The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu2(C2F3O2)2(C10H8N3O)2]·2CH3CN, contains discrete [Cu2(CF3COO)2(O‐dpa)2] molecules (O‐dpaH is di‐2‐pyridylamine 1‐oxide) which have imposed crystallographic twofold symmetry and an acetonitrile molecule of solvation. The O‐dpa ligand is both bidentate and bridging, linking two Cu atoms with a separation of 3.4270 (11) Å. Each Cu atom is surrounded by four coordinated atoms that are almost coplanar, with dimensions Cu—N = 1.940 (2) and 1.984 (3) Å, and Cu—O = 1.912 (2) and 1.945 (2) Å.  相似文献

The two new title complexes, [Cu(N3)(dpyam)2]PF6 (dpyam is di‐2‐pyridylamine, C10H11N3), (I), and [Cu(N3)(dpyam)2]Cl·4H2O, (II), respectively, have been characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Both complexes display a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry. Each Cu atom is coordinated in the basal plane by three dpyam N atoms and one azide N atom in equatorial positions, and by another N atom from the dpyam group in the apical position. In complex (I), the one‐dimensional supramolecular architecture is assembled via hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the amine N atom and terminal azide N atoms and the F atoms of the PF6 anion. For complex (II), hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the amine N atom, the Cl anion and water O atoms result in a two‐dimensional lattice.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Co(C2H8N2)3]2[Ru2(C2H4O7P2)2Cl2]Cl·3H2O, the building unit contains two crystallographically independent dinuclear [Ru2(hedp)2Cl2]5− anions, where hedp [viz. (1‐hydroxyethylidene)diphosphonate] serves as a bis‐chelating bridging ligand, two types of [Co(en)3]3+ cations, one uncoordinated Cl anion and five water molecules of crystallization. The [Ru2(hedp)2Cl2]5− anions are connected to one another, forming one‐dimensional chains along the a axis. The [Co(en)3]3+ cations are located between these chains and lie across inversion centres. An extensive series of hydrogen bonds lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular network structure, with channels generated along the [100] direction. The uncoordinated water molecules and Cl anions reside in these channels.  相似文献

A phase transition was found to occur at ∼153 K in the title compound, (C8H20N)2[PdCl6]. The structures of the two phases are reported at 292 and 130 K. The low‐temperature phase is twinned. The phase transition is accompanied by a minor displacement of the ions. There are C—H⋯Cl interactions as short as ∼2.80 Å, indicating the existence of hydrogen bonds, and this was confirmed by vibrational spectroscopy. The [Pd2Cl6]2− anion occupies sites of mmm and 2/m symmetry in the room‐temperature and low‐temperature phases, respectively.  相似文献

The title compound, (C12H11N3)2[Cd2Cl8], consists of two discrete 2‐(3‐pyridinio)benzimidazolium cations and one [Cd2Cl8]4− anion. The dimeric [Cd2Cl8]4− anion lies about an inversion centre and consists of two distorted [CdCl5] trigonal bipyramids which share a common edge. The two Cd atoms are each coordinated by two μ‐Cl atoms and three terminal Cl atoms, with a Cd·Cd separation of 3.9853 (6) Å. The packing displays two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded sheets, which are further linked by C—H·Cl contacts and π–π stacking interactions to yield a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C8H4O4)(C12H8N2)4](ClO4)2, was prepared from the hydrothermal reaction of CuCl2, 1,4‐dicyanobenzene, 1,10‐phenanthroline and water at 443 K. The compound is a dimer in which the cation lies about an inversion center. The terephthalate moiety acts as a bridging ligand and the phenanthrolines as terminal ligands. The unique Cu atom is coordinated by two O and four N atoms in a distorted octahedral geometry, with Cu—O distances of 1.955 (2) and 2.815 (2) Å, and Cu—N distances of 2.008 (2) to 2.216 (2) Å.  相似文献

The title complex, [Cd2(C13H9Cl2N2O)2(NCS)2]n, is a novel thiocyanate‐bridged polynuclear cadmium(II) compound. The CdII atom is six‐coordinated in a distorted octahedral configuration, with one O and two N atoms of one Schiff base molecule and one terminal S atom of a bridging thiocyanate ligand defining the equatorial plane, and one terminal N atom of another bridging thiocyanate ligand and one O atom of another Schiff base molecule occupying axial positions. Adjacent inversion‐related [2,4‐dichloro‐6‐(2‐pyridylmethyliminomethyl)phenolato]cadmium(II) moieties utilize bridging phenolate and thiocyanate groups to form polymeric chains running along the b axis.  相似文献

The title compound was formed upon slow evaporation of a solution of the solvated dicationic complex bis(acetonitrile)bis[1,2‐bis(diphenyl‐phosphino)ethane]palladium(II) bis(tetrafluoroborate) in deuterated chloroform. The dinucleur palladium complex forms triclinic crystals and there is an inversion center between the Pd atoms. Compared to the corresponding monomeric compound, the Cl—Pd—Cl angles decrease upon briding from 94.19 (7) to 86.96 (4)°.  相似文献

The reaction of cadmium chloride with pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid (PDA) and 98% H2SO4 in ethanol led to the formation of the title compound, bis[μ‐6‐(ethoxycarbonyl)pyridine‐2‐carboxylato]‐1:2κ4O6,N,O2:O2;1:2κ4O2:O2,N,O6‐bis[diaquachlorocadmium(II)] dihydrate, [Cd2(C9H8NO4)2Cl2(H2O)4]·2H2O. PDA is esterified to monoethyl pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate (MEPD) by the catalysis of H2SO4 during the reaction. The dinuclear CdII complex lies about an inversion centre and the unique Cd atom has a pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry. The two Cd atoms are bridged by two carboxylate O atoms, forming a planar Cd2O2 unit. Stair‐like chains are formed via O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds and these are further arranged into two‐dimensional layers via hydrogen bonds involving solvate water molecules.  相似文献

The title compound, (C16H20N)2[Fe2Br6O], crystallizes with one dibenzyldimethylammonium cation and one half of a μ‐oxo‐bis[tribromoferrate(III)] anion in the asymmetric unit. The bridging oxo group is situated on an inversion centre, resulting in a linear conformation for the Fe—O—Fe unit. The iron(III) cations have tetrahedral geometry, with bond angles in the range 106.8 (1)–112.2 (1)°. The ion pairs are held together by Coulombic forces and C—H⋯Br hydrogen bonds. Each Br anion forms one hydrogen bond. No C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds are found between the O atom in the Fe—O—Fe unit and surrounding counter‐cations, consistent with the linear configuration of the Fe—O—Fe unit.  相似文献

In the structure of the title complex, [Cu(C2O4)(C10H9N3)(H2O)]·H2O, the CuII atom displays a square‐pyramidal geometry, being coordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine ligand, two O atoms from the oxalate group and one O atom of a water molecule. The complex molecules are linked to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular array by hydrogen‐bonding interactions between coordinated/uncoordinated water molecules and the uncoordinated oxalate O atoms of neighboring molecules.  相似文献

The coordination geometry of the ZnII atom in the title complex, [Zn2(NCS)4(C6H8N6)2], is that of a distorted tetrahedron, in which the ZnII atom is coordinated by four N atoms from the triazole rings of two symmetry‐related 1,2‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)ethane ligands and two thiocyanate ligands. Two ZnII atoms are bridged by two organic ligands to form a dimer. The dimer lies about an inversion center.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ag2(C2F3O2)2(C5H6N2)2], is a dinuclear AgI complex with inversion symmetry. Each Ag atom is three‐coordinated by two N atoms from two different 2‐aminopyridine ligands and by one O atom from a trifluoroacetate anion, giving an approximately trigonal coordination environment. In the crystal packing, molecules are connected by N—H⋯O and N—H⋯F hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the (001) plane.  相似文献

The precise structure of the title compound, [Fe2O(C44H24Br4N4)2]·2CH2Cl2, is reported. The Fe—N distances are non‐equivalent in pairs because of the asymmetric peripheral substitution; the values are 2.098 Å to the brominated rings and 2.041 Å to the other two rings. The Fe—O bond distance is 1.7583 (4) Å. The molecule has required twofold symmetry so that there is one unique porphyrin macrocycle and one Fe—O bond length in contrast to a previous report on the same species.  相似文献

The title complex, trans‐{μ‐2,2′‐[(1,2‐dioxoethane‐1,2‐diyl)diimino]diethanoato(4−)}bis[diaquacopper(II)] dihydrate, [Cu2(C6H4N2O6)(H2O)4]·2H2O, with a three‐dimensional framework, displays a square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. The structure consists of a neutral centrosymmetric binuclear unit in which the oxamide ligand has a trans geometry, is fully deprotonated and acts in a bis‐tridentate fashion.  相似文献
