All-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) treatment of the acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) have subsequently resulted in cell apoptosis, but the molecular mechanism of this effect remains elusive. In order to understand a possible involvement of genes regulating apoptotic signal pathways, expression levels of bcl2, bax, dapk1, myc, bad, wt1, and mcl genes were analyzed during ATRA treatment in five APL patients with t (15;17) using Real- time PCR (LightCycler). Two samples from each patient were compared to each other: primary diagnostic sample and a sample taken at remission. Effect of the ATRA treatment was demonstrated by the concomitant induction of cd14 and il1beta genes in four patients. Also other apoptosis related genes were found down-regulated in general but especially the down regulated levels of wt1 and bax attract attention. Result suggested that ATRA dependent apoptosis of APL was under the control of both internal and external pathways without relationships to the amount of the blast populations. Ratio of bcl2 to bax may be more important for this regulation than the ratio of bcl2 to bad. Either bcl2 family or less known apoptosis related genes as wt1 will still be required to further studies in this setting.  相似文献

Cleft lip and/or palate (CL/P) is a common congenital malformation with a complex etiology which is not fully elucidated yet. Epidemiological studies point to different etiologies in the cleft lip and palate subgroups, isolated cleft lip (CL), isolated cleft palate (CP) and combined cleft lip and palate (CLP). In order to understand the biological basis in these cleft lip and palate subgroups better we studied the expression profiles in human tissue from patients with CL/P. In each of the CL/P subgroups, samples were obtained from three patients and gene expression analysis was performed. Moreover, selected differentially expressed genes were analyzed by quantitative RT-PCR, and by immunohistochemical staining of craniofacial tissue from human embryos. Osteopontin (SPP1) and other immune related genes were significantly higher expressed in palate tissue from patients with CLP compared to CP and immunostaining in palatal shelves against SPP1, chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) and serglycin (PRG1) in human embryonic craniofacial tissue were positive, supporting a role for these genes in palatal development. However, gene expression profiles are subject to variations during growth and therefore we recommend that future gene expression in CL/P studies should use tissue from the correct embryonic time and place if possible, to overcome the biases in the presented study.  相似文献

Cyclodiphosphazanes containing phosphine or phosphine plus amide functionalities {((t)BuNP(OC(6)H(4)PPh(2)-o)}(2) (3), {(t)BuNP(OCH(2)CH(2)PPh(2))}(2) (4), {(t)BuHN((t)BuNP)(2)OC(6)H(4)PPh(2)-o} (5), and {(t)BuHN((t)BuNP)(2)OCH(2)CH(2)PPh(2)} (6) were synthesized by reacting cis-{(t)BuNPCl}(2) (1) and cis-[(t)BuHN((t)BuNP)(2)Cl] (2) with corresponding phosphine substituted nucleophiles. The reactions of 3 and 5 with excess of elemental sulfur or selenium produce the corresponding tetra and trichalcogenides, {((t)BuNP(E)(OC(6)H(4)P(E)Ph(2)-o)}(2) (7, E = S; 8, E = Se) and {(t)BuHN((t)BuNP)(2)OC(6)H(4)P(E)Ph(2)-o} (9, E = S; 10, E = Se), respectively, in quantitative yields. The reactions between 3 and [Rh(COD)Cl](2) or [M(COD)Cl](2) (M = Pd or Pt) afford bischelated complexes [Rh(CO)Cl{(t)BuNP(OC(6)H(4)PPh(2)-o)}](2) (11), and [MCl(2){(t)BuNP(OC(6)H(4)PPh(2)-o)}](2) (12, M = Pd; 13, M = Pt) in good yield. The 1 : 2 reaction between 3 and [PdCl(η(3)-C(3)H(5))](2) in dichloromethane resulted initially in the formation of a tripalladium complex of the type [Pd(3)Cl(4)(η(3)-C(3)H(5))(2){(t)BuNPOC(6)H(4)PPh(2)}(2)] (14a) which readily reacts with moisture to form an interesting binuclear complex, [Cl(2)Pd{μ-(PPh(2)C(6)H(4)OP(μ-(t)BuN)(2)P(O)}(μ-Cl)Pd(OC(6)H(4)PPh(2))] (14b). One of the palladium(II) atoms forms a simple six-membered chelate ring, whereas the other palladium(II) atom facilitates the moisture assisted cleavage of one of the endocyclic P-O bonds followed by the oxidation of P(III) to P(V) thus forming a Pd-P σ-bond. The broken ortho-phosphine substituted phenoxide ion forms a five-membered palladacycle with the same palladium(II) atom. Similar reaction of 5 with [PdCl(η(3)-C(3)H(5))](2) also affords a binuclear complex [{PdCl(η(3)-C(3)H(5))}(t)BuNH{(t)BuNP}(2)OC(6)H(4)PPh(2){PdCl(2)}] (15) containing a PdCl(2) moiety which forms a six-membered chelate ring via ring-phosphorus and PPh(2) moieties on one side and a PdCl(η(3)-C(3)H(5)) fragment coordinating to amide bound phosphorus atom on the other side of the ring. Treatment of 3 with four equivalents of AuCl(SMe(2)) produces a tetranuclear complex, [(AuCl)(4){(t)BuNP(OC(6)H(4)PPh(2))}(2)] (16), whereas a 1 : 3 reaction between 5 and AuCl(SMe(2)) leads to the formation of a trinuclear complex, [(t)BuNH{(t)BuNP(AuCl)}(2)OC(6)H(4)P(AuCl)Ph(2)] (17). The mechanisms of action of arsenic trioxide (ATO), a clinically used drug for the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL), have been actively studied mainly through characterization of individual putative protein targets. There appear to be no studies at a system level. Herein, we integrate metalloproteomics through a newly developed organoarsenic probe, As-AC (C20H17AsN4O3S2) with quantitative proteomics, allowing 37 arsenic binding and 250 arsenic regulated proteins to be identified in NB4, a human APL cell line. Bioinformatics analysis reveals that ATO disrupts multiple physiological processes, in particular, chaperone-related protein folding and cellular response to stress. Furthermore, we discover heat shock protein 60 (Hsp60) as a vital target of ATO. Through biophysical and cell-based assays, we demonstrate that ATO binds to Hsp60, leading to abolishment of Hsp60 refolding capability. Significantly, the binding of ATO to Hsp60 disrupts the formation of Hsp60-p53 and Hsp60-survivin complexes, resulting in degradation of p53 and survivin. This study provides significant insights into the mechanism of action of ATO at a systemic perspective, and serves as guidance for the rational design of metal-based anticancer drugs.

Reactions of (RNH)(3)PNSiMe(3) (3a, R = (t)()Bu; 3b, R = Cy) with trimethylaluminum result in the formation of {Me(2)Al(mu-N(t)Bu)(mu-NSiMe(3))P(NH(t)()Bu)(2)]} (4) and the dimeric trisimidometaphosphate {Me(2)Al[(mu-NCy)(mu-NSiMe(3))P(mu-NCy)(2)P(mu-NCy)(mu-NSiMe(3))]AlMe(2)} (5a), respectively. The reaction of SP(NH(t)Bu)(3) (2a) with 1 or 2 equiv of AlMe(3) yields {Me(2)Al[(mu-S)(mu-N(t)Bu)P(NH(t)()Bu)(2)]} (7) and {Me(2)Al[(mu-S)(mu-N(t)()Bu)P(mu-NH(t)Bu)(mu-N(t)Bu)]AlMe(2)} (8), respectively. Metalation of 4 with (n)()BuLi produces the heterobimetallic species {Me(2)Al[(mu-N(t)Bu)(mu-NSiMe(3))P(mu-NH(t)()Bu)(mu-N(t)()Bu)]Li(THF)(2)} (9a) and {[Me(2)Al][Li](2)[P(N(t)Bu)(3)(NSiMe(3))]} (10) sequentially; in THF solutions, solvation of 10 yields an ion pair containing a spirocyclic tetraimidophosphate monoanion. Similarly, the reaction of ((t)BuNH)(3)PN(t)()Bu with AlMe(3) followed by 2 equiv of (n)BuLi generates {Me(2)Al[(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)P(mu(2)-N(t)Bu)(2)(mu(2)-THF)[Li(THF)](2)} (11a). Stoichiometric oxidations of 10 and 11a with iodine yield the neutral spirocyclic radicals {Me(2)Al[(mu-NR)(mu-N(t)Bu)P(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)]Li(THF)(2)}(*) (13a, R = SiMe(3); 14a, R = (t)Bu), which have been characterized by electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy. Density functional theory calculations confirm the retention of the spirocyclic structure and indicate that the spin density in these radicals is concentrated on the nitrogen atoms of the PN(2)Li ring. When 3a or 3b is treated with 0.5 equiv of dibutylmagnesium, the complexes {Mg[(mu-N(t)()Bu)(mu-NH(t)()Bu)P(NH(t)Bu)(NSiMe(3))](2)} (15) and {Mg[(mu-NCy)(mu-NSiMe(3))P(NHCy)(2)](2)} (16) are obtained, respectively. The addition of 0.5 equiv of MgBu(2) to 2a results in the formation of {Mg[(mu-S)(mu-N(t)()Bu)P(NH(t)Bu)(2)](2)} (17), which produces the hexameric species {[MgOH][(mu-S)(mu-N(t)()Bu)P(NH(t)Bu)(2)]}(6) (18) upon hydrolysis. Compounds 4, 5a, 7-11a, and 15-17 have been characterized by multinuclear ((1)H, (13)C, and (31)P) NMR spectroscopy and, in the case of 5a, 9a.2THF, 11a, and 18, by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) expanded in vitro exhibit not only a tendency to lose their proliferative potential, homing ability and telomere length but also genetic or epigenetic modifications, resulting in senescence. We compared differential methylation patterns of genes and miRNAs between early-passage [passage 5 (P5)] and late-passage (P15) cells and estimated the relationship between senescence and DNA methylation patterns. When we examined hypermethylated genes (methylation peak ≥ 2) at P5 or P15, 2,739 genes, including those related to fructose and mannose metabolism and calcium signaling pathways, and 2,587 genes, including those related to DNA replication, cell cycle and the PPAR signaling pathway, were hypermethylated at P5 and P15, respectively. There was common hypermethylation of 1,205 genes at both P5 and P15. In addition, genes that were hypermethylated at P5 (CPEB1, GMPPA, CDKN1A, TBX2, SMAD9 and MCM2) showed lower mRNA expression than did those hypermethylated at P15, whereas genes that were hypermethylated at P15 (MAML2, FEN1 and CDK4) showed lower mRNA expression than did those that were hypermethylated at P5, demonstrating that hypermethylation at DNA promoter regions inhibited gene expression and that hypomethylation increased gene expression. In the case of hypermethylation on miRNA, 27 miRNAs were hypermethylated at P5, whereas 44 miRNAs were hypermethylated at P15. These results show that hypermethylation increases at genes related to DNA replication, cell cycle and adipogenic differentiation due to long-term culture, which may in part affect MSC senescence.  相似文献

Topiramate, a sulfamate-substituted monosaccharide (2,3:4, 5-bis-O-(1-methylethylidene)-beta-D-fructopyranose sulfamate), is a new antiepileptic drug, which has been approved for adjunctive therapy in adult patients with partial-onset seizures. Liquid-liquid extraction followed by flow-injection negative-ion electrospray mass spectrometry was evaluated as a means for the quantitative analysis of Topiramate in human plasma. Prednisone (1,4-pregnadiene-17-alpha, 21-diol-3,11,20-trione [15 microg/mL]) was used as the internal standard because its solubility and molecular weight are similar to those of Topiramate. Calibration curves for Topiramate were linear over a range of 1 to 30 microg/mL plasma (signal-to-noise ratio >4) and were highly reliable (r(2) = 0.994). This approach offers several advantages: (i) the extraction of Topiramate from human plasma using chloroform is simple and reproducible; (ii) the quantitative determination of Topiramate, in the presence of an internal standard, by flow-injection negative-ion electrospray mass spectrometry with selected-ion recording, is rapid and accurate and does not require chromatographic separation; (iii) the assay possesses adequate sensitivity (2-25 microg/mL) for the quantitative analysis of Topiramate in plasma from patients.  相似文献

A novel electrochemical method for the sequence-specific detection of double-stranded polymerase chain reaction (PCR) products of PML/RARα fusion gene in acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) was described in detail. Based on a “sandwich” sensing mode involving a pair of locked nucleic acids probes (capture probe and reporter probe), this DNA sensor exhibited excellent selectivity and specificity. The direct and quantitative analysis of double-stranded complementary was firstly performed by our sensor without the use of alkali, helicase enzymes, or denaturants. Finally, combining PCR technique with electrochemical detection scheme, PCR amplicons (191 bp) of the PML/RARα fusion gene were obtained and rapidly identified with a low detection limit of 79 fmol in the 100-μL hybridization system. The results clearly showed the power of sensor as a promising tool for the sensitive, specific, and portable detection of APL and other diseases.  相似文献

The reaction of 1 with [MCl 2 (PRR' 2 ) 2 ] (M = Ni; R = R' = Et; M = Pd, Pt, R = Ph, R' = Me) gives [Ni{ cyclo -( t Bu 3 P 5 )}(PEt 3 ) 2 ] ( 4 ), [Pd{ cyclo -( t Bu 4 P 5 )} 2 ] ( 5 ), and [PtCl{ cyclo -( t Bu 3 P 4 ) t BuP}(PPhMe 2 )] ( 6 ). 1-6 were characterized by 31 P{ 1 H} NMR spectroscopy, and 1 and 4-6 were also characterized by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

A liquid chromatographic (LC) method was developed for simultaneous measurement of halofuginone (HFN) and amprolium (APL) in chicken muscle and egg. HFN and APL were extracted from chicken muscle and egg with acetonitrile. In chicken egg, they were partially purified by solid-phase extraction (SPE) to separate them from impurities. The LC separation was performed on a 4.6 mm id x 250 mm TSK-gel ODS-80TM column using acetonitrile-McIlvaine buffer, pH 3.4, containing 0.01M sodium lauryl sulfate (42 + 58) as the mobile phase. Ultraviolet detection of HFN and APL was performed at wavelengths of 242 and 265 nm, respectively. Recoveries of HFN and APL from chicken muscle spiked at 0.5 microg/g were 74.8 +/- 17.7 and 94.2 +/- 5.0%, respectively (mean +/- standard deviation [SD], n = 10). In chicken muscle, the lower limit of determination for both APL and HFN was 0.03 microg/g. Recoveries of HFN and APL from chicken egg spiked at 0.5 microg/g by a cleanup procedure using SPE were 54.6 +/- 3.4 and 85.0 +/- 2.4%, respectively (mean +/- SD, n = 5). In chicken egg, the lower limit of determination for both APL and HFN was 0.04 microg/g.  相似文献

To identify immunoglobulin variable heavy chain (VH) gene usages in Korean ankylosing spondylitis (AS) patients, expression level of VH2 genes from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of 8 AS patients and 9 healthy donors was analysed by quantitative real-time PCR (Q-PCR). Q-PCR results demonstrated VH2 genes were overexpressed in AS patients (Relative amount of mRNA of VH2 genes to a house-keeping gene, 7.13 ± 7.77 vs, 0.68 ± 0.55; P < 0.0001). The sequence analysis revealed the majority of them contained CDC42 binding protein kinase beta (CDC42 BPB) genes. The insertion of CDC42 BPB gene was confirmed by PCR with primers corresponding CDC42 BPB and CH genes. Our study revealed VH2 overexpression and unique rearrangement in Ig VH genes from peripheral blood of AS patients. This may imply aberrant immunoglobulin gene rearrangement in B cell occurs in Korean AS patients, which requires further investigation.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression of IL-16 in the rheumatoid synovium and the role of inflammatory cytokines and Toll-like receptor (TLR) ligands in IL-16 production by fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS) of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. Immunohistochemical staining was performed with a monoclonal antibody to IL-16 in synovial tissues from patients with RA and likewise in patients with osteoarthritis (OA). FLS were isolated from RA synovial tissues and stimulated with IL-15, IL-1beta, IFN-gamma, and IL-17. The IL-16 mRNA level was assessed by semiquantitative RT-PCR and real time (RT) PCR and a comparison was made between IL-16 mRNA levels produced by RA-FLS and OA-FLS. Production of IL-16 was identified by a western blot assay, and IL-16 production after stimulation by specific ligands of TLR2 and TLR4 was assessed by RT-PCR. While immunohistochemical staining demonstrated strong expression of IL-16 mRNA in synovial tissues from patients with RA, similar findings were not present in the OA group. Moreover, mRNA expression of IL-16 by RA-FLS increased after treatment with IL-17 but not with IL-15, IL-1beta, and IFN-gamma. Specifically, IL-17 increased IL-16 mRNA level by RA-FLS and peripheral blood mononuclear cells in a dose-dependent manner. However, IL-17 did not stimulate IL-16 production in OA-FLS. Peptidoglycan, a selective TLR2 ligand, also increased production of IL-16 by RA-FLS dose- dependently, whereas LPS, a selective TLR4 ligand, had no such stimulatory effect. The results from our data demonstrate that IL-17 and TLR2 ligands stimulate the production of IL-16 by RA-FLS.  相似文献

Phosphorus nitride clusters generated during Laser Desorption Ionization (LDI) and Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization (MALDI) of solid P(3) N(5) were analyzed via Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry (TOF MS). The LDI TOF mass spectra show the formation of series of clusters: P(m)N(n)(+) {(m=1; n=8-11), (m=4; n=3-4), (m=5; n=1-5), (m=6; n=1-3, 5-8), (m=2-7; n=1), (m=5-10; n=2), (m=4-6; n=3), (m=4,5; n=4), (m=5,6; n=5)}, and P(m)N(n)(-) (m=4,5; n=1). Using 3-hydroxypicolinic acid (HPA) as a matrix the P(m)N(n)(+) species (m=1-4, 6, 8) with a high nitrogen content (n=4, 5, 8, 10-12, 20) were identified. The formation of a N(6)(-) cluster was also detected using a C(60) matrix. Under various conditions singly charged P(m)(+) (m=2-7, 9, 13), P(m)(-) (m=3-11, 13, 15, 17), N(n)(+) (n=5, 9, 10, 12, 13), and N(n)(-) (n=6, 10-15) clusters were identified in the mass spectra. Such high nitrogen content clusters (up to N(15)(-)) generated by laser desorption from a solid material are described for the first time. The stoichiometry of the P(m)N(n) clusters was determined via isotopic envelope analysis and computer modelling. The composition of the clusters with respect to the crystalline structure of α-P(3)N(5) is discussed.  相似文献

Congenital heart disease (CHD) is the most common type of birth defect, but its underlying molecular mechanisms remain unidentified. Previous studies determined that Homo sapiens LYR motif containing 1 (LYRM1) is a novel nucleoprotein expressed at the highest level in adipose tissue and in high levels in heart tissue. The LYRM1 gene may play an important role in the development of the human heart. This study was designed to identify the biological characteristics of the LYRM1 gene in heart development. On the basis of expression-specific differentiation markers identified with quantitative real-time RT-PCR and the morphology of LYRM1-overexpressing cells during differentiation, ectopic expression was not found to significantly affect differentiation of P19 cells into cardiomyocytes. MTT assays and cell cycle analysis showed that LYRM1 dramatically increases the proliferation of P19 cells. Furthermore, data from annexin V-FITC binding and caspase-3 activity revealed that LYRM1 can inhibit the apoptosis of P19 cells. Our data suggest that LYRM1 might have the potential to modulate cell growth, apoptosis, and heart development.  相似文献

The syntheses of the parent compounds [(p-Bu(t)-calix[4]-(O)2(OR)2)Fe-L] [R = Me, L = THF, 5; R = Bu(n), L = THF, 6; R = PhCH2, L = THF, 7; R = SiMe3, L = none, 8] have been performed by reacting the protonated form of the dialkylcalix[4]arene with [Fe2Mes4] [Mes = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2]. All of them undergo one-electron oxidative functionalization. By use of different oxidizing agents, the following iron(III) derivatives have been obtained: [(p-Bu(t)-calix[4]-(O)2(OR)2)Fe-X] [X = Cl, R = Me, 9; X = I, R = Me, 10] and [(p-Bu(t)-calix[4]-(O)2(OR)2)2Fe2(mu-X] [X = O, R = Me, 11; X = O, R = Bu(n), 12; X = S, R = Me, 13], 9 and 10 being particularly appropriate for a further functionalization of the metal. The last three display typical antiferromagnetic behavior [J = -78.6 cm-1, 11; J = -64.1 cm-1, 13]. In the case of 7 and 8, the reaction with O2 led to the dealkylation of one of the alkoxo groups, with the formation of a dimeric iron(III) derivative ([mu-p-Bu(t)-calix[4]-(O)3(OR))2Fe2] [R = PhCH2, 14; R = SiMe3, 15] [J = -9.8 cm-1]. The reaction of the parent compounds with ButNC and diazoalkanes led to the formation of [Fe=C] functionalities supported by a calix[4]arene oxo surface. The following compounds have been isolated and characterized: ([p-Bu(t)-calix[4]-(O)2(OR)2)Fe=CNBut] [R = SiMe3, 16, nu CN = 2175 cm-1], ([p-Bu(t)-calix[4]-(O)2(OR)2)Fe=CPh2] [R = Me, 17; R = PhCH2, 18; R = SiMe3, 19]. The three carbene complexes 17-19 display quite an unusual high-spin state, which is a consequence of the formation of a weak pi interaction between the metal and the carbene carbon, as confirmed by the extended Hückel calculations. The carbene functionality has been removed from the iron center in the reaction with O2 and HCl. The proposed structures have been supported by X-ray analyses of complexes 8, 9, 12, 14, 16, 17, and 19.  相似文献

The mono- and binuclear aryldiazene complexes [Re(C6H5N=NH)(CO)5-nPn]BY4 (1-5) and [(Re(CO)5-nPn)2-(mu-HN=NAr-ArN=NH)](BY4)2 (6-12) [P = P(OEt)3, PPh(OEt)2, PPh2OEt; n = 1-4; Ar-Ar = 4,4'-C6H4-C6H4, 4,4'-(2-CH3)C6H3-C6H3(2-CH3), 4,4'-C6H4-CH2-C6H4; Y = F, Ph) were prepared by reacting the hydride species ReH(CO)5-nPn with the appropriate mono- and bis(aryldiazonium) cations. These compounds, as well as other prepared compounds, were characterized spectroscopically (IR; 1H, 31P, 13C, and 15N NMR data), and 1a was also characterized by an X-ray crystal structure determination. [Re(C6H5N=NH)(CO)(P(OEt)3)4]BPh4 (1a) crystallizes in space group P1 with a = 15.380(5) A, b = 13.037(5) A, c = 16.649(5) A, alpha = 90.33(5) degrees, beta = 91.2(1) degrees, gamma = 89.71(9) degrees, and Z = 2. The "diazene-diazonium" complexes [M(CO)3P2(HN=NAr-ArN identical to N)](BF4)2 (13-15, 17) [M = Re, Mn; P = PPh2OEt, PPh2OMe, PPh3; Ar-Ar = 4,4'-C6H4-C6H4, 4,4'-C6H4-CH2-C6H4] and [Re(CO)4(PPh2OEt)(4,4'-HN=NC6H4-C6H4N identical to N)](BF4)2 (16b) were synthesized by allowing the hydrides MH(CO)3P2 or ReH(CO)4P to react with equimolar amounts of bis(aryldiazonium) cations under appropriate conditions. Reactions of diazene-diazonium complexes 13-17 with the metal hydrides M2H2P'4 and M2'H(CO)5-nP"n afforded the heterobinuclear bis(aryldiazene) derivatives [M1(CO)3P2(mu-HN=NAr-ArN=NH)M2HP'4](BPh4)2 (ReFe, ReRu, ReOs, MnRu, MnOs) and [M1(CO)3P2(mu-HN=NAr-ArN=NH)M2'(CO)5-nP"n](BPh4)2 (ReMn, MnRe) [M1 = Re, Mn; M2 = Fe, Ru, Os; M2' = Mn, Re; P = PPh2OEt, PPh2OMe; P',P" = P(OEt)3, PPh(OEt)2; Ar-Ar = 4,4'-C6H4-C6H4, 4,4'-C6H4-CH2-C6H4; n = 1, 2]. The heterotrinuclear complexes [Re(CO)3(PPh2OEt)2(mu-4,4'-HN=NC6H4-C6H4N=NH)M(P(OEt)3)4(mu-4,4'-HN=NC6H4- C6H4N=NH)Mn(CO)3(PPh2OEt)2](BPh4)4 (M = Ru, Os) (ReRuMn, ReOsMn) were obtained by reacting the heterobinuclear complexes ReRu and ReOs with the appropriate diazene-diazonium cations. The heterobinuclear complex with a bis(aryldiazenido) bridging ligand [Mn(CO)2(PPh2OEt)2(mu-4,4'-N2C6H4-C6H4N2)Fe(P(OEt)3)4]BPh4 (MnFe) was prepared by deprotonating the bis(aryldiazene) compound [Mn(CO)3(PPh2OEt)2(mu-4,4'-HN=NC6H4-C6H4N=NH)Fe(4- CH3C6H4CN)(P(OEt)3)4](BPh4)3. Finally, the binuclear compound [Re(CO)3(PPh2OEt)2(mu-4,4'-HN=NC6H4-C6H4N2)Fe(CO)2(P(OPh)3)2](BPh4)2 (ReFe) containing a diazene-diazenido bridging ligand was prepared by reacting [Re(CO)3(PPh2OEt)2(4,4'-HN=NC6H4-C6H4N identical to N)]+ with the FeH2(CO)2(P(OPh)3)2 hydride derivative. The electrochemical reduction of mono- and binuclear aryldiazene complexes of both rhenium (1-12) and the manganese, as well as heterobinuclear ReRu and MnRu complexes, was studied by means of cyclic voltammetry and digital simulation techniques. The electrochemical oxidation of the mono- and binuclear aryldiazenido compounds Mn(C6H5N2)(CO)2P2 and (Mn(CO)2P2)2(mu-4,4'-N2C6H4-C6H4N2) (P = PPh2OEt) was also examined. Electrochemical data show that, for binuclear compounds, the diazene bridging unit allows delocalization of electrons between the two different redox centers of the same molecule, whereas the two metal centers behave independently in the presence of the diazenido bridging unit.  相似文献
