The reactions of 2-aminobenzimidazole with substituted benzaldehydes and dimedone, 2-arylidene derivatives of dimedone, 9-arylhexahydro-1H-xanthene-1,8(2H)-diones and also with dimedone and DMF have been studied. The direction of formation of the pyrimidine ring has been established and discussed. An X-ray structural investigation of 2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydrobenzimidazo[1,2-a]quinazolin-4(1H)-one has been carried out.  相似文献

Bromine-containing organozinc compounds generated from 1,1-dibromo-3,3-dimethylbutan-2-one reacted with 2-arylmethylideneindan-1,3-diones and 5-arylmethylidene-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-diones to give 3-aryl-2-(2,2-dimethylpropanoyl)spiro[cyclopropane-1,2′-indan]-1′,3′-diones and 1-aryl-6,6-dimethyl-2-(2,2-dimethylpropanoyl)-5,7-dioxaspiro[2.5]octan-4,8-diones, respectively. Reactions of 2-arylmethylideneindan-1,3-diones with bromine-containing zinc enolates derived from 1-aryl-2,2-dibromopropan-1-ones and 2,2-dibromo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalen-1-one resulted in the formation of 2-aroyl-3-aryl-2-methylspiro-[cyclopropane-1,2′-indan]-1′,3′-diones and 2,3: 8,9-dibenzo-12-phenyldispiro[4.0.5.1]dodecane-1,4,7-trione, respectively.  相似文献

The ring mobility of some 1,5-benzodiazepine-2,4-diones and 1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one has been investigated by the temperature dependence of their 1H NMR spectra. The activation parameters have been obtained, and the influence of N-1 substitution on the ring mobility is discussed, taking into account previously reported data for similar compounds.  相似文献

Recently we reported the reaction of 1,1-dimethyl-4-substituted semicarbazides with phosgene to occur with formation of several new heterocyclic ring systems. Here we report the reaction of several semicarbazides, thiosemicarbazides and related acyl substituted hydrazides with oxalyl chloride and malonyl chloride. These reactions occur with the formation of heterocyclic products which are oxadiazolinones, imidazolidinetriones, 2-thioxoimidazolindine-4,5-diones, and 2-thioxo-1,3-diazine-4,6-diones (2-thioxopyrimidine-4,6-diones).  相似文献

Abstract

New 6-purineselenyl, 1, 3, 4-thiadiazols bearing 7-benzyl-1,3-dimethyl-1H-purine-2,6-(3H,7H)-diones and (8-[2-(3-phenyl-5-substituted-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2(3H)-ylidene) hydrazinyl)-7-benzyl-1,3-dimethyl-1H-purine-2,6-(3H,7H)-diones derivatives were synthesized. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic methods (1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and MS spectrometry) and elemental analysis.  相似文献

At the halogenation of N-aroyl-2,6(3,5)-dimethyl-1,4-benzoquinone imines we found the halogenation of methyl groups to occur. The bromination of N-aroyl-2,6-dimethyl-1,4-benzoquinone imines yielded 3,6-dibromo-2,6-dimethyl-5-aroyloxycyclohex-2-ene-1,4-diones due to the strong acceptor property of the ArCO group and high redox potentials of N-aroyl derivatives. In the chlorination of N-aroyl-3,5-dimethyl-1,4-benzoquinone imines the chlorine addition to the C=C bond of the quinoid ring proceeded both by the trans- and syn-scheme.  相似文献

1, 5, 6, 7-Tetrahydro-2H-[1, 4]diazepin-5, 7-diones from Malonimides and 3-Dimethylamino-2, 2-dimethyl-2H-azirine Reaction of the aminoazirine 1 with malonimides of type 7 in 2-propanol at room temperature leads to the 1,4-diazepine derivatives of type 9 (Scheme 3). The structure of 6, 6-diethyl-3-dimethylamino-2,2-dimethyl-1,5,6, 7-tetrahydro-2H- [1,4] diazepin-5, 7-dione ( 9a ) has been proved by single crystal X-ray analysis (Chapter 4). Reduction of the 7-membered heterocycle 9a with sodium borohydride yields the perhydro-[1,4]diazepin-5, 7-dione 10 , while 9a in ethanol at 60° undergoes a ring contraction to the 4 H-imidazole derivative 11a (Scheme 4): Mechanisms of these two reactions are discussed in comparison with previously reported reactions (Chapter 5).  相似文献

By reaction of 8-substituted 3-bromoacetyl-3,8-dimethyl-2,7-dioxaspiro[4,4]nonane-1,6-diones with thiourea and substituted thioureas under Hansch reaction conditions, we have obtained the novel heterocycles 3-[2′-amino(arylamino)thiazol-4-yl]-3,8-dimethyl-2,7-dioxaspiro[4,4]nonane-1,6-diones. Addition reactions in acidic media have been performed on the oxirane ring of unsubstituted, 2-methyl- and 2,3-dimethyl- substituted 2,3-epoxy-4a,12a-diaza-1,2,3,4,4a,5,12,12a-octahydronaphthacene-5,12-diones. These reactions proceed in a stereospecific way; the Furst-Plattner rule of 1,2-trans-diaxial ring-opening is obeyed as can be deduced from the nmr stereochemical study on the terminal piperidazine-ring moiety of the addition products. Acylation shift effects and 1,3-syn-diaxial interactions have been utilized to assist stereochemical assignments. The geometry of the ring corresponds in most cases to a chair slightly distorted by the sp2-sp3 character of the nitrogens. Some of the less highly substituted among the cleavage products show certain peculiarities in their spectra, and are presumed to be in conformational equilibrium.  相似文献

With phenylhydrazine, 2-acetonyl- and 2-phenacyl-2-phenylindan-1,3-diones form phenylhydrazones at the carbonyl group of the side chain. On prolonged heating, a reaction takes place with the expansion of the five-membered ring into a six-membered ring and the formation of the corresponding 5-hydroxy-1-phenylbenz[g]indazoles. A reaction mechanism is proposed. The structure of the compounds obtained has been confirmed by their IR and UV spectra.  相似文献

Knoevenagel condensations of 5,5-dimethyl-2,3,5,6-tetrahydropyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinoline-2,3-diones with malononitrile, ethyl cyanoacetate, indan-1,3-dione, and Drotaverine base involved the ketone carbonyl group in the former with formation of deeply colored dark blue substances. The lactam ring in the products can be opened by the action of nitrogen-centered nucleophiles, e.g., p-toluidine. The reaction of 5,5-dimethyl-2,3,5,6-tetrahydropyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinoline-2,3-dione with methyl magnesium iodide gave 2-hydroxy-2,5,5-trimethyl-2,3,5,6-tetrahydropyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinolin-3-one.  相似文献

Green and efficient one-pot three-component synthesis of novel 2-(7-amino-2,2-dimethyl-4-oxo-5-phenyl-4,5-dihydropyrano[2,3-d][1,3]dioxin-6-ylcarbonyl)-2,3-dihydrophthalazine-1,4-diones have been developed by condensing 3-(1,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrophthalazin-2-yl)-3-oxopropanenitrile with benzaldehydes and Meldrum’s acid using L-proline as catalyst in ethanol at room temperature. Under similar conditions 5,5-dimethyl-2-(2-fluorobenzoyl)]cyclohexane-1,3-dione undergoes dehydrofluorination and intramolecular cyclization to give 3,3-dimethyl-2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-1H-xanthene-1,9-dione. The reaction of vinylogous substitution of the enol derivatives of the fluorinated 5,5-dimethyl-2-benzoylcyclohexane-1,3-diones (vinylogous acyl chlorides) with amines results in the formation of the endocyclic enaminoderivatives.  相似文献

By the action of hydroxylamine-O-sulfonic acid in an alkaline medium on 1,3-dimethyl- and 1,3-dimethyl-7-bromopyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidine-2,4-diones, their 5-amino derivatives have been obtained. It has been shown that the oxidation of these derivatives leads to the formation of the corresponding tetrazenes and products of deamination, the ratio of which is determined by the type of oxidizing agent and by the reaction conditions. The stereoselective properties of modified thiourea organocatalysts were tested in the Friedel–Crafts alkylation of indole with 5-arylidene-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-diones, which produces chiral 5-((1H-indol-3-yl)(aryl)methyl)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-diones. Based on a tentative reaction mechanism for ((S)-N-benzyl-2-(3-(3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)thioureido)-N,3,3-trimethylbutanamide organocatalysts, modifications were applied in four selected regions. Systematic structure-stereoselectivity relationship study allowed designing the best efficient organocatalyst for the investigated Friedel–Crafts alkylation of indole with 5-arylidene-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-diones.  相似文献
