Two new complexes, [Co(C2N3)2(C8H6N2)2], (I), and [Cu(C2N3)2(C8H6N2)2], (II), are reported. They are essentially isomorphous. Complex (I) displays distorted octahedral geometry, with the Co atom coordinated by four dicyan­amide nitrile N atoms [Co—N = 2.098 (3) and 2.104 (3) Å] in the basal plane, along with two monodentate quinoxaline N atoms [Co—N = 2.257 (2) Å] in the apical positions. In complex (II), the Cu atom is surrounded by four dicyan­amide nitrile N atoms [Cu—N = 2.003 (3) and 2.005 (3) Å] in the equatorial plane and two monodentate quinoxaline N atoms [Cu—N = 2.479 (3) Å] in the axial sites, to form a distorted tetragonal–bipyramidal geometry. The metal atoms reside on twofold axes of rotation. Neighbouring metal atoms are connected via double dicyan­amide bridges to form one‐dimensional infinite chains. Adjacent chains are then linked by π–π stacking interactions of the quinoxaline mol­ecules, resulting in the formation of a three‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Ba(C7H5O2S)2(H2O)4]n, the BaII atom lies on a mirror plane and is nine‐coordinated by four bridging carboxylate O atoms of the thio­salicyl­ate ligands, two bridging water mol­ecules and three terminal water mol­ecules. There is an intramolecular S—H⋯O hydrogen bond between the S and O atoms in the thio­salicyl­ate ligand. A one‐dimensional coordination polymer is formed via weak metal–metal interactions along polymeric zigzag chains.  相似文献

In catena‐poly­[[(di‐2‐pyridyl­amine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nico­tinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridyl­amine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxyl­ate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly­[[(di‐2‐pyridyl­amine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐di­hydroxy­benzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxyl­ate O atom from the 2,6‐di­hydroxy­benzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐di­hydroxy­benzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

A second polymorphic form (form I) of the previously reported compound {2‐[(2‐hydroxyethyl)iminiomethyl]phenolato‐κO}dioxido{2‐[(2‐oxidoethyl)iminomethyl]phenolato‐κ3O,N,O′}molybdenum(VI) (form II), [Mo(C9H9NO2)O2(C9H11NO2)], is presented. The title structure differs from the previously reported polymorph [Głowiak, Jerzykiewicz, Sobczak & Ziółkowski (2003). Inorg. Chim. Acta, 356 , 387–392] by the fact that the asymmetric unit contains three molecules linked by O—H...O hydrogen bonds. These trimeric units are further linked through O—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a chain parallel to the [11] direction. As in the previous polymorph, each molecule is built up from an MoO22+ cation surrounded by an O,N,O′‐tridentate ligand (OC6H4CH=NCH2CH2O) and weakly coordinated by a second zwitterionic ligand (OC6H4CH=N+HC2H4OH). All complexes are chiral with the absolute configuration at Mo being C or A. The main difference between the two polymorphs results from the alternation of the chirality at Mo within the chain.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Zn(N3)2(C6H8N6)]n or [Zn(N3)2(bte)]n, where bte is μ‐1,2‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)­ethane, each Zn atom is pentacoordinated in a distorted trigonal‐bipyramidal coordination environment involving two N atoms from two bte ligands and three N atoms from three azide ligands. The Zn atoms are bridged by μ‐1,1‐azide groups and bte ligands around a centre of inversion, forming an infinite one‐dimensional chain containing both four‐membered Zn(μ‐1,1‐N3)2Zn and 18‐membered Zn(gauche‐bte)2Zn rings.  相似文献

The title compound, {(C2H10N2)2[Mn(PO4)2]}n, contains anionic square‐twisted chains of formula [Mn(PO4)2]4− constructed from corner‐sharing four‐membered rings of alternating MnO4 and PO4 units. The Mn and P atoms have distorted tetrahedral coordination and the Mn atom lies on a twofold axis. The linear manganese–phosphate chains are held together by hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the framework O atoms and the H atoms of the ethane‐1,2‐diammonium cations, which lie in the interchain spaces.  相似文献

The title compound, [Sn4(CH3)8(C13H8Cl2NO2)2(C2H5O)2O2], is a centrosymmetric dimer, with three linearly fused four‐membered Sn—O—Sn—O rings. The coordination poly­hedron of the Sn atom bonded to the carboxyl­ate can be described as trigonal–bipyramidal distorted toward square‐pyramidal. That of the second Sn atom is similar, but the distortion towards square‐pyramidal geometry is greater. The Sn—O and Sn—C distances are 2.020 (2)–2.226 (2) and 2.096 (4)–2.114 (4) Å, respectively. The benzene rings of the 2‐[(2,3‐dichloro­phenyl)­amino]benzoate ligand subtend an angle of 50.49 (17)°; the conformation of the ligand is stabilized by intra­molecular N—H⋯Cl and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The structure is assembled viaπ–π stacking inter­actions to form chains parallel to [10].  相似文献

The title compound, {[Mn(C4H4O6)(C12H8N2)]·6H2O}n, has a linear chain structure containing monomeric [Mn(C4H4O6)(C12H8N2)] repeat units. Each manganese ion is six‐coordinate, with the two phenanthroline N atoms [Mn—N = 2.229 (2) and 2.235 (2) Å] and four O atoms from two tartrate anions [Mn—OCOO = 2.1252 (19) and 2.1310 (19) Å, and Mn—OOH = 2.2404 (19) and 2.2424 (19) Å] forming a seriously distorted octahedral coordination environment. Six water mol­ecules exist outside every repeat unit as solvate mol­ecules. Extensive hydrogen‐bonding interactions and π–π stacking of the phenanthroline moieties exist between the chains.  相似文献

The hydro­thermal reaction of Cd(CH3COO)2·2H2O, 4,4′‐bipyridyl and 2‐sulfo­benzoic acid produced the title compound, {[Cd2(C7H4O5S)2(C10H8N2)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, which forms a two‐dimensional coordination polymer, the sheets of which are linked via hydrogen bonds. Two different types of Cd atoms are present, one lying on a twofold rotation axis and the other on a centre of inversion. Similarly, there are two types of bipyridyl ligand present, one lying across a twofold rotation axis and the other across a centre of inversion.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cd(C6H4NO2)2(H2O)2]n, forms a one‐dimensional chain structure based on a Cd atom with approximate pentagonal bipyramidal coordination geometry and two nicotinate ligands in different coordination modes. One acts as a tridentate ligand, chelating one Cd atom through the carboxyl­ate group while simultaneously binding to a second symmetry‐related Cd atom through the pyridine N atom; the other acts only as a bidentate ligand through its carboxyl­ate group. Hydro­gen bonds utilizing the coordinated water mol­ecules, uncoordinated nitro­gen and carboxyl­ate O atoms as acceptors link the chains.  相似文献

The CdII ion in the title complex, [Cd(SCN)2{SC(NH2)2}2], is situated at a centre of symmetry, and is bound to two N atoms belonging to thio­cyanate groups and to four S atoms of bridging thio­urea ligands. The structure consists of infinite chains of slightly distorted edge‐shared Cd‐centred octahedra. The bridging S atoms of two thio­urea ligands comprise the common edge. In the polymeric title complex, [CuCl2(C3H6N4)2]n, there are two ligands in the asymmetric unit. The Cu atom adopts an elongated octahedral geometry, with two 2‐ethyl­tetrazole ligands [Cu—N = 2.0037 (16) and 2.0136 (16) Å] and two Cl atoms [Cu—Cl = 2.2595 (6) and 2.2796 (6) Å] in equatorial positions. A Cl atom and a symmetry‐related 2‐ethyl­tetrazole mol­ecule [Cu—Cl = 2.8845 (8) Å and Cu—N = 2.851 (2) Å] lie in the axial positions of the octahedron. One of the two 2‐­ethyltetrazole ligands of the asymmetric unit exhibits bidentate binding to two Cu atoms through two N atoms of the tetrazole ring, whereas the other ligand is coordinated in a monodentate fashion via one tetrazole N atom. The Cu‐atom octahedra form dimer entities by sharing edges with equatorial and axial Cl atoms. The dimers are linked together through the 2‐ethyl­tetrazole ligands to form one‐dimensional polymeric zigzag chains extending along the b axis. The chains are connected into infinite layers parallel to the (10) plane via the 2‐ethyl­tetrazole ligands.  相似文献

The title complex, {[Fe(C4H4O4)(H2O)4]}n, is an infinite poly­meric compound bridged by the succinate dianion. Two carboxyl­ate groups coordinate in a monodentate manner to the FeII atom, in a trans fashion, with an O—Fe—O bond angle of 175.72 (6)° and Fe—O distances of 2.0886 (14) and 2.1008 (15) Å. One of the uncoordinated carboxyl­ate O atom forms an intramolecular hydrogen bond with a coordinated water mol­ecule. Extensive hydrogen bonding between parallel poly­meric complex chains results in a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

Six‐membered chelate rings formed by intra­molecular hydrogen bonds increase the stability of the whole mol­ecule. The title compound, {[Ag(C4H6NO4)(C4H5N3)]·H2O}n, was synthesized by the reaction of silver(I) nitrate with 2‐aminopyrimidine and iminodiacetic acid. X‐ray analysis reveals that the crystal structure contains a one‐dimensional ladder‐like AgI coordination polymer and that N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonding results in a three‐dimensional network. The AgI centre is four‐coordinated by three N atoms from three different 2‐aminopyrimidine ligands and one O atom from one iminodiacetate ligand. Comparison of the structural features with previous findings suggests that the existence of a second ligand plays an important role in the construction of such polymer frameworks.  相似文献

In the title two‐dimensional coordination polymer, [Mn(1,4‐BDOA)(4,4‐bipy)(H2O)2]n [1,4‐BDOA2− is the p‐phenyl­ene­dioxy­di­acetate dianion (C10H8O6) and 4,4‐bipy is 4,4‐bi­pyridine (C10H8N2)], each MnII atom displays octahedral coordination by two O atoms of the 1,4‐BDOA2− groups, two N atoms of the 4,4‐bipy ligands and two solvent water mol­ecules. The MnII atom, 4,4‐bipy ligand and 1,4‐BDOA2− group occupy different inversion centres. Adjacent MnII atoms are bridged by 1,4‐BDOA2− groups and 4,4‐bipy ligands, forming a two‐dimensional network with Mn⋯Mn separations of 11.592 (2) and 11.699 (2) Å. Hydro­gen bonds from a water O—H group link the layers in the third dimension.  相似文献

Two centrosymmetrically related donors form a face‐to‐face π‐dimer with a strong intermolecular S?S interaction. These π‐dimers stack along the a axis to form a donor column.
