The title complex, [NaNi(C5H7O2)3]n, contains an anionic tris(acetylacetonato)nickelate(II) unit, [Ni(acac)3] (acac is acetylacetonate), with a highly regular octahedral coordination geometry. The NiII cation lies on a Wyckoff a site, resulting in D3 symmetry of the anion. Charge balance is provided by sodium cations, which occupy Wyckoff type b sites. Each sodium cation is surrounded by two [Ni(acac)3] anions, each of which is connected to the alkali metal through three O atoms, in a fac configuration. This arrangement leads to the formation of linear [Na{Ni(acac)3}]n chains along the c axis. The Ni...Na distance is 2.9211 (10) Å. The title complex is one of the few examples of heterometallic systems based on alkali and transition metal cations bridged by acetylacetonate ligands.  相似文献

In the centrosymmetric dinuclear anions of the title bimetallic complex, {[Mg(H2O)6][Cu2(C8H2NO7)2]·2H2O}n, each CuII ion is strongly coordinated by four O atoms in a distorted square‐planar geometry. Two of these O atoms belong to phenolate groups and the other two to carboxylate groups from 5‐nitro‐2‐oxidoisophthalate (L1) trianions, derived from 5‐nitrobenzene‐1,2,3‐tricarboxylic acid (O2N–H3L). The phenolate O atoms bridge the two CuII ions in the anion. In addition, each CuII cation interacts weakly with a symmetry‐related carboxylate O atom of an adjacent L1 ligand, giving a square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. The copper residue forms a ladder‐like linear coordination polymer via L1 ligands. The [Mg(H2O)6]2+ cations sit on centres of inversion. The polymeric anions, cations and free water molecules are self‐assembled into a three‐dimensional supramolecular network via O—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, [Na(C8H20BO4)]n, has twofold crystallographic symmetry, with the Na+ cations bound by four O atoms [Na—O = 2.251 (3) Å]. The tetra­ethoxy­borate anion acts as a bridging ligand to form one‐dimensional polymers running along the twofold crystal axis. The crystal was treated as a racemic twin.  相似文献

In the two title copper(II) complexes, [CuL(C5H7O2)]n, (I), and [CuL′(C5H7O2)], (II), respectively, where HL is 4‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxybenzaldehyde picoloylhydrazone, C14H12N3O3, and HL′ is 4‐methoxybenzaldehyde picoloylhydrazone, C14H12N3O2, the CuII ions display a highly Jahn–Teller‐distorted octahedral and a square‐planar coordination geometry, respectively. In complex (I), two neighbouring CuII atoms are bridged by L and acetylacetonate, alternately, giving rise to a one‐dimensional chain of CuN2O4 octahedra interconnected by these two ligands along the a axis. In addition, the hydroxy H atom of the vanillin group connects to the carboxyl O atom of the adjacent chain via an O—H...O hydrogen bond, giving rise to a three‐dimensional supramolecular assembly. The title complex, [CaCu(C5H6O4)2(H2O)2]n, is the first heterobimetallic complex based on a substituted malonate dianion. The CuII cation and two independent 2,2‐dimethylmalonate (or 2,2‐dimethylpropanedioate) dianions build up a robust dianionic [Cu(C5H6O4)2]2− complex, which acts as a building block to coordinate to four Ca2+ cations. Each CuII centre is in a four‐coordinate square plane of dimethylmalonate O atoms, while each CaII atom is in an eight‐coordinate distorted bicapped trigonal–prismatic environment of six O atoms from four different dimethylmalonate groups and two water molecules. This arrangement creates a two‐dimensional layer connectivity of the structure. The dianionic [Cu(C5H6O4)2]2− units are involved in different intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions with water molecules via the formation of hydrogen‐bonded rings of graph sets R12(8) and R(6) within this layer. The crystal was nonmerohedrally twinned by rotation about [011] with a major twin volume fraction of 0.513 (3).  相似文献

The title compound, {(C4H12N)2[PbI3]I·2H2O}n, crystallizes as an organic–inorganic hybrid. The six‐coordinate Pb atom lies on a centre of inversion and all the I atoms lie on mirror planes; the two independent cations both lie across mirror planes. The structure contains anionic chains along [100] of fused [PbI3] units forming face‐sharing octa­hedra. Four cations enclose channels occupied by isolated iodide ions and water mol­ecules of hydration.  相似文献

The title compound is composed of one‐dimensional polymeric {[Er2(C12O12)(H2O)10]·4H2O}n chains containing Er in a slightly distorted antiprismatic eightfold coordination. The benzene­hexa­carboxyl­ate ion is located about an inversion centre. Water mol­ecules of crystallization, linked by hydrogen bonding to water mol­ecules of the rare earth coordination spheres or the carboxyl­ate groups of the organic ligands, fill the space generated by the packing of the separated chains.  相似文献

The title polymeric compound, catena‐poly­[dipotassium [bis­[μ‐N‐salicyl­idene‐β‐alaninato(2−)]‐κ4O,N,O′:O′′;κ4O′′:O,N,O′‐dicopper(II)]‐di‐μ‐iso­thio­cyanato‐κ2N:S2S:N], {K[Cu(NCS)(C10H9NO3)]}n, consists of [iso­thio­cyanato(N‐salicyl­idene‐β‐alaninato)copper(II)] anions connected through the two three‐atom thio­cyanate (μ‐NCS) and the two anti,anti‐μ‐­carboxyl­ate bridges into infinite one‐dimensional polymeric anions, with coulombically interacting K+ counter‐ions with coordination number 7 constrained between the chains. The CuII atoms adopt a distorted tetragonal–bipyramidal coordination, with three donor atoms of the tridentate Schiff base and one N atom of the bridging μ‐NCS ligand in the basal plane. The first axial position is occupied by a thio­cyanate S atom of a symmetry‐related μ‐NCS ligand at an apical distance of 2.9770 (8) Å, and the second position is occupied by an O atom of a bridging carboxyl­ate group from an adjacent coordination unit at a distance of 2.639 (2) Å.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title coordination polymer, [Gd2(C7H4O5S)2(C2O4)(H2O)6]n or [Gd(2‐SB)(ox)0.5(H2O)3]2n (2‐SB is 2‐sulfonatobenzoate and ox is oxalate), (I), consists of one GdIII ion, one 2‐SB anion, three coordinated water molecules and one half of an ox ligand. The ox ligand is located on a crystallographic inversion centre. The GdIII centre shows a distorted tricapped trigonal–prismatic coordination formed by nine O atoms from two 2‐SB anions, one ox ligand and three coordinated water molecules. The carboxylate and sulfonate groups of the 2‐SB anions adopt μ2‐η12 and μ1‐η001 coordination modes to link two GdIII ions, generating a centrosymmetric binuclear [Gd2(2‐SB)2(H2O)6]2− subunit. The ox ligand acts as a bridge, linking the binuclear [Gd2(2‐SB)2(H2O)6]2− subunits into a one‐dimensional chain structure parallel to the b axis. Furthermore, extensive O—H...O hydrogen bonds connect the chains into a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

The title compound, {(C7H15N2Cl)2[Cd3Cl10]·4H2O}n, consists of 1‐chloromethyl‐1,4‐diazoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane dications, one‐dimensional inorganic chains of {[Cd3Cl10]4−} anions and uncoordinated water molecules. Each of the two independent CdII ions, one with site symmetry 2/m and the other with site symmetry m, is octahedrally coordinated by chloride ions (two with site symmetry m and one with site symmetry 2), giving rise to novel polymeric zigzag chains of corner‐sharing Cd‐centred octahedra parallel to the c axis. The organic cations, bisected by mirror planes that contain the two N atoms, three methylene C atoms and the Cl atom, are ordered. Hydrogen bonds (O—H...Cl and O—H...O) between the water molecules (both with O atoms in a mirror plane) and the chloride anions of neighbouring chloridocadmate chains form a three‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

The title compound, {(C6H14N2O2)[Cu2Cl6(H2O)]}n, consists of 1,4‐dihydroxy‐1,4‐diazoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane dications and one‐dimensional inorganic anionic {[Cu2Cl6(H2O)]2−}n chains in which both five‐coordinate [CuCl3(H2O)] and five‐coordinate [CuCl3] units exist. These two distinct type of unit are linked together by one chloride ion and are bridged across centres of inversion to further units of their own type through two chloride ions, giving rise to novel polymeric zigzag chains parallel to the c axis. The chains are connected by O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds to produce R24(16) ring motifs, resulting in two‐dimensional layers parallel to the ac plane. These layers are linked into a three‐dimensional framework with the organic cations via O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds. Hydrogen bonding between the chains, and between the chains and the organic cations, provides stability to the crystal structure.  相似文献

The coordination mode of the dimethylmalonate ligand in the two title CuII complexes, {[Cu(C5H3O4)(H2O)]·H2O}n, (I), and [Cu(C5H3O4)(H2O)]n, (II), is the same, with chelated six‐membered, bis‐monodentate and bridging bonding modes. However, the coordination environment of the CuII atoms, the connectivity of their metal–organic frameworks and their hydrogen‐bonding interactions are different. Complex (I) has a perfect square‐pyramidal CuII environment with the aqua ligand in the apical position, and only one type of square grid consisting of CuII atoms linked via carboxylate bridges to three dimethylmalonate ligands, with weak hydrogen‐bond interactions within and between its two‐dimensional layers. Complex (II) has a coordination geometry that is closer to square pyramidal than trigonal bipyramidal for its CuII atoms with the aqua ligand now in the basal plane. Its two‐dimensional layer structure comprises two alternating grids, which involve two and four different dimethylmalonate anions, respectively. There are strong hydrogen bonds only within its layers.  相似文献

The title complex, [BaNi(C3H2O4)2(H2O)3]n, is polymeric, with two non‐equivalent malonate dianions bridging one Ni atom and five different Ba atoms. The Ni atoms have a distorted octahedral (NiO6) environment, and are coordinated by four malonate O atoms in a planar arrangement and two water molecules in axial positions. The Ba atom may be described as a BaO9 polyhedron in a monocapped square‐antiprismatic environment, which involves two water molecules and seven O atoms from different malonate ligands. The sip sulfonate group is monodentate. One O atom of the sip carboxyl­ate group is chelated to one Pb2+ cation, with the other also bridging an adjacent Pb2+ cation. The carboxyl group is uncoordinated. This unusual coordination results in a chain structure along the b axis, which is linked by strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound, {(C9H14N)4[Pb3I10]}n, crystallizes as an organic–inorganic hybrid. As such, the structure consists of a two‐dimensional inorganic layer of [Pb3I10]n4n ions extending along [100]. The asymmetric unit contains two independent Pb atoms, viz. one in a general position and the other on an inversion centre. Each Pb atom is octa­hedrally coordinated by six iodide ions and exhibits both face‐ and corner‐sharing with adjacent atoms in the inorganic layer. These anionic layers alternate with 3‐phenyl­propyl­ammonium cations, which hydrogen bond to the iodides. Simple face‐to‐edge σ–π stacking inter­actions are observed between the aromatic rings that stabilize the overall three‐dimensional structure. The title polymeric compound, [CuCl2(C5H10N4)2]n, is the first structurally characterized complex with a bulky 1‐alkyl­tetrazole ligand. The coordination polyhedron of the Cu atom is an elongated octahedron. The equatorial positions of the octahedron are occupied by the two Cl atoms, with Cu—Cl distances of 2.2920 (8) and 2.2796 (9) Å, and by the two N‐4 atoms of the tetrazole ligands, with Cu—N distances of 2.023 (2) and 2.039 (2) Å. Two symmetry‐related Cl atoms occupy the axial positions, at distances of 2.8244 (8) and 3.0174 (8) Å from the Cu atom. The [CuCl2(C5H10N4)2] units form infinite chains extended along the b axis, linked together only by van der Waals interactions. The skeleton of each chain consists of Cu and Cl atoms.  相似文献

Crystals of the title π‐complex, [Cu4Cl6(C8H11N2)2]n, were obtained by means of alternating‐current electrochemical synthesis. The structure consists of infinite copper–chlorine chains to which 1‐allyl‐3‐amino­pyridinium moieties are attached via a η2 Cu—(C=C) interaction. The two independent Cu atoms have distinct coordination environments. One is three‐coordinate, surrounded by two chloro ligands and the olefinic bond, whereas the second copper center is surrounded by a tetrahedral arrangement of four Cl atoms. The lower basicity of 3‐amino­pyridine as compared with 2‐ and 4‐amino­pyridine lowers the capacity of the organic ligand for donating to N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds and results in the formation of a large inorganic fragment.  相似文献

The title complex, [Cu(C13H9Cl2N2O)(NCS)]n, is a novel thio­cyanate‐bridged polynuclear copper(II) compound. The CuII atom is five‐coordinated in a square‐pyramidal configuration, with one O and two N atoms of one Schiff base ligand and one terminal N atom of a bridging thio­cyanate ligand defining the basal plane, and one terminal S atom of another bridging thio­cyanate ligand occupying the axial position. The [2,4‐dichloro‐6‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethyl­imino­methyl)­phenolato]­copper(II) moieties are linked by the bridging thio­cyanate ligands, forming polymeric chains running along the a axis.  相似文献
