采用微波消解法处理海洋贝类样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定样品中镉、铬、铜和铅等4种重金属元素的含量。选择111 Cd、53 Cr、63 Cu和208 Pb等待测元素的同位素克服了质谱干扰。4种元素分别在一定的质量浓度范围内呈线性,检出限(3s)在0.005~0.17μg.L-1之间。镉、铬、铜和铅的回收率分别为94.7%,102.1%,101.9%,105.3%;测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)分别为4.3%,3.8%,1.5%,6.0%。 相似文献

随着工业生产的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,城市垃圾处理场的重金属含量越来越高。部分重金属通过大气和水进入土壤,由于污染给生物和人类带来危害。大型土壤动物-蚯蚓,是土壤污染中敏感的指示动物,受到国内外学者的重视。因此,通过对蚯蚓的监测来评价土壤的污染程度是常用的方法之一。本法将蚯蚓洗净泥沙,置黑暗处饥饿养殖3天,待其基本排尽粪便,经烘干研磨制成粉,经硝酸-高氯酸消解后,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中的铜锌镉铅含量。方法简便、快速,相对标准偏差为0.5%~3.7%,加标回收率为94.0%~106.0%,获得满意的结果。 相似文献

采用微波消解结合同位镀汞阳极溶出伏安法对茶叶、紫菜和西洋菜等食品中的铜、铅、镉进行了测定,并优化了微波消解、电解缓冲液、富集电位等实验条件。采用标准加入法定量,Cu、Pb、Cd的线性范围分别为0.040~1.768、0.080~1.768、0.040~1.768 mg/L,相关系数分别为0.998 4、0.998 2、0.997 0,检出限分别为0.008、0.016、0.008 mg/L,相对标准偏差(n=5)分别为4.1%、0.92%、2.0%。该方法测定茶叶、紫菜、西洋菜等实际样品的铜、铅、镉含量,加标回收率分别为98%~109%、94%~103%、100%~112%;将测定结果与原子吸收光谱法检测结果对比,表明此方法简便、快速,且具有较高的灵敏度、较好的选择性和可靠性。 相似文献

采用硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸溶解样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定了铅锌矿尾矿渣中的铜、铅、锌和镉。以铑为内标元素,选择63 Cu,66Zn,208 Pb,114 Cd作为测量同位素。铜、铅、锌的线性范围为200μg·L-1,镉的线性范围为1.0μg·L-1,检出限(3s)分别为0.04,0.10,0.03,0.003μg·g-1。测定值的相对标准偏差(n=11)在0.39%~2.2%之间。用此方法分析标准物质,测定值与认定值相符。 相似文献

A standardless electrochemical method for metal ion determination in aqueous solution is proposed. This method is based on the combination of stripping voltammetry and controlled potential coulometry laws. Its application requires neither calibration using standard solutions nor standard additions to the studying solutions. The efficiency of the new method was examined using the detection of mercury, cadmium, copper and lead ions in aqueous media. The interference of metal ions was studied, and the determination of each metal ion was carried out in the presence of the others. The method was tested on samples of river water analyzed independently by atomic absorption spectrometry. A good agreement of the results was demonstrated. 相似文献

以毛细管为分离通道 ,在KNO3 缓冲溶液中 ,用表面镀汞膜的金微电极作为工作电极 ,采用单脉冲伏安法同时测定铜、锌、铅、镉含量 ,考察并优化了影响分离和检测的相关因素 :缓冲溶液pH、分离高压、脉冲上限和下限、脉冲宽度等。该法的最佳实验条件 :5mmol/LKNO3(pH6.0) ,分离高压20kV ,脉冲上限 -0.2V ,脉冲下限 -1.15V(vs.SCE) ,脉冲宽度500ms。结果表明 ,各峰面积与其离子浓度成线性关系 ,线性范围(μg/mL)分别为 :铜5.0×10-2~10.0;锌1.0×10-2~10.0 ;铅5.0×10-2~5.0 ;镉2.0×10-2~10.0。加标回收率在95%~110%之间。用该法较好地测定了水样中的重金属铜锌铅镉 相似文献

Abstract A derivative pulse polarographic method is described for determining traces of copper, lead and cadmium in cobalt and its compounds without separation. In hydrochloric acid medium the detection limits are respectively about 0.02, 0.04 and 0.1 ppm in metallic cobalt when analysing 2 M cobalt solutions. The procedure was applied to the analyses of synthetic and commercially available cobalt samples and showed a satisfactory sensitivity and precision at various concentrations levels of the three impurities. 相似文献

采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定了卷烟纸中铜、砷、钼、镉、铊和铅等6种杂质金属元素。试样用硝酸、过氧化氢及氢氟酸在Multiwave 3000型微波消解仪中消解处理,在所得消解后的溶液中加入硼酸溶液络合过量的氢氟酸。加入含115In及209Bi各20μg.L-1的混合溶液作为内标。上述6种元素在一定浓度范围内与各相应的分析信号值之间呈线性关系,其检出限(3S/N)在0.002~0.16μg.L-1之间。按标准加入法测得方法的回收率在95.3%~113.0%之间。试验了方法的重复性,其相对标准偏差(n=5)在0.9%~4.6%之间。 相似文献

Anodic stripping voltammetry is useful instrumental method for trace element determination in biological materials. It is however extremely demanding to the quality of the sample preparation process. The high‐pressure microwave assisted digestion seems to meet its requirements. The differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry technique was used for determination of cadmium, copper, lead and zinc in certified reference materials both of plant and of animal origin to prove the analytical properties of such sample preparation method. The found concentrations have been in satisfactory agreement with the certified values. The elaborated digestion procedure is greatly universal and has required accuracy and precision. 相似文献
