The AgOAc/ThioClickFerrophos complex catalyzed the asymmetric Mannich reaction of glycine Schiff base with N-tosylimines effectively to give a mixture of syn and anti adducts (syn/anti = 60/40-70/30) at high yields with high enantioselectivities (up to 98% ee). The complex also catalyzed the asymmetric amination of glycine Schiff base with di-tert-butyl azodicarboxylate with high enantioselectivity.  相似文献

提出了一种采用谷氨酸席夫碱Ni(II)配合物共保护L-谷氨酸的α-氨基和α-羧基合成γ-L-谷氨酰二肽的新方法. 首先由手性助剂——2-[N-(N-苄基-脯氨酰)氨基]二苯甲酮(1)、六水合氯化镍和L-谷氨酸反应, 得到谷氨酸席夫碱Ni(II)配合物2, 产率为98.2%; 进而采用二异丙基碳二亚胺(DIC)/1-羟基-苯并三唑(HOBt)复合缩合剂法分别与L-氨基酸3a~3h反应, 得到相应的γ-L-谷氨酰二肽席夫碱Ni(II)配合物4a~4h, 产率为93.1%~99.0%; 最后稀酸水解配合物, 得到γ-L-谷氨酰二肽5a~5h, 产率为73.0%~86.4%, 高收率(92.2%~97.4%)回收手性助剂. 中间产物和终产物的结构经由旋光, 1H NMR, 13C NMR和HRMS表征.  相似文献

2-氨基-9,9-二甲基芴分别与2-羟基-1-萘甲醛和4-二乙胺基水杨醛经Schiff碱反应合成了两种新型芴类Schiff碱 (4和5),其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR, ESI-MS和元素分析表征。通过紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱初步研究了4和5的溶剂效应和聚集诱导发光性质。结果表明: 4和5的紫外吸收和荧光光谱受质子性溶剂的影响明显高于非质子性溶剂,同时两者具有良好的聚集诱导发光增强效应。THF-H2-O体系中含水量分别达到60%和70%时, 4和5的荧光强度最大。  相似文献

本文将苯并-10-氮杂-15-冠-5或吗啉基取代的单Schiff碱过渡配合物作为催化剂,在常压和120℃条件下,以空气为氧源,研究了对二甲苯催化氧化反应。实验探讨了Schiff碱配合物中心金属离子、Schiff碱配体中挂接的氮杂冠醚环、配体芳环上取代基和反应时间等对对二甲苯催化氧化反应的影响。实验结果表明:Schiff碱配合物中氮杂冠醚的存在能显著缩短反应诱导期,提高催化反应活性和产物选择性;Schiff碱Mn(III)配合物比Schiff碱Co(II)具有更高的催化反应活性;氮杂冠醚Schiff碱Mn(III)配合物对于二甲苯的催化氧化反应转化率大于60%,对甲苯甲酸产物的选择性均高于70%。  相似文献

In the aza-Baylis-Hillman reaction of N-sulfonated imines with methyl vinyl ketone (MVK) promoted by chiral phosphine Lewis base: (R)-2'-diphenylphosphanyl-[1,1']binaphthalenyl-2-ol (10 mol%), the aza-Baylis-Hillman adducts 1 were obtained in good yields with high ee (70-94% ee) at -30 degrees C in THF. In CH2Cl2 upon heating at 40 degrees C, the aza-Baylis-Hillman reaction of N-sulfonated imines with phenyl acrylate gave the adducts 2 in high yields (60-97%) with moderate ee (52-77%).  相似文献

This letter reports the synthesis of Schiff base calix [4] arene crowns containing m-xylylene phenol subunit, in which calix [4] arene Schiff base crowns 2a,2b and 2c were formed by 1:1 condensation of calix [4] arene diamine 1 with dialdehydes (2,6-diformyl-4-chlorophenol 3a,2,6-diformyl-4-methylphenol 3b,2,6-diformyl-4-tert-butylphenol 3c)under high dilute condition in refluxing anhydrous ethanol in 65-70% yield.  相似文献

The polymer supported transition metal complexes of N,N′‐bis (o‐hydroxy acetophenone) hydrazine (HPHZ) Schiff base were prepared by immobilization of N,N′‐bis(4‐amino‐o‐hydroxyacetophenone)hydrazine (AHPHZ) Schiff base on chloromethylated polystyrene beads of a constant degree of crosslinking and then loading iron(III), cobalt(II) and nickel(II) ions in methanol. The complexation of polymer anchored HPHZ Schiff base with iron(III), cobalt(II) and nickel(II) ions was 83.30%, 84.20% and 87.80%, respectively, whereas with unsupported HPHZ Schiff base, the complexation of these metal ions was 80.3%, 79.90% and 85.63%. The unsupported and polymer supported metal complexes were characterized for their structures using I.R, UV and elemental analysis. The iron(III) complexes of HPHZ Schiff base were octahedral in geometry, whereas cobalt(II) and nickel(II) complexes showed square planar structures as supported by UV and magnetic measurements. The thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) of HPHZ Schiff base and its metal complexes was used to analyze the variation in thermal stability of HPHZ Schiff base on complexation with metal ions. The HPHZ Schiff base showed a weight loss of 58% at 500°C, but its iron(III), cobalt(II) and nickel(II) ions complexes have shown a weight loss of 30%, 52% and 45% at same temperature. The catalytic activity of metal complexes was tested by studying the oxidation of phenol and epoxidation of cyclohexene in presence of hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant. The supported HPHZ Schiff base complexes of iron(III) ions showed 64.0% conversion for phenol and 81.3% conversion for cyclohexene at a molar ratio of 1∶1∶1 of substrate to catalyst and hydrogen peroxide, but unsupported complexes of iron(III) ions showed 55.5% conversion for phenol and 66.4% conversion for cyclohexene at 1∶1∶1 molar ratio of substrate to catalyst and hydrogen peroxide. The product selectivity for catechol (CTL) and epoxy cyclohexane (ECH) was 90.5% and 96.5% with supported HPHZ Schiff base complexes of iron(III) ions, but was found to be low with cobalt(II) and nickel(II) ions complexes of Schiff base. The selectivity for catechol (CTL) and epoxy cyclohexane (ECH) was different with studied metal ions and varied with molar ratio of metal ions in the reaction mixture. The selectivity was constant on varying the molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide and substrate. The energy of activation for epoxidation of cyclohexene and phenol conversion in presence of polymer supported HPHZ Schiff base complexes of iron(III) ions was 8.9 kJ mol?1 and 22.8 kJ mol?1, respectively, but was high with Schiff base complexes of cobalt(II) and nickel(II) ions and with unsupported Schiff base complexes.  相似文献

The new chiral Schiff base ligands 1a1c were synthesized from (1R)-(+)-camphor and found to be efficient catalysts for the enantioselective silylcyanation of aromatic aldehydes. Improved procedures are reported for the glycosylation of L-serine and L-threonine utilizing activated Schiff base glycosyl acceptors, which are less expensive and more efficient alternatives to published methods. L-serine or L-threonine benzyl ester hydrochloride salts were reacted with the diarylketimine bis-(4-methoxyphenyl)-methanimine in CH3CN at rt to form the more nucleophilic Schiff bases 3a and 3b in excellent yield. These Schiff bases exhibited ring-chain tautomerism in CDCl3 as shown by 1H NMR. Schiff bases 3a and 3b, acting as glycosyl acceptors, reacted at rt with simple sugar peracetate donors with BF3·OEt2 promotion to provide the corresponding L-serine and L-threonine O-linked glycosides in excellent yields and purities. The dipeptide ester Schiff base Ar2C = N-Ser-Val-OCH3 3e also reacted to provide β-glycosides in excellent yields, and without epimerization. With microwave irradiation the reactions were complete in 2 to 5 min. To investigate this reaction further, classical AgOTf-promoted Koenigs-Knorr reaction of D-glucopyranosyl, lactosyl, and maltosyl bromides were examined, providing the β-glycosides with yields ranging from 35% to 68%. The difference in reactivity between α- and β-carbohydrate peracetate donors was remarkable. The less configurationally stable D-xylopyranosyl tetra-acetate (a pentose) showed no selectivity (αvsβ-configuration) toward the Schiff bases.  相似文献

A polymer-anchored Pd(II) Schiff base complex has been synthesized by reacting a polymeric amine with 2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde to get the polymer-anchored Schiff base, which was then reacted with palladium acetate. The catalyst was characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. It shows excellent catalytic activity in the Sonogashira coupling of phenylacetylene with aryl halides using triethylamine as a base and copper iodide as a co-catalyst in water under open air at 70 °C. We have also studied the effects of base and solvent on the coupling reaction. Sonogashira reactions of phenylacetylene with a variety of functionalized aryl halides were performed under the optimized reaction conditions. This catalyst gives excellent yields without the use of phosphine ligands. Further experiments showed that the catalyst can be used five times without much loss in the catalytic activity.  相似文献

Mild and effective procedure for the halogen exchange reaction of alkyl halides with elemental iodine and bromine catalyzed with uranyl Schiff base complexes in various aprotic solvents was developed. Corresponding alkyl bromides and iodides were obtained with high yields within 20—70 min. The structures of the target products were confirmed by physical and spectroscopic data.  相似文献

We report an efficient, mild and convenient synthetic protocol for the C–S cross-coupling reaction of various aryl, benzyl, allyl chlorides and thiols using 5 mol % Nickel–Schiff base catalyst with NaOH as the base, in DMF at 70 °C. Using this protocol, we have shown that a variety of aryl sulfides can be synthesized in excellent yields from readily available organic chlorides and thiols.  相似文献

The conjugate addition of Ni(II) complexes of glycine Schiff base to α,β-unsaturated aldehydes catalyzed by (S)-2-(diphenyl(trimethylsilyloxy)methyl)pyrrolidine afforded adducts in excellent yields with up to 49:1 dr and 95% ee. New Schiff base complexes of zinc(II), copper(II), nickel(II), and vanadium(IV) were synthesized using the Schiff base ligand formed by the condensation of 2-aminoethanethiol and 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde. The tetradentate Schiff base ligand N,N´-(3,4-dithiahexane-1,6-diyl)bis(2-hydroxy-1-naphthaleneimine), containing a disulfide bond, was coordinated to the metal(II) ions through the two azomethine nitrogen atoms and two deprotonated phenolic oxygens of two different ligands which was connected to each other by sulfur-sulfur bond. The molar conductivity values of complexes in DMSO solvent implied the presence of nonelectrolyte species. The fluorescence properties of the Schiff base ligand and its complexes were studied in dimethylsulfoxide. The Schiff base ligand and its complexes were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, UV/Vis spectroscopies, elemental analysis, and conductometry. The crystal structure of tetradentate Schiff base ligand was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The Schiff base ligand was contained disulfide bond. Furthermore, the binding interaction of these complexes with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) was investigated by different methods.  相似文献

Schiff base derivatives with anthracene- and pyrene-based units, A1-A6 and P1-P6 were synthesized (89%–99% yields). Schiff base derivatives were designed to possess an heterocyclic moiety on one side to enhance the coordination ability towards metals. To investigate the biological assay of the newly synthesized compounds, their DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging, metal chelating, reducing power, antibacterial and DNA binding activities were tested. A6 (63.1%) showed the maximum free radical scavenging activity among all. However, compound P3 at concentration of 200 μg/mL possessed the highest metal chelating (45.8%) activity and power of reduction. In addition, P3 and A6 showed antibacterial activity against all bacteria tested and both compounds were very well bound to CT-DNA. Density functional theory method with B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) basis set was performed to get information about the structural and electronic properties of the present compounds. In addition, the metal coordination properties of the dimers of the parent Schiff bases were investigated through interactions with Zn2+.  相似文献

The bifunctional carbonyl compound; 4,6-diacetylresorcinol (DAR) serves as precursor for the formation of different Schiff base ligands, which are either di- or tetra-basic with two symmetrical sets of either O2N or N2O tridentate chelating sites. The condensation of 4,6-diacetylresorcinol with 3-amino-1-propanol (3-AP) or 1,3-diaminopropane (DAP), yields the corresponding hexadentate Schiff base ligands, abbreviated as H4La and H2Lb, respectively. The structures of these ligands were elucidated by elemental analyses, IR, mass, 1H NMR and electronic spectra. Reaction of the Schiff base ligands with copper(II), nickel(II), cobalt(II), zinc(II), cadmium(II), iron(III), chromium(III), vanadyl(IV) and uranyl(VI) ions in 1:2 molar ratio afforded the corresponding transition metal complexes. A variety of binuclear complexes for the metal complexes were obtained with the ligands in its di- or tetra-deprotonated forms. The structures of the newly prepared complexes were identified by elemental analyses, infrared, electronic, mass, 1H NMR and ESR spectra as well as magnetic susceptibility measurements and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). The bonding sites are the azomethine and amino nitrogen atoms, and phenolic and alcoholic oxygen atoms. The metal complexes exhibit different geometrical arrangements such as square planar, tetrahedral, square pyramid and octahedral arrangement.  相似文献
