A CDCSL algebra is a reflexive operator algebra with completely distributive and commutative subspace lattice. In this paper, we show, for a weakly closed linear subspace of a CDCSL algebra , that is a Lie ideal if and only if for all invertibles A in , and that is a Jordan ideal if and only if it is an associative ideal.  相似文献

In a category with homotopy (Definition 1.1), one can define a natural concept of (co)fibrations and weak equivalences (Sec. 2) such that some properties of a closed model category hold. If is a complete and cocomplete category (with respect to finite limits) with simplicial homotopy (Definition 1.3), one achieves a full closed model structure in (Theorem 4.6). For each category with homotopy , there exists a category with simplicial homotopy (see Sec. 5) (the simplicial envelope of ). In accordance with the quantum duality principle, the twisted algebra is equivalent to the quantum group and has two preferred bases: one inherited from the universal enveloping algebra and the other generated by coordinate functions of the dual Lie group . We show howthe transformation can be explicitly obtained for any simple Lie algebra and a factorable chain of extended Jordanian twists. In the algebra , we introduce a natural vector grading , compatible with the adjoint representation of the algebra. Passing to the dual-group coordinates allows essentially simplifying the costructure of the deformed Hopf algebra , considered as a quantum group . The transformation can be used to construct new solutions of the twist equations. We construct a parameterized family of extended Jordanian deformations and study it in terms of ; we find new realizations of the parabolic twist. The embedding theorem is established for Z-graded transitive modular Lie superalgebras g=(?)satisfying the conditions: (i)g0(?)(g-1)and g0-module g-1 is isomorphic to the natural(?)(g-1)-module; (ii)dim g1=2/3n(2n~2 1),where n=1/2dim g-1. In particular,it is proved that the finite-dimensional simple modular Lie superalgebras satisfying the conditions above are isomorphic to the odd Hamiltonian superalgebras.The restricted Lie superalgebras are also considered.  相似文献

The Spin (1) case includes the classical Schwarz reflection principle for holomorphic functions in the plane. The Spin case deals with so-called “half boundary value problems” for the Dirac operator. With a compact PL manifold X we associate a category . The objects of are all combinatorial manifolds of type X, and morphisms are combinatorial assemblies. We prove that the homotopy equivalence
holds, where PL(X) is the simplicial group of PL homeomorphisms. Thus the space is a canonical countable (as a CW-complex) model of BPL (X). As a result, we obtain functorial pure combinatorial models for PL fiber bundles with fiber X and a PL polyhedron B as the base. Such a model looks like a -coloring of some triangulation K of B. The vertices of K are colored by objects of , and the arcs are colored by morphisms in such a way that the diagram arising from the 2-skeleton of K is commutative. Comparing with the classical results of geometric topology, we obtain combinatorial models of the real Grassmannian in small dimensions: for n = 1, 2, 3, 4. The result is proved in a sequence of results on similar models of BPL (X). Special attention is paid to the main noncompact case X = ℝn and to the tangent bundle and Gauss functor of a combinatorial manifold. The trick that makes the proof possible is a collection of lemmas on “fragmentation of a fiberwise homeomorphism,” a generalization of the folklore lemma on fragmentation of an isotopy. Passive linear systems τ = have their transfer function in the Schur class S . Using a parametrization of contractive block operators the transfer function is connected to the Sz.-Nagy–Foiaş characteristic function of the contraction A. This gives a new aspect and some explicit formulas for studying the interplay between the system τ and the functions and . The method leads to some new results for linear passive discrete-time systems. Also new proofs for some known facts in the theory of these systems are obtained. Let be an associative ring with identity, and let be the category of left unitary -modules. A complete characterization of continuous additive co- and contravariant functors is given. Such functors are either representable, or equivalent to a tensor product, or trivial ones. The class of categories that are dual to and, therefore, are equivalent to the category of compact right -modules is constructed by purely algebraic means. A canonical category is singled out in this class. A purely algebraic structure that is equivalent to the topology-algebraic structure of compact right -modules is constructed. A uniformly recurrent pseudoword is an element of a free profinite semigroup in which every finite factor appears in every sufficiently long finite factor. An alternative characterization is as a pseudoword that is a factor of all its infinite factors, i.e., one that lies in a -class with only finite words strictly -above it. Such a -class is regular, and therefore it has an associated profinite group, namely, any of its maximal subgroups. One way to produce such -classes is to iterate finite weakly primitive substitutions. This paper is a contribution to the computation of the profinite group associated with the -class that is generated by the infinite iteration of a finite weakly primitive substitution. We study holomorphic flows on Stein manifolds. We prove that a holomorphic flow with isolated singularities and a dicritical singularity of the form on a Stein manifold with , is globally analytically linearizable; in particular M is biholomorphic to . A nonflat Einstein solvmanifold ( , g) is said to be of standard type if in the associated metric Lie algebra , the orthogonal complement of the derived algebra is Abelian. It is an open question whether the standard condition is automatically satisfied for all nonflat Einstein solvmanifolds. We derive certain properties of the metric Lie algebra of a nonflat Einstein solvmanifold ( , g) under the assumption . This paper studies irreducible matrices , satisfying Brualdi's conditions , or, shortly, Brualdi matrices. Here, is the set of circuits of length in the directed graph of A, and is the support of . Among the results obtained are a characterization of Brualdi matrices, implying, in particular, that they are generalized diagonally dominant; the necessary and sufficient conditions of singularity of Brualdi matrices; explicit expressions for the absolute values of the components of right null-vectors of a singular Brualdi matrix, and conditions necessary and sufficient for a boundary point of Brualdi's inclusion region to be an eigenvalue of an irreducible matrix.
