A method for extracting the empirical proton-neutron interaction energy between the last proton and the last neutron,δVpn has been discribed and developed.The results for ground states of all even-even nuclei with N not less than 40 and for high spin states of some nuclei have been discussed.δVpn values at high frequency for given configuration of some odd a nuclei were shown as well.It is found that these empirical δVpn values include all multipole (mostly the monopole and quadrupole) terms of proton-neutron interaction and sensitively depend on nuclear deformation,configuration and rotational frequency.  相似文献

The perturbation theory for the Landau-Lifschitz equation for isotropic chain with correction, which is based on the inverse scattering transform (IST), is developed to treat Landau-Lifschitz equation for a spin chain with axis asymmetry. The time-evolution equation of parameters and a formula for the first-order correction is given by treating the equation with axis symmetry as a perturbation to the isotropic equation. In this letter, we describe the observation of a magnetic field dependent electronic gap, suggestive of local superconductivity, in the point-contact spectrum of microcrystalline graphite. Magnetic field dependent point-contact spectroscopy has been carried out at a temperature of 1.8 K using an etched aluminum tip. At zero field, a gap structure in the differential conductance is observed, showing a gap of Δ = 4.2 meV. On applying magnetic fields of up to 500 mT, this gap gradually closes, following the theoretical prediction by Ginzburg and Landau for a fully flux-penetrated superconductor. By applying BCS-theory, we infer a critical superconducting temperature of 14 K.  相似文献

We analyze the dependence of the microwave backscattering cross section on the height h of steep isolated mesoscale wavelets. The scattering cross section is calculated based on the Born approximation of the perturbation theory valid for small wavelet heights kh 1, where k is the wave number, and also within the framework of the geometrical theory of diffraction valid for kh 1. We propose a convenient interpolation formula which yields a plausible estimate of the scattering cross section for arbitrary values of kh, including the intermediate case kh 1 that cannot be described by the well-known theories.  相似文献

A direct approach is used to investigate perturbations about a kink solution for nonlinear Klein-Gordon models. Effects of perturbations on a kink are derived in this scheme. After linearizing the initial equations by making use of derivative expansion method from classical perturbation theory, the solution for the first-order correction is derived by means of the method of Laplace transformation. The various general perturbational schemes for continuous stochastic equations are considered. These schemes have many analogous features with the iterational solution of Schwinger equation for S-matrix. The following problems are discussed: continuous stochastic evolution equations for probaibility distribution functionals, evolution equations for equal time correlators, perturbation theory for Gaussian and Poissonian additive noise, perturbation theory for birth and death processes. stochastic properties of systems with multiplicative noise. The general results are illustrated by diffusion - controlled reactions, fluctuations in closed systems with chemical processes, propagation of waves in random media in parabolic equation approximation, and nonequilibrium phase transitions in systems with Poissonian breeding centers. The rate of irreversible reaction X + XA (Smoluchowski process) is calculated with the use of general theory based on continuous stochastic equations for birth and death processes. The threshold criterion and range of fluctuational region for synergetic phase transition in system with Poissonian breeding centers are also considered.  相似文献

Using the basic ingredient of supersymmetry, a simple alternative approach is developed to perturbation theory in one-dimensional non-relativistic quantum mechanics. The formulae for the energy shifts and wavefunctions do not involve tedious calculations which appear in the available perturbation theories. The model applicable in the same form to both the ground state and excited bound states, unlike the recently introduced supersymmetric perturbation technique which, together with other approaches based on logarithmic perturbation theory, are involved within the more general framework of the present formalism.  相似文献

We study second order perturbation theory for embedded eigenvalues of an abstract class of self-adjoint operators. Using an extension of the Mourre theory, under assumptions on the regularity of bound states with respect to a conjugate operator, we prove upper semicontinuity of the point spectrum and establish the Fermi Golden Rule criterion. Our results apply to massless Pauli-Fierz Hamiltonians for arbitrary coupling.  相似文献

We reanalyze the procedure used thus far for the study of collision processes in the Chiral Bag Model from the point of view of scattering theory. In the present formalism thein andout states are free waves with no memory of the cavity. This feature gives rise to an observable effect consisting in a peculiar momentum dependence of the scattering amplitudes, which differs from that of previous calculations. The new procedure however does not change the magnitude of the pion-baryon coupling constants.  相似文献

Periodic orbit theory is all effective tool for the analysis of classical and quantum chaotic systems. In this paper we extend this approach to stochastic systems, in particular to mappings with additive noise. The theory is cast in the standard field-theoretic formalism and weak noise perturbation theory written in terms of Feynman diagrams. The result is a stochastic analog of the next-to-leading ? corrections to the Gutzwiller trace formula, with long-time averages calculated from periodic orbits of the deterministic system. The perturbative corrections are computed analytically and tested numerically on a simple 1-dimensional system.  相似文献

We formulate the spin foam perturbation theory for three-dimensional Euclidean Quantum Gravity with a cosmological constant. We analyse the perturbative expansion of the partition function in the dilute-gas limit and we argue that the Baez conjecture stating that the number of possible distinct topological classes of perturbative configurations is finite for the set of all triangulations of a manifold is not true. However, the conjecture is true for a special class of triangulations which are based on subdivisions of certain 3-manifold cubulations. In this case we calculate the partition function and show that the dilute-gas correction vanishes for the simplest choice of the volume operator. By slightly modifying the dilute-gas limit, we obtain a nonvanishing correction which is related to the second order perturbative correction. By assuming that the dilute-gas limit coupling constant is a function of the cosmological constant, we obtain a value for the partition function which is independent of the choice of the volume operator. Perturbation theory is an important tool in quantum mechanics. In this paper, we extend the traditional perturbation theory to open nonlinear two-level systems, treating decoherence parameterγ as a perturbation. By this virtue, we give a perturbative solution to the master equation, which describes a nonlinear open quantum system. The results show that for small decoherence rateγ, the ratio of the nonlinear rate C to the tunneling coefficient V (i.e., r=C/V) determines the validity of the perturbation theory. For small ratio r, the perturbation theory is valid, otherwise it yields wrong results.  相似文献

We study the decays Kππ in one-loop two-flavour Chiral Perturbation Theory. We provide arguments why the calculation of the coefficient of the pionic chiral logarithm M=M2logM2 is unique and then perform the calculation. As a check we perform the reduction of the known three-flavour result. Our result can be used to perform the extrapolation to the physical pion mass of direct lattice QCD calculations of Kππ at fixed ms or . The underlying arguments are expected to be valid for heavier particles and other processes as well.  相似文献

We test the Wu gauge theory of gravity with massive gravitons in the perturbing topological field theory framework.We show that the computation of the correlation function between massive and massless gravitons is reported up to 4-loop and appears to be unaffected by radiative correction.This result ensures the stability of the linking number between massive and massless gravitons with respect to the local perturbation,a result with potential wider applications in cosmology.  相似文献
