通过公式与绘图比对实验测得的数据,研究电子与氩原子的夫兰克-赫兹实验中不同阴极电压、第一栅极电压、反向电压下,板极电流随加速电压的变化情况。分析板极电流发生变化的规律及原因,观察测得数据及其绘制的夫兰克-赫兹曲线找出对实验研究负向影响最小的阴极电压、第一栅极电压、反向电压的参考数值。 相似文献

The conduction mechanism of stress induced leakage current (SILC) through 2nm gate oxide is studied over a gate voltage range between 1.7V and stress voltage under constant voltage stress (CVS). The simulation results show that the SILC is formed by trap-assisted tunnelling (TAT) process which is dominated by oxide traps induced by high field stresses. Their energy levels obtained by this work are approximately 1.9eV from the oxide conduction band, and the traps are believed to be the oxygen-related donor-like defects induced by high field stresses. The dependence of the trap density on stress time and oxide electric field is also investigated. 相似文献

Compound action potentials (CAP) and action potential-summating potential complex (AP-SP) evoked by click and tone burst respectively were recorded from the round window in guinea pigs. Correlations between the positive and negative summating potentials (SP and SP-) were examined befroe and after impulse sound exposure. The results show that the SP- is related to CAP threshold shift. In comparison to normal condition, it appears with high incidence when auditory threshold shift reaches 30 dB or more. SP- increases in amplitude when SP decreases. The smaller the amplitude of SP , the larger that of SP-. This suggests that in normal hearing condition SP- may be suppressed by SP . Such suppression may be released if OHC are injured. The dominant SP- as a sign of recruitment may be due to the change in the nonlinear character of IHC following OHC damage. 相似文献

设计了典型参数下的伪火花放电开关,进行了空气介质下的电压特性实验,给出了伪火花开关放电电压与气压变化的关系曲线;测量了产生伪火花放电的气压范围(1~29Pa)和单间隙伪火花放电开关耐受电压的最大值(40kV),测得了伪火花放电与辉光放电的转折点气压(29Pa),并对实验结果进行了理论分析。研究了伪火花放电开关电压跌落时间与放电电压的关系,首次将开关电压跌落过程分为暂态阶段和稳态阶段,讨论了放电电路参数,气体压力,开关结构和放电电压对电压跌落时间的影响。实验表明,在气压和开关结构不变的条件下,暂态过程时间由放电电压决定,电压越高,则所需时间就越短;稳态过程时间由放电电路参数决定,不受放电电压影响。 相似文献

Using computer-aided design three-dimensional simulation technology,the supply voltage scaled dependency of the recovery of single event upset and charge collection in static random-access memory cells are investigated.It reveals that the recovery linear energy transfer threshold decreases with the supply voltage reducing,which is quite attractive for dynamic voltage scaling and subthreshold circuit radiation-hardened design.Additionally,the effect of supply voltage on charge collection is also investigated.It is concluded that the supply voltage mainly affects the bipolar gain of the parasitical bipolar junction transistor(BJT) and the existence of the source plays an important role in supply voltage variation. 相似文献
