The Sobolev-type Laguerre polynomials are orthogonal with respect to the inner product

where , and . In 1990 the first and second author showed that in the case and the polynomials are eigenfunctions of a unique differential operator of the form

where are independent of . This differential operator is of order if is a nonnegative integer, and of infinite order otherwise. In this paper we construct all differential equations of the form

where the coefficients , and are independent of and the coefficients , and are independent of , satisfied by the Sobolev-type Laguerre polynomials . Further, we show that in the case and the polynomials are eigenfunctions of a linear differential operator, which is of order if is a nonnegative integer and of infinite order otherwise. Finally, we show that in the case and the polynomials are eigenfunctions of a linear differential operator, which is of order if is a nonnegative integer and of infinite order otherwise.

By the definition of the higher-order fractional derivative, we explore the central properties of the higher-order Caputo-Fabrizio fractional derivative and integral with a weighted term. Furthermore, by dint of Schaefer''s fixed point theorem, $\alpha$-$\psi$-Contraction theorem, etc., we establish the existence of solutions for nonlinear equations. In this paper, we introduce and investigate the concept of conformable delta fractional derivative on time scales. By using the theory of time scales, we obtain some basic properties of the conformable delta fractional derivative. In this paper we investigate optimality conditions for fractional variational problems, with a Lagrangian depending on the Riesz-Caputo derivative. First we prove a generalized Euler-Lagrange equation for the case when the interval of integration of the functional is different from the interval of the fractional derivative. Next we consider integral dynamic constraints on the problem, for several different cases. Finally, we determine optimality conditions for functionals depending not only on the admissible functions, but on time also, and we present a necessary condition for a pair function-time to be an optimal solution to the problem.  相似文献
