报道了苯偶酰及其衍生物、对二甲氨基苯偶姻、邻苯二甲酰亚胺与1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮的固相热反应研究;这个热反应以较高的选择性生成1:1缩合产物的一种异构体,通过IR、^{1HNMR、MS和元素分析确定了新产物的结构,并通过X射线衍射分析确定了其中一个产物的构型。}

Solid state reactions of nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds (I) —Solid state reactions of 3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrazolone with carbonyl compounds

The solid state reaction of 3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrazolon(eM PP) with aromatic aldehydes and ketones, benzil derivatives and imides, and the solid state Michael addition reaction of MPP with 4-arylidene-3-methyl-lphenyl-5-pyrazolone2 were investigated. Some new solid state reactions between the reactants were found, from which a series of new compounds were obtained. The structures of the products were identified by IR,¹H NMR, MS, elemental analyses and also by X-ray crystal analysis, and the reaction mechanism of MPP with aromatic aldehydes and ketones was proposed. Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate-catalyzed reaction for aromatic aldehydes with 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone in aqueous media

Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate was successfully used for the tandem Knoevenagel-Michael reaction of aromatic aldehydes with 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone in water to synthesis of 4, 4′-arkylmethylene-bis(1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolones) under mild reaction conditions. Efficient catalytic activity and high selectivity of the catalyst contributed to colloidal particle formation in water. The shape and size of the colloidal aggregates were confirmed by optical microscopy and dynamic light scattering.

Thermal decomposition of copper complexes of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-acyl-5-pyrazolone in air atmosphere

Copper complexes of some 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-acyl-5-pyrazolones have been prepared. The complexes were characterized by elemental analyses and thermal analyses. It was shown that the melting points decrease linearly in increasing the molecular weight of the complexes.     

Regioselective synthesis of 6-trifluoromethyl-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrazolo[3,4-b]pyran derivatives

A facile two-step procedure for the synthesis of 6-(trifluoromethyl)-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrazolo[3,4-b]pyran derivatives (4) from the reaction of 4-arylidene-3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrazolones (1) with ethyl trifluoroacetoacetate (2), a versatile fluorinated building-block, was presented. Furthermore, to increase the efficiency of this reaction, the more convenient one-pot three-component process was also developed with a slightly lower yield. Treatment of 4 with P₂O₅, conc. H₂SO₄, POCl₃/Py or p-TsOH under the drastic conditions did not afford the corresponding dehydrated products.

间硝基苯甲醛或间氯苯甲醛与芳香胺和芳香酮的Mannich反应

间硝基苯甲醛或间氯苯甲醛与芳香胺和芳香酮在20~25℃和催化量的浓盐酸催化下能直接进行Mannich反应, 用一步合成法合成15个1-芳基-3-芳胺基(3-硝基苯基)丙酮。产率为68~87%。产物结构经元素分析, IR, ^1H NMR, MS鉴定。本文还讨论了反应的适宜条件。

铌(V)-1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-吡唑啉酮-5络合物吸附波的研究

在pH=5.0的HAc-NaAc介质中,Nb(V)与1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-吡唑啉酮-5(PMBP)生成络合物,于-0.96V(us.SCE)出现一尖锐的极谱波.在滴汞电极上用示波极谱仪或在悬汞电极上测吸附伏安曲线.峰电流与Nb(V)浓度分别在0.0075~0.80μg/mL及0.000075~0.0075μg/mL范围内呈线性关系.实验了30多种离子的干扰影响,经苯肿酸分离后用于钢中Nb(V)的测定.检出限为0.00003μg/mL.溶液可稳定96h以上.用多种电化学方法研究了电极反应机理.     

芳香醛与硫代巴比妥酸固相缩合反应的研究

研究了芳香醛与硫代巴比妥酸固态加热及室温下的缩合反应，两种反应条件得 到同一产物——5—亚烃基硫代巴比妥酸．由^1H NMR，^13C NMR，IR，UV等手段确 定了产物的结构．     

1-苯基-3-甲基-4-甲酰基-5-吡唑啉酮Cu(Ⅱ)配合物的合成及晶体结构

A novel Cu(Ⅱ) complex of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-acyl-5-pyrazolone was synthesized and crystallogra-phically characterized. The single-crystal structure of the complex reveals that the crystal belongs triclinic, space group P1 with cell parameters a=0.938 7(4) nm, b=1.124 4(5) nm, c=1.222 3(5) nm, α=99.538(7)°, β=104.049(8)°, γ=113.806(6)°, and Z=2, V=1.093 3(8) nm³. Cu(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated by two 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-acyl-5-pyrazolone ligands, and one methanol molecule giving a coordination number of five, the coordination polyhedron around Cu(Ⅱ) ion can be described as a square pyramid. Two complex units link to each other through the hydrogen-bonding interactions to form a dimer. Meanwhile, a staircase-like layer structure was built up by offset face-to-face π…π stacking interactions and weak interactions between the dimers. CCDC: 625422.     

柱前衍生高效液相色谱法分析海带岩藻聚糖的单糖及糖醛酸组成

糖类化合物PMP衍生分析进展

糖类物质的结构与组成分析在揭示其生物学功能方面发挥着重要作用,糖类化合物的衍生化分析是实现其高灵敏度定性和定量检测的有效方法。该文对一种条件温和、灵敏度高、选择性好的1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(PMP)的衍生化分析方法在糖类化合物的单糖组成、聚合度、取代度、异构体分析以及在N/O-糖链的释放和定量分析等方面的应用进展进行了综述。     

1,2-联烯基酮的合成与反应

1,2-联烯基酮可以通过2-丙炔基酮异构化反应,相应有机金属试剂中间体与酯、酰氯或酰胺的反应,[2,3]或[3,3]迁移反应,Wittig反应,消除反应,2,3-联烯醇氧化等方法合成。由于联烯酮上含有吸电子基团羰基,它可发生亲核加成、环加成、环化反应。     

柱前衍生高效液相色谱法分析海洋褐藻多糖药物的糖醛酸组成

采用三氟乙酸(TFA)分别将藻酸双酯钠(PSS)、甘糖酯(PMS)和古糖酯(PGS)3种海洋褐藻多糖药物进行降解,再与1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(PMP)进行柱前衍生,建立了3种药物糖醛酸组成分析的高效液相色谱方法.结果表明:PSS、PMS、PGS的最适降解条件:在110 ℃下降解6 h,TFA浓度3 mol/L;最适衍生条件:反应温度70 ℃,反应90 min,PMP与供试品的摩尔比为12∶ 1,NaOH与供试品的摩尔比为2∶ 1;色谱条件为:0.1 mol/L 磷酸盐(pH 6.7)缓冲液-乙腈(82∶ 18,V/V),检测波长:245 nm,流速:1 mL/min.在此色谱条件下,甘露糖醛酸(M)和古罗糖醛酸(G) 分离良好,测得PSS、PMS、PGS的M/G分别为2.37±0.05、6.60±0 22和0.22±0 03,该方法具有良好的精密度和重现性,灵敏度高,适合于海洋褐藻多糖类药物的微量分析.     

1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(PMP)柱前衍生化寡糖链的HPLC分离及其激光解吸电离质谱分析

以1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(PMP)为衍生化试剂对寡糖链进行标记, 用氨水替代氢氧化钠溶液作碱性介质, 衍生化反应后氨水可通过干燥除去, 省去了脱盐处理过程, 衍生化的寡糖可直接进行激光解吸电离质谱分析. 建立起了PMP衍生化寡糖的RP-HPLC分离分析模式, 在此HPLC分析条件下, 可以对标记的寡糖链进行样品分离及制备.
