Available virtual sensing schemes either depend on assumptions that are valid for isolated frequencies, or require heavy online adaptations. A simple method is proposed here to predict the virtual signal exactly for broadband noise control in a lightly damped enclosure. The proposed method requires two physical sensors installed judiciously in a sound field to predict a virtual signal. The method is based on an exact mathematical relation between the virtual and physical sensors, which is valid for the entire frequency of interest. It is possible to use multiple sensor-pairs to reduce the sensitivity of the proposed method with respect to acoustic parameters, such as speed of sound or sensor mismatching. Experimental results are presented to verify the analytical results.  相似文献

Based on the experimental results, obtained by studying both structural and gas-sensing properties of the SnO2 and In2O3 films deposited by the spray pyrolysis method, we analyzed the influence of crystallite size on the parameters of the SnO2- and In2O3-based thin film solid-state gas sensors. For comparison, the behavior of ceramic-type gas sensors was considered as well. In particular, we examined the correlation between the grain size and parameters of conductometric-type gas sensors such as the magnitude of sensor signal, the rate of sensor response, thermal stability, and the sensitivity of sensor signal to air humidity. Findings confirmed that that grain size is one of the most important parameters of metal oxides, controlling almost all operating characteristics of the solid state gas sensors fabricated using both the ceramic and thin film technologies. However, it was shown that there is no single universal requirement for the grain size, because changes in grain size could either improve, or worsen of operating characteristics of gas sensors. Therefore, the choice of optimal grain size should be based on the detailed consideration of all possible consequences of their influence on the parameters of sensors designed.  相似文献

An automated, computer-based system was designed to quantify infestation of internally feeding larvae in a grain sample by obtaining data correlated with the location of sound sources. Information related to the relative arrival times of insect feeding sounds to an array of acoustic sensors is obtained despite the low signal to noise ratios and the differential distortion induced by sound propagation through the non-uniform grain medium to the different sensors. This is achieved by employing parallel acquisition of all sensor outputs and cross-correlation analyses of all adjacent sensor pairs in the vicinity of the sensor with the largest signal. The peak location times of the resulting cross-correlograms cluster together for multiple sounds produced by the same insect but otherwise are more broadly distributed. A cluster analysis algorithm was developed to group sounds with similar ‘fingerprints’ (i.e. patterns of peak locations across several cross-correlograms). Each sufficiently large group of matching sounds indicates the presence of an insect.  相似文献

利用反射式近红外传感器及语音录放组件,研究了汽车倒车防撞语音提示器。当汽车倒车时,只要距车身后尾一定的距离内有人或物体存在,就会有一部分红外光信号经人或物体反射回来,被与发射管同排安装的光敏接收管收到并转换成同频率的电信号后,由模块内部电路进行放大、解调、整形、比较处理后,在输出端输出控制信号,控制语音录放组件工作,告诉司机车后有人、车后有物体。由于近红外线传感器、语音录放组件均为一体化结构,成本低、接线简单、抗震能力强、测量准确、工作稳定可靠,适合在汽车上安装使用。  相似文献

引入光纤光栅传感器,并结合螺纹管压弯扭分离测量理论,实现对螺纹管所受压力、弯矩和扭矩的测量.由测量结果可知,光纤光栅传感器测得压力与驱动电机上压力传感器测得压力基本相符,两者测得压力的差值为-11.4~15.5N;光纤光栅传感器测得弯矩与理论值基本一致,两者之间的差值为-0.54~0.46N·m;光纤光栅传感器测得扭矩与驱动电机上扭矩传感器测得扭矩基本相符,两者测得扭矩的差值为-0.54~0.87N·m.测量结果验证了光纤光栅传感器对螺纹管力学参数测量的可行性,为螺纹管的力学参数测量提供了一种新方法.  相似文献

The grain-size dependence of certain mechanical properties of commercially pure titanium under deformation at room temperature is examined. A decrease in the grain size is found to provide a continuous improvement in strength, lower work hardening, and nonmonotonic dependence of the length of the uniform deformation stage. Furthermore, localized deformation in the neck and total plasticity before fracture exhibit a low sensitivity to the grain size. A yield tooth and plateau occur in the flow curve as the structure is reduced down to a certain grain size. The grain-size dependence of the mechanical behavior of the material and its relation to the dislocation redistribution are discussed.  相似文献

理论分析了光纤光栅法布里-珀罗(F-P)传感器频分复用技术的原理,并给出了信号处理对腔长选取的要求。数值模拟结果表明,不同腔长的传感器具有不同的谐振条纹频率,为保证频域中的信号不发生重叠,要求不同光纤光栅法布里-珀罗传感器间的腔长之差必须大于光纤光栅的长度。进一步的实验及模拟分析结果发现,温度等待测量的变化仅仅使光纤光栅法布里-珀罗传感器的反射光谱整体平移,相应的频域信号只产生相移而形状不发生变化,因而不能采用普通光纤法布里-珀罗(FFP)传感器的腔长傅里叶变换解调法解调频分复用光纤光栅法布里-珀罗传感器的信号。根据这一特点,提出了利用自相关分析实现频分复用传感器系统信号解调的方案。  相似文献

超精密测量对环境振动要求非常严格,其仪器设备中多安装隔振装置。为评估某重点实验室圆度仪中使用的仪用小型空气弹簧隔振台的隔振性能,利用压电式加速度传感器设计振动测试试验。根据振动测试中信号的实际情况,设计信号处理算法,对采集到的加速度信号进行预处理、积分运算、频谱分析,消除信号中低频趋势项和干扰噪声,还原实际振动状况,准确获取隔振系统振动位移曲线及其固有频率。试验表明,该空气弹簧隔振系统各项指标满足隔振要求。信号处理算法对振动测试中的加速度信号处理具有一定指导意义,也可作为故障诊断中加速度信号处理的参考。  相似文献

A new micro-vibration sensor based on single-mode fiber ring laser is put forward. The Mach-Zehnder interferometric (MZI) detection technique is presented for interrogating laser frequency shift due to the measurand (piezoelectric transducer (PZT) is used to simulate the micro-vibration) induced laser cavity strain from both single- and multi-mode lasers. In the experiment, compared with multi-mode laser sensors, the single-mode laser sensor is proved to be a sensor with high resolution. When the PZT is driven by the analog signal (0.03 rad near 2 kHz), the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of output signal from the single-mode laser sensor is close to 55 dB and the sensitivity of the sensor is about 5 ×10^-5 rad/Hz1/2.  相似文献

为探索油-气-水三相流持气率测量难题,该文开展了脉冲透射式超声传感器持气率测量动态实验研究。首先,利用超声传感器与光纤传感器组合,测取了油-气-水三相流中段塞流、混状流、泡状流的响应信号;其次,提取了超声脉冲信号的最大值序列来反映不同流型时超声传感器响应特性,同时,借助双头光纤传感器与相关测速法,计算得到了流体中气泡弦长序列;最后,结合流型与泡径信息,利用超声传感器测量了不同流型下持气率,并分析了不同流型持气率预测的误差来源,为其他油-气-水三相流持气率测量传感器设计提供了借鉴。  相似文献

Underwater acoustic vector sensors, for measuring acoustic intensity, are typically used in open water where electromagnetic interference (EMI) is generally not a contributor to overall background noise. However, vector sensors are also useful in a laboratory setting where EMI can be a limiting factor at low frequencies. An underwater vector sensor is designed and built with specific care for EMI immunity. The sensor, and associated signal processing, is shown to reduce background noise at EMI frequencies by 10-50 dB and 10-20 dB across the entire frequency bandwidth, as compared to an identical unshielded vector sensor.  相似文献

The acoustic source localization technique for anisotropic plates proposed by the authors in an earlier publication ([1] Kundu et al., 2012) is improved in this paper by adopting some modifications. The improvements are experimentally verified on anisotropic flat and curved composite plates. Difficulties associated with the original technique were first investigated before making any modification. It was noted that the accuracy of this technique depends strongly on the accuracy of the measured time difference of arrivals (TDOA) at different receiving sensors placed in close proximity in a sensor cluster. The sensor cluster is needed to obtain the direction of the acoustic source without knowing the material properties of the plate. Two modifications are proposed to obtain the accurate TDOA. The first one is to replace the recorded full time histories by only their initial parts – the first dip and peak – for the subsequent signal processing. The second modification is to place the sensors in the sensor cluster as close as possible. It is shown that the predictions are improved significantly with these modifications. These modifications are then applied to another sensor cluster based technique called the beamforming technique, to see if similar improvements are achieved for that technique also with these modifications.  相似文献

Recently, a folded Mach–Zehnder interferometer with homodyne in- and quadrature-phase detection was proposed as a high-precision, wide-dynamic range tilt sensor. By way of a practical application and to validate actual performance, two-axis tilt sensors were developed and installed for one mirror of the input mode cleaner cavity in KAGRA, the large-scale cryogenic gravitational-wave telescope in Kamioka, Gifu, Japan. Building on previous work, we have demonstrated that the two-axis tilt sensor has properly sensed the tilt angle changes of the mirror motion with high precision and without calibration. Compared with our initial angular sensor, an optical lever, which is calibrated by using the interferometer tilt sensor, we found that both sensors showed actual tilt motions of the mirror at low frequencies, and the two-axis interferometer sensor has a better sensitivity at higher frequencies.  相似文献

Three basic configurations, namely, (i) parallel with a common reference, (ii) parallel with separate references and (iii) series, are studied for a multiplexed system of optical-fibre sensors. With a frequency-modulated laser source, each sensor of a different predetermined path imbalance results in a different beat frequency at the detector and signals are multiplexed in the frequency domain. The cross-term problem arising from undesired interference associated with more than one sensor is described. A series configuration has more cross terms than a parallel configuration if there are four sensors or more and, consequently, suffers more signal power reduction if there are seven sensors or more. Several schemes are presented, which ensures the separation of cross terms from desired signals. In a parallel system with a common reference, signals and cross terms are allocated in the lower and in the higher region, respectively, or to every other line in the frequency domain. In a parallel system with separate references, sensors are made incoherent to each other to produce no cross terms. In a series system, more elaborate schemes are necessary. The estimated maximum number of sensors indicates that a parallel configuration should be used if there are 10 sensors or more to be multiplexed.  相似文献

We demonstrate a novel frequency-domain-multiplexing technique for implementing polarimetric fiber laser current sensors. Each sensor operates at a different polarization-mode beat frequency that is modulated in response to applied electric current. A bank of bandpass filters can be used to separate signals from different sensors. A simple frequency-demodulation technique based on a phase-locked loop is used for signal processing.  相似文献

A method for frequency-multiplexed multi-sample gas sensing is presented. It enables measuring multiple samples placed simultaneously in the setup, without any optical or mechanical switching. Samples are measured using heterodyne detection and signal from each sensing path is encoded at different carrier frequency. Subsequently, a signal from particular sample is retrieved through heterodyne beatnote demodulation at unique frequency. This technique is particularly suitable for real-time calibration of the sensor through a sequential (or simultaneous) detection of three signals: from unknown sample, reference sample and baseline. Basic setup is demonstrated and proof-of-concept experiments are presented. Very good agreement with spectra measured using standard tunable diode absorption spectroscopy is obtained.  相似文献

利用反射式近红外传感器、无线电收/发模块及四合一功能组合计数集成电路等器件,研究了无线遥控红外线计数器。当有产品通过红外线检测区域时,就会有一部分红外光信号经产品反射回来,被与红外线发射管同排安装的光敏接收管收到并转换成同频率的电信号,再经红外传感器模块内电路进行放大、比较处理,输出高电平信号,启动发射机工作。接收机收到发射机发来的无线遥控编码信号后,再经解调、解码电路处理,输出编码脉冲,对此脉冲信号进行计数,就实现了对产品的统计。整个系统为模块化结构,具有安装容易、抗震能力强、传输距离远、工作稳定、计数准确、高亮度数字显示等特点。可用于重工业、轻纺工业、食品工业、农牧业一些设备或流水线上对产量或流量进行遥控计数。  相似文献

Electrodynamic sensor, which can also be called as tribo-electric sensor, senses the electrostatic charge carried by the particle. The tomography system using electrodynamic sensor is called as tribo-electric tomography system. Source of the signal induced on the electrodynamic sensor is brought by the object to be measured and no excitation circuit is necessary. This electrodynamic sensing is a passive sensing and the fast and light weighted tomography system is expected. On the other hand, most of tomography system, like capacitance tomography or resistance tomography, demands excitation circuit and is an active sensing. The number of measurements with the passive sensing is equal to the number of sensors and that of active sensing is the number of the combinations of two sensors. The passive sensing tomography system demands more sensors to be settled. We plan to improve in reconstructed images by increasing the number of the electrodynamic sensors in tribo-electric tomography system. We investigate the influence of surface area to signal intensity solving the electrical field in the sensing zone using finite element method.  相似文献

Passive acoustic towed linear arrays are increasingly used to detect marine mammal sounds during mobile anthropogenic activities. However, these arrays cannot resolve between signals arriving from the port or starboard without vessel course changes or multiple cable deployments, and their performance is degraded by vessel self-noise and non-acoustic mechanical vibration. In principle acoustic vector sensors can resolve these directional ambiguities, as well as flag the presence of non-acoustic contamination, provided that the vibration-sensitive sensors can be successfully integrated into compact tow modules. Here a vector sensor module attached to the end of a 800 m towed array is used to detect and localize 1813 sperm whale "clicks" off the coast of Sitka, AK. Three methods were used to identify frequency regimes relatively free of non-acoustic noise contamination, and then the active intensity (propagating energy) of the signal was computed between 4-10 kHz along three orthogonal directions, providing unambiguous bearing estimates of two sperm whales over time. These bearing estimates are consistent with those obtained via conventional methods, but the standard deviations of the vector sensor bearing estimates are twice those of the conventionally-derived bearings. The resolved ambiguities of the bearings deduced from vessel course changes match the vector sensor predictions.  相似文献
