Cyclodecyl 4‐nitrophenylacetate, C18H25NO4, has its ten‐membered ring in the expected diamond‐lattice boat–chair–boat [2323] conformation, with the substituent 4‐nitrophenylacetoxy group in the BCB IIIe position. The ester unit has the expected Z conformation, with an O=C—O—C torsion angle of −0.3 (3)°, and the connection to the benzene ring is nearly perpendicular to the ester, with an O=C—C—C torsion angle of 85.5 (2)°. An intermolecular contact exists between the ester C atom and a nitro O atom, having a C⋯O distance of 2.909 (2) Å.  相似文献

The molecule of the title compound, C19H20O2S, corresponds to a chiral sulfinyldienol with two stereogenic centres, viz. the C atom susbtituted by the hydroxy group and the sulfinyl S atom. The molecule displays a V‐shape in the solid state. The dihedral angle defined by the least‐squares planes of the aromatic rings is 72.9 (1)°. The packing pattern exhibits the following intermolecular hydrogen bonds: one O—H⋯O [H⋯O = 1.98 Å, O⋯O = 2.785 (4) Å and O—H⋯O = 166°] and two C—H⋯O [H⋯O = 2.58 and 2.60 Å, C⋯O = 3.527 (5) and 3.347 (5) Å, and C—H⋯O = 164 and 134°]. These define a chain along b.  相似文献

The title compound, C7H8FO6PS·H2O, contains both phosphonic and sulfonic acid functionalities. An extensive network of O—H?O hydrogen bonds is present in the crystal structure. The three acidic protons are associated with the phosphonate group. Two protons experience typical hydrogen‐bond contacts with the sulfonate‐O atoms, while the third has a longer covalent bond of 1.05 (3) Å to the phosphonate‐O atom and a short hydrogen‐bond contact of 1.38 (3) Å to the water O atom (all O—H?O angles are in the range 162–175°). The sulfonate group is positioned so that one S—O bond is nearly coplanar with the phenyl ring [torsion angle O—S—C—C ?8.6 (2)°]. The phosphonate group is oriented approximately perpendicular to the ring [torsion angle P—C—C—C 99.2 (2)°] with one P—O bond anti to the benzyl C—C bond. The molecules pack in layers in the bc plane with the water molecules in between adjacent pairs of inverted layers.  相似文献

The molecules of the title compound, C26H15N3S, have a pentacyclic ring system which is almost planar, with the central ring in a flattened boat conformation. The folding angle between the two quinoline rings is 6.75 (7)°. The 14‐phenyl substituent is in a quasi‐axial conformation, while the 14‐cyano substituent is in a quasi‐equatorial conformation with respect to the thiopyran ring. The S⋯C—Cphenyl and S⋯C—CCN angles are 116.8 (2) and 129.3 (2)°, respectively. The plane of the phenyl group is nearly coplanar with the plane bisecting the dihedral angle of the pentacyclic ring system.  相似文献

The structures of N‐ethyl‐3‐(4‐fluorophenyl)‐5‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐2‐pyrazoline‐1‐thiocarboxamide, C19H20FN3OS, (I), and 3‐(4‐fluorophenyl)‐N‐methyl‐5‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐2‐pyrazoline‐1‐thiocarboxamide, C18H18FN3S, (II), have similar geometric parameters. The methoxy/methyl‐substituted phenyl groups are almost perpendicular to the pyrazoline (pyraz) ring [interplanar angles of 89.29 (8) and 80.39 (10)° for (I) and (II), respectively], which is coplanar with the fluorophenyl ring [interplanar angles of 5.72 (9) and 10.48 (10)°]. The pyrazoline ring approximates an envelope conformation in both structures, with the two‐coordinate N atom involved in an intramolecular N—H⋯Npyraz interaction. In (I), N—H⋯O and C—H⋯S intermolecular hydrogen bonds are the primary interactions, whereas in (II), there are no intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, C12H8N2O6S2, (I), is a positional isomer of S‐(2‐nitrophenyl) 2‐nitrobenzenethiosulfonate [Glidewell, Low & Wardell (2000). Acta Cryst. B 56 , 893–905], (II). The most obvious difference between the two isomers is the rotation of the nitro groups with respect to the planes of the adjacent aryl rings. In (I), the nitro groups are only slightly rotated out of the plane of the adjacent aryl ring [2.4 (6) and 6.7 (7)°], while in (II) the nitro groups are rotated by between 37 and 52°, in every case associated with S—S—C—C torsion angles close to 90°. Other important differences between the isomers are the C—S—S(O2)—C torsion angle [78.39 (2)° for (I) and 69.8 (3)° for (II) (mean)] and the dihedral angles between the aromatic rings [12.3 (3)° for (I) and 28.6 (3)° for (II) (mean)]. There are two types of C—H...O hydrogen bond in the structure [C...O = 3.262 (7) Å and C—H...O = 144°; C...O = 3.447 (7) Å and C—H...O = 166°] and these link the molecules into a two‐dimensional framework. The hydrogen‐bond‐acceptor properties differ between the two isomers.  相似文献

Molecules of the title compounds N2‐(benzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O2, (I), N2‐(2‐hydroxybenzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (II), and N2‐benzoyloxy‐2‐hydroxybenzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (III), all have extended chain conformations, with the aryl groups remote from one another. In (I), the molecules are linked into chains by a single N—H⋯N hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.15 Å, N⋯N = 3.029 (2) Å and N—H⋯N = 153°] and these chains are linked into sheets by means of aromatic π–π stacking interactions. There is one intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond in (II), and a combination of one three‐centre N—H⋯(N,O) hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.46 Å, H⋯O = 2.31 Å, N⋯N = 3.190 (2) Å, N⋯O = 3.146 (2) Å, N—H⋯N = 138° and N—H⋯O = 154°] and one two‐centre C—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.46 Å, C⋯O = 3.405 (2) Å and C—H⋯O = 173°] links the molecules into sheets. In (III), an intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond and two N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds [H⋯O = 2.26 and 2.10 Å, N⋯O = 2.975 (2) and 2.954 (2) Å, and N—H⋯O = 138 and 163°] link the molecules into sheets.  相似文献

Hindered rotation about the partial double C—N bonds between the amine and pyridine moieties in the title molecule, C16H14N4, results in two different conformations of the N‐aryl‐2‐aminopyridine units. One, assuming an E conformation, is involved in a pair of N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds that generate a centrosymmetric (8) motif. The second, adopting a Z conformation, is not engaged in any hydrogen bonding and is flattened, the dihedral angle between the benzene and pyridine rings being 12.07 (7)°. This conformation is stabilized by an intramolecular C—H⋯N interaction [C⋯N = 2.9126 (19) Å, H⋯N = 2.31 Å and C—H⋯N = 120°].  相似文献

The title compound, C26H21NO2S2, which consists of a benzothiazole skeleton with α‐naphthylvinyl and tosyl groups at positions 2 and 3, respectively, was prepared by palladium–copper‐catalyzed heteroannulation. The E configuration of the molecule about the vinyl C=C bond is established by the benzothiazole–naphthyl C—C—C—C torsion angle of 177.5 (4)°. The five‐membered heterocyclic ring adopts an envelope conformation with the Csp3 atom 0.380 (6) Å from the C2NS plane. The two S—C [1.751 (4) and 1.838 (4) Å] and two N—C [1.426 (5) and 1.482 (5) Å] bond lengths in the thiazole ring differ significantly.  相似文献

In the title compound [systematic name: 7‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐2‐fluoro‐7H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐d]pyrimidin‐2‐amine], C11H13FN4O3, the conformation of the N‐glycosylic bond is between anti and high‐anti [χ = −110.2 (3)°]. The 2′‐deoxyribofuranosyl unit adopts the N‐type sugar pucker (4T3), with P = 40.3° and τm = 39.2°. The orientation of the exocyclic C4′—C5′ bond is −ap (trans), with a torsion angle γ = −168.39 (18)°. The nucleobases are arranged head‐to‐head. The crystal structure is stabilized by four intermolecular hydrogen bonds of types N—H⋯N, N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the four E,Z,E isomers of 1‐(4‐alkoxyphenyl)‐6‐(4‐nitrophenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, namely (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐6‐(4‐nitrophenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C19H17NO3, (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐ethoxyphenyl)‐6‐(4‐nitrophenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C20H19NO3, (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐nitrophenyl)‐6‐(4‐n‐propoxyphenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C21H21NO3, and (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐n‐butoxyphenyl)‐6‐(4‐nitrophenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C22H23NO3, have been determined. Intermolecular N⋯O dipole interactions between the nitro groups are observed for the methoxy derivative, while for the ethoxy derivative, two adjacent molecules are linked at both ends through N⋯O dipole–dipole interactions between the N atom of the nitro group and the O atom of the ethoxy group to form a supramolecular ring‐like structure. In the crystal structures of the n‐propoxy and n‐butoxy derivatives, the shortest intermolecular distances are those between the two O atoms of the alkoxy groups. Thus, the nearest two molecules form an S‐shaped supramolecular dimer in these crystal structures.  相似文献

Compounds (2R*,3S*)‐1‐(3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐3‐{3‐methoxy‐2‐[(2R*)‐tetrahydropyran‐2‐yloxy]phenyl}‐2,3‐epoxy‐1‐propanone, C23H26O7, (I), and trans‐1‐(3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐3‐[3‐methoxy‐2‐(methoxymethoxy)phenyl]‐2,3‐epoxy‐1‐propanone, C20H22O7, (II), were obtained on epoxidation of chalcones. The stereochemistries of (I) and (II) were elucidated. In both compounds, the substituents on the oxirane ring are trans‐oriented. Compound (I) was obtained together with a diastereometric form that differs from (I) with respect to the configuration of the asymmetric C atom in the tetrahydropyran group. The geometries of the substituted oxirane rings of (I) and (II) are very similar. The hydrogen‐bonding patterns, mediated via weak C—H⋯O interactions, differ considerably. The crystal structures of (I) and (II) are compared with those of related chalcone epoxides. The conversion of (I) and (II) into lignin‐related phenylcoumarans is discussed.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, C12H9N5O4, reveals an almost planar molecule (r.m.s. deviation = 0.061 Å), in which the interplanar angle between the phenyl rings is 5.7 (1)° and the largest interplanar angle is that between the phenyl ring and the nitro group of one of the 4‐nitrophenyl substituents [8.8 (3)°]. The observed molecular conformation suggests a delocalization of π‐electrons extended over the diazoamine group and the terminal aryl substituents. Intermolecular N—H⃛O interactions between the twofold screw‐related molecules give rise to helical chains along the [010] direction. Intermolecular C—H⃛O interactions then generate sheets of molecules in the (10) plane, and these sheets are held together by N⃛C and O⃛O π–π interactions.  相似文献
