR spectra and no thermal degradation was observed.  相似文献

Some new coordination polymers have been synthesized by combining adipyl bis-biuret and azelyl bis-biuret with metals of first transition series viz Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II). They were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared and reflectance spectral and magnetic studies. A detailed thermal study was carried out and thermal stability compared. Abstract— Reflective light properties of various tissue layers (adaxial epidermis, palisade and spongy parenchyma and abaxial epidermis) of beech (Fagus sylvatica L.) leaves were measured using paradermal (parallel to epidermis) and transverse sections in the visible and infrared spectral bands by a high-resolution reflectance cytophotometer. Results showed an increment of reflectances of rest leaves following successive removal of paradermal tissue layers (adaxial epidermis, palisade parenchyma, abaxial epidermis). Reflectances of palisade parenchyma with spongy parenchyma and abaxial epidermis increased linearly in the infrared and green spectral bands with increasing chloroplast count. The enhancement of paradermal reflectances with successive removal of paradermal tissue layers was due to various optical effects of tissue/cell layers, whereby removal of paradermal tissue layers containing light absorbers, e.g. chloroplasts/chlorophyll-protein complexes, is of importance. The parabolic relationships found between lateral reflectances and distances of various tissue/cell layers from adaxial epidermis indicated lateral reflectances of the mesophyll to be governed mainly by selective chlorophyll absorb-ances of light according to Lambert-Beer's law.  相似文献

Infrared (IR) spectra of coal from five mines of the Ostrava-Karvina Mining District were collected using diffuse reflectance techniques. The spectral data were classified by the application of discriminant analysis. The aim of this paper is to test out identification of coal origin by IR spectroscopy and discriminant analysis. The results of this study confirm that infrared spectroscopy together with multivariate statistical methods could provide a powerful discriminating tool for the identification of origin of the most of coal from the Ostrava-Karvina Mining District.  相似文献

Nanostructures TiO2–SiO2 photocatalysts were successfully synthesized using the sol-gel method, hydro-calcination, co-precipitation and room-temperature solid-phase synthesis technology. X-ray powder diffraction pattern (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FTIR), photoluminescence (PL) spectra, thermal analyses (TG–DTA), scanning electron micrographs (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis DRS) were used to characterize the as-synthesized catalysts. Photocatalytic performances of the catalysts were evaluated by the degradation of methyl orange (MO) under s imulated natural light and the degradation rate of MO is 97.2%. The composites showed a good stability: after five recycling runs there are no significant decreases in the photocatalytic activity. The photodegradation of methylene blue, rhodamine B, methyl violet, naphthol green B, basic fuchsin, malachite green, and methyl red were also tested, and the degradation rate of dyes could reach over 94.2 %. A possible mechanism for the photocatalysis with the TiO2–SiO2 was proposed.  相似文献

Assessing carotenoid content in plant leaves with reflectance spectroscopy   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
Spectral reflectance of maple, chestnut and beech leaves in a wide range of pigment content and composition was investigated to devise a nondestructive technique for total carotenoid (Car) content estimation in higher plant leaves. Reciprocal reflectance in the range 510 to 550 nm was found to be closely related to the total pigment content in leaves. The sensitivity of reciprocal reflectance to Car content was maximal in a spectral range around 510 nm; however, chlorophylls (Chl) also affect reflectance in this spectral range. To remove the Chl effect on the reciprocal reflectance at 510 nm, a reciprocal reflectance at either 550 or 700 nm was used, which was linearly proportional to the Chl content. Indices for nondestructive estimation of Car content in leaves were devised and validated. Reflectances in three spectral bands, 510+/-5 nm, either 550+/-15 nm or 700+/-7.5 nm and the near infrared range above 750 nm are sufficient to estimate total Car content in plant leaves nondestructively with a root mean square error of less than 1.75 nmol/cm2.  相似文献

The effect of mechanochemical activation (dry grinding), formamide intercalation, and thermal deintercalation on high- and low-defect kaolinite surfaces was studied by thermogravimetry and diffuse reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. These investigations were completed with specific surface area and pore size distribution measurements. The surface acidity of the ground and the ground-and-intercalated kaolinites was probed with ammonia adsorption. The surface area and the pore volume as well as the amount of adsorbed ammonia increased with the rate of mechanochemical activation. At the same time the thermally deintercalated minerals showed increased surface area but decreased pore volume with the time of grinding. Adsorbed ammonia was detected as ammonium ion in the 1400-1500 cm(-1) spectral range.  相似文献

为了实现扫描仪在不同光源、不同观察者条件下准确获取颜色信息,最大程度的避免同色异谱现象,本文采用光谱的方法对扫描仪进行特性化处理,通过多项式回归和BP神经网络分别与主成分分析法结合,首先对检测样本的光谱反射率进行主成分分析,提取主成分与主成分系数,通过实验得到主成分系数与多项式回归、BP神经网络结构之间的转换模型,实现了扫描仪低维RGB信号对原始光谱反射率信息的重构,进而实现扫描仪的光谱特性化.实验结果表明,多项式项数为19项时,达到训练样本的均方根误差为1.7%,检测样本的均方根误差为1.9%.而包含15个隐层节点的单隐层BP神经网络结构为比较合理的网络结构,达到训练样本的均方根误差为1.3%,检测样本的均方根误差为1.5%.对彩色扫描仪的特征化处理,采用多项式回归法得到光谱特性化精度较低,采用BP神经网络模型能够实现更高的光谱特性化精度.  相似文献
