We study the branching ratios of D+→D0e+ν,DS+→D0e+ν,BS0→B+e-ν,DS+→D+e-e+ and BS0→B0e-e+ rare semileptonic decay processes, which are induced by decays of light quarks, the heavy quarks remain unchanged. The branching ratios of these decay processes are estimated in the heavy quark limit and with SU(3) flavor symmetry. We find that the decay rates are very tiny in the framework of the Standard Model. We also estimate the sensitivities of the measurements of these rare decays at the future experiments, such as BES-Ⅲ,super-B and LHC-b.Observations of these decays may shed some light on new physics beyond the standard model.  相似文献

A relativistic quark model based on Dirac equation with the independent-quark confining potential of the form (1 +γ 0)[a ln(r/b)] is used to compute the weak electric and magnetic form factors for semileptonic baryonic decays in the electronic decay modes. The values obtained for (g 2/g 1) agree with the non relativistic results and those for (f 2/f 1) agree with the MIT bag model values of Donoghue and Holstein. The SU(3) symmetry breaking does not generate appreciable departures in (f 2/f 1) values from corresponding Cabibbo values.  相似文献

Weak electric and magnetic form factors for semileptonic baryon decays are calculated in a relativistic quark model based on the Dirac equation with the independent-quark confining potential of the formV q(r)=1/2(1+γ 0)(a 2 r+V 0). The values obtained for (g 2/g 1) are not very much different from the nonrelativistic results of Donoghue and Holstein. The values of (g 1/f 1) extracted from our model calculations of (f 2/f 1) in the Cabibbo limit compare well with the experimental values. The values of (f 2/f 1) for various semileptonic transitions are also estimated incorporating phenomenologically the effect of nonzerog 2 in the ratio (g 1/f 1). It is found that the SU(3)-symmetry breaking does not generate significant departures in (f 2/f 1) values from the corresponding Cabibbo predictions.  相似文献

Based on the assumption that Ds1 (2536) and Ds2 (2573) belong to T doublet (1+,2+),we calculate the semileptonic decays of Bs to Ds1(2536) and Ds2(2573) in terms of the Constituent Quark Meson (CQM)model. For Bs→Ds1(2536)+l(v) and Bs→Ds2(2573)+l(v),the order of magnitude of the obtained branching ratios is 10-3.Our numerical results of the semileptonic decays of Bs to Ds1(2536) and Ds2(2573) are large, which implies that two semileptonic decays should be seen in future experiments.  相似文献

We calculate the D s 1 (2536) + decays into D*K channels,including the decay D s 1 (2536) + → D + π-K + through a virtual D*0 in a constituent quark model.Widths and S/D amplitudes ratio are in agreement with the recent Belle and BABAR data,being the results sensitive to 1 P 1 and 3 P 1 mixture.  相似文献

The static properties and semileptonic decays of ground-state doubly heavy baryons are studied in the framework of a non-relativistic quark model. Using a phenomenological potential model, we calculate the ground-state masses and magnetic moments of doubly heavy Ω and Ξ baryons. In the heavy quark limit, we introduce a simple form of the universal Isgur-Wise function used as the transition form factor and then investigate the exclusive \begin{document}$ b \rightarrow c $\end{document} semileptonic decay widths and branching fractions for \begin{document}$ \dfrac{1}{2}\rightarrow \dfrac{1}{2} $\end{document} baryon transitions. Our obtained results are in agreement with other theoretical predictions.  相似文献

We evaluate static properties and semileptonic decays for the ground state of doubly heavy Ξ, Ξ', Ξ * and Ω, Ω', Ω * baryons. Working in the framework of a nonrelativistic quark model, we solve the three-body problem by means of a variational ansatz made possible by heavy-quark spin symmetry constraints. To check the dependence of our results on the inter-quark interaction we use five different quark-quark potentials that include a confining term plus Coulomb and hyperfine terms coming from one-gluon exchange. Our results for static properties (masses, charge radii and magnetic moments) are, with a few exceptions for the magnetic moments, in good agreement with a previous Faddeev calculation. Our much simpler wave functions are used to evaluate semileptonic decays of doubly heavy Ξ, Ξ'(J = 1/2) and Ω, Ω'(J = 1/2) baryons. Our results for the decay widths are in good agreement with calculations done within a relativistic quark model in the quark-diquark approximation. We calculate the exclusive semileptonic bottom meson decays \(B \to D(D*) + l^ - + \bar v_l \) in the spectator quark model. The helicity structure of the mesonic current transitionsBD(D *) is matched to the helicity structure of the free quark current transitionsbc at minimum momentum transferq 2=0. The results are continued toq 2≠=0 by pole-dominated form factors. Our results are compared to recent calculations that use quark model dynamics at maximum momentum transferq max 2 = (M 1 ?M 2)2. We find agreement atq max 2 . Atq 2=0 there are significant differences between the predictions of the two approaches leading to marked differences in the predictions for the shape of the lepton energy spectrum, the shape of theq 2-distribution, and the helicity composition of the transition measurable in the angular distributions of the decaysD *Dπ and \(W_{virtual}^ - \to l^ - + \bar v_l \) .  相似文献

We present the comaprative study of semileptonic and leptonic decays of Ds, D±and D0meson(D →M l+-αl-β, D → l+αlβ, D → l+αvα;α,β=e,μ) within the framework of R-parity violating the( Rp) Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model(MSSM). The comparison shows that combination and product couplings,(λβiα λ* ij qor λβqkλ*αj k)contribution to the branching fractions of the said processes(under consideration) is consistent with or comparable to the experimental measurements in most of the cases. However, some cases exist where these contributions are highly suppressed. We identify such cases in our analysis and single out the important ones suitable for exploring in the future and current experiments.  相似文献
