The reaction of [Et4N]2WOS3 with three equiv.of CuI and dmpzm in MeCN afforded [WOS3Cu3I(dmpzm)2]·2(MeCN)0.5(1·2(MeCN)0.5) while that of [PPh4]2WS4 with four equiv.of CuI in DMF/MeCN followed by the addition of two equiv.of dmpzm in MeOH gave rise to [WS4Cu4I2(dmpzm)2]·DMF(2·DMF).Both compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,IR,and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.1·2(MeCN)0.5 crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1-with a = 11.4552(5),b = 11.6735(3),c = 16.2278(9) ,α = 99.537(9),β = 101.986(2),γ = 118.464(13)o,V = 1775.5(3)3,Z = 2,μ = 6.080 mm-1,Dc = 1.983 Mg/m3,T = 193(2) K,C24H35Cu3IN9OS3W,Mr = 1063.22,F(000) = 1018,S = 1.060,R = 0.0376 and wR = 0.0870.2·DMF belongs to the orthorhombic system,space group Pmn21 with a = 22.145(4),b = 11.464(2),c = 7.7370(15) ,V = 1964.2(6)3,Z = 2,μ = 6.865 mm-1,Dc = 2.189 Mg/m3,T = 193(2) K,C25H39Cu4I2N9OS4W,Mr = 1301.72,F(000) = 1226,R = 0.0632,wR = 0.1706 and S = 1.130.1·2(MeCN)0.5 consists of one CuI and two [Cu(dmpzm)]+ fragments that are linked by [WOS3]2-species via six Cu-S bonds,forming a nido-like [WS3Cu3] core.2·DMF contains a saddle-shaped [WS4Cu4] core with two iodides coordinated at two Cu centers in a cis position and two dmpzm ligands being chelated at another two Cu centers in a cis position.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu3(dmpzm)4(μ-1,3-dca)2(dca)4]·2H2O (dmpzm = 1,1'-methyle- nebis(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole), dca = dicyanamide) 1·2H2O, was synthesized via the reaction of CuCl2·2H2O with dmpzm and Na(dca), and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectra. 1·2H2O crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/m with a = 13.578(3), b = 16.769(3), c = 14.769(3)(A),β=104.10(3)°, V = 3261.4(11)(A)3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.466 g/cm3, T = 153(2) K, C56H68N34O2Cu3, Mr = 1440.09, F(000) = 1490, μ(MoKα) = 1.040 mm(1, S = 1.150, R = 0.0553 and wR = 0.1123 for 2744 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The central copper atom is chelated by two dmpzm ligands and coordinated by two bridging dca anions, forming a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. The two external copper atoms adopt a square-pyramidal coordination geometry, coor- dinated by one chelating dmpzm ligand and one bridging and two terminal dca anions. Two inter- molecular hydrogen bonding interactions result in the formation of a 2D (4,4) hydrogen-bonded network.  相似文献

A Ni(Ⅱ) complex [Ni(bdpm)2(OAc)]2(N3)2·5H2O (bdpm = bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-methane) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 18.630(2), b =16.6624(19), c = 19.821(2) (A), β = 90.146(2)°, V = 6152.9(12) (A)3, Z = 4, C48H8oN22Ni2O9, Mr =1226.76, Dc = 1.324 g/cm3, F(000) = 2600 andμ = 0.680 mm-1. The structure was refined to the final R = 0.0578 and wR = 0.1337 for 10848 independent reflections (Rint = 0.0311) and 6915 observed reflections (I > 2σ(Ⅰ)). The complex contains two asymmetric molecules in the cell with small difference in bond distances and bond angles. Each Ni(Ⅱ) ion is bound by four nitrogen atoms of two chelating bdpm groups in a six-membered boat conformation and two oxygen atoms from one chelating bidentate acetate group to form a distorted octahedral geometry. The complex also contains azide anion outside acting as counteranion and two crystalline water molecules to link two discrete mononuclear cations though hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The preparation, spectroscopic properties and crystal structure of (bis-imidazole)quinoline-copper(II) dichloride [Cu(Im)2(quin)Cl2] (Im = imidazole, quin = quinoline) and tetraimidazole-copper(II)-dichloride [Cu(Im)4Cl2] are reported. Both cocrystallize on the triclinic system, space group P-1, with cell constants a = 8.095(5) Å, b = 12.141(5) Å, c = 13.847(5) Å, α = 108.816(5)°, β = 104.173(5)°, γ = 94.965(5)° and Z = 2. In the [Cu(Im)2(quin)Cl2] complex the copper(II) ion is coordinated to two imidazole molecules, to one quinoline and two chlorine ions, with the copper(II) ion in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination geometry. In the [Cu(Im)4Cl2] complex, the copper(II) ion has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The superoxide dismutase mimetic activity of the complexes was investigated using the indirect xanthine-xanthine oxidase-nitroblue tetrazolium method and compared to that of the native enzyme.  相似文献

The heterotrinuclear compound [PdCu2(tdt)((-dppm)2(MeCN)4](ClO4)2(2/3H2O 1 (tdt = 3,4-toluenedithiolate, dppm = bis(diphenylphosphino)methane) has been prepared and characterized by X-ray structural analysis. Compound 1 crystallizes in trigonal system, space group R3c with a = b = 34.4275(3), c = 32.6700(5) (A), V = 33534.4(7) (A)3, Mr = 1527.21, Z = 18, Dc = 1.361 g/cm3, F(000) = 13974, μ(MoKα) = 1.069 mm-1, the final R = 0.0703 and wR = 0.1389 for 8375 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). The dithiolate tdt displays a chelating and bridging coordination mode, which chelates a PdII and bridges two Cu Ⅰ atoms. The PdⅡ center is located in an approximate square-planar environment with S2P2 donors, and each CuⅠ center exhibits a tetrahedral geometry.  相似文献

The title compound bis[α-chloro-(o-chloro-benzylidene) hydrazine] (C14H8Cl4N2, Mr = 346.02) has been prepared, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 10.777(2), b = 6.456(2), c = 10.988(3) A, β = 90.48(2)o, V = 764.5(3) A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.503 g/cm3, F(000) = 348 and μ(MoKα) = 0.763 mm-1 (λ = 0.71073 A). The structure was refined to R = 0.0793 and wR = 0.2398 for 1694 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The results of crystal structure determination show that both C(7) and C(7)a are of sp2 hybridization and there exists electronic conjugation in the aza-diene of -C=N-N=C.  相似文献
