本文从汽车动力学出发,建立 1/4 汽车与半空间地基耦合振动的动力学模型,并采用弹性滚子接触模型来反映轮胎包容性. 模型中同时考虑轮-地之间的纵向和竖向作用力,构建系统动力控制方程,利用 Fourier 和 Laplace 积分变换进行求解,推导出地表振动位移的解析解. 在数值算例中,利用离散傅里叶逆变换和 Crump 法进行数值反演,得出地表振动位移的空间分布,由此讨论了轮胎着地长度和轮-地相互作用力的变化规律,并对地表振动位移的参数影响作出分析. 结果表明,地面不平度对轮-地之间作用力的影响最为显著,地面越不平顺则轮-地作用力和地表振动位移越大. 车速对轮-地作用力的大小影响有限,但对载荷激励频率影响较大,车速增大则激励频率增大,地表振动位移随之增大. 在较低车速时,轮胎包容性对轮-地作用力和地表振动产生一定影响,轮胎充气压力增大,轮-地作用力和地表振动位移增大,但随着车速升高,这种影响将逐渐消失.   相似文献

轮毂电机驱动电动汽车的簧下质量大, 使得轮胎动载荷增加, 且电机激励进一步加剧车轮振动. 同时, 轮胎与路面单点接触的简化模型, 其动力学计算结果与实际存在差别. 鉴于此, 考虑电机的电磁激励、胎路多点接触和非线性地基, 建立了电动汽车?路面系统机电耦合动力学模型, 通过Galerkin法推导了非线性地基梁的垂向振动, 利用积化和公式推导了非线性地基梁中非线性项积分的精确表达式, 提出了路面截断阶数选取的简易方法, 并通过路面位移响应的收敛性进行了验证. 在此基础上, 研究了胎路多点接触、非线性地基、电机激励、车速、路面不平顺幅值等对路面及车辆响应的影响. 结果表明, 非线性地基及多点接触对车辆响应的影响中, 轮胎动载荷的影响最大, 车身加速度和悬架动挠度的影响较小, 且考虑电机激励时, 二者对车辆响应的影响显著增大. 从对路面响应的影响看, 电机激励的影响最大, 非线性地基的影响次之, 多点接触的影响较小. 所建模型及研究方法可为电动汽车的垂向动力学分析提供一种新思路.   相似文献

迫于能源和环保问题的压力, 电动汽车及智能驾驶受到了各国高度重视. 轮毂电机驱动电动汽车车轮振动剧烈, 与桥梁路面动力学相互作用更加突出, 现有研究主要针对传统汽车, 关于电动车轮与公路桥梁接触动力学相互作用及智能驾驶车队的多车?桥梁耦合作用研究尚不多见. 本文以轮毂电机驱动电动汽车为研究对象, 考虑车轮和桥面多点接触关系, 研究了两个智能驾驶汽车过桥时的车桥耦合动力学特性. 分析了电机质量、电机激励、轮胎悬架刚度非线性、车距、车速对系统振动特性的影响, 以及桥面不平顺激励、三重耦合激励对电动汽车平顺性的影响. 研究表明: 车距和车速是影响车?桥系统振动特性的重要因素, 在车?桥耦合动态设计中, 车距和车速的影响应重点关注; 桥面越平坦, 电机激励及桥面二次激励对车辆平顺性和道路友好性影响越加显著, 当汽车行驶在平坦桥面时两种激励对轮毂电机驱动电动汽车的影响不容忽视. 所建模型有望为智能驾驶电动汽车与桥梁的耦合作用研究提供理论参考.   相似文献

基于多孔介质混合物理论, 建立了梯度非均匀非饱和土地基模型, 研究了条形荷载作用下梯度非均匀非饱和土地基的动力响应问题. 通过傅里叶积分变换和Helmholtz矢量分解原理, 获得频域内非饱和土地基动力响应问题的通解, 结合回传射线矩阵法和边界条件, 求解获得了非均匀非饱和土层中位移、应力以及孔隙压力的计算列式. 假设沿深度方向梯度非均匀非饱和土的物理力学性质按幂函数连续变化, 通过数值傅里叶逆变换得到了非均匀非饱和土地基中的应力、位移以及孔隙压力等物理量的数值解, 分析讨论了土体非均匀性对非饱和土介质动力响应的影响规律. 结果表明: 土体非均匀性显著改变了非饱和土中竖向位移、正应力和孔隙压力在其深度方向上的振动模态, 其中孔隙气压在其深度方向的振动频率随着梯度因子的增加而不断增大, 波峰值不断靠近地表处附近; 竖向位移随着梯度因子的增大不断减小; 正应力和孔隙水压随着梯度因子的增大先增大后减小, 并且土体非均匀程度越高, 正应力与孔隙水压的幅值越大.   相似文献

The traveling performance of off-the-road vehicles, such as construction machinery and exploration rovers, significantly depends on the interaction between the ground and the traveling mechanism, since inelastic ground deformation and frictional sliding phenomena are induced by the vehicle’s movement. In general, a tread surface causes anisotropic frictional interaction behavior on a macroscopic scale. In this study, an acceptable frictional interaction model was implemented to finite element method to rationally examine the anisotropic frictional interaction behavior between the tire and the ground. Finite element analysis of the single tire traveling performance, including certain slippage and side slip (skid), was then carried out to examine the effect of the anisotropic frictional interaction on the numerical results for the drawbar-pull and side force.  相似文献

Analyses of the dynamic behaviour of a heavy vehicle during off-road operation are conducted under steady state condition. Three different numerical quarter-vehicle models (single point contact model, rigid wheel contact model and deformable wheel contact model) are introduced, and the simulation results are compared in order to find the most appropriate vehicle model. During the longitudinal travel of the vehicle, arbitrary ground profile is an input of vertical excitation to the vehicle. When ground deformation is included in the numerical model, the deformation filters the vertical excitation to the vehicle while the level of excitation varies depending on the soil deformability. Bekker's non-linear pressure/sinkage relationship is applied in modelling the ground behaviour. The simulations are conducted in the time domain and various surface roughness and ground deformability are applied in the ground/vehicle interaction during a parameter study. The ground deformation under the wheel acts like a non-linear spring during the vehicle movement and influences the vehicle vibration. If a vehicle mainly operates on off-road condition with high ground deformability lower value of damping is required in order to minimise the vertical body acceleration.  相似文献

In the present study, Harmonic Balance Method (HBM) is applied to investigate the performance of passive vibration isolators with cubic nonlinear damping. The results reveal that introducing either cubic nonlinear damping or linear damping could significantly reduce both the displacement transmissibility and the force transmissibility of the isolators over the resonance region. However, at the non-resonance region where frequency is lower than the resonant frequency, both the linear damping and the cubic nonlinear damping have almost no effect on the isolators. At the non-resonance region with higher frequency, increasing the linear damping has almost no effects on the displacement transmissibility but could raise the force transmissibility. In addition, the influence of the cubic nonlinear damping on the isolators is dependent on the type of the disturbing force. If the strength of the disturbing force is constant and independent of the excitation frequency, then the effect of cubic nonlinear damping on both the force and displacement transmissibility would be negligible. But, when the strength of the disturbing force is dependent of the excitation frequency, increasing the cubic nonlinear damping could slightly reduce the relative displacement transmissibility and increase the absolute displacement transmissibility but could significantly increase the force transmissibility. These conclusions are of significant importance in the analysis and design of nonlinear passive vibration isolators.  相似文献

分析了列车运动荷载引起的应力波在轨道结构和周围地基中的传播,用动力子结构方法求解了铁路轨道和多层地基的相互作用问题,特别是在模型中考虑了轨枕离散支撑的作用.研究的对象结构包括列车运动荷载和受轨枕支撑的钢轨,以及下面的无限分层黏弹性地基.通过傅里叶变换求解微分形式的支配方程,得到了在频域和波数领域中的钢轨以及周围地基的振动准解析解,而响应时程则通过傅里叶逆变换得到.利用结果可以评估高速铁路列车运行时产生的轨道与周围地基的振动强度;同时提出了一种直观的方法来确定轨道与地基中产生共振时列车运行的临界速度.  相似文献

针对两相邻结构间设置连接阻尼器对结构的减震影响问题,研究了基于Kanai-Tajimi谱地震动激励下的Kelvin型粘弹性阻尼器与相邻结构形成的组合体系的随机地震动系列响应(绝对位移及层间位移)的简明封闭解。首先,利用Kelvin型粘弹性阻尼器本构关系及Kanai-Tajimi谱的滤波方程,将组合体系基于复杂地震动激励精确转化为基于简明白噪声激励的运动方程;其次,利用复模态法获得了组合结构相对于地面的绝对位移、层间位移等系列响应方差及0阶~2阶谱矩的统一简明封闭解。最后,通过算例及与虚拟激励法进行对比,证明本文方法的正确性和简明性;通过与未设置阻尼装置结构体系的动力响应对比,说明了阻尼装置对相邻结构具有良好的减震效果,但局部楼层的层间位移及层间剪力会有所增加。  相似文献

In this paper, a multi-degree-of-freedom lumped parameter coupled vehicle-bridge dynamic model is proposed considering the nonlinearities of suspension and tire stiffness/damping and the nonlinear foundation of bridge. In terms of modelling, the continuous expressions of the kinetic energy, potential energy and the dissipation function are constructed. The dynamic equations of the coupled vehicle-bridge system (CVBS) are derived and discretized using Galerkin’s scheme, which yield a set of second-order nonlinear ordinary differential equations with coupled terms. The numerical simulations are conducted by using the Newmark-β integration method to perform a parametric study of the effects on excitation amplitude, suspension stiffness and position relation. The bifurcation diagram, 3-D frequency spectrum and largest Lyapunov exponent are demonstrated in order to better understand the vibration properties and interaction between the vehicle and bridge with the key system parameters. It can be found that the nonlinear dynamic characteristics such as parametric resonance, jump phenomena, periodic, quasi-periodic and chaotic motions are strongly attributed to the interaction between vehicle and bridge. Significantly, under the combined internal and external excitations, the vibration amplitudes of the CVBS have a certain degree of dependence on the external excitation. Suspension stiffness could lead to complex dynamics such as the higher-order bifurcations increase and the chaotic regions broaden. The increasing of distance could effectively control the nonlinear vibration of CVBS. The application of the proposed nonlinear coupled vehicle-bridge model would bring higher computational accuracy and make it possible to design the vehicle and bridge simultaneously.  相似文献

用解析法分析了受法向力作用时饱和多孔半平面的动力响应,在此基础上对饱和多孔半平面与无限长梁的动力相互作用问题进行了分析。借助Fourier变换,将Biot基本方程组转化为常微分方程组并对其分步进行求解,从而将原先极为复杂的问题转化为相对简单的数值积分问题。研究了振动频率(ω)、液体内摩擦(b)和梁的刚度(EI)对梁挠度的影响。数值计算结果表明,振动频率、液体内摩擦和梁的刚度对梁的挠度曲线的形状,尤其是对梁的最大挠度有着显著的影响。梁挠度的幅值随ω的增高,随b的减小,其衰减速度在增快,但随着EI的增大,梁挠度的幅值衰减速度并无明显的变化;梁挠度的最大幅值随ω的增高而减小,随b的减小,随EI的增大而减小。  相似文献

对串列三圆柱体双自由度涡激振动问题进行了数值计算, 并分析了雷诺数、固有频率比和约化速度对串列三圆柱体结构动力响应及频谱特性的影响. 研究发现: 雷诺数、频率比对上游圆柱的振幅和流体力系数的影响较小. 中游圆柱频率锁定区域随着雷诺数的增大而增大, 其动力响应受上游圆柱尾流的影响较大, 但频率比的影响较小. 同时, 流体力系数在约化速度较小时受雷诺数和频率比的影响较大. 另外, 下游圆柱的振幅和流体力系数受雷诺数及频率比的影响较大. 雷诺数、频率比和约化速度对圆柱流体力系数能量谱密度(PSD)曲线中主峰幅值、频谱成分及波动性的影响较大. 流体力系数PSD曲线波动性的增强, 导致圆柱运动轨迹会从"8"字形转变成不规则形状. 当频率比为2.0时, 上游圆柱尾流出现P$+$S模式, 导致其发生非对称运动, 且升、阻力系数PSD曲线主峰重合. 最后, 激励荷载平均功率值随约化速度的变化趋势与对应的结构动力响应的变化类似. 在同一约化速度区间内, 结构振动响应的强弱与位移的平均功率值成正比. 对不同约化速度区间内的升力系数功率谱密度分析时, 振动频率比($f_{s}/f_{n, y})$对结构振动响应的影响更大.   相似文献

利用有限元法和动力平衡原理,建立了具有层间接触的沥青路面和13个自由度的大型客车人体三维模型。以不平顺作为激励,随机模拟车流分布,在不同制动情况下,从时域和频域两方面分析人-车-路耦合振动下车辆和人体的动力响应。时域分析采用客观评价标准和主观烦恼率相结合的方法,频域分析考虑人体共振、人的心理和生理因素。结果表明:随着制动力增大,人体的竖向加速度幅值不变,俯仰、侧倾加速度幅值都增大,但是俯仰加速度增幅远大于侧倾加速度的情况,人的舒适性变差,烦恼率增高;在紧急制动时,主频段对人体共振、心理和生理产生的影响很小,但是次主频段与人体某些器官固有频段重合,对人体共振、心理和生理产生的影响是不容忽视的。  相似文献

考虑轨道不平顺,采用整体车辆和桥梁组合的计算模型。对高架轨道进行车-桥动力分析。对给定的功率谱密度函数,构造等效的频谱幅值和随机相位后再作Fourier逆变换来模拟轨道不平顺,结果表明新方法比通常的三角级数法更为有效,对于轨道平顺及不平顺两种情况,针对两种车速计算车体和桥梁的动力反应。结果表明,轨道不平顺以及车速提高对桥梁跨中位移的影响较小,但对桥梁跨中加速度的影响较大而且高频反应明显增大。轨道不平顺对车体振动的影响较大,振动的幅值和频率都大大提高,车速增大时,尽管车体加速度反应明显增大,但是其位移则变化不大。同时,采用模拟与实测两种不平顺样本的计算结果表明,本文采用功率谱密度函数的模拟方法可以基本反映轨道的实际不平顺情况。  相似文献

将钢轨波浪形磨耗理想化为三种波长和波深组合的连续谐波激扰,通过多体动力学软件UM,分析不同波长和波深工况下谐波激扰对轮轨接触蠕滑特性的影响。研究表明,当波长固定、波深增大时,钢轨轮对垂向振动加速度和纵向蠕滑率/力的平均值均增大,横向蠕滑率/力平均值均减小。当波深固定、波长增大时,钢轨轮对垂向振动加速度平均值和纵向蠕滑率/力平均值均减小,横向蠕滑率/力平均值均增大。纵横向蠕滑率/力均含有与初始不平顺频率值相接近的特征频率成分,纵向蠕滑率/力特征频率随着波深的增大趋向高频段发展,横向蠕滑率/力特征频率集中在低频段,且随着波深增大逐渐减小。当波深为0.3 mm时,纵横向蠕滑率/力强度相当,能量主要集中在低频,频率比较单一;当波深达到0.6 mm和0.9 mm时,蠕滑率/力以纵向蠕滑率/力为主,表现出多频率特征。在波长相同的条件下,随着运营时间的增加,磨耗量在低频段增加较小,在中高频段增加较大。  相似文献

Tire lateral force data on winter surfaces cannot be obtained with the traditional laboratory test technique of an instrumented tire on a moving belt surface. Furthermore, changing snow and ice conditions can drastically change the tire/surface interaction. In this study the Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory’s (CRREL’s) Instrumented Vehicle (CIV) was used in a unique configuration to measure tire lateral force versus slip-angle data on ice and snow at various temperatures, moisture contents, depths, and densities. The vehicle is instrumented to record longitudinal, lateral, and vertical force at the tire contact patch of each wheel as well as vehicle speed, tire speed, and front tire slip angle. The tests were conducted at the Keweenaw Research Center (KRC) in northern Michigan in February 2005 and March 2006. Tests were conducted on ice, packed snow from 0.50 to 0.58 g/cc, remixed snow depths of 2.5–20.3 cm at 0.43 to 0.48 g/cc and freshly fallen snow with depths of 0.5–17 cm at 0.07 to 0.23 g/cc. Surface air temperatures during testing ranged from −14 to 1.6 °C. The data collected show that peak lateral force and the shape of the lateral force versus slip-angle curve are related to snow properties and depths.  相似文献

利用拉普拉斯(Laplace)变换,将变截面阻抗桩振动的时域定解问题转换到频域的形式,求得了关于桩顶位移响应及速度响应的传递函数,然后利用求留数的方法求得了桩土系统的脉冲响应函数,利用脉冲响应函数求得了多种不同激振波形条件下(稳态正弦激励,瞬态半正弦激振及叠加有高频干扰波的瞬态半正弦激振等)的桩顶速度响应的表达式,并对桩土系统的频域特性作了深入的研究,得到了许多重要的结论。此外还将稳态正弦激振、态半正弦激振条件下的解与有关文献所采用分离变量法得到的解进行了对比,为两者的正确性提供了重要的证明。  相似文献
