薄壁梁结构是汽车等运载工具的主要承载构件,提高该类结构的耐撞性对乘员安全具有重要意义。然而,形状优化设计要求多组有限元模型与仿真分析,因此需要特定的建模技术或人工交互。本文提出了一种基于横截面形状的参数化网格变形方法,以实现已有有限元模型的有效重用。以给定有限元模型为输入,采用基于各向异性径向基函数网格变形方法,并结合骨架内嵌空间,可快速生成适用于仿真分析的有限元模型变体。以S形梁轴向冲击耐撞性设计为例,采用所提方法改变构件塑性铰区域的横截面形状,可快速(低于4 s)获取100组局部变形有限元模型,并采用代理模型技术和多目标遗传算法优化结构耐撞性。数值结果显示,构件耐撞性获显著提高,验证了所提参数化变形方法的有效性,展示了与一般形状优化框架的可集成性。  相似文献

针对目前在概念车身设计中比较难解决的接头模拟仿真问题,采用解耦方法来实现参数化接头的建立和详细接头单元的刚度阵的求解,计算并转化出能够更加贴近于真实情况的参数化接头。本文详细介绍的参数化接头主要是由扭簧单元和球铰单元相互作用组成,并且全面地描述了参数化接头的模拟过程。通过实验研究,计算具有接头的车身刚度和不考虑接头情况的车身刚度,并与详细车身模型的结果进行对比,发现具有接头单元的概念车身模型更加贴近于详细车身模型的扭转刚度。结果显示,考虑接头因素可以大大提高概念设计的精度,能够更加准确的预测车身的结构性能,为今后的车身设计积累经验。  相似文献

在汽车概念设计阶段,车身常由薄壁梁简化而成,其截面对轿车白车身刚度有直接影响。多室的薄壁梁截面极其复杂,在设计过程中不仅需考虑其力学性能,还需符合制造加工过程的各种工艺约束。本文基于薄壁梁截面设计的装配性与制造性等实际工程约束,提出一种梁截面形状控制方法以兼容多种工程约束。定义了梁截面多目标优化模型,以基于参考点的遗传算法NSGA-Ⅲ作为高维多目标优化问题算法,实现了相应的软件模块对截面惯性矩和扭转常量等参数进行优化。最终通过算例测试证明此方法的有效性。  相似文献

厚度或质量连续分布技术对车身薄壁结构的轻量化和性能设计有着非常重要,甚至起到决定性的作用,从设计方法上研究连续变厚度结构在车身零部件中的耐撞性应用是安全性设计所需的主要工作。本文研究一种较新颖的薄壁吸能结构,其管壁厚度按照幂指数形式连续分布,根据此分布特点推导出了该薄壁结构在等质量条件下与其他管状结构(比如均匀管、拼焊管和锥管等)之间相关参数的定量解析关系,给出了前者的耐撞性设计准则,评估了不同梯度对幂指数管耐撞性能的影响。分析结果显示,该新颖管状结构比其他截面管具有更理想的耐撞特性。然后,在2个设计区间内对梯度指数分别采样并构造近似模型,采用遗传算法作为求解器得出了非劣解前沿,研究发现高阶响应面近似模型得到的设计结果不一定是最优的。  相似文献

薄壁结构是汽车等运载工具的重要防护装置,除了其轴向防撞能力外,侧向耐撞性能分析与提升方式也非常重要。研究基于薄壁结构厚度合理分布的侧向耐撞性能提升方式和建立基于元胞自动机的变厚度薄壁梁侧向耐撞性优化方法。以汽车B柱受力环境和性能要求为设计需求,首先利用所建立的方法给出了连续变厚度的薄壁梁厚度分布设计,其性能较常规的等厚度薄壁梁最大侵入位移大幅下降(下降82%),验证了变厚度设计的有效性;然后,考虑单向变厚度便于柔性轧制工艺制成TRB,给出了轴向连续变厚度薄壁梁的厚度分布设计,该设计较等厚度梁最大侵入位移下降73%;与连续变厚度梁相比,在侵入位移降低量略小的情况下,实现了可制造性。设计实例表明本文提出的连续变厚度设计能够有效提高侧向耐撞性能,所建立的方法能够获得合理的厚度分布设计,是有效的耐撞性优化设计方法。  相似文献

根据船舶碰撞的运动滞后和局部损伤特性 ,采用附加质量处理流体 结构耦合作用 ,用详细的有限元模型表达撞击船首和被撞船侧的直接涉撞区结构 ,而将非碰撞区的船体结构视为刚体 ,形成一个附加质量模型用于碰撞仿真计算。附加质量模型不仅建模工作量小 ,而且CPU时间也大大减少。算例表明 ,附加质量模型与流固耦合模型的分析结果具有良好的一致性 ,可以满足一般的工程精度要求。  相似文献

实际地震中结构所承受的地震作用是多维的。结构的恢复力特性是反映其抗震性能的一个重要属性。对地震作用下钢筋混凝土柱、梁塑性铰区的计算模型进行了分析,给出了塑性铰区等效长度的简便计算公式;建立了“有限纤维”空间线性梁单元模型并推导出了其刚度矩阵;使用“弥散法”来考虑梁锚固钢筋在结点区的粘结滑移对结构整体变形的影响。最后使用空间杆系模型对一承受双向反复荷载的框架结构进行了计算分析。分析表明所建立的计算模型是精确有效的。  相似文献

塑性变形是力学的重要教学内容之一,在横力弯曲变形、塑性铰等教学过程中存在偏重概念和理论推导,缺乏实际工程背景等问题。为了提高学生学习兴趣,提出以飞行器和汽车等运载装备耐撞性能需求的塑性变形教学改革模式。首先从实际运载装备在冲击事故中的乘员安全需求为牵引,引出耐撞性工程问题,通过合理假设建立力学模型,建立与塑性变形、塑性铰等教学内容的联系,推导预测压溃载荷的理论公式,让学生体会到理论学习的重要性,通过误差分析让学生理解力学模型的局限性并提高模型精度,提升学生学习兴趣。通过航天器迫降、圆管多边形破坏模式、点阵结构等工程和学术前沿问题,开拓学生视野,进一步夯实理论基础,提高创新能力。  相似文献

The shear deformable thin-walled composite beams with closed cross-sections have been developed for coupled flexural, torsional, and buckling analyses. A theoretical model applicable to the thin-walled laminated composite box beams is presented by taking into account all the structural couplings coming from the material anisotropy and the shear deformation effects. The current composite beam includes the transverse shear and the restrained warping induced shear deformation by using the first-order shear deformation beam theory. Seven governing equations are derived for the coupled axial-flexural-torsional-shearing buckling based on the principle of minimum total potential energy. Based on the present analytical model, three different types of finite composite beam elements, namely, linear, quadratic and cubic elements are developed to analyze the flexural, torsional, and buckling problems. In order to demonstrate the accuracy and superiority of the beam theory and the finite beam elements developed by this study,numerical solutions are presented and compared with the results obtained by other researchers and the detailed threedimensional analysis results using the shell elements of ABAQUS. Especially, the influences of the modulus ratio and the simplified assumptions in stress–strain relations on the deflection, twisting angle, and critical buckling loads of composite box beams are investigated.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to study the behavior, in the range of linear viscoelasticity, of shear flexible thin-walled beam members constructed with composite laminated fiber-reinforced plastics. This work appeals to the correspondence principle in order to incorporate in unified model the motion equations of a curved or straight shear-flexible thin-walled beam member developed by the authors, together with the micromechanics and macromechanics of the reinforced plastic panels. Then, the analysis is performed in the Laplace or Carson domains. That is, the expressions describing the micromechanics and macromechanics of a plastic laminated composites and motion equations of the structural member are transformed into the Laplace or Carson domains where the relaxation components of the beam structure (straight or curved) are obtained. The resulting equations are numerically solved by means of finite element approaches defined in the Laplace or Carson domains. The finite element results are adjusted with a polynomial fitting. Then the creep behavior is obtained by means of a numerical technique for the inverse Laplace transform. Predictions of the present methodology are compared with experimental data and other approaches. New studies are performed focusing attention in the flexural–torsional behavior of shear flexible thin-walled straight composite beams as well as for thin-walled curved beams and frames.  相似文献

Under the frame of multibody dynamics, the contact dynamics of elasto-plastic spatial thin beams is numerically studied by using the spatial thin beam elements of absolute nodal coordinate formulation (ANCF). The inter-nal force of the elasto-plastic spatial thin beam element is derived under the assumption that the plastic strain of the beam element depends only on its longitudinal deformation. A new body-fixed local coordinate system is introduced into the spatial thin beam element of ANCF for efficient con-tact detection in the contact dynamics simulation. The linear isotropic hardening constitutive law is used to describe the elasto-plastic deformation of beam material, and the classical return mapping algorithm is adopted to evaluate the plastic strains. A multi-zone contact approach of thin beams previ-ously proposed by the authors is also introduced to detect the multiple contact zones of beams accurately, and the penalty method is used to compute the normal contact force of thin beams in contact. Four numerical examples are given to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the pro-posed elasto-plastic spatial thin beam element of ANCF for flexible multibody system dynamics.  相似文献

The refined power series solutions are presented for the coupled static analysis of thin-walled laminated beams resting on elastic foundation. For this purpose, the elastic strain energy considering the material and structural coupling effects and the energy including the foundation effects are constructed. The equilibrium equations and the force-displacement relationships are derived from the extended Hamilton's principle, and the explicit expressions for displacement parameters are presented based on power series expansions of displacement components. Finally, the member stiffness matrix is determined by using the force-displacement relationships. For comparison, the finite element model based on the Hermite cubic interpolation polynomial is presented. In order to verify the accuracy and the superiority of the laminated beam element developed by this study, the numerical solutions are presented and compared with results obtained from the regular finite beam elements and the ABAQUS's shell elements. The influences of the fiber angle change and the boundary conditions on the coupled behavior of laminated beams with mono-symmetric I-sections are investigated.  相似文献

本文基于四根刚臂梁结合12个外接一维单元建立了钢筋混凝土框架节点单元,单元具有5个节点15个 自由度,称之为“BCJ-5N”单元.每个节点具有3个自由度,与普通梁单元一致,从而确保本单元适合于同普 通一维梁柱单元一起进行钢筋混凝土结构平面非线性分析.单元考虑了梁受力钢筋在框架节点内的黏结滑移作 用,并通过钢筋混凝土梁正截面强度设计建立了梁端弯矩与截面转角关系的骨架曲线,结合Lowes加载卸载模 型,组成了完整的静力、动力分析的框架节点单元,并将其移植到 ABAQUS通用分析平台上,通过对两跨三 层钢筋混凝土框架结构的滞回分析和三跨三层钢筋混凝土框架结构的动力分析两个算例,验证了本模型适合于 进行循环荷载和动力荷载作用下平面框架结构非线性响应分析.  相似文献

This paper addresses a method for shape design sensitivity analysis of a buckling load in a continuous elastic body. The sensitivity formula for critical load is analytically derived and expressed in terms of shape variation, based on the continuum formulation of the stability problem. Though the buckling problem is more efficiently solved by structural elements such as a beam and shell, elastic solids have been chosen for the buckling analysis in this paper because solid elements can generally be used for any kind of structure whether it is thick or thin. The initial stress and buckling analysis is carried out by the commercial analysis code ANSYS. Sensitivity is then computed by using the mathematical package MATLAB with the results of ANSYS. Several problems including straight and curved beams under compressive load, ring under pressure load, thin-walled section and bottle shaped column are chosen in order to illustrate the efficiency of the presented method.  相似文献

针对大型变截面薄壁结构的稳定问题,以一类任意约束对称结构受非对称载荷的单跨刚架为研究对象,结构拆分为相关铁木辛柯(Timoshenko)梁,结合差分原理和最优化方法,以每段刚架的每个离散点挠度、临界载荷、轴力、剪力和梁端弯矩为设计变量,建立求解满足边界条件的非线性差分方程模型,提出基于优胜劣汰粒子更新的粒子群(IPSO)临界载荷优化算法。运用JAVA编程语言编制对应优化程序,分析典型算例并核实ABAQUS仿真结果。研究表明,本文提出的优化算法获得了有效的变形位型和高精度的临界载荷计算,能更好地描述刚架受力下位型和载荷的力学关系,进一步为工程设计与分析提供支持。  相似文献

采用简化方法对单层U型波纹管进行有限元模态分析。在长度,质量,对轴线转动惯量,体积,轴向弹簧比率以及周向弹簧比率不变的前提下,把波纹管简化成直壁薄管,用直壁薄管模型代替波纹管模型进行有限元模态计算。简化了计算模型,减少了计算量,提高了计算效率。本文给出了明确的等效直壁薄管的几何参数,物性参数的求解公式,改变了Broman人为设定直壁薄管厚度的方法,取得了更加准确的计算结果,使利用直壁薄管模型求解波纹管固有频率具有通用意义。进行了直壁薄管模型得到模态振型与波纹管模型得到模态振型之间的比较,认为直壁薄管模型可以求解波纹管的振型。  相似文献
