The atomically economic and green chemical reaction of direct amination of isobutylene to tertbutylamine, particularly under the relative mild reaction conditions available for future industrial use,was carried out over zeolite catalysts possessing different topological structures, from one dimensional to three dimensional pore system, and from small 8-member ring pore(MRP) to medium 10 MRP and further to large 12 MRP zeolites, to disclose the relationship between the zeolite properties/topologies and their amination performance systematically under the mild reaction conditions. It was discovered that the pore structure and the acidities of zeolite catalysts played crucial roles in the isobutylene amination process, and suitable pore diameter(larger than 0.5 nm or with large side pockets/cups in the outside surface) and a certain number of mid-strong acid sites are indispensable to catalyze the amination reaction,while too strong acid strength was not conducive to the process of isobutylene amination. Among them,zeolites with topologies of BEA, MFI, MEL, MWW and EUO exhibited good amination performance, with which the isobutylene conversion was higher than 12.61%(46.42% of the equilibrium conversion) under the studied mild reaction conditions. Due to the good amination performance and the large adjustable Si/Al_2 ratio range, ZSM-5 was selected to further study the effect of acidity on the amination performance systematically under the mild reaction conditions, and the activity-acidity relationship in the amination process was disclosed: the amination activity(isobutylene conversion) had a linear correlation with the amount of mid-strong B acidity under the studied conditions over ZSM-5 catalyst, which can provide guidance for further developing high-efficient amination catalyst under mild reaction conditions available for future industrial use.  相似文献

While the focus will center on the recent developments of α-oxidative amination, some historical developments and mutually beneficial reports in the broader field of C-H amination will be discussed. Direct amination of heteroarenes and arenes has been achieved in a one‐pot C? H zincation/copper‐catalyzed electrophilic amination procedure. This amination method provides an efficient and rapid approach to access a diverse range of heteroaromatic and aromatic amines including those previously inaccessible using C? H amination methods. A Rh(III)-catalyzed direct aromatic C-H amination is achieved using N-chloroamines as a reagent. Furthermore, we also developed a one-pot amination protocol involving in situ chlorination of the secondary amines. The catalytic amination operates at mild conditions with excellent functional group tolerance and regioselectivity.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] This paper details new copper-catalyzed electrophilic amination reactions of diorganozinc reagents using O-benzoyl hydroxylamines as electrophilic nitrogen sources that may be accessed in one step. Simple and functionalized aryl, heteroaryl-, benzyl, n-alkyl, sec-alkyl, and tert-alkyl nucleophiles couple with R2NOC(O)Ph and RHNOC(O)Ph reagents in the presence of catalytic quantities of copper salts to provide tertiary and secondary amines, respectively, in generally good yields. In many cases, the product may be isolated analytically pure after a simple extractive workup. The amination process is shown to tolerate a significant degree of steric demand. The amination of nominally unreactive C(aryl)-H bonds via a sequential directed ortho metalation/transmetalation/catalytic amination reaction sequence is detailed. The direct Cu-catalyzed amination of Grignard reagents using cocatalysis by ZnCl2 is described.  相似文献

The aminoazanium of DABCO (H2N‐DABCO) has been developed as a general and practical amination reagent for the direct amination of alkyl and aryl pinacol boronates. This compound is stable and practical for use as a reagent. Various primary, secondary. and tertiary alkyl?Bpin and aryl?Bpin substrates were aminated to give the corresponding amine derivatives. The amination is stereospecific. The anti‐Markovnikov hydroamination of olefins was easily achieved by catalytic hydroboration with HBpin and in subsequent situ amination using H2N‐DABCO. Moreover, the combination of 1,2‐diboration of olefins, using B2pin2, with this amination process achieved the unprecedented 1,2‐diamination of olefins. The amination protocol was also successfully extended to aryl pinacol boronates.  相似文献

A highly efficient asymmetric amination of β-keto esters was achieved under phase transfer conditions using chiral quaternary ammonium bromide as a catalyst. The amination products were obtained in quantitative yields with up to 97% ee. The first enantioselective organocatalytic reductive amination reaction has been accomplished. The development of a new chiral phosphoric acid catalyst has provided a convenient strategy for the enantioselective construction of protected primary amines and provided a highly stereoselective method for the reductive amination of heterocyclic amines. A diverse spectrum of ketone and amine substrates can be accommodated in high yield and excellent enantioselectivity. This new protocol realizes a key benefit of reductive amination versus imine reduction, in that ketimines derived from alkyl-alkyl ketones are unstable to isolation, a fundamental limitation that is comprehensively bypassed using this direct organocatalytic reductive amination.  相似文献

In this study, we aimed to develop a simple and efficient method for the electrophilic amination of organozinc reagents. For this reason, 12 cosolvents were screened in the electrophilic amination of ordinary organozinc reagents. By the use of a cosolvent, an easily applicable and high‐yielding method for the preparation of arylamines by electrophilic amination of arylzinc reagents was developed. The intramolecular amination of N-(3-bromopyridin-2-yl)azaheteroarylamines and N-(2-chloropyridin-3-yl)azaheteroarylamines was investigated. In this way we unraveled the mechanism of the ring closure reaction in the auto-tandem amination (inter- and intramolecular Pd-catalyzed amination) of 2,3-dibromopyridine with amino(benzo)(di)azines and 2-chloro-3-iodopyridine with amino(benzo)(di)azines, respectively. Depending on the substrate a Pd-catalyzed amination, a base-assisted nucleophilic aromatic substitution or a combination of both is occurring. An explanation based on the aromaticity of the amidine, supported by theoretical calculations, is provided. In addition we gained evidence that the intramolecular metal-catalyzed amination of N-(3-bromopyridin-2-yl)azaheteroarylamines and N-(2-chloropyridin-3-yl)azaheteroarylamines indeed involves a nitrogen atom that is not substituted with a hydrogen atom.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Herein we apply a recently introduced protocol using ammonium carbamate in methanol to the amination of crude chitobiose leading to 1,beta-aminochitobiose. This simple, one-step procedure allows a facile preparation of unstable glycosylamines in contrast to the commonly implemented ammonium bicarbonate based amination of water-soluble carbohydrates. The new amination protocol leads to an improved synthesis of the key chitobiosyl-asparagine building block for the SPPS of glycopeptides. The utility of the method is demonstrated with the synthesis of a 39-amino acid glycoprotein.  相似文献

The direct amination of aliphatic C?H bonds has remained one of the most tantalizing transformations in organic chemistry. Herein, we report on a unique catalyst system, which enables the elusive intermolecular C(sp3)?H amination. This practical synthetic strategy provides access to aminated building blocks and fosters innovative multiple C?H amination within a new approach to aminated heterocycles. A combination of a palladium–NHC catalyst and potassium hexamethyldisilazide enables the amination of aryl sulfides with anilines to afford a wide variety of diarylamines. The reaction conditions are versatile enough for the reaction of even bulky ortho‐substituted aryl sulfides. This amination can be applied to the modular synthesis of N‐aryl carbazoles from the corresponding ortho‐bromothioanisoles. As aryl sulfoxides undergo extended Pummerer reactions to afford ortho‐substituted aryl sulfides, the Pummerer products are thus useful substrates for the amination to culminate in efficient syntheses of a 2‐anilinobenzothiophene and an indole as proof‐of‐principle of the utility of the extended Pummerer reaction/amination cascade.  相似文献

Iridium-catalyzed asymmetric allylic amination of allylic carbonates with 2-allylanilines was realized. With a catalyst generated from 2 mol% of [Ir(dbcot)Cl](2) (dbcot = dibenzo[a,e]cyclooctatetraene) and 4 mol% of phosphoramidite ligand (L3), the amination products were obtained in up to 99% yield and 99% ee. Subjecting amination products to trifluoroacetyl protection and ring-closing-metathesis reaction provided an efficient synthesis of enantioenriched 2,5-dihydrobenzo[b]azepine derivatives.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The synthesis and characterization of [Pd(IPr)Cl(2)](2) (1), an air- and moisture-stable complex, is reported. The utilization of 1 as a catalyst for amination of aryl chlorides and bromides with a variety of amine coupling partners under mild conditions is described. The amination reactions with 1 show a remarkable insensitivity to oxygen and water, and thus the amination reactions could be performed in air on the benchtop with undried reagent grade solvents and substrates with small effects on reaction times and conversions.  相似文献

The electrophilic amination of 2-fluorophenol, 4-fluorophenol, and 2-chlorophenol was observed to occur as a result of their treatment with diazenes 1-4 under mild reaction conditions in the presence of ZrCl(4). The products originating from the 2-fluorophenol or 2-chlorophenol can be considered as "normal" products of amination. On the other hand, the 2-chloro-4-amino-substituted phenols obtained from the 4-fluorophenol seem to be formed in a process that involves an ipso amination, the complete removal of the fluorine atom, and the introduction of the chlorine atom.  相似文献

Di(tert-butyl)neopentylphosphine (DTBNpP) in combination with palladium sources provided catalysts with comparable or better activity for the Hartwig-Buchwald amination of aryl bromides than tri(tert-butyl)phosphine (TTBP) under mild conditions. DTBNpP also provided effective catalysts for amination reactions of aryl chlorides at elevated temperatures. Further replacement of tert-butyl groups with neopentyl substituents resulted in less effective ligands for amination reactions. Computationally derived cone angles showed that replacement of a tert-butyl group with a neopentyl group significantly increased the cone angle of the phosphine. The larger cone angle of DTBNpP than TTBP appears to correlate with the higher activity of catalysts derived from DTBNpP in the amination of aryl bromides. TTBP is a stronger electron donor than DTBNpP, which may explain the higher activity for TTBP-derived catalysts toward aryl chlorides.  相似文献
