We derive the two-weight inequalities for the commutators of potential integral operators in the context of spaces of homogeneous type. The conditions required of the weights involve the Orlicz bumps. As a consequence, we obtain the norm estimates for these commutators for arbitrary weights. We consider the double layer potential operator W defined on the polyhedral boundary of an infinite cone and prove the invertibility of (I±2W) in the space of continuous functions. To do this we define an operator-valued symbol function for W and show that the spectral radii of its values are less than one half. In the last part of this paper we consider a piecewise constant collocation method for the numerical solution of the double layer potential equation over the boundary of a bounded polyhedron.  相似文献

Carleson and vanishing Carleson measures for Besov spaces on the unit ball of are characterized in terms of Berezin transforms and Bergman-metric balls. The measures are defined via natural imbeddings of Besov spaces into Lebesgue classes by certain combinations of radial derivatives. Membership in Schatten classes of the imbeddings is considered too. Some Carleson measures are not finite, but the results extend and provide new insight to those known for weighted Bergman spaces. Special cases pertain to Arveson and Dirichlet spaces, and a unified view with the usual Hardy-space Carleson measures is presented by letting the order of the radial derivatives tend to 0. Weak convergence in Besov spaces is also characterized, and weakly 0-convergent families are exhibited. Applications are given to separated sequences, operators of Forelli–Rudin type, gap series, characterizations of weighted Bloch, Lipschitz, and growth spaces, inequalities of Fejér–Riesz and Hardy–Littlewood type, and integration operators of Cesàro type.  相似文献

We express the double affine Hecke algebra ? associated to the general linear group GL2(k) (here, k is a field with char(k) ≠ 2) as an amalgamated free product of quadratic extensions over the three-dimensional quantum torus 𝒪q((k×)3). With an eye towards proving ring-theoretic results pertaining to ?, a general treatment of amalgamated products of Ore and quadratic extensions is given. We prove an analogue of the Hilbert Basis Theorem for an amalgamated product Q of quadratic extensions and determine conditions for when the one-sided ideals of Q are principal or doubly-generated. Furthermore, we determine sufficient conditions which imply Q is a principal ideal ring. Finally, we construct an explicit isomorphism from ? to the amalgamated free product ring of quadratic extensions over 𝒪q((k×)3), a ring known to be noetherian. In this paper, we study the regularity criterion of weak solutions of the three dimensional micropolar fluid flows. It is proved that if the pressure satisfies where denotes the critical Besov space, then the weak solution (u,w) becomes a regular solution on (0,T]. The purpose of this paper is to study the mixed Dirichlet‐Neumann boundary value problem for the semilinear Darcy‐Forchheimer‐Brinkman system in L p ‐based Besov spaces on a bounded Lipschitz domain in R 3 , with p in a neighborhood of 2. This system is obtained by adding the semilinear term | u | u to the linear Brinkman equation. First, we provide some results about equivalence between the Gagliardo and nontangential traces, as well as between the weak canonical conormal derivatives and the nontangential conormal derivatives. Various mapping and invertibility properties of some integral operators of potential theory for the linear Brinkman system, and well‐posedness results for the Dirichlet and Neumann problems in L p ‐based Besov spaces on bounded Lipschitz domains in R n (n ≥3) are also presented. Then, using integral potential operators, we show the well‐posedness in L 2‐based Sobolev spaces for the mixed problem of Dirichlet‐Neumann type for the linear Brinkman system on a bounded Lipschitz domain in R n (n ≥3). Further, by using some stability results of Fredholm and invertibility properties and exploring invertibility of the associated Neumann‐to‐Dirichlet operator, we extend the well‐posedness property to some L p ‐based Sobolev spaces. Next, we use the well‐posedness result in the linear case combined with a fixed point theorem to show the existence and uniqueness for a mixed boundary value problem of Dirichlet and Neumann type for the semilinear Darcy‐Forchheimer‐Brinkman system in L p ‐based Besov spaces, with p ∈(2?ε ,2+ε ) and some parameter ε >0.  相似文献

In this paper we analyze a two-degree-of-freedom Hamiltonian system constructed from two planar Morse potentials. The resulting potential energy surface has two potential wells surrounded by an unbounded flat region containing no critical points. In addition, the model has an index one saddle between the potential wells. We study the dynamical mechanisms underlying transport between the two potential wells, with emphasis on the role of the flat region surrounding the wells. The model allows us to probe many of the features of the “roaming mechanism” whose reaction dynamics are of current interest in the chemistry community.  相似文献

Fourier analysis methods and in particular techniques based on Littlewood-Paley decomposition and paraproduct have known a growing interest recently for the study of nonlinear evolutionary equations.In this survey paper,we explain how these methods may be implemented so as to study the compresible Navier-Stokes equations in the whole space.We shall investigate both the initial value problem in critical Besov spaces and the low Mach number asymptotics.  相似文献

We study uniform stability properties of a strongly coupled system of Partial Differential Equations of hyperbolic/parabolic type, which arises from the analysis and control of acoustic models with structural damping on an interface. A challenging feature of the present model is the presence of additional strong boundary damping which is responsible for lack of uniform stability of the free system ( overdamping phenomenon). It has been shown recently that by applying full viscous damping in the interior of the domain and suitable static damping on the interface, then the corresponding feedback system is uniformly stable. In this article we prove that uniform decay rates of solutions to the system can be achieved even if viscous damping is active just in an arbitrary thin layer near the interface.  相似文献
