测量了La2CuO4掺Zn样品在不同降温速率下(330K保温05h,然后分别以6Kh,02Ks的速度降到8K)的直流磁化率和热电势.实验结果表明,反铁磁温度TN不随降温速率变化而变化,其直流磁化率也未受很大影响.高温热电势弱的温度依赖关系表明为极化子气体的贡献.热电势在转折温度Tdrop之下的快速降低是由于二维反铁磁涨落的贡献.热电势在更低温度的拐点TS与载流子的局域化有关.降温速率变化时,Tdrop和TS都有明显的变化.Zn掺杂对Tdrop和TS没有明显影响,但导致了更强的载流子局域化.讨论了上述现象产生的物理图像 关键词: La2CuO4 直流磁化率 热电势  相似文献

我们采用固相合成法成功地制备出单相双掺杂系列样品La1.85-xSr0.15+xCu1-xFexO4(0≤x≤1),并用X光衍射,电阻率,热电势,电子自旋共振等实验手段对样品的结构,自旋关联行为和输运性质进行了系统地研究.本文分析和讨论了双掺杂对自旋关联的影响,局域化的Fe3+自旋散射和热电势宽峰的关联,高掺杂浓度区可能的激化子输运机制以及新的磁关联Fe-O-Fe的逐渐形成和加强.  相似文献

测量了高质量的单晶膜La2-xSrxCuO4(x=010,020,025)的电阻率和热电势.La19Sr01CuO4电阻率呈现S型行为,表明存在一个赝能隙,在赝能隙态可以用公式ρ=ρ0+βexp(-ΔT)很好地拟合.热电势的测量表明,在超导转变前样品的残余热电势值非常小,这是膜的高质量引起的,三个样品在200K以上都出现一个宽峰,对其进行了一些理论模型分析,并与电子型超导体热电势结果作了比较. 关键词: 薄膜 输运性质 热电势  相似文献

本文系统研究了La2CuO4型超导体中电荷有序行为相关的超声衰减特性.在La1.88-yNdySr0.12CuO4系列样品中观察到由于动态及静态的电荷条纹与晶格之间耦合而导致的超声声速和衰减异常.不同磁场下La1.88Sr0.12-xBaxCuO4系列样品的超声衰减特性表明x≤0.04的样品中存在局域的电荷条纹有序,外加磁场压制超导电性后能够导致局域电荷条纹序的增强.实验结果表明电声子相互作用在铜氧化物超导体的电荷有序现象中扮演着重要的角色.  相似文献

我们测量了几种成份钾掺杂铊青铜Tl0.3MoO3单晶的电阻及热电势随温度变化的性质。结果显示,与未掺杂样品一样,无论是高于或低于Peierls相变温度Tp,掺杂样品热电势的温度特性均满足一个经验公式S=AT+B/T。然而,由于掺杂,样品的电阻,热电势的绝对值以及相变温度Tp均减少;但其热电势符号变化的温度Ts却增加。我们在漂移散射和声子曳引的基础上,引入杂质的施主效应以及弱的链间偶合的影响讨论了上  相似文献

本文系统研究了La2CuO4型超导体中电荷有序行为相关的超声衰减特性。在La1.88-y,NdySr0.12CuO4系列样品中观察到由于动态及静态的电荷条纹与晶格之间耦合而导致的超声声速和衰减异常。不同磁场下La1.88Sr0.12-xBaxCuO4系列样品的超声衰减特性表明x≤0.04的样品中存在局域的电荷条纹有序,外加磁场压制超导电性后能够导致局域电荷条纹序的增强。实验结果表明电声子相互作用在铜氧化物超导体的电荷有序现象中扮演着重要的角色。  相似文献

我们测量了最佳掺杂的Nd1.85Ce0.15CuO4单晶的电阻率和ab面以及c方向热电势.ρ-T曲线在高温下表现为非常好的直线,超导转变比较尖锐Tc,mid=20.6K,说明我们的样品品质很好.低温下的电阻率拟合结果表明频率大约100K的软声子模与载流子有强烈相互作用,这是极化子模型有力的证据.对于热电势结果,令人惊奇的是,无论数值还是曲线形状,包括低温曳引峰的位置,c方向的热电势Sc与ab面内的热电势Sab非常接近.这可能是某种共同的机制导致的结果.比较Nd1.85Ce0.15CuO4和Sm1.85Ce0.15CuO4的热电势曲线可以发现,二的数值和曲线形状基本相同,而与La1.85Sr0.15CuO4差异较大,这进一步说明了顶点氧在这些体系中的作用.  相似文献

The in-plane electrical resistivity and thermoelectric power have been measured on single crystals of La2-xBaxCuO4 at around x=0.125. The room temperature resistivity and thermopower have their maximum values at x=0.125, indicating that the carrier concentration is the minimum and the carriers are most strongly localized at x=0.125. The observed semiconductor-like behaviour can be well described by the weak-localized quasi-two-dimensional state. The steep rise in electric resistivity of the sample at x=0.125 below 70K is attributed to the formation of static stripe-order of holes and spins, which are pinned by the low-temperature tetragonal (LTT) structure, as discovered in La1.48Nd0.4Sr0.12CuO4. The temperature dependence of electric resistivity below 70K is still well described by the formula ρ∝ lnT. A definite change in the slope of thermopower is observed at the low-temperature orthorhombic-LTT structural phase transition temperature. The origin of the 1/8 anomaly is discussed in the text.  相似文献

We report on the physical properties of the series Ce(1-x)La(x)Ir(2)B(2) (x = 0-0.9), obtained by means of magnetization, heat capacity and electrical resistivity measurements as a function of temperature (down to 0.7 K for the latter two measurements). The Curie temperature of CeIr(2)B(2) (~5 K) is lowered due to La substitution, as expected. However, no quantum critical point or 'non-Fermi liquid' behavior was observed even in the dilute limit of x = 0.9. Interestingly, ferromagnetic ordering persists even for Ce(0.1)La(0.9)Ir(2)B(2), below 0.8 K. Among the Ce systems, CeIr(2)B(2) is one of the compounds in which direct 4f-4f interaction does not appear to play any role in the magnetism, which is controlled by the indirect exchange interaction alone. In this compound, the Kondo effect persists in the ferromagnetic ordered state, as inferred from the entropy data.  相似文献

The electrical resistivity and the thermopower are measured on the single phase superconductor Ba2YCu3O9-δ (δ=2.1). The results indicate that the temperature dependences of the resistance and thermopower exhibit typical metallic behaviour, and the sample conducts via electrons at high temperatures. The behaviour of the thermopower can be described with Mott's semi-classical model. The specific heat of electrons in normal state has been estimated 780mJ/K·mole at 200K, i.e. γ=3.9mJ/K2·mole. Unusual phonon-drag effect is observed above the superconducting transition temperature Tc. Below Tc, the electrical resistivity and the thermopower all drop to zero corresponding to a superconducting ground state.  相似文献

The experiments of electrical resistivity and thermopower on Nd0.75Sr1.25CoO4 film in the temperature range 90 K<T<310 K were carried out. The great difference in the activation energies estimated from thermopower and resistivity, a characteristic of small polarons, is observed, providing strong evidence for polaron-dominated transport mechanism in this material. Furthermore, the activation energy at intermediate-temperature region is larger than that at low-temperature region in resistivity, but it is not observed in thermopower, indicating that the energy for the creation of the carriers is slightly lower at low-temperature region than that at intermediate-temperature region. At the same time, the abrupt drop in the thermopower and the abnormal peak in the differential curve of resistivity indicate that a phase transition between a paramagnetic state and a ferromagnetic state occurs at temperature about 218 K. The positive thermopower in the whole temperature range measured suggests that the carriers are holes in this system.  相似文献

We present measurements of the temperature dependence of the electrical resistivity, the thermopower and the specific heat of the hexagonal compound CeCu4Al. At high temperatures, the electrical resistivity is characterized by a nearly temperature independent behaviour, followed by a continuous increase below 100K. No maximum has been found down to 1.7 K. The thermopower shows a positive maximum at about 30 K. As in CeCu6 no negative values are observable in the range from 4.2 K up to a room temperature. The specific heat data between 7 and 15 K reveal a γ value around 280 mJ mol-1 K-2. Below this temperature range the specific heat cp/T shows a rapid rise and crosses the value of 1 J mol-1 K-2 at about 1.45 K.  相似文献

The angular dependence of the magnetothermopower of a charge transfer organic salt α-(ET)(2)KHg(SCN)(4) below (4 K) and above (9 K) the phase transition temperature, T(p) = 8 K, and under fields of 15 T and 25 T, below and above the 'kinkfield', has been studied. We find that for a longitudinal thermoelectric measurement both an interlayer thermopower (the Seebeck effect), S(zz), and a transverse thermopower (the Nernst effect), S(yz), exist in all three different B-T phases (the CDW (0), CDW (x) and metallic states) with large amplitude. Both thermoelectric effects display a resonant-like behavior without a sign reversal at the angles corresponding to angular magnetoresistance oscillation minima and maxima in this compound. The resonant behavior is most evident in the CDW(0) state, indicating a mechanism involving the Fermi surface nesting. Angular dependences reveal different behaviors of the thermopower and Nernst effect in the high magnetic field (CDW(x)) state.  相似文献

We have measured the resistivity, magnetoresistance, and thermopower of ceramic manganite samples La1 ? x Ag y MnO3 (yx) doped with silver as functions of temperature (4.2–350 K) and magnetic field (up to 26 kOe). A metal-insulator phase transition is observed in all investigated samples at temperatures close to room temperature. The behavior of the resistivity and thermopower in the high-temperature paramagnetic region is interpreted using the concept of small radius polaron; the activation energy decreases with increasing doping level. The resistivity in the low-temperature ferromagnetic region is approximated by the expression ρFM(T) = ρ0 + AT 2 + BT 4.5 presuming the existence of electron-electron and electron-magnon interactions. A resistivity minimum and a strong magnetoresistive effect are observed at low temperatures. The latter effect is associated with scattering of charge carriers at grain boundaries, which are antiferromagnetically ordered relative to one another. The temperature dependence of thermopower in the magnetically ordered phase is described in the framework of a model taking into account the drag of charge carriers by magnons.  相似文献

The ab-plane optical properties of a cleaved single crystal of La2-xBaxCuO4 for x=1/8 (Tc approximately =2.4 K) have been measured over a wide frequency and temperature range. The low-frequency conductivity is Drude-like and shows a metallic response with decreasing temperature. However, below approximately =60 K, corresponding to the onset of charge-stripe order, there is a rapid loss of spectral weight below about 40 meV. The behavior is quite different from that typically associated with the pseudogap in the normal state of the cuprates. Instead, the gapping of the normal-state single-particle excitations looks surprisingly similar to that observed in superconducting La2-xSrxCuO4, including the presence of a residual Drude peak with reduced weight.  相似文献
