ortho-Linked oxacalix[n]arene[n]hetarenes (n=2, 3) were prepared by one-step cyclooligomerization of catechol and meta-dichlorinated nitrogen containing heterocycles or via a two-step reaction process. Solid state structure of the ortho-linked oxacalix[n]arene[n]hetarenes (n=2, 3) has been determined by X-ray crystallography. 1,3-Alternate and 1,3,5-alternate conformations were found for ortho-linked oxacalix[2]arene[2]pyrazine (1) and oxacalix[3]arene[3]pyrazine (2), respectively. However, a core conformation with C3 symmetry was found for ortho-linked oxacalix[3]arene[3]pyrimidine (4), which is completely different from that of its isomer, compound 2.  相似文献

[n]Helicenes with helically twisted structures have attracted increasing interest owing to their unique properties. Therefore, it has been an important issue to develop facile synthetic methodologies which allow access to a variety of [n]helicenes. Here we report the synthesis of [7]helicenes and [7]helicene-like compounds from the thia[7]helicene as a common starting material. Desulfurative dilithiation of the thia[7]helicene and the subsequent reaction with silicon and phosphorus electrophiles afforded the silole- and phosphole-fused [7]helicene-like compounds, respectively. The cyclopentadiene-fused [7]helicene-like compound and the pyrrole-fused aza[7]helicenes were also successfully synthesized via twofold SNAr reactions of the thia[7]helicene S,S-dioxide with the carbon and nitrogen nucleophiles, respectively. The thia[7]helicene S,S-dioxide showed a slightly red-shifted absorption spectrum than the parent thia[7]helicene, which was well demonstrated by the theoretical calculations. The substituents on the silicon atom of silole-fused [7]helicene-like compounds have little impact on the longest absorption maximum. Such little effect of the substituents on absorption properties was also observed for cyclopentadiene-fused [7]helicene-like compounds and aza[7]helicenes and was well demonstrated by the theoretical calculations. The thia[7]helicene S,S-dioxide and the silole-fused [7]helicene-like compound exhibited bright blue emission, and the cyclopentadiene-fused [7]helicene-like compound and the aza[7]helicenes showed strong violet emission. Each single enantiomer of the aza[7]helicenes showed circularly-polarized luminescence with the dissymmetry factors of 4.2~4.4 × 10−3.  相似文献

The synthesis of a series of six new per-substituted p-tert-butylcalix[9]arenes derivatives has been achieved. Functions such as ester, nitrile, or carbonate have been grafted on the phenolic oxygens of calix[9]arene: p-tert-butylcalix[9]arene nona-ethyl acetate, p-tert-butylcalix[9]arene nona-carboxylic acid, p-tert-butylcalix[9]arene nona-cyanopropyloxy, p-tert-butylcalix[9]arene nona-tert-butoxycarbonyle, p-tert-butylcalix[9]arene nona-acetyl, and p-tert-butylcalix[9]arene nona-trifluoroacetyl have been obtained in good yields (from 48% to 78%) and fully characterized. The X-ray structures of p-tert-butylcalix[9]arene nona-tert-butoxycarbonyl and p-tert-butylcalix[9]arene nona-ethyl acetate have been determined. A dynamic NMR study has revealed the high conformational mobility of such structures, even at low temperature.  相似文献

Synthesis of the glutaraldehyde derivatives calix[n]arene (n = 4,6,8) (Calix[n]-GA) and using as cross-linkers for immobilization of Candida rugosa lipase (CRL) have been discussed in this paper. The amino functional calix[n]arene derivatives (Calix[n]-NH 2) were synthesized via reduction of dinitrile, hexanitrile and octanitrile derivatives of calix[n]arenes. These amino functional calix[n]arene derivatives (Calix[n]-NH 2) were converted to their aldehyde derivativatives with glutaraldehyde. The calix[n]arene derivatives were used in lipase immobilization in order to see the role of calix[n]arene binding site on the lipase activitiy and stability. The activity recovery of calix[n]arene-supported lipases (Calix[n]-CRL) based on the Calix[4]-CRL, Calix[6]-CRL and Calix[8]-CRL reaches to 53.5, 66.1 and 76.4%, respectively.  相似文献

Intramolecular base catalyzed C-C bond formation led to exclusive stereoselective syntheses of trans-6,7-dihydro-5H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazines, trans-7,8-dihydro-6H-[1,2,4]triazino[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazin-4-ones, and trans-3,4-dihydro-2H-[1,3,4]thiadiazino[2,3-b]quinazolin-10-one. trans-6,7-Dihydro-5H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazines isomerize slowly in CDCl3 and more rapidly in DMSO-d6 into the corresponding cis-stereoisomers. The other trans-6,7-dihydro-[1,3,4]thiadiazines isomerize also in DMSO-d6 into the corresponding cis-stereoisomers. Pyrolytic conversion of these heterocyclic condensed dihydrothiadiazines into their corresponding pyrazolo[5,1-b][1,2,4]triazoles, pyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazin-4-ones and pyrazolo[4,3-b]quinazolin-9-ones via desulfurization ring contraction is described.  相似文献

Here we use nor-seco-cucurbit[10]uril (ns-CB[10]) based ternary complexation to construct [5]rotaxane, linear supramolecular dynamic rotaxane polymers and cubic 3D supramolecular organic framework. A [5]rotaxane is constructed by ns-CB[10], TMeCB[6] and short linear derivatives of 4,4′-bipyridinium (M2). ns-CB[10], CB[7] and long linear derivatives of 4,4′-bipyridinium (M3) self-assemble into a linear supramolecular dynamic rotaxane polymer. ns-CB[10] and tetracationic tetrahedral monomer self-assemble and form a three-dimensional supramolecular organic framework. The above results demonstrate that ns-CB[10]-based ternary complexation is a versatile platform to build various supramolecular systems.  相似文献

Three different kinds of ring carbo-mers of [5]cyclitol ethers were targeted as challenging examples of functional [5]pericyclynes. Three tertiary pentaaryl-carbo-[5]cyclitol methyl ethers were synthesized through a [11+4] ring-closing double addition of triphenyl- and tri-p-anisyl-undecatetrayn-diides to dibenzoylacetylene. These compounds, obtained as oily mixtures of stereoisomers, are stable and can behave as acetylenic ligands of one or two Co2(CO)6 units. NMR analysis reveals that the broad diasteroisomeric dispersity of a triether, is consistently reduced in the symmetrized pentaether. Three bis-secondary triaryl-carbo-[5]cyclitol methyl ethers with adjacent CH(OR) vertices were synthesized through a similar [11+4] ring-closing process, where the same tetrayn-diides add to both the carbaldehyde ends of the (η2-OCH-CC-CHO)Co2(CO)6 complex. Despite the possibility of tautomeric isomerization, the occurrence of two adjacent bis-propargylic carbinol vertices does not diminish the stability of the [5]pericyclyne framework. Finally, two bis-secondary carbo-[5]cyclitol methyl ethers with non-adjacent CH(OH) vertices were synthesized through an alternative [10+5] ring-closing process. The bis-secondary carbo-[5]cyclitols are regarded as isohypsic equivalents of the challenging [C,C]5carbo-cyclopentadienyl cation. A diphenyl-hexaoxy-[5]pericyclyne with two non-adjacent secondary carbinol vertices was also prepared through a [10+5] ring-closing strategy: this molecule is an isohypsic equivalent of the previously calculated zwitterionic carbo-cyclopentadienone, which could be observed as a DCI/NH3-MS fragment after treatment with SnCl2/HCl. Analytical HPLC showed that the C11 triphenyl-undecatetrayne precursor of the [11+4] strategy was obtained as a statistical 1:2:1 mixture of the three possible diastereoisomers. Semi-preparative HPLC allowed for the resolution of this mixture. The pure major diastereoisomer was employed to prepare a partly resolved sample of pentamethoxy-pentaphenyl-[5]pericyclyne. Analytical HPLC showed that the latter corresponds to the statistical distribution of the expected three residual diastereoisomers. Semi-preparative HPLC finally afforded samples of diastereoisomerically pure pentamethoxy-[5]pericyclyne as crystalline solids.  相似文献

Three pairs of enantiopure (P)- and (M)-3,14-bis(o-hydroxyaryl)tetrahydrobenzo[5]helicenediols (ArOH-H[5]HOLs), and enantiomers (P)- and (M)-3,14-bis(o-hydroxyphenyl)benzo[5]helicene-diols (PhOH-[5]HOLs) were designed and synthesized. It was found that compared with ArOH-H[5]HOLs, PhOH-[5]HOLs not only showed obvious red-shifts in both absorption and emission spectra, but also exhibited more intense CPL with amplified glum, which might be attributed to the more rigid structure of PhOH-[5]HOLs. However, rigid PhOH-[5]HOLs was less effective in the catalytic asymmetric hetero-Diels–Alder (HAD) reactions than those of ArOH-H[5]HOLs with the flexible tetrahydro[5]helicene backbone that could adjust conformation to suit the substrates. Therefore, the helical chirality amplification and chirality transfer could be efficiently achieved by adjusting the rigid and flexible structures of helical molecules, which might provide a useful strategy to optimize the structure of helicence derivatives for their applications in chiroptical materials and asymmetric catalysis.  相似文献

Solid-matrix phosphorescence (SMP) spectra and lifetimes were used to characterize the (±)-anti-benzo[a]pyrene diolepoxide [(±)-anti-B[a]PDE] and (±)-anti-dibenzo[a,l]pyrene diolepoxide [(±)-anti-DB[a,l]PDE] bonded to the same sample of DNA. SMP spectra and lifetimes were also acquired for two samples of DNA that had only (±)-anti-B[a]PDE or (±)-anti-DB[a,l]PDE bonded to the individual samples of DNA. A detailed comparison of the SMP properties was made among the three samples of DNA. The SMP excitation spectra for the (±)-anti-B[a]PDE-DNA and the (±)-anti-DB[a,l]PDE-DNA adducts were very similar. However, the SMP emission spectra of the two DNA adduct systems were very dissimilar with a major emission band for the (±)-anti-B[a]PDE-DNA adducts appearing at 613 nm and for the (±)-anti-DB[a,l]PDE-DNA adducts a major band was at 558 nm. It was possible to selectively use SMP emission wavelengths and obtain a SMP excitation of spectrum of the (±)-anti-DB[a,l]PDE-DNA adducts in the dual adducted DNA sample without the (±)-anti-B[a]PDE-DNA adducts emitting SMP. In addition, it was shown that the SMP emission spectrum of the dual adducted DNA sample could be used to detect both adduct systems in the modified DNA sample. It was demonstrated that the SMP lifetimes could be effectively employed to characterize the dual adducted DNA sample. For example, the SMP decay curve for the (±)-anti-DB[a,l]PDE-DNA adducts could be acquired without any SMP emission from the (±)-anti-B[a]PDE-DNA adducts. Also, ln(SMP intensity) versus time plots were very useful in characterizing the dual adducted DNA sample.  相似文献

As bifunctional reagents, bis(tosyloxyethoxy)benzenes can react with p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene or p-tert-butylthiacalix[4]arene to afford intramolecularly bridged (1+1) or intermolecularly bridged (2+2) products. It was found that the bridging pattern strongly depended on the structure of bis(tosyloxyethoxy)benzene and the kind of calixarene. For the ortho-isomer of bis(tosyloxyethoxy)benzene, intramolecularly bridged calix[4]arene and thiacalix[4]arene were the main products. For the para-isomer, the bridging reaction was in a (2+2) fashion. As for the meta-isomer, double thiacalix[4]arene and intramolecularly bridged calix[4]crown were synthesized.  相似文献

A simple method for thiacalix[4]arene O-monoamide preparation with high yields using 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-28-(ethoxycarbonyl)methoxy-2,8,14,20-tetrathiacalix[4]arene reaction with diaminoalkanes is reported. The solid state cyclization reaction of the acylethylenediamines function of 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-28-O-[(N-(2-aminoethyl)aminocarbonyl)-methoxy]thiacalix[4]arene leading to the formation of the 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-28-[2-methoxy-imdazoline]thiacalix[4]arene compound is described for the first time for the calixarene macrocycle family. Finally, preliminary results show that O-mono-amide-thiacalixarene derivatives are promising candidates for the production of self-assembled materials and efficient precursors for the synthesis of bisthiacalix[4] arenes.  相似文献

Bisazocalix[4]arenes [N,N′-bis(5-azo-25,26,27-tribenzoyloxy-28-hydroxycalix[4]arene)benzene (1), N,N′-bis(5-azo-25,26,27-tribenzoyloxy-28-hydroxycalix[4]arene)biphenyl (2) and N,N′-bis(5-azo-25,26,27-tribenzoyloxy-28-hydroxycalix[4]arene)-2,2′-dinitro biphenyl (3)] have been synthesized from 25,26,27-tribenzoyloxy-28-hydroxycalix[4]arene by diazocoupling with the corresponding aromatic diamines (p-phenylenediamine, 4,4′-diamino biphenyl and 4,4′-diamino-2,2′-dinitrobiphenyl). Extraction studies of bisazocalix[4]arenes 1, 2, and 3 show no difference in their extraction behavior and selectivity, whereas azocalix[4]arenes are a poor extractant for heavy metal cations. The absorption spectra of the prepared bisazocalix[4]arenes are discussed, both the effect of varying pH and solvent upon the absorption ability of bisazocalix[4]arenes.  相似文献

An efficient CuI-L-proline catalyzed one-pot synthesis was developed to generate a collection of skeletally diverse heterocyclic ring systems with sizes ranging from 6 to 9. A salient feature of this design strategy is its modular synthetic utility using an SN2 reaction followed by a microwave assisted CuI-L-proline hetero-arylation, which has granted access to a series of heterocyclic frameworks including: benzo[e]pyrrolo[1,2-a][1,4]diazepin, benzo[e]pyrrolo[1,2-a][1,4]diazocin, benzo[e]pyrido[1,2-a][1,4]diazocinones, dibenzo[b,f][1,5]diazoninones, dihydrodibenzo[b,e][1,4]thiazepine, dibenzo[b,e][1,4]thiazocine and benzo[6,7][1,4]diazepino[1,2-a]indole. Moreover, the synthetic procedures described herein, allows rapid entries to synthetically challenging medium-sized heterocyclic systems with good overall yields.  相似文献

While in [3.3]metacyclophane (19) the aromatic rings preferentially adopt the syn arrangement, its lower and higher homologues, i.e. [2,2]-, [3.2]-, [4.2], and [4.3]-metacyclophane (1, 6, 26 and 30), adopt the anti conformation. Substituted [m,n]metacyclophanes do not necessarily behave similarly to the parent hydrocarbons. Substituted compounds exhibiting a different conformation are [3.2]metacyclophane-1,11-dione (7) (syn), [3.3]metacyclophane-2,11-dione (24) and the corresponding bis[propylene thioacetal] (25) (anti), [4.2]metacyclophane-2,12-dione (27) (syn), and [4.3]metacyclophane-2,13-dione (31) (syn). Thus, the solution conformation of an [m.n]metacyclophane is sensitive both to chain length [m.n.] of the bridges and substitution. The ring inversion barriers determined by variable temperature 1H NMR decrease with increasing length of the bridges and qualitatively correlate with the transanular strain present in the pertinent system.  相似文献

Eight novel calix[6]arene-based biomimetic ligands for transition metal ions have been synthesized. They display a non-symmetrical N3, N4 or N3ArO binding core that mimics enzyme active sites presenting histidine and tyrosine residues. The key step for their synthesis is the mono-alkylation at the small rim of the C3v symmetrical trimethyl ether derivative of tBu-calix[6]arene with N-Boc-2-chloroethylamine to yield a novel calix[6]arene synthon. Its combined O-alkylation with a chloromethyl aromatic amine and N-deprotection or alkylation or reductive alkylation with a salicylaldehyde derivative yielded the calix[6]arene-based ligands with mixed N/O donors.  相似文献

A linear supramolecular polymer with controllable features based on twisted cucurbit[14]uril (tQ[14]) and cucurbit[8]uril (Q[8]) was firstly fabricated via an effective self-sorting strategy. Herein we designed a monomer, 1?butyl?1′-(naphthalen- 2-ylmethyl)-4,4′-bipyridinium bromide (BNB), that contains bipyridyl, aliphatic butyl and aromatic naphthyl groups, simultaneously. Two host molecules, tQ[14] and Q[8] were employed to develop an effective strategy for constructing a linear supramolecular polymer with controllable features. The alkyl groups on both sides of BNB could insert into the two cavities of tQ[14], the naphthyl part of BNB via π-π stacking in Q[8] cavity, serving as the driving force for supramolecular polymerization. Through self-sorting of the monomer, tQ[14] and Q[8], led to the formation of the linear supramolecular polymer. Depolymerization could be achieved by addition of adamantane hydrochloride (AH) which driven two BNB guest molecules out of the Q[8] cavity. This self-sorting strategy has great potential, not only for designing supramolecular polymer materials with different controllable structures through introduction of multiple functional groups, but also for broadening the application of twisted cucurbit[14]uril in supramolecular chemistry.  相似文献

In 2008, we reported a new class of macrocyclic hosts and named “Pillar[5]arenes”. They combine the advantages and aspects of traditional hosts and have a composition similar to those of typical calix[n]arenes. Pillar[5]arenes have repeating units connected by methylene bridges at the para-position, and thus they have a unique symmetrical pillar architecture differing from the basket-shaped structure of meta-bridged calix[n]arenes. Pillar[5]arenes show high functionality similar to cyclodextrins, and can capture electron accepting guest molecules within their cavity similarly to cucurbit[n]urils. In this review, the synthesis, structure, rotation, host–guest properties, planar chirality and functionality of pillar[5]arenes are discussed, along with pillar[5]arene-based supramolecular architectures and the challenges in synthesizing pillar[6]arenes.  相似文献

The macrocyclic family comprising pillar[n]arenes and cucurbit[n]urils have received much attention recently. However, studies on the construction of supramolecular complexes formed directly with derivatized pillar[n]arenes and cucurbit[n]urils are scant. Given the interest in such systems, herein we have synthesized a new type of naphthalene-derivatized pillar[n]arene NTP5 and selected Q[10] as the host molecule. The 4-[2-(1-naphthalenyl)ethenyl]pyridine of NTP5 is encapsulated by Q[10] and formed a host-guest complex in water-acetic acid (1:1) solution accompanied by enhanced fluorescence, which changed the morphology of NTP5 from a sphere to a porous form. In addition, the fluorescence of Q[10]-NTP5 can be quenched by the addition of the highly toxic pesticide paraquat (PQ), and the mechanism was shown to be the formation of a new charge transfer ternary system of Q[10]-NTP5-PQ. This work provides new ideas for the contribution of supramolecular assemblies based on derivatized pillar[n]arenes and their combination with cucurbit[n]urils and reveals their potential applications.  相似文献
