主要探讨了一种基于多层多齿谐振光栅结构的高性能偏振无关反射镜。得益于TE和TM偏振光泄漏模谐振的共存及相互作用,该器件在1.65~1.72μm较宽的频谱范围内具有反射率大于97%、角度带宽约为24.6°、插入损耗小于0.25dB、偏振相关损耗小于0.18dB的优越性能。通过严格耦合波分析方法验证了此器件在现有工艺误差范围内具有较好的工艺容差性。  相似文献

基于800nm飞秒激光脉冲对标准单模光纤采用非载氢技术刻写长周期光纤光栅的机理进行了研究.搭建了水平、垂直双CCD视频监控的飞秒激光脉冲逐点刻蚀长周期光纤光栅系统,研究了光栅长度、激光脉冲能量和光栅占空比等参数对光栅光谱特性的影响.研究结果表明,当光栅周期长度不变,光栅周期数和激光脉冲能量的变化使光栅谐振峰强度发生变化,光栅透射谱是单峰的;光栅占空比的改变导致光栅谐振峰由单峰转变为多峰.在谐振波长1 540nm处,得带谐振峰强度达到15dB、带外损耗不足2dB,在3dB衰减处带宽为15nm的谐振透射谱.  相似文献

为研究LHC俘获腔高次模阻抗的抑制结果,将频域和时域的方法应用于此腔的高次模阻抗的计算中,对装有4个磁耦合高次模抑制器LHC俘获腔(三维情况)做了抑制前后高次模阻抗的计算,得到了详细的腔的高次模频谱和阻抗抑制结果,由此可判断高次模吸收器的吸收效果和是否满足束流稳定性要求以及证实其设计的合理性.同时,模拟结果也显示引入高次模抑制器后腔中仍有一些阻抗值较高、具有潜在危险的高次模,这已引起高度重视并为今后的实验研究提供了重要信息.本文详细论述了用于LHC俘获腔的高次模阻抗计算的三维方法和高次模抑制的计算结果.  相似文献

从耦合模理论出发,对由两相同的长周期光纤光栅构成的级联光栅的光谱特性进行了较为详细的研究。研究发现,级联的距离不但影响边频分量的数目而且影响边频分量的强弱,距离越大,级联光栅产生的边频分量越多。而相移则只影响着边频分量强弱的位置,如果相移较小,则在单光栅谐振点位置左边的边频分量对应的损耗峰较浅,右边的边频分量对应的损耗峰较深,否则反之。  相似文献

 宽带脉冲产生器的谐振特性决定了产生电磁脉冲的频谱,分析了带耦合器的同轴1/4波长谐振器在负载为非完全匹配天线时,天线反射对谐振特性的影响。通过建立级联二端口微波网络分析模型,将非匹配负载的反射系数计入等效耦合器反射系数中,得到了输出脉冲及辐射场频谱与负载反射系数的关系式。数值模拟了包括谐振器、耦合器和天线在内的整个宽带脉冲辐射系统,得到的辐射场频谱与理论预期相符。由于负载反射的影响,在中心频率两侧产生了两个副峰,在高功率实验中也观察到了该现象。  相似文献

采用高次模同轴输出腔结构和双间隙耦合谐振腔电路结构是提高速调管频率、功率和带宽的两个重要方式。将这两种电路形式相结合,利用等效电路法推导了滤波器加载双间隙耦合输出回路的间隙阻抗实部计算公式。通过等效电路分析和3维电磁场计算软件模拟,研究了降低高次模式双间隙耦合输出回路外观品质因数的方法。最终设计加载滤波器使得输出回路模型带宽达到9.7%。  相似文献

提出了一种具有光子带隙(PBG)性能的补偿型微带谐振单元(C-CMRC),通过并联两个开路微带线来补偿CMRC结构在低频通带内因为阻抗不平衡而引起的回波损耗,从而减小插入损耗,并且该C-CMRC谐振结构具有更强的慢波效应和更大的禁带宽度.利用该结构谐振单元的慢波效应,设计具有一维PBG性能的低通滤波器,重复周期仅为0.15λg.与普通的0.5λg周期的PBG结构相比,大大减小了电路面积.实际设计、制作和测试了CMRC和C-CMRC两种结构,通过两种结构的测试结果 关键词: 补偿型微带谐振单元 慢波 禁带 光子带隙  相似文献

针对基于马赫-曾德干涉仪结构的硅基光调制器中非线性电光响应的问题,采用包含PN结非线性调制损耗和非线性折射率变化的模型,通过数值仿真方法,研究了上下两臂对称和不对称两种情况下,调制损耗对硅基光调制器非线性的影响.对比考虑调制损耗和忽略调制损耗的模型,发现在常规大信号情况下,当光调制器偏置相位为0时,调制损耗使得三次谐波增强,四次谐波减弱;当光调制器偏置相位为π/2时,调制损耗使得二次和四次谐波增强;而在小信号情况下,三次和四次等高次谐波不明显,在光调制器偏置相位为0时,调制损耗在光调制器上下两臂不对称情况下增加了基频分量串扰;在光调制器偏置相位为π/2时,调制损耗的影响主要表现为增加了二次谐波分量.  相似文献

开关振荡器是宽带高功率电磁脉冲的重要产生方式之一,以开关激励同轴振荡器为例,采用理论计算和电磁仿真为主要手段,从传输线特性阻抗与开关振荡器储能、传输线特性阻抗与天线阻抗关系及传输线特性阻抗和开关导通阻抗关系三个方面进行了研究。研究结果表明:传输线阻抗越小,振荡器储能越高;天线阻抗与传输线阻抗比值越大,输出信号品质因数越大,频谱上能量越集中,带宽越小,能量效率随比值增大呈现先增大后减小趋势;传输线特性阻抗很小时,开关阻抗对输出振荡信号影响增大,此时随特性阻抗减小,输出信号中心频率降低,品质因数减小,频谱上能量分散,带宽较宽。  相似文献

通过数值求解含时薛定谔方程,研究了高频双色激光脉冲与原子相互作用产生的光辐射.研究表明,光辐射谱中既有基频光的谐波,又可观测到谐波能量附近的多个频率的光辐射产生,且辐射的峰值强度随着入射激光强度的提高呈指数增强,相邻辐射频率差值为入射的两束激光脉冲频率差.  相似文献

 利用模式耦合理论,在理论推导出弯曲矩形波导TE01模和高阶模之间耦合系数显式表达的基础上,对弯曲矩形波导进行了实例研究。HFSS软件数值仿真结果表明:设计的矩形波导TE01-TE02模式转换器在9.5 GHz转换效率达到99.9%,转换效率大于90%的工作带宽为8.60~10.48 GHz;设计的弯曲矩形波导传输线,可有效传输TE01模,不激励起高阶模式。HFSS数值仿真结果验证了所设计的传输线工作带宽和功率容量均能够满足使用要求。  相似文献

Chirp-encoded excitation has been utilized for increased signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in both linear and harmonic imaging. In either case, it is necessary to isolate the relevant frequency band to avoid artifacts. In contrast, the present study isolates and then combines the fundamental and the higher harmonics, treating them as a single, extended bandwidth. Pulse-inverted sum and difference signals are first used to isolate even and odd harmonics. Matched filters specific to the source geometry and the transmit signal are then separately applied to each harmonic band. Verification experiments are performed using up to the third harmonic resulting from an underwater chirp excitation. Analysis of signal peaks after scattering from a series of steel and nylon wires indicates increased compression using the extended bandwidth, as compared to well-established methods for fundamental and second harmonic chirp compression. Using third harmonic bands, a mean pulse width of 56% relative to fundamental compression and 48% relative to second harmonic compression was observed. Further optimization of the compression by altering the transmission indicated 17% additional reduction in the pulse width and a 47% increase in peak-to-sidelobe ratio. Overall, results establish the feasibility of extended bandwidth signal compression for simultaneously increasing SNR and signal resolution.  相似文献

We consider stimulated pair production employing strong-field QED in a high-intensity laser background. In an infinite plane wave, we show that light-cone quasi-momentum can only be transferred to the created pair as a multiple of the laser frequency, i.e. by a higher harmonic. This translates into discrete resonance conditions providing the support of the pair creation probability which becomes a delta-comb. These findings corroborate the usual interpretation of multi-photon production of pairs with an effective mass. In a pulse, the momentum transfer is continuous, leading to broadening of the resonances and sub-threshold behaviour. The peaks remain visible as long as the number of cycles per pulse exceeds unity. The resonance patterns in pulses are analogous to those of a diffraction process based on interference of the produced pairs. We finally comment on the dependence of the peak positions, and in turn the effective mass, on the pulse shape.  相似文献

本文提出了一种新型H型环带谐振器,具有结构紧凑,尺寸小,Q值高,非相邻耦合弱等优点.该谐振器在一侧设置了一个开口,改变开口位置,可以在较大范围内改变谐振器谐振频率,并且能够改变基频和二倍谐频之间的频率间隔.对于直连型馈线引入方式,H型环带谐振器容易实现外部Q值的匹配,同时对输入/输出端谐振器的谐振频率影响很小.本文还基于H型环带谐振器,采用2英寸双面YBCO高温超导薄膜设计并制作了用于CDMA移动通信系统的12节高温超导滤波器.该滤波器的中心频率为832MHz,相对带宽为1.6%.在70K温度下的测试结果显示滤波器的带内插入损耗低于0.28dB,反射损耗优于-15.5dB,带外抑制约为75dB,通带低频端带边陡峭度超过30dB/MHz,高频端带边陡峭度超过20dB/MHz.  相似文献

A promising method to both extend the harmonic energy and enhance the harmonic intensity is presented when a He atom is exposed to the combination of a two-color chirped pulse and an ultrashort ultraviolet pulse. It is found that: (1) with the introduction of the two chirps, the harmonic energy has been remarkably extended; (2) by properly adding an ultrashort ultraviolet pulse to this synthesized two-color chirped pulse, the harmonic yield is enhanced by 3 orders of magnitude compared with the two-color chirped case; (3) the harmonic spectrum higher than the 96th order shows an ultrabroad supercontinuum with a 395 eV bandwidth, and the proper superposition over the harmonics directly produced a series of intense 40 as pulses which is 3 orders of magnitude higher than that in the two-color chirped case.  相似文献

We theoretically investigate high-order harmonic generation(HHG) from a helium ion model in a two-color laser field,which is synthesized by a fundamental pulse and its second harmonic pulse.It is shown that a supercontinuum spectrum can be generated in the two-color field.However,the spectral intensity is very low,limiting the application of the generated attosecond(as) pulse.By adding a static electric field to the synthesized two-color field,not only is the ionization yield of electrons contributing to the harmonic emission remarkably increased,but also the quantum paths of the HHG can be significantly modulated.As a result,the extension and enhancement of the supercontinuum spectrum are achieved,producing an intense isolated 26-as pulse with a bandwidth of about 170.5 eV.In particular,we also analyse the influence of the laser parameters on the ultrabroad supercontinuum spectrum and isolated sub-30-as pulse generation.  相似文献

An efficient method to enhance the harmonic efficiency and generate an isolated attosecond pulse is proposed by preparing the initial state as a coherent superposition of the ground state and a Rydberg state in a two-color laser field. By numerically solving the time-dependent Schrödinger equation, we found that for the superposition state with the optimal Rydberg state, not only is the harmonic efficiency enhanced significantly, but also the width of the continuous spectrum is extended. The ionization probability and the time-frequency distribution of the harmonic spectrum are also calculated to understand the physical origin of the enhancement of the harmonic spectrum. In addition, by adjusting the parameter of the laser pulse, a supercontinuum with both higher conversion efficiency and slighter modulation can be observed. As a result, an isolated 7-as pulse with a bandwidth of 495 eV can be obtained after phase compensation.  相似文献

采用双球镜准光腔、频谱仪和锁相返波管组建了D波段低损耗介质测试系统,该系统通过频谱仪和外置谐波混频器得到腔体谐振测试数据,并用拟合或积分方法从谐振曲线中求解出准光腔的品质因数。测得双球镜开腔的固有品质因数大于8105,使该系统在工作波段可测量损耗角正切为10-5量级的低损耗介质。用该系统测出的石英、人造金刚石和蓝宝石的介电常数和损耗,与报道的结果一致,并测得4H-SiC在132.07 GHz的介电常数实部为9.598,损耗角正切为6.110-5。  相似文献
