An improved procedure for the asymmetric synthesis of α-aminoalkylphosphonic acids using S-2-anilinomethylpyrrolidine as the chiral auxiliary was described. A double asymmetric induction in the synthesis of α‐aminophosphonic acids is described. It involves the nucleophilic addition of anions of enantiomeric dimenthyl phosphites to both (+)‐(S)‐ and (–)‐(R)‐enantiomers of N‐(p‐tolylsulfinyl)benzaldimine and subsequent acidic hydrolysis of the adducts formed. Two novel chiral Br?nsted acids 3b and 3c were prepared without involving the complexity of Suzuki coupling. Catalyst 3c bearing two additional hydroxyl groups at 3 and 3′ positions of axially chiral 1,1‐binaphthalene‐2,2′‐diol phosphoric acid was applied in a model Mannich reaction to afford β‐amino ester in high yield (92%) and enantiomeric excess (91%) at low reacting temperature of ?40°C. In addition, those β‐amino ester derivatives with high yields and excellent enatioselectivities were obtained in the presence of catalyst 3c under the above condition. 相似文献

分别用绝对不对称合成和改进的拆分方法制备标题配合物Λ-(+)D-cis-[CoBr(NH3)(en)2]Br2(1)和Δ-(-)D-cis-[CoBr(NH3)(en)2]Br2(2), 以及制备了cis-[CoBr(NH3)(en)2]Br2·2H2O(3)(en=1,2-乙二胺). 用元素分析、差热-热重、旋光度、UV-Vis、CD 光谱等对产物进行了表征.通过CD 光谱法获得了绝对不对称合成Co(III)配合物的产物ee 值分布图援当利用绝对不对称合成得到的手性Co(III)配合物去“逆向拆分”外消旋溴代樟脑磺酸铵[NH4(dl-BCS)]时只获得部分拆分, 初步认为这与交互拆分过程中阴阳离子之间的有效手性识别有关, 对于手性Co(III)配合物的绝对不对称合成还提出了一个新的反应机理,即“催化-结晶诱导”机理. 相似文献

An operationally convenient, asymmetric synthesis of chiral trifluoromethyl containing heterocyclic amino acids has been developed via Michael addition reaction of chiral equivalent of Ni(II)‐complex of glycine and β ‐trifluoromethylated‐α ,β ‐unsaturated ketones. The simplicity of the experimental procedures and high stereochemical outcome of the presented method render these heterocyclic amino acids readily available for systematic medicinal chemistry studies and de novo peptide design. 相似文献

The asymmetric induction in the complexation reaction of (S)-1-methyl-2-(5-methyl-cyclohexa-1,4-dienylmethyloxy)-pyrrolidine 5 and (S)-2-(2-N,N-dimethylamino-1-propanoxy)-5-methylcyclohexa-1,4-diene 6 having heteroatom adjacent the stereogenic center has been investigated. The diastereoselectivity was determined directly from the diastereotopic peaks in the 1H NMR or by chemical correlation with 9 . The conversion of η-1,4-complexes 7a and 8a to 9 proceeded with high retention of configuration while that of the η-2,5-Fe(CO)3 complexes 7b and 8b undergoes considerable racemization. 相似文献

Abstract The enantiomeric separation by high-performance liquid chromatography of underivatized non-protein amino acids was investigated by using a column packed with octadecylsilanized silica coated with N,S-dioctyl-D-penicillamine as a chiral ligand-exchange phase (Sumichiral OA-5000). Excellent to good separations of enantiomers were achieved with a variety of nonprotein amino acids carrying aliphatic or aromatic side-chains by optimizing the amount (0-20%, v/v) of the organic component (2-propanol) and the concentration (1-5 mM) of the complexing metal ion (Cu2+) in the hydro-organic eluent. 相似文献

在鹰爪碱诱导下,2-氯甲基-4,4-二甲基噁唑啉与叔丁基苯基膦硼烷经络合反应,以43%的收率合成了光学纯度大于99%,手性中心在P上的新型手性噁唑啉氮膦配体(3); 3和铱配合物([Ir(cod)Cl]2)经络合反应以55%的收率制得两个新型手性膦噁唑啉铱络合物催化剂(1和2),其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR, 31P NMR和元素分析表征。考察了1和2对烯烃的不对称氢化反应的催化性能。结果表明:1具有较好的催化能力,收率>92%,但催化剂的手性诱导能力较差(ee≤36%)。 相似文献

普萘洛尔是一种临床上广泛使用的β受体阻断剂, 介绍了一种不对称合成(S)-和(R)-普萘洛尔的方法. 以手性Salen-CoIII催化剂水解动力学拆分外消旋环氧氯丙烷得到高光学纯度的(S)-环氧氯丙烷和(R)-3-氯-1,2-丙二醇, 以(S)-环氧氯丙烷为手性原料先水解得(S)-3-氯-1,2-丙二醇, 其与1-萘酚反应得(S)-3-(1-萘基)-丙烷-1,2-二醇, 再与氯化亚砜反应得环状亚硫酸酯, 最后和异丙胺作用得(S)-普萘洛尔, 总收率80.9%, 光学纯度大于99%; 而同样以(S)-环氧氯丙烷为手性原料直接与1-萘酚反应得(2R)-3-(1-萘氧基)-1,2-环氧丙烷, 再与异丙胺作用得(R)-普萘洛尔, 总收率74.5%, 光学纯度大于99%. 相似文献
